동네 선술집 느낌의 중식당입니다. 근처를 지나게 된다면 들려도 좋을 곳. 메뉴는 대체적으로 맛있는 편이고 왁자지껄한 분위기가 기분 좋아집니다. 간판이 없으니 잘 찾아야 하고 가격이 저렴한 대신에 현금만 받아요.

It is a good place to get budget food, it felt like a cozy spot, you will most differently find Chinese dishes, sadly quite limited, but if you are someone who has been eating Chinese food all your life, you will be a little disappointed by both the options and quality of the food.
Unless this restaurant represents a certain region of China that I have never tried before, it is hard for me to call this place a full on "Chinese restaurant".
I differently wouldn't recommend it for people who has never tried Chinese food before, or anyone who is a fan of American-Chinese food.

왜 한국분들 방문이 없는지 이해가 안 될 정도로 너무 맛있습니다! 처음엔 거리가 으슥하고 간판도 없는 2층 건물이라 걱정했는데 깔끔하고 넓은 공간에 음식 맛까지 환상적이었습니다! 칠리새우, 마파두부 무조건 드세요!!!
아!! 가격도 진짜 싸요!! 세개 시켜 먹었는데 18유로 ㅜㅜㅠ

Sehr leckeres chinesische Restaurant. Man sollte sich von dem etwas schäbigen Eingang nicht abschrecken lassen. Wirklich geheim oder illigal ist es nicht, bei unserem Aufenthalt waren vor allem Touristen und Studenten da. Insgesamt eine Atmosphäre, die an eine Imbissebude erinnert. Das Essen kam sehr schnell und war lecker. Das Preise sind super für einen Teller Shrimps zahlt man 6.50€. Wir gehen auf jeden Fall wieder hin.

Chinesisches Essen: preiswert und mal ganz anders.
Im 1. Stock des Hauses gibt's ein familiengeführtes chinesisches Restaurant. Wirklich illegal ist das nicht; aber so in Deutschland eben auch nicht denkbar.
Es herrscht eine rustikale Atmosphäre, aber genau das macht es aus. Viele Einheimische, Familien etc. essen hier für super wenig Geld.
Wir fanden die Art des Essen gehens toll: Einfach mal was anderes, unkonventionelles!
Es gibt vegetarische Gerichte, Gemüse, Tofu, auch Fleischgerichten und Vorspeisen wie verschiedene Dumplings, Frühlingsrollen etc.
Krabbenchips werden auf's Haus gereicht.
Man notiert die gewählten Essen auf einen Zettel und bekommt dann schmackhafte, solide Gerichte und vor allem große Portionen (kann man sich im Grunde teilen, wenn man Reis dazu bestellt). Reis muss extra bestellt werden, kostet nur 70cent, ein Bier 1,30€.
Wir haben zu zweit inkl zwei Bier für gut 12€ gegessen und waren total satt.

Follow Google maps and you end up in a street with no sign of the restaurant. Go in door number 9 and upstairs and you will find this out of the way Chinese restaurant. Food was absolutely delicious and service was very friendly. Cash only.

Very chilled out spot, surrounded by a real neighbourhood on the 3rd floor of a building. Look out for a pair of Chinese lanterns up beer the roof to find this place.

What a find! My wife and daughter almost cried when I made my way into the doorway of a random building which looks a bit run down. We came down from the top ally which is dirty smelly with dug dealers on the corners and their children playing amongst them so not a good impression. This ally however becomes really cute as you decent with a few restaurant tucked away. However this chimes restaurant is anything but easy to find. Wheen it is closed it looks like a random house no signed what so ever! But soo nice, so casual and friendly. Great prices, great food. Just amazing. When we arrived there were only 3 other people eating which didn't make it easy for my wife and daughter to accept this as a good place. As the evening progressed it got busier and busier. Don't judge this book by its cover!

牛肉不會太老，湯頭不會太過麻辣（連我不吃辣的都覺得很好吃）裏頭還有了高麗菜搭配！真是美味！
店裡的服務人員都非常熱情的招待我們！一定會再次前往！

De clandestino não tem nada porque toda a gente sabe onde é. A comida é do melhor que já comi. Sempre a abarrotar à noite de gente nova. Estacionamento perto só no subterrâneo do Martim Moniz. De resto, é só um restaurante chinês sem a decoração típica. Mas a comida é muito boa.

