Fraquinho em todos os aspectos. Acaba por ser um 3 estrelas, mas esperava melhor pelas fotos disponíveis, e preço. Arrogantes na recepção, quartos tipo convento, (sem nenhuma graça ou comodidade), garagem de difícil acesso e estreita. Únicos aspectos positivos, a localização e a limpeza dos quartos que era boa. Não repito com certeza.

Porque habia muy pocos enchufes, y si usas todos los enchufes te salta chispa y se apagan los plomos, la gente se queja mucho, mucho ruido en el hotel,sobre todo por la noche, veo una bobada lo de la fianza es el único hotel que tienes que poner fianza.

Zentral gelegen, freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer könnte Renovierung vertragen. Betten quietschen und knarren so sehr, dass man & der Partner nachts beim umdrehen wach wird Frühstück ist überschaubar und gut. Kaffee könnte besser sein (keine Bohnen -> Pulver)

Muito barulho das camas, ao ponto de não nos podermos mexer, barulho noturno e música a se ouvir bastante nos quartos... Quartos com pouco isolamento sonoro entre si, ouve-se tudo... cobrar mais 15 euros de parque de estacionamento é um absurdo, pequeno almoço muito pobre

This is one of the hotels that offer more than they say. It is a three star hotel in the centre of Cascais.
The reception is friendly and the rooms are nice. A tip upfront: book with one of the hotel booking services and you may get a very good price, especially when you are booking late. I have got a suite with a veranda for 65 Euros per day.
The location is close to the centre and in walking distance to the beach.
In the morning you get a breakfast buffet with enough to eat too bring you to the the day.

Nice quite hotel at the very centre of Cascais. Breakfast included. Every day room service. The only thing I didn't like is that there is no socket in bathroom.

Chambre vraiment médiocre ! Nous avons louer une chambre pour 3 personnes. Un lit simple et un lit double mais la personne qui dort dans le petit lit ne peut pas regardée la télé une armoire cache la vue. L'air conditionné fait un bruit horrible impossible de dormir avec un bruit pareil. Aucune déco dans la chambre. Seul point positif l'hôtel et bien située.

Super uitvalsbasis voor een actieve vakantie. 5 minuten lopen van de trein en het winkelcentrum, in het centrum met veel leuke restaurantjes en het strand op 5 min loopafstand. Met de trein in 40 min naar Lissabon. Top locatie. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig maar goed verzorgd en dagelijks een tikje anders. Vriendelijk personeel en een goede kamer. Niks te klagen. Zouden deze plek zeker aanbevelen.

Cascais Hotel is a great option to stay right in the middle of town. In terms of value, I think it was the best option I found. The interior is basic, as other reviewers have noted, but there is nothing wrong with the rooms or the facilities. Breakfast is solid. Would recommend and would certainly stay there again.

Helle, moderne Zimmer, und diese recht preisgünstig. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Hotel liegt nah am Zentrum. Gute Restaurants sind in der Nähe.

Très bien situé dans le centre de Cascais. Personnel accueillant. Hôtel propre. Chambre familiale pour 4 personnes spatieuse et très bonne literie. Je n'ai pas entendu un bruit de la nuit.
Le petit plus, une grande terrasse géniale sur le toit avec tables, fauteuils et vue sur l'océan.
Le petit moins, le petit déjeuner qui n'est pas fantastique.
Excellent rapport qualité prix (93€ pour 4 petit déjeuner compris).

Nagyon szép hely a hotel. Cascais közepén van.Minden elérhető 5-10 perc kényelmes sétával az óceán is.A személyzet kedves és segítőkész.A szobák tisztaságára nincs panasz.4 csillagot azért adtam,mert a reggeli lehetne változatosabb.Mindig ugyanaz az ital van kitéve.Narancslé,ananászlé,tej,tea... mondjuk ezek helyett lehetne almalé vagy őszibaracklé is.
A reggelinek is mindig ugyanaz van felszolgálva.(sonka,sajt,vaj,lekvár).Lehetne változatosabb mondjuk szalámi vagy virsli vagy rántotta :)
Aki csak 2-3 napra foglal szállást ide azoknak mondjuk jó a reggeli felhozatal,mert nem unja meg,de aki egy hétre jön annak már lehet,hogy változatosabb étrend kellene.

