Дизайн - 5! Идея с разным освещением и музыкой по bluetooth в номерах отличная:)
Бассейн на крыше и вид - 5, хоть бассейн и небольшой и лежаков мало, но окунуться в жару - кайф:)
Завтраки - 5, вкусно, это при том, что довольно однообразно, удивительно:)
Спросили: как погладить одежду? Через 5 минут принесли в номер гладильную доску и утюг. К обслуживанию претензий нет:)
Из минусов: лежаки заняты почти всегда, нужно приходить очень рано. Бассейн закрывается довольно рано, т.е. вечером после прогулки уже не получится остудиться. Толком некуда повесить полотенца (одно на другое, все мокрые) и совершенно негде высушить ничего, купальники сушили на стуле. Возможно, в номерах с балконами иначе.
Будьте внимательны в баре при бассейне: вам могут налить алкогольный коктейль вместо безалгокольного, стоит это в 2 раза дороже и не всегда уместно в жару в принципе.
В целом, твёрдая 4. Отель приятный, стильный, не обшарпанный, еда вкусная, персонал вежливый.

Hotel pulito e tranquillo. Alla reception sono tutti molto gentili. La colazione è abbondante e buona. Lo stile della musica lo rende originale. Consigliato a chi visita Lisbona. Io e mio marito siamo contenti di averlo scelto.

my sister with her family and I stay here since Wednesday . The Last 2 days they did not clean our rooms . When we first came .. the room didn't have neither flip flops nor bath robes. When we asked for it ..they brought only one . We just talked to manager because when we called to the reception the answer they gave us was that it is fully booked and we have to understand. Come on what do I care??? The manager apologized but nobody took the responsibility. Rye breakfast is ok. But the general impression is really bad for the money we pay.

L'hôtel est joliment décoré, très bien situé.
Les chambres sont propres, belles, ambiance agréable grâce aux lumières de différentes couleurs, possibilité d'écouter sa musique sur les enceintes de la chambre en Bluetooth. Chouette !
Les petits déjeuners variés, petit bémol pour les plats chauds qui sont tièdes et les fruits qui ne changent pas au fil des jours alors qu'il y a beaucoup de variétés au Portugal.
PS : j'ai adoré la machine à pancakes qui permettent de les déguster chauds !

Pokoje czyste i przyjemne , ręczniki miękkie i pachnące. W pokoju kawa , herbaty, woda , mała lodówka i czajnik. Pokoje mają różne układy łazienek , mniej lub bardziej intymne. Na 7 piętrze jest głośno od basenu. Śniadania urozmaicone, szampan, krwawa Mary, naturalne soki , pyszna kawa.

Really nice hotel! The rooftop bar is incredible and the drinks the bartender made were amazing! The breakfast buffet was also really good. They also surprised us with a nice detail for my husband birthday (a cake and a sparkling wine in the room). Great touch! Will definitely come back ;)

Geweldig hotel. Het personeel is allemaal even vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn boven verwachting, voorzien van technische snufjes. Muziek is het thema van de eetzaal tot het dakterras. We wanen ons echte sterren van het binnentreden op de rode loper, tot de zoeklichten bij het het zwembad. Genieten.

Très bon hôtel, bon rapport qualité prix, chambres impeccables et calmes (sauf si concert le soir, mais une paire de boules quies résout le problème !) Et bien qu'un peu excentré, parfaitement desservi par transport en commun. Belle vue sur le parc Édouard 7.

Bem próximo do Marquês de Pombal, este hotel tem uma ótima relação preço/qualidade.
Inclui pequeno almoço e os quartos são muito tranquilos. Não se ouvem carros, aviões nem o metro (ruídos que ouço com frequência noutros hotéis).
A temática é música, a decoração moderna e confortável, funcionários simpáticos e o pequeno almoço acima da média.

