Seit dem ersten Einkauf letztes Jahr, sind wir total begeistert. Die Auswahl, Qualität und der Service sind sehr gut bis gut. Gut nur deshalb, weil englische Produkte im Sortiment einen hohen Stellenwert haben. Ansonsten voll zu empfehlen.

Granted, it is very luxureous, and therefore five-star-supermarket. It is bright, clean, there is lot of very friendly and very helpfull staff (the cassier packs your groceries in your own shopper). There are many gluten-free and lactose-intolarents-permitted products. That said, they do not have a very large choice in many items and yes, it is quite expensive comparef to other A-label supermarkets.

Más allá de la anécdota de tener una cava climatizada de vinos con botellas lujuriosas como los 5 premier cru classés de Burdeos, grandes vinos de Borgoña o una botellita de Petrus (3.495 € de nada) la selección mundial de vinos de este supermercado es lo mejor que he visto nunca. Y cuidado que los tienen de todos los niveles y a precios muy ajustados, si tuviera un Apolonia cerca de cada sería mi vinoteca de cabecera. Además del líquido elemento también tienen todo tipo de productos de primera necesidad, sushi para llevar y todo lo que necesites para hacer la compra bien a gusto...

The Waitrose of the Algarve. Ours near Lagoa is still new, (3 years old) and everything is right, displays, stock, staff and choice, even lots of food from other countries. Yes we pay a little more than their competitors would charge but for all the good things mentioned above, we enjoy going there.

Not the best for your everyday shopping as it is more expensive than other supermarkets in the area. However the staff are so attentive and nice and you can find products you wouldn't find in the average supermarket. It's like shopping in an international supermarket.

É que nem foi o não gostar... Quando lá fui estava vazio! (E ainda faltava mais de 1h para fechar). Tudo tinha bom aspeto, a charcutaria era um mundo, e tudo com ótimo aspeto.. O talho era ainda melhor com carne de todo tipo e alguma temperada até, pronta a fazer! As frutas e legumes com uma variedade incrível, apesar dos preços um bocadinho superiores. Mas acabamos por não levar nada porque não havia um cliente na loja, e isso assustou-nos mesmo

Wenn man den Markt betritt fühlt man sich richtig wohl helle freundliche Atmosphäre.
Angestellten Sprechen teilweise sehr gut Deutsch.
Ansonsten kann man sich mit Englich verständigen.
Der Parkplatz ist geräumig und wird überwacht.

Love Apolonia, they have things in the shop that you cant buy anywhere else, the staff are always pleasant and really helpful. You can order items online and they will bring them in for you. Everything is clean, tidy and well organised and the shelves are always full. If its not on the shelves you can ask a member of staff if they have more and they will always find it for you even if it means bringing it in from another store and they will phone you when your order comes in..cant beat the service. I do not find the food in Apolonia anymore expensive than say Iceland which i do find expensive. Their meat, fish and deli always look beautiful and they will clean and debone your fish for you..what can be better than that! Great Job Apolonia your staff are a credit to you!

Beautiful supermarket staff need more training on customer service. Waited for some assistance at the cheese counter was left standing and waited for a considerable amount off time as a staff member who was labelling cheese totally ignored my presence and continued to label cheese.There was absolutely no eye contact made or any attempt to acknowledge my presence.
I left the counter and I came back a few minutes later to give him the benifit off the doubt to be still treated in this manner were I confronted the staff member. I expected a better level of customer service for the premium that I was paying.

Excepcional, de longe a melhor experiência de compras em supermercados na Europa que já tive. A loja é impecável e chega a ser luxuosa. Existem pessoas para atender e são muito simpáticas e prestativas. Dão sugestões, sugerem compras sem serem incómodos. Existem produtos de toda a Europa, a padaria tem até pretzels extremamente bem feitos. Um exemplo a ser seguido pelas redes internacionais que não tem a mínima capacidade de trazer nem sequer os bons produtos de seus países de origem e que já são comprados por eles de qualquer forma, a Lidl sendo um pouquinho menos ruim que os outros. Sabemos que a Apolónia está querendo agradar clientes ingleses, alemães e holandeses que estão no Algarve, mas a maioria dos frequentadores era portuguesa e estava muito satisfeita. Parabéns !!!! É assim que se faz negócio de supermercado, eu tenho como exemplo a rede Zaffari em Porto Alegre que é de longe a melhor do Brasil e a Apolónia consegue superar...

O café é bastante agradável e tem produtos de qualidade com bom atendimento. O supermercado no seu interior é arrumado e limpo mas tem um atendimento fraco e impessoal, os empregados passam sem cumprimentar. Na caixa o atendimento é bom e agradável. Dou 4 estrelas pelo serviço de caixa do supermercado e pelo café. Pelo serviço no interior do supermercado levava apenas uma.

Ottimo supermercato, con prodotti di qualità ottima. Ho apprezzato molto il servizio che viene dato al cliente, in tutti i reparti, in particolare mi è piaciuto molto l 'aiuto che viene dato alle casse, per sistemare nei sacchetti i prodotti, un servizio che viene fornito al cliente. Ottimo assortimento di prodotti vegani,,, ho comprato il beyond meat sausage,,, buonissime. Ottimo assortimento in tutti i reparti. Ogni volta che ritorno in portogallo è il mio supermercato preferito.