Lovely hotel, 3 minutes walk to the nearest beach, 5 minuets to the station. Restaurants and cafes all around. Extremely nice and helpful staff. I will definitely stay there again.

Hotel muy bien situado, céntrico y con todo cerca. El parking cuesta 15€ por día, y viendo las opciones de aparcamiento es la mejor opción. Eso si, si tenemos un coche grande es para pensarlo porque es muy estrecho y difícil de entrar.
El desayuno muy normalito tostadas, fruta y poco más.
La cama en nada que te muevas te vas a despertar porque suena por todos lados. El baño limpio al igual que la habitación.
Lo peor que nos tocó una habitación que debajo había 6 contenedores soterrados que vienen a quitarlos tempranito con lo cual te despertarás.
Si lo coges por menos de 50€/noche es buena opción.

Este hotel está muy bien situado, en pleno Centro de Cascais.
El desayuno es mejor que el de otros hoteles de tres estrellas, y la limpieza es aceptable.
Sin embargo no entiendo cómo puede tener tres estrellas. En mi opinión es más parecido a una pensión. No reúne las condiciones de los hoteles de esa categoría.

Hotel con buena calidad-precio en el centro de cascais. Sin lujo pero sin faltar de nada. El secador hay que pedirlo en recepción. Desayuno bueno. Desde este hotel se puede ir andando a cualquier sitio de cascais. El parking es caro, y optamos por aparcar el coche en el parking de la estación de tren, que sale a 4 euros el día. Repetiría hotel

Imposible dormir por la noche. Hay un pub debajo y hasta las 3 de la mañana sonaba la música dentro de la habitación, imagino que por eso es económico el hotel. Cercanía del centro muy buena, a 3 minutos andando. Muchos bares. Para aparcar, zona azul, así que a 3.20€ 4 horas. Y el parking 28€ el día. Habitación un poco antigua,parece más grande en la web. La cama está bien. El desayuno bueno aunque poca variedad. El café aguado, eso sí. La tasa turística te la cobran en efectivo en el hotel. (No lo entiendo, porque luego también la declaran en la factura). Repetiría? No sé, con más tiempo de búsqueda, quizás elegiría otro hotel.

Liegt neben einem super lauten Nachtclub. Nur für taube Menschen zu empfehlen, oder solche, die erst um 5 Uhr morgens schlafen möchten.

Vaya decepción de hotel, no me había pasado nunca de estar de vacaciones y querer irme de allí corriendo. El parking de reducidas dimensiones y carísimo. El hotel y habitaciones una falta de mantenimiento y una dejadez que da vergüenza. Y el desayuno una vergüenza, para eso mejor que ni lo pongan. Se aprovechan del precio que tiene, lo único eso sí por su ubicación que es fantástica, pero como hotel y lo que te cobran deja mucho que desear. No lo recomendaría en la vida. Muy mala experiencia

Nice modern low rise hotel. Great location, one block before the strip restaurants and another block to the ocean. You can walk to everywhere from here. There is a roof top deck with view. Clean rooms with laminate flooring. Air conditioned. My room was small but fit everything had closet and small desk with chair. Shower enclosure very small not good for large people. Some rooms have a bathtub/shower which you can ask for. Check in very easy and friendly and they were helpful about sights. The included breakfast that was free and came with room, was wonderful. Lots of food, boiled eggs, cheese, ham, breads. Coffee machine, juices, milk Another area for cereals, musllie, yougurts. Lots of fresh fruits, pineapple, papaya, melons. They kept refilling it. set up on tables looked appealing. Separately this would have cost about 15 Euros and is the best free breakfast Ive had!!!