Es la segunda vez que vamos a ese hotel. Repetimos por la atención, los servicios y las habitaciones. La habitación que nos dieron tenía unas vistas geniales, con una terraza amplia que lamentablemente no disfrutamos mucho por la época del año. Nos dejaron entrar mucho antes de la hora establecida y encima nos dieron una especie de suite super cómoda y totalmente domotizada.
El desayuno tipo bufet es genial, hay mucha variedad y productos frescos.
Esta relativamente cerca del centro, menos de 15 min andando. El paseo hasta llegar al centro es muy agradable. Volveremos y en verano para poder disfrutar de la piscina y el bar de la azotea.

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal , sofort ist man im Geschehen. Gegenüber fahren die Sightseeing Busse ab.Unser Zimmer war schwarz-weiß, toll! Dusche,WC,Waschbecken,alles separat ! Sehr angenehm! Wasserkocher,jeden Morgen wurde Kaffee und Tee aufgefüllt. Das Frühstück ist wie in einem 4 Sterne Hotel! Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der 8.Etage ist auf dem Dach ein Pool und eine Bar! Ich kann das HOTEL nur empfehlen!!

It was a terrible experience at this hotel ever and after. They made all kinds of noise for working, fixing while I took a rest such like a automatic drill. I HAD A LOT OF STRESS. I recorded more than 8 times and complained about this. (They heard it which was recorded by me) I totally exhausted and asked for a refund just for the days that I didnt stay, but they didnt give any refund, and denied it. They told that it would be happened. It seemed that they had no idea about customer’s right. This should not be happened. Add to this: they lied that I totally stayed for full days. But it was not true. I just stayed for the first day of reserve, because it was so terrible. I have a evidence with this. You hotels, do not lie about customer. Customer is not a fool.
added : I only spoke the truth. Who will remain more even though he/she suffer stress during only a one day? Please put your shoes in customers.

Ein neues und ziemlich cooles Themenhotel. Wer Musik mag wird es lieben. Alles ist auf das Thema Musik abgestimmt.
Man wird mit einem roten Teppich empfangen und dann spielt Musik und Lichter blicken dazu.
Der Rest ist ebenfalls toll eingerichtet.
Zimmer sind stylisch und modern.
Frühstück ist reichhaltig und ziemlich gut ausgewählt. Nespresso Bar, Smoothie Maker und eine Pancake Maschine sind die Hightlights.
Die Rooftop Bar mit Pool und Blick über die Stadt ist genial.
Preis Leistung stimmen hier extrem gut!
Zentrale Lage und direkt an den Öffentlichen, so macht Sightseeing Spaß...
Ein riesiges Danke an das Team vom Fénix, wir kommen definitiv wieder.

雖然設施新穎，到處可見高科技與音樂結合的巧思，卻掩飾不了設計上不實用與施工品質不佳的問題。隔音非常差，不論內外。四人房連可以讓行李攤開的空間都沒有！淋浴間與廁所以玻璃隔開，但是第一個人洗完澡，廁所地上就淹水了！中間下陷的床墊，加上嘎吱作響的床架，將對飯店的好印象破壞殆盡。每天晚上十點在大廳舉行的音樂現場表演倒是符合飯店命名。

Hotel muito bom, com estrutura maravilhosa! Os quartos são muito bem decorados, recepção lindíssima e shows aos fins de semana, que dão vontade de permanecer no hotel ao invés de conhecer a cidade. Café da manhã espetacular, e funcionários super solícitos. Entretanto, a limpeza dos quartos não foi nada satisfatória.

O hotel mais recente da cadeia nesta zona. Nenhum aspeto deste hotel foi deixado ao acaso... O quarto cheio de tecnologia... Todos os interruptores são touch, com possibilidade de escolher cor ambiente (amarela, azul ou vermelha). Pode-se ligar o telemóvel por Bluetooth ao quarto, podendo ouvir a música do telemóvel no quarto.
As cortinas são elétricas, mal se entra no quarto, abrem automaticamente.
O pessoal é muito simpático e jovial.
O pequeno almoço extremamente completo, com imensas variedades para todos os gostos.
Existe piscina e bar no piso superior, mas acabei por não utilizar, daí não poder opinar.
Vi também que têm concertos/espetáculos em certos dias (à noite)
Efetivamente muito bom.
Irrepreensível a todos os níveis.
A revisitar.!