Gut und günstig beschreibt dieses Restaurant denke ich am besten.
Sind durch eine Stadtführung darauf aufmerksam gemacht worden und haben dann beschlossen wir geben dem unscheinbaren Restaurant eine Chance.
Einmal quer durch die Karte alles bestellt, zu dritt keine 40 Euro bezahlt und dennoch mehr als satt geworden.
Personal war auch sehr aufmerksam und super freundlich!
Also keine Scheu vor dem Gebäude - ein Besuch lohnt sich!
Man sollte nur kein gehobenes Ambiente erwarten

Ristorante cinese al primo piano di una casetta. Ci si arriva da Martin Moniz addentrandosi per le stradine della Mouraria. Non ci sono insegne per cui si riconosce dalle lanterne cinesi che sono posizionate all'esterno. Non ci si deve aspettare il classico ristorante ma si mangia benissimo secondo me! Tutte le porzioni sono abbondanti e servite sempre ben calde!

Visiting a Chinese restaurant in Lisbon may seem a bit weird or stupid but believe me when I say- this is not an opportunity you’d want to miss. Hidden in the lovely streets of Graça neighbourhood, there’s a restaurant with more than just delicious food. There’s a special vibe that you can feel and the staff is absolutely lovely! I tried many things from the menu, most of it being too die for but i would highly suggest you getting: shrimps on a warm plate and roasted eggplant. Thank me later.

The worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. I love Chinese food and have had it in many countries including China, this is the worst. Save your money and go elsewhere. Everything is not edible. Ordered sweet and sour pork for main. It came out first long before starters. It tasted so incredibly salty and horrible, we didn't recognize it as being our main dish. Toilets are disgusting, no locks, no toilet seats. Poor waitress service. Owner has a poor indian girl running around by herself serving the whole restaurant.This restaurant should be as named...Illegal Chinese Restaurant!!!

Ignore the bad reviews about this place!!! It’s amazing! So cheap we got egg fried rice (€4) pork dumplings (€4) chicken on hot plate (€5) beer & water (€2) the place is in a not so touristy place which is great sick of heaving crowds !! Go to house number 9 and up the graffiti stair case to the first room on the right ! We had a great time sooooo delicious. Best dumplings since visiting japan !

Em toda a honestidade o restaurante tem um nome do qual como ninguém conseguia pronunciar, decidiram chamar-lhe restaurante ilegal. Isso e em parte porque as pessoas comem numa sala de estar ou em quartos de dormir. Somos um povo magnífico. 10 estrelas pela ASAE não ter descoberto o sítio.

Delicious and cheap! It doesn’t look like a restaurant from the outside, but if you go up the steps at number 9, you’ll find it. The staff doesn’t speak English or Portuguese, so you have to write your order on a notepad. Regardless, they are extremely welcoming and the food is incredible. It’s got a homey feel and it’s some of the best Chinese food I’ve ever had.

Een echte authentieke Chinees restaurant.
Het is niet gezellig ingericht.
Maar het eten is wel lekker en erg goedkoop. Nergens anders zo goedkoop behalve in Azië. Het totale bedrag die ik moest betalen was € 26,80 met drinken en rijst erbij.
Personeel is erg vriendelijk.
Echte aanrader als iets wil dan Portugees eten

Stumbled upon this after reading about the 'Illegal Chinese' restaurants in Lisbon and decided to give it a shot finding one. It wasn't hard to find (there's a giant sign in the vestibule), the people working there were super friendly and the food was amazing. Definitely a step above It may seem a little odd to be seeking out Chinese food when traveling in Portugal but if you're there more than a few days this is definitely worth checking out!

Illegale perché si entra al piano terra in una porta senza insegne e si sale al primo piano dove, scostando una tenda di plastica, si rivela questo ristorante cinese. Senza fronzoli e complimenti, credo sia uno dei migliori ristoranti cinesi che abbia mai provato. Porzioni economiche e molto abbondanti, attenti a non esagerare.

El mejor chino que he ido, es comida suya auténtica. El local no vale nada no esperéis florituras, mesas con manteles de papel y servilleteros del día, pero todo eso está de más ya que la comida está buenísima. Las empanadillas caseras y suaves, el pato pequin y el cerdo agridulce exquisitos y las gambas y las berenjenas fritas de quitarse el sombrero. Raciones grandes, somos de buen comer y nos sobró comida, eso sí la podéis pedir para llevar solo que os cobrarán las fiambreras. El precio perfecto para lo que ofrecen.