Super céntrico y perfecto para ir al evento al que asistíamos, pero el hotel, las habitaciones y el desayuno son muy sencillos. Tiene párking. La mayoría del personal no lleva uniforme y, aunque intentan ser amables, la primera impresión no fue nada buena. El trato recibido por el propietario no fue nada bueno, de malas formas y muy mal humor.

El sitio del hotel es privilegiado, en el centro. A un paso de la boca del infierno y de otros muchos sitios de interés. El desayuno sencillo pero muy rico. Y el personal suuuuuper amable. En nuestra estancia tuvimos problemas con nuestro coche y nos ayudaron muchiiiiismo.

Sauberes und auch vom Bahnhof sehr gut erreichbar mit gutem kontinalen Frühstück, viel frisches Obst. Mit netten Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung, das marokkanische Restaurant Kech ist fußnah und besonders zu empfehlen. Muss leider vorherigen Bemerkungen zustimmen, wenn das Fenster geöffnet ist, ist der Straßenlärm störend, bei geschlossenem Fenster und Klimaanlage kein Problem.

The hotel is rather new, trendy and with a good design. However they used lousy material and it looks like a hotel in the midst of Africa (bed made terrible noise and had to be fixed the second day; very unprofessional to not see that in more than 2 years since opening), doors where very hard to close, which caused noise during night time. Overall a bad maintenance team also in regards to dust on the floor and mildew at the bath tube curtain. Our feelings have been mixed about so much ignorance of the management but on the other side the place is really perfect for visiting Cascais. You are where the action is... Unfortunately during our stay we had also a group of very uncivilised young girls with a bad breeding and education. This is a 'no go' that management does not care about in the name of other paying guests.

Modernisiertes Zimmer, aber nicht ganz zu Ende gebracht - Fenster nicht eingeputzt, Leisten locker oder nicht angebracht, Zimmer wirkte einfach unfertig. Leider sehr hellhörig, die Geräusche der lauten Flurtüre und Gespräche anderer Gäste drangen sehr störend ins Zimmer, ebenso Unterhaltungen von der Straße. Sehr enges Parkhaus, Vorsicht mit großen Fahrzeugen.

No tiene nevera minibar, ni caja fuerte en las habitaciones, muy ruidoso el hotel y el entorno. A las 8 de la Mañana te despierta el servicio de habitaciones para la limpieza.

Hotel is quite nice - the lobby area is modern and nicely decorated, but rooms are quite spartan (i.e. no safe, towels are quite old, doors scrap on floors, poor sound insulation etc)But the hotel is in a great location and I had a nice stay (the staff were really and really happy to help). When I booked the room it was discounted so I felt like it was good value, but if Id paid a higher rate I might not have felt the rooms were nice enough to justify the cost.

An ok hotel, but lacking anything that would make me come again. Plusses ; very clean and good location. The rooms however are very bleak, and have just a bed and a closet. Nothing else! No safe, water cettle, minibar, glasses, nothing. There must be better options in this price range in Cascais

Great hotel near to beaches and restaurants. Staff all friendly and helpful. Very high standards for. 3 star hotel. Bed a bit hard. Could do with a proper bar/lounge area to return to in evening. Would definitely recommend as very good value for money.

Zimmer sehr klein, kein(e) Stühle, sehr hellhörig, 7 mal das gleiche Frühstück (nur gekochter Pressschinken im Supermarkt das Kilo 5,98 € und ebenfalls nur eine Sorte Schnittkäse Modell geschmackloser Fugenkitt). Der ebenfalls geschackslose Schinken war einmal sogar ausgegangen wie auch zweimal der Naturjoghurt. Der mit Fruchtgeschmack ist den Lebensmittelchemikern mißlungen.Aber Cascais ist eine Touristenhochburg, da ist der Hotelpreis unter 50,-- € für das Doppelzimmer schon sehr günstig.Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit.In der Nachbarschaft, aber immer nur bergauf gehen, kann man sehr günstig einkehren. Unten auf den Haupttouristenpfaden und am Hafen ist es viel teurer und gar nicht besser.Drei Nachtclubs sind unmittelbare Nachbarn. Das kann stören von der Musik und den lauten Gästen auf der Straße.