Hotel moderno, bien ambientado en temática musical. La habitación es amplia y la limpieza excelente. La cama también es grande (2m x 2m) así como la pantalla de tv. La ducha tiene una salida de agua amplia y satisfactoria. En relación al desayuno, gran variedad con calidad teniendo en cuenta que es un 3 estrellas. Por poner una pega, la calidad de la señal de televisión, salvo unos pocos canales (5 o 6) es más bien mediocre, y si vas en coche, el pàrquing está en otro hotel contiguo de la misma companyia (hf fènix Lisboa), y lo cierto es que las rampas de salida y acceso a las diferentes plantas con el vehículo son más bien estrechas y hay que maniobrar abundantemente para encararlas sin riesgo de dañar el coche.

The hotel is not bad but I have doubts about the cleanliness of the bed sheets. I saw some hair on them and I hate this. But overall it was ok. It is located right above Marques Pompal. It is a nice location but walking to the historic center takes half an hour. There is metro nearby though, which costs 1.40 euros a ride. The staff was friendly. One day before arrival I requested about two hour early check in. The response was that I should pay 7 euros per hour. But when I went there they didn't ask for money and allowed me in, which I found friendly. The breakfast was more than average European 3 star hotels.

Bien, muy cómodo y con buenas vistas al exterior, la decoración es de inspiración musical y moderna. En la habitación había dos botellas de agua, nevera y un calentador de agua muy rápido para hacerte una taza de café o té si te apetece. El cuarto de baño es cómodo pero poco discreto al estar abierto, sólo unas puertas correderas en la ducha y el inodoro. Las luces se controlan con unos mandos muy modernos que pueden tener alguna dificultad para los mayores. El personal muy profesional y amable. El único inconveniente es la falta de parking, un pequeño patio para descargar y luego aparcamos en otro HF (Hay tres seguidos) al lado, sin problema.

Die Zimmer sind sehr modern gehalten. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich. Familien Zimmer ist klein. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und vielfältig. Die Lage des Hotel ist ein wenig vom der Stadtmitte entfernt, aber leicht mit Bussen etc. zu erreichen.

While not centrally located it is within short walking distance from the metro station and bus stops. It also very close to the upscale shopping street Av. da Liberdade.
The rooms were in good condition and all lights and window shades could be controlled from a single panel. Only downside was the mattress which tended to sink in too much just after 10' of lying down on it and would become uncomfortable.
The breakfast buffet was excellent with a nice selection of pastries, cold cuts, hot food, fruits and drinks. All tasted fresh and of good quality.
Finally, all staff were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient.
Overall, great value for money and would recommend to anyone!

Hotel eigentlich gut vom Empfang über Frühstück und guter Lage zur Metro. Leider fast genau in An- respektive Abflugschneise zum Flughafen was in grösserem Lärmpegel endet. Im November fehlt eine Sitzmöglichkeit drin da die 2 Liegestühle draussen auf der Terrasse nicht gross brauchbar sind.

Das Hotel ist sauber und hübsch gemacht. Leider ist das Hotel völlig überdimensioniert mit der Anzahl der Betten im Verhältnis zum Rest. Beim Frühstück wartet man gern 30 Minuten auf einen Tisch, die Zimmer werden auch bis 16h nicht gereinigt. Die Qualität des Frühstück ist gut nur leider ist es immer leergeräumt durch die Anzahl der Gäste. Mein Bettlaken war zerrissen und hatte Flecken. Da es ein "Musikhotel" ist, gibt es eingebaute Bluetooth Lautsprecher in jedem Zimmer, was dazu führt dass man auch spät Abends die Musik des Nachbarn "genießt". Die Mitarbeiter geben sich wirklich Mühe und doch würde ich dieses Hotel nur als Notlösung sehen wenn man sonst kein Bett bekommt.