The store lives up to "the supermarket that has everything" from the great selection of products to the fantastic staff, just don't expect bargains as the store does charge a premium over everything, especially in the fresh procude and meat sections, but in comparison to many local supermarkets the quality is much better.

Ein wirklich chicer großer Supermarkt. Hier bekommt man auch viele Deutsche marken & Produkte. Wer auf der suche nach einem authentisch portugiesischen Einkaufserlebnis ist, ist hier falsch. Wenn man den Laden betritt wird einem klar, dieser Laden & sein angebot ist für Touristen. Die Preise sind höher als in anderen Geschäften, aber die aufmachung ist wirklich ansprechend. Fleisch & Frischetheken sind sehr ansprechend & es gibt sogar vegetarische & vegane Produkte. Die Obst & Gemüse Abteilung ist ansprechend hergerichtet und die wahren wirken frisch. Meiner meinung nach könnte die Obst & Gemüse Abteilung aber noch etwas größer sein.

Local tem parque de estacionamento vigiado, o que merce logo um destaque pela positiva. A loja a nível de produtos tem uma excelente garrafeira e dispõe de uma oferta que não abarca apenas os vinhos nacionais, a nivel de talho e peixaria a destacar uma ótima oferta.
No geral, é uma loja que destaca a oferta variada e diferente, de muita qualidade, claro que os preços são diferentes dos outros supermercados mas o leque e a diversidade também o são.

Fantastic store! Bright and airy with nice wide aisles for ease with wheelchairs/pushchairs. Always super clean and tidy with friendly staff on hand if needed. Great if your visiting from the UK and missing those home comforts. A little pricey but that's the price you pay for imported items. Great selection of local products too. Cafe, pharmacy and tobacconist in store. Plenty of tills and assistance with packing should you need it (or not). Great butcher and deli counters serving both hot and cold foods. Highly recommended store! A*****

Extortionate. Heard it was very nice & we went for some holiday treats, but it is double UK prices for most things.
Dolce Gusto coffee pods = €6. £3.30 in asda.
I bought a bottle of veuve cliquot at home before we left for a special occasion. Sainsbury’s = £40. Apologia = €99

Es como el Instagram de los supermercados. Todo perfectamente colocado, ordenado, limpio y hasta bonito. Todas las marcas que te puedas imaginar. Muchísima variedad. Y hasta un montón de productos gourmet.

Guarda de seguridad en el parking.
Sólo un pero, no es barato. Lo que es entendible con semejante variedad de productos.

Excellent supermarket of you're visiting from the UK and want to buy UK brands as well as a variety of other brands. Can be on the pricey side because of this, but sometimes you just have to have Kellogg's cereal! Plenty of staff on the tills and someone always available to help pack.

Wde aisles, very clean appearance, friendly counter service & a fantastic selection of fresh food. They even pack your bag and load your trolley at the till. Having previously trying the chaotic Intermarche next door, this was shopping Nirvana.

Sicher, der Laden ist schick.
Aber ich brauche im Urlaub in Portugal keine Marmelade aus England, Frankreich, etc. Dafür sind dann die Preise enrsprechend hoch.
Auch empfinde ich das Ambiente als zu steril, wie in einer großen Apotheke.
Da gehe ich lieber in einen normalen Supermarkt mit einheimischen Produkten und entsprechenden Preisen. Das schont dann auch die Umwelt.

Sehr breite Auswahl. Ein Vollsortimenter, vergleichbar mit Edeka oder REWE.
Das war es auch schon mit den Vorteilen. Angeboten werden Tomaten aus Holland. Irgendwo am Rande findet man lokale Tomaten. Wer seinen Geldbeutel nicht ruinieren möchte kauft hier nur die "nice to have" Artikel. Es handelt sich halt nicht um eine lokale Markthalle sondern um ein Einkaufserlebnis mit entsprechendem Preisniveau.

El único supermercado delicatessen que hay en el Algarve , si tú cartera te lo permite no dudes en ir.
Hay de todo de todo el mundo , cada sección es maravillosa , destacando la charcutería y la pastelería.
El personal parece que fue sacado de un casting , profesionales al 100%.
Hay 3 en la zona de lagoa.
El único lugar a la altura que conozco es galeries lafayette de Paris, que ya es decir.

Bester Supermarkt ever! Dort gibt es wirklich alles,was das Herz begehrt. Die Atmosphäre ist wirklich sehr angenehm.
Ob es die Padaria mit täglich frischem Brot und Brötchen ist. Der Kuchen ist einfach zu köstlich,um daran vorbeizugehen.
Oder die Fleisch und Wurstabteilung,die keinen Wunsch offen lassen.
An den Kassen werden die Waren vom Personal eingepackt und bei schweren Dingen,werden diese zum Auto gebracht,
das auf einem bewachten Parkplatz steht.
Es ist immer einen Besuch wert,auch wenn die Preise etwas höher sind, als bei den herkömmlichen Supermärkten. Aber das ist es wert.

Zéér goede supermarkt met een heel ruim assortiment op elk gebied. Hele goede bakker aanwezig.
Je kunt ook punten taart kopen, die gaan per gewicht. Kwaliteit is uitstekend.
Wij vinden de groentes duur en het fruit van een mindere kwaliteit, maar dat is persoonlijk.