Um dos restaurantes chineses mais conhecidos da região, porém longe de estar entre os melhores, porções pequenas, preços elevados e um dos pratos principais bem abaixo da expectativa, visual e sabor. Fuja daí e vá para a rua principal da Graça onde há outros Chineses, Paquistanezes, Vietnamitas e Indianos na Rua Beco do Benformoso.

Authentic Chinese food, great prices, fast service. The place was packed when we went at 9 pm on a Friday night, so we had a wait a while to get a table. However, the wait was worth it! Highly recommend!!

Po przeczytanych w internecie opiniach liczyłem że zjem tu coś co mnie powali, ale chyba się przeliczyłem. Jedzenie na poziomie przeciętnego chińczyka w Polsce Jakość obsługi też mogłaby być lepsza. Podano nam mięso i krewetki a o ryżu zapomniano. Gdy w końcu go doniesiono krewetki które wyjechały jako pierwsze na stół zrobiły się już zimne.

Cool place! Located in a first floor in a building.
When you found it, you will find very good Chinese Food to a very reasonable price.
I would not go there for a first date as it's a bit loud but if you go with a group and you are hungry and you love Chinese food, then definitely go there when you are in Lisbon!

Trafić tu można tylko z pomocą Google maps. Miejsce bardzo niepozorne, które zaskakuje wspaniałymi smakami. Polecam również osobom nie jedzacym mięsa. Tofu w kilku wydaniach jest tu doskonale.

Took us a while to find, but some locals pointed the way for us. It was packed with young people from the neighborhood. Big portions and cheap prices did not mean sub-quality food, it was all delicious and we would recomendable the pork dumplings and beef soup especially.

This place is a little hard to find as there is no sign. Look up for the Chinese lantern. Go up a flight of stairs and you are there. It’s small, but the food.... incredible. Hands down the best meal we had in Lisbon. We ordered 3 servings of everything! And soooo inexpensive. If you’re in Lisbon, especially on a rainy day and want a good meal... GO HERE!!!!

Very happy about the place. I was recommanded by a friend who had visited Lisbao before. Nice food, love the service. Waiters are very observant. I love the ambiance, children running around and playing. Would come again if I were to visit the city in the near future.

This place is AMAZING. It was packed with people on Friday night because the food iS so cheap. AND DELICIOUS. The dining area is pretty large. About 100 square meters. There were about 125 people when we arrived at 21:30. And when we were done eating there were people still waiting to be seated,They speak English and Portuguese. And smiled...which is unusual for Chinese restaurants. You are seated family style at long tables with other people and you share tissue paper...no napkins. Chopsticks. The menu is extensive but there are pi tires and we got an English menu. Just order by number. Average dish is 5 euros. It was pretty noisy so you have to talk loudly. Service was fast. Only 4 waitresses.

Como indica o nome do restaurante, este começou por ser clandestino. É um restaurante simples, para quem procura um jantar ou almoço animado com aqueles bons e velhos amigos! A comida é uma maravilha a preços do mais simpático que há! Tem de se ir cedo ou telefonar a reservar mesa, pois está sempre cheio pelos grupos de jovens e turistas. Está localizado numa zona nobre de Lisboa! Completamente redomendado!

La mejor comida china que he probado jamás. No es grasienta como en los restaurantes al común, el picante... eso sí que es picante y un trato indiscutible por parte de la gente.
Se respiraba buen ambiente entre los comensales, un pequeño lugar al que no hubiésemos entrado si no fuese por la recomendaciones y al que seguro que volveremos antes de marcharnos de lisboa.

The place is wonderful. The staff is kind and receptive and the concept within the restaurant is cool.
I really recommend it but be aware that this restaurant might be full. So you better organize your schedule in order to avoid disappointments.

The food fantastic and it is in the middle of a close knit neighborhood. The bar across the street is a great spot for a pre or post drink. The food at this place is MARVELOUS! We ordered 6 dishes and everything was on point! The duck skin was super crispy and the meat juicy. We highly recommend!

Worst Chinese food ever. It doesn’t taste anything like Chinese food. The pork in the sweet and sour pork tasted old. The batter itself was sweet like candy. The oil used to make out stir-fried eggplants tasted rancid. There are better places for Chinese food in Lisbon.