Moderne kamers. Citytrip gedaan met drie vriendinnen. Gelogeerd op een kamer met ontbijt voor 4 personen, 2 dubbele bedden. Goed toegankelijk hotel. Mogelijk om van de luchthaven, met de aerobus, naar het hotel te rijden. €3/rit met LisboaCard. Bar sluit op zaterdag om 23u. Superbe séjour à Lisbonne dans cet hotel très bien placé, juste à côté du métro (marques de pombal). Chambre au 5eme étage donnant sur l avenue, isolation parfaite aucune nuisance sonore nous ayant empêchée de dormir correctement (prendre en compte qu etre bien situé pour visiter la ville avec toutes les commodités veut dire en general etre en ville) Roof top +++ !! Petit déjeuner très bien, extrêmement varié. Les chambres sont confortables, domotique Bluetooth (son des enceintes extra via smartphone) wifi +++ literie extra !! Personnel agréable, cocktails très bien sur le roof top (barman au top).
Amélioration possible : manque une poubelle dans la salle de bains et des petites bouteilles d eau tous les jours dans la chambre seraient un vrai plus bien agréable

Et hotell utenom det vanlige. Gjennomført stil med musikk som tema både utvendig og innvendig. Fin takterrasse med svømmebaseng, bar og utsikt. Rommene var rene og fine, med tydelig musikk stil. Trådløse høyttalere i vegger var også fint når vi ville slappe av med musikk etter en lang dag i Lisboa.

Hotel was very clean, room was great, think we got lucky with a great view. Breakfast was good, nothing special but plenty on offer. Location is brilliant. Right next to the Metro and the start of the tour busses. Can walk to many attractions including the old town. Hotel only four miles away as well.

i have been pending for a while since Jan to pen this down.
Fenix is clean. A small boutique hotel i would say. it looks trendy and young.
However, the experience was marred by the receptionist that booked a wrong vehicle for us during our departure and refuse to assist us.
We had like 8 passengers with 8 big luggage and 8 small luggage. She ordered a 8 seater - when we asked very specifically, a vehicle that can accommodate us all & luggage.
We end up squeezing with the driver, each of us holding onto our small luggage and ensuring the journey to the airport.
When the receptionist see that we managed to squeeze in, she actually retorted that we can fit in and she is right. No, she isn't.
No matter how clean or well located a hotel is, the service staff front the desk, and this behavior is utterly disgraceful and uncalled for.

We stayed for 4 nights in your hotel. The location is perfect and easy access to the Metro . The hotel employees are friendly, kind, efficient and always with smiling faces.
The only discomfort we had was the hotel bed . We had a sagging mattress that sank in the middle and it was difficult for us to fall asleep. We did not complain at the Front Desk since according to them the hotel is fully booked.
I advise that the Housekeeping Department should check the conditions of beds once in a while.
All in all, the hotel is beautiful ! I surely will recommend this hotel .

Great location right by the Metro. I found it a bit too far from the river to walk (30 mins) but Metro was cheap and really easy.
The staff were lovely and room spotlessly clean with funky light switches and a powerful shower. Breakfast had plentiful choice and the automatic pancake machine and smoothie makers really fun. I wouldn't hesitate to rebook here.

Excelente localização, fica bem próximo do metrô. Tanto o check in como o check out é feito de maneira rápida. Os funcionários muito atenciosos. Café da manhã é uma mini refeição tem bastante variedade de pães, frutas, iogurte... O quarto é fantástico, bastante confortável e o secador é muito bom.

Tem uma vista belíssima da cidade no último andar onde também fica a piscina. Voltaria a ficar nesse hotel com certeza.