Our stay was very enjoyable and staff at the hotel was very pleasant and helpful. Well located. We will stay there again whenever we return to Portugal. We were worried about the noise from the street as we had read about it in previous reviews but we were very lucky as no noise was heard during the night.

When I stayed, there were Russians. As others have mentioned, I found the rooms to be very loud. I had a corner room not on the ground floor as I was hesitant regarding noise (room 109). The walls and floors are hard, and provide no sound damping. The air ducting carries sound from adjoining rooms. The interior doors do not cut out noise (and slam very loudly). The bar/club nearby was playing music loudly from ~10/11pm until ~5am. My room acted as a reverberation chamber, and bass frequencies could not be blocked by plug-style earbuds and music. The beds are hard, the pillows paltry, the sheets thin, and toiletries inadequate, the breakfast thin, the internet spotty and slow. This is a fine budget hotel if you plan to party on vacation and stay up late every night, but no place for anyone who gets up early, and especially inappropriate for business travel.

Das Hotel da Vila liegt sehr zentral. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das selbe gilt für das Stadtzentrum mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Bars, den Hafen und ein großes Einkaufszentum.Das Zimmer selbst war klein, aber sehr sauber. Schön wäre eine weitere Abstellfläche für Koffer/Taschen gewesen. Kleiner Nachteil sind die relativ hellhörigen Zimmer und ein gewisser Lärmpegel nachts von aussen. Aber damit muß man einfach rechnen mitten in der Stadt.

La situacion de hotel muy buena, centrico muy cerca de la playa 5 minutos a pie y muchos restaurantes, tiendas y bares para tomar algo por la noche.Le falta una terracita, pues es horrible no poder tender las toallas y los bañadores, nos toco la primera habitacion y es ruidosa sobre todo cuando a las 6 de la mañana pasan los de la basura. Por favor una silla en la habitacion y un espejo. La limpieza muy buena, y el hotel todo nuevo

Zimmer sauber und gepfelgt. Hotel macht einen neuen Eindruck. Kein deutsches Fernsehen. Frühstück kostet 7,5 Aufpreis pro Tag. Es gibt aber genug Möglickeiten außerhalb zu frühstücken.Cascais ist super aber nichts für schmale Geldbeutel.

Sauber und zentral gelegen. Kein deutsches Fernsehen. Schlafen nachts nur mit Klimaanlage und geschlossenem Fenster möglich wg. Partylärm. Einziger wirkliche Mangel ist, dass nur ein einfacher Duschvorhang installiert, ist der die Eigenschaft hatte, in den Abfluss zu wandern und diesen zu verstopfen. Auch hat man das Badezimmer sehr leicht überschwemmt.

Lhôtel Da Vila est idéalement situé et sans aucune faute de gaût au niveau déco. aspect très pratique le parking en sous-sol de lhôtel ! Le seul bémol: chambre fumeur et lodeur est tenace vous pouvez me croire !!!

Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Gute Verbindung nach Lissabon, per Zug alle 20 Minuten. Es ist im Hotel auch Nachts sehr laut, da das Hotel an einer sehr belebten Strasse liegt. Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und bei Fragen sehr hilfsbereit.

Selbst nach dem Hinweis der anderen Benutzer über die zu erwartenden kleinen Zimmer, waren wir von der tatsächlichen Größe doch noch überrascht. Prinzipiell bietete das Zimmer alles Essentielle - nur der Blick auf das angrenzende Parkhaus war nicht so toll. Service, sowohl Rezeption als auch Zimmer, waren sehr gut.

Sehr zentral gelegen und sehr aufmerksames Personal. Die Zimmerausstattung kann (wie immer) besser sein, reicht aber fuer eine Urlaubsreise durchaus aus, einen Kuehlschrank haben wir vermisst. Die zentrale Lage (40m von der Altstadt entfernt), macht das aber wieder gut.