The key is to order the popular dishes like the fried rice, sweet n sour meats, noodles, dumplings. Otherwise, it's a looooong wait. We finally cancelled the rest of our order. Quality wise, food was bland n salty. The popular iron plates should be sizzling hot but it came out warm, yet, it's more expensive; order the regular plate version instead. Place was packed with the non-Chinese customers, n tables are in a cafeteria setting. Being the only Chinese place makes it popular was all. If you're in the area, drop by to settle your fried rice craving, otherwise, it's not worth the trip.

Não aceita multibanco, e as atendentes não falam português. Mas são muito atenciosas.

Au premier abord le restaurant semble étrange, cependant dès qu'on entre dans la salle on est tout de suite baigné dans une ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale... Pour ce qui est de la nourriture, elle était très bonne et très abordable (seulement 30€ pour 4 personnes) ça aura été une très bonne surprise à Lisbonne. Je recommande fortement

Malgré son apparence illégale et sale, le restaurant offre une ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale avec de la nourriture de très bonne qualité et pour un prix vraiment abordable. Petit + le chien a l'entrée était vraiment mignon.

How can it be illegal with so many visitors?! I don't believe the local police is so blind. Even more, if they like delicious food (I'd bet they do) they know this place, for sure! The servings are enormously big it's better to call your friends for the help.

The food was good at a good price. Average price is about 10 EUR or less per person including a drink. Atmosphere is really noisy and the table next to us was really loud and rude. They were throwing used paper towels at each other amd one lamdes on our table. We had to wait about 15 minutes before we were able to order.

Really unique place, you eat while Chinese family doing their family staff (watching TV, feeding small kids...) But great experience, great food, really recommend you to visit it. Also very cheap, for 8 people our receive was 75 so around 9 e per person with full table of food and drinks. Order one soup because one soup is for 3-4 person.

A comida é muito boa e a família que gere este restaurante ilegal é bastante simpática. Cuidado ao pedir sopa, vem uma malga gigante que dá para 5 doses mais coisa menos coisa. Não é um local calmo nem bom para levar crianças, há demasiado barulho e a legislação do tabaco em restaurantes ainda não chegou ao ilegal. De resto impecável e bons preços.

Food was ok. (Have eaten a lot of Chinese food in my day, this wasn't great.) It was cheap but would suggest paying 1 or 2 euros more to eat somewhere better.
There were no windows open inside and they kept closing the door, so zero ventilation with lots of smokers. We took our food to go moments after sitting down.

It's a shame I don't have a photo to post for several visits I already did there.
The food is amazying. And the closest to real chinese food, love the long table as they do there.
As you go there to share dishes ordered, having good quality friendly moments, and pay very little.
Don't expect most of the waiters to speak Portuguese or English. But that never stop an order or a problem to be solved.

This place is easy to miss because it has no sign indicating it is a restaurant. Just trust the address, go inside, upstairs, and it will be obvious. The food is great, the portions are quite large and the prices are cheap! We loved it. There is a tofu in spicy sauce that is so good, and was my favorite item. We went 2 days in a row because we liked it so much.

Great little place to have a Chinese meal at very reasonable prices. Generous portions on all options and no over charging on the wine. We are a family of 5 and our bill was 40 euro and that included my bottle of red at 5 euros! Service was excellent and even allows you to take out what you can't eat. Fab find.

As the name say you need to know where is it! No sign say restaurant looks like a normal little house. The time we go there children where playing in the star house, at first floor there is a big room with tables , the people don´t speak English ore Portuguese. The give you the menu and a paper and a pencil and you can write down your order. Food is good , service is fast and friendly price also very good.

Good food in a different environment. It's not your typical Chinese restaurant, but the food is great and at a great price. It's one of the last restaurants in Lisbon where you can still smoke inside.

The quality of the food compared to the price is excellent! But the problem is that it s really an illegal chinese, where the hygiene standards are very low: tables are dirty, forks were oily, people smoked each kind of cigarettes and there is no fan system. As the name says they don t give you any kind of bill, so if you would have a food poisoning you couldn t show to no one where you got it.

Es un sitio para ir por curiosidad si estas varios días en Lisboa. La comida es sabrosa y sin pretensiones. El pollo agridulce muy rico, al igual que los tallarines y el arroz chow mei. Los dumplings eran completamente industriales, aunque muy baratos. Nos quedamos con las ganas de probar las lenguas de pato. Tercio de Cerveza a un euro!