El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado y es parte de un grupo hotelero que tiene 2 otros hoteles a escasos metros.
Estuvimos alojados en 2 habitaciones por 3 días y a partir del segundo día no nos pudimos duchar con agua caliente pues la caldera se estropeó según lo que dijeron. Estamos en invierno e imposible ducharse con agua fría. No nos propusieron ninguna alternativa y solo nos dijeron que no podían hacer nada y que intentaban arreglarlo. Al primer intento parecía que lo habían resuelto pero al segundo día igual, no había agua caliente. Otra peculiaridad de este moderno hotel: llamé recepción pues la televisión se quedaba como encendida por la noche pues emitía un resplandor bestial y ellos han mandado un “técnico" que se limitó a desenchufarnos la conexión por cable y dejarnos de esa manera sin poder asistir la tele !
Puede ser una buena opción para alojarse pues ofrece un buen desayuno, está bien comunicado y el personal es amable, pero puede transformarse en una pesadilla si hubiera algún problema durante su estancia…

The room was big and clean. Comfy beds, good TV and sound system. The shower was really good too. There is a nice swimming pool on the roof with a good bar overlooking the city.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good too, with plenty of choices for food and drink. Will definitely use them again and at a decent price too!

Nice hotel, friendly staff, tasty breakfast (though it did not really change during 3 days). Firstly we got the room which we do not booked but then we changed to the other one. The rooms are cleaned every day, enough of towels, though there is no even water provided inside the rooms, only some coffee and tea (not the best quality). Having slippers in the room would be a nice idea. The concept of the hotel is interesting, we also loved different modes of the light.

Estuve cuatro días y todo fue perfecto. Nos dieron una habitación en la última planta con terraza y tumbonas y vistas al Parque Eduardo VII. Las instalaciones son nuevas, innovadoras, originales y divertidas.
A mi marido, que es celiaco, le facilitaron pan y dulces sin gluten, hasta pastel de nata!!
Olvidé algunas pertenencias en la caja fuerte y me han ayudado en todo momento a realizar el envío a mi domicilio de forma rápida y segura.
Además, siempre hablando con ellos en español, lo cual ha facilitado mucho la comunicación.
No puedo decir nada malo de este hotel, se le quedan cortas las tres estrellas.

Lo único que si vas en coche tienes que dejarlo en el hotel de al lado, que no está lejos pero es muy estrecha la entrada, siendo esta entrada y salida de vehículos regularizado por un semáforo. Otro inconveniente es la tasa por ser extranjero que es de unos 2 € por personas, pero excepto eso todo muy bien

Muy bien situado, tiene una entrada directa desde cualquier autovía. El propio hotel te proporciona el aparcamiento a 9,50€/dia. Las habitaciones son modernas y las camas comodisimas. El desayuno fantástico. El personal muy atento, especialmente Fernando Ginga que actúa como botones y advisor para moverse y comer por Lisboa. La limpieza sobresaliente.

(포르투갈 직원들이 아시아인에게 친절한 편은 아닌것 같아요. 리셉션 직원도 어떤 분은 친절하고 어떤 분은 무뚝뚝한데 그나마 뮤직호텔 직원분들은 괜찮았습니다)

Great location a few steps away from Marque de Pombal metro, and 727 bus just around the corner takes you to Belem. £10 steak across the road (great American disaster rest.) Room clean and modern, great lighting controls. hot and cold air from air con unit (we went in winter). Spent 13 euro each in total on travel on metro over 4 days. 16 euro taxi to airport as left early hours but arrived by metro for 1.50 euro. good selection at breakfast and coffee machine to suit every preference. good shower great flow and heat. adequate storage and we had the balcony room (Rm 113) with sun chairs although too cold when we went. Melody double bed room. some noise from the bed frame could do with replacing. maid service rooms cleaned to good standard daily. front desk staff very helpful. modern hotel. recommended.

I could not travel and let the hotel know 2 days before but 1.5 hours after 2 pm and they charged me the entire 7 nights. Je recommande cet hôtel, nous y avons passé un agréable séjour de 3 nuits. Nous avions une chambre familiale. Idéale même avec des pre-ados. Le lit est confortable, l'oreiller beaucoup moins. Le petit-déjeuner est extraordinaire : sucré, salé en quantité et les mets changent tous les jours. Emplacement idéal à proximité de nombreuses lignes de bus et du métro.

My boyfriend booked this hotel to give me a surprise for our anniversary. The comments looked so good. The hotel appearance is quite good and good location. The swimming pool in the roof is amazing. About the cleaning service it could be better. However I didn’t like the security neither the atmosphere. I didn’t feel confortable. I am not surprised with Blanca experience as I finally carried with my iPad and more expensive items. Holidays for me means to be relaxed instead of being worried about all my belongings. Although the appearance seems good, it is not. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Magnifique le mobilier, la décoration dans le hall d entrée, dans la chambre ... en rapport avec la musique très original. Chambre propre. La piscine et le bar sur le toit, c est top. Le personnel est jeune et très accueillant. L hôtel se situe à 2 min à pied des bus et du métro. Environ 25 min de laéroport en métro et à 15 min en métro du plus grand centre commercial du Portugal Colombo. Petites choses à améliorer : dans la chambre ajouter un gobelet pour brosse à dents et une chaise et au buffet déjeuner ajouter des petits bols et des confitures maison. Merci

Insgesamt gutes, sauberes Hotel das alles hat was man für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt benötigt. Relativ kleines Zimmer, aber ausreichend. Das Bett war sehr bequem! Ganz coole Licht-Optionen (rot, blau), wer das mag. Das Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn und in der Dusche riecht leider extrem nach Chlor (man gewöhnt sich aber dran). Das Personal war nicht übermäßig freundlich oder zuvorkommend, v.A. an der Rezeption. Beim Frühstück wurde dafür sehr schnell aufgefüllt, das Frühstück war allgemein super! Sehr vielfältig und besonders, z.B Smoothie-Maker, Pancake-Maker, es gab Nachos, frischen Osaft, und viel Auswahl bei den Süßspeisen (Natas, versch. Kuchen, Kekse,...). Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, Nahe der Metro und vielen Bus-Linien, oder man kann zu Fuß die schöne Liberty Ave entlang laufen.

A hidden gem of Lisboa with fashionable design of music themes which turned out a boutique feel hotel. Great location, breakfast, a roof top swimming pool and friendly staffs we met all came out together made us a perfect stay. Will come back for sure if we would revisit Lisboa in future.

Very nice upscale hotel with clean and comfortable rooms and a great ambiance. Staff is friendly and helpful in planning excursions and giving information. They have a laundry service which isn't bad priced. The breakfast is wonderful with many hot and cold selections. The roof top terrace and pool is relaxing and a plus after exploring the city of Lisbon.

De auténtica VERGÜENZA!! Mi pareja se dejó olvidada una caja con varios pendientes... Hemos llamado por activa y por pasiva y siempre nos dicen que se pondrán en contacto con nosotros para devolvérnoslo. De esto hace ya más de un año!! nos dicen que los tienen en recepción y cada vez que llamamos están muy ocupados para atendernos y mandar los a contrareembolso!! Si así funciona este hotel y esa es su seriedad no se lo recomiendo absolutamente a NADIE!! ME DA QUE COMO SON PENDIENTES BUENOS SE ESTÁN HACIENDO LOS TONTOS PARA NO DEVOLVERLOS... COMO ESTE MES NO NOS DEN UNA SOLUCIÓN Y NOS ATIENDAN.... TOMAREMOS VÍAS JUDICIALES!!! Espero que el propietario se digne a contestar nos... Aunque veo que solo contesta a las reseñas que son de su agrado para alabar el hotel.

Wir waren für 5 Tage in diesem Hotel. Und rundum zufrieden! Ein ganz tolles Hotel. Modern mit geschmackvollen Zimmer. Die Betten sehr gemütlich, Klimaanlage, sowie Technik überhaupt funktionierten einwandfrei. Auch das Bad war hervorragend! Ein echtes Highlight ist der Pool mit Bar auf dem Dach. Dort ist es immer schön. Wir konnten auf den Tejo und Lissabon sehen. Gerade abends ist ein Besuch dort lohnenswert. Die Bar hat auch lange geöffnet. Das Personal im Hotel ist sehr sehr nett und hilft bei allen Fragen. Wir haben auch das wunderbare und reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet genossen! Dieses Hotel würde ich immer wieder besuchen.

Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido el ambiente del hotel, la decoración y sobre todo la piscina. Además las habitaciones están muy limpias y bien equipadas. Mejoraría que en la piscina hay pocas camas y las sillas son muy incomodas. La variedad del buffet podría mejorarse.

Llevo un año esperando a que me manden unos pendientes que olvidé en la habitación. Mando emails...llamo por teléfono y me dicen que van a llamarme ....NO RECIBO NINGUNA LLAMADA. Se han quedado mis joyas y no me las envían y me confirman que las tienen allí.

Recomendo!! O hotel novo, tem decoração moderna, com tema música. Quartos confortáveis e adorei a ducha. Boa limpeza ! Localização fantástica, de frente para o Pq Eduardo, na Marques dr Pombal, com fácil acesso a tudo . Café da manhã muito gostoso, com opções variadas e qualidade

Ambiente espectacular, num quadro moderno/contemporâneo, no coração de Lisboa.
Atendimento simples, convivial, familiar, mas extremamente profissional.
A piscina/bar no roof top, contemplam uma vista magnífica sobre Lisboa.
A proximidade a pé das grandes avenidas, com bares, restaurantes comércios, facilitam as deslocações.
Aconselho fortemente este hotel, que seja para uma noite ou uma estadia mais prolongada.

Loud Ventilation in the room. Not possible to sleep. Bed was so squeezy you could hear every light move. Staff was not able to help with that.
The pool is actually bit dirty and the decoration there looks cheap. However the prices at the bar are very expensice - you pay 5€ for a small beer (you can get at least 4 beers in a bar).
The location... there is not much around to see or go out. But there are many cars - so it's loud outside.
Conclusion: loud inside and outside, bit dirty pool and showers, expensive, remote location. Why does it have so good reviews? It's irritating.

Mon meilleur et moi avons passer un super bon séjour dans cet établissement que nous avons choisi car le thème sur les photos était top. Mais arriver sur place le thème n’allait pas du tout avec le contenu de l’hôtel, on parle ici de Fenix Music Hôtel, on s’attendait à ce qu’il y est des spectacles le soir à savoir même le karaoké etc mais rien. Le personnel a l’accueille d’une gentillesse incroyable, étant donner que je suis chef de réception à mon hôtel à paris, l’accueil reste vraiment primordiale. Pour ne pas citer leurs noms car ils m’ont vraiment marquer. Ils ont fais un travail que même moi j’étais très surpris. Fernando qui est a l’accueille vous explique vraiment comment se déplacer les bons endroits à visiter et comment prendre le métro, très longue carrière à ce monsieur, Raphaël le night qui est toujours à l’écoute et à pu nous changer de chambre car nous voulons plus haut. Ricardo calh ( barman ) qui faisait l’ambiance, et c’est le seul endroit le soir où on se sentait vraiment bien car yavait de la musique et puis le bar ouvert. Le breakfast est très copieux on y mange de tout salé comme sucré, les filles du breakfast étaient toutes géniales elles ont toujours le sourire. Et le monsieur du breakfast je crois qu’il s’appelait Ruben ? Très très opérationnel le matin ( sauf qu’il n’avait pas le sourire le matin ) c’est très dommage car j’avais remarqué qu’il faisait aussi du très très bon travail le matin au breakfast. Je met une note de 5 étoiles car tous les employés ont été très professionnels. #701

Angestellte sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Der Pool auf dem Dach war auch Anfang August eiskalt und immer sehr windig auf dem 8 Stock. WLAN ist sehr schlecht, weil man sich immer wieder anmelden muss!
Frühstück ist durchschnittlich. Meist viel zu überlaufen. Auswahl in Ordnung. Da wäre noch Luft nach oben.
Ambiente und Thema des Hotels „Musik“ sehr gut umgesetzt.

Wir haben 3 Nächte im Hotel HF Fenix Music verbracht und werden gewiß wiederkommen. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet: Sehr bequeme Betten, große Regendusche, großer Flachbild-TV, Kühlschrank, Safe... alles, was man braucht. Vor allem die Dachterrasse mit Liegen, Sitzgruppen, Handtüchern, Bar und kleinem Pool haben meine erwachsenen Töchter sehr geschätzt. Dieser Bereich ist zwar recht klein, es findet sich aber immer ein Plätzchen. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, sehr vielfältig: Frisch gepresster O-Saft, Sekt, Säfte, Kaffeespezialitäten, Rühreier, Bacon, Baked Beans, Tortilla, Wurst, Käse, Obst, Kuchen, Pasteis de Nata, frische Pfannkuchen und vieles mehr. Die Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis muss man auch noch erwähnen.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The rooftop pool area was great although the drinks were a bit expensive (€8.50 for a a fairly average cocktail) The room was cleaned everyday which was good however there were some small things to be improved on here, replacing waters, milk for coffee etc.. The overhead shower was amazing and the room itself was really nice with a huge bed. Overall I would definitely recommend and also stay again.

I like the concept of the hotel - everything revolves around a central theme - MUSIC.
New, modern rooms. Good service. Pool on top of the hotel. Decent breakfast.
Having said that, we had to change our room, as the air conditioning wasn't working. The only other room was the one beneath the swimming pool. And they did warn us it'd be loud. And indeed, it was! Can't imagine spending my holidays in that room.
The worrying thing, though, was that two other people that checked in at the same time with us had issues with their rooms and had to change as well... This says something about the hotel double checking the rooms and making sure everything works fine BEFORE letting guests in...

Lovely place with nicely decorated with music theme. Like drums reception, floor with music genre (hiphop jazz). Breakfast buffet was really good and plenty of choice, pancakes machine
The rooms are big with TV air con, can linked the mobile to the room speakers via Bluetooth. Employees really friendly and always listening to your demand and try to help you. Price ok and affordable in a quite Lisbon center and in July.

Hôtel impeccable, chouette déco dans le thème, un rooftop vrmt sympa il est domage qu' on y retrouve pas une terrasse couverte partiellement en cas de pluie...
Niveau chambre c est impeccable, mise à part un petit problème d eau chaude qui a été réglé dans la journée +1!
Connexion bluetooth avec enceintes intégrées dans les murs pour jouer votre playlist préféré! Le petit dej est vrmt sympa attention quand il y a du monde le buffet a dur à suivre! Et pour finir un personnel vraiment sympathique!!

The brilliant staff the room was so comfortable when you put your room card in the automatic blinds open up! The shower was the best hotel shower I have ever had and the best night sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel! It’s right opposite the open top bus stop and the metro. The hotel lift knows what floor you are staying on when you scan your card! The breakfast was everything and more!! There is even a smoothie maker!

Uma das melhores experiências. Bom atendimento, ótimas instalações, super bem localizado no ponto central da cidade, próximo da estátua do Marquês de Pombal. Café, decoração, tudo muito bom e ainda tem o terraço com um bar e uma vista panorâmica de toda parte baixa da cidade.

Das Hotel ist einfach nur klasse. Reichhaltiges, frisches Frühstückbuffet. Metrostationen in Hotel nähe. Hop on hop off Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. In 20-30 min zu Fuss im Bairro Alto. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und luxuriös und mit kleinen Highlights. Die Betten grosszügig und sehr bequem. Neben dem Frühstücksraum gibt es eine DJ-Ecke. Macht Spass zu spielen! Es gibt einen Pool und eine Bar auf dem Dach und an der Rezeption hat es nochmal eine Bar. Ich würde dieses Hotel sofort wieder buchen ob Städterreise oder für längere Ferien.

Fab and quite original place to stay in.. Hotel has unique design.. Rooms were confy enough as we were there for a few days to attend concert and have a city break.. All we really needed is to sleep, take a shower and continue exploring.. Great location as metro is just behind the corner so you can go anywhere you like and explore the city.. Uber was very good too, prices were acceptable.. I would stay here again..
