Overall a good experience. We left two trolleys and a backpack there for about six hours and paid 20€. Got everything back safely. Location is not far from Cais do Sodré, just the hill is very steep. We do think the lockers at the station are more conventient and slightly cheaper, it's just more of an hassle to have enough coins of exact value to use them

Lugar perfecto para dejar tus maletas mientras que visitas la ciudad. El personal es muy amable y atento. El horario de recogida es muy amplio y el precio está muy bien. Si vas en metro desde el aeropuerto puedes bajarte en plaza de Rossio, está a 3 minutos andando.

Very simple to drop bags, was quoted prices for 3 and 5 hrs. Ended up leaving one small and one large bag for 5hrs for €13 in total.

Great place and in a conviennent location to drop off luggage for reasonable prices. The staff is wonderful and very very friendly. I actually left my purse there on accident and was very pleasantly surprised that they stored it for me until I could arrange for it to be shipped home. Overall, a great experience and I would use their services again if ever in Lisbon :)

Prima plek om je bagage een paar uur te stallen. We moesten wel 15 minuten wachten bij het wegbrengen, maar bij het ophalen vrijwel direct aan de beurt. Schappelijke prijzen en goede locatie.

Left my bags there for the day. Great handy service. The guy was very kind and helped me arrange airport transfer and was gebuinely nice. Amazing location between two subways who also go to the airport. It had bathroom, wi-fi, and couches where you could organize your stuff and just sit down for a bit. Fair prices in my opinion for a business like this. It was also very clean and a pretty chill confortable and safe space. 100% will use it again when back in Portugal.

Very good service! Nice and friendly personnel that was quick to help. We were 20 minutes into an extra hour but were only charged for less amount of time. Definitely recommend.

O atendimento foi muito bom, tem uma boa infraestrutura pra quem quer passar um tempo, precisar se trocar etc. Preço justo. Foi uma mão na roda pra nós que tínhamos o checkin disponível somente horas mais tarde. Conseguimos ver muita coisa até poder ir pro hotel.

Very flat attitude from the staff, highly priced and you get the feeling that you are being forced to pay for each and every move (including weighing the luggage that they will charge you for storing!!!)
Broken toilet at the facility is definitely a weakness point.
Payments were accepted ONLY in CASH & our request for an official printed Invoice was treated with a suprised-face of service provider.
The only positive thing is that such expensive facility exists...

Parfait, personnel poli et efficace. 15€ pour garder un gros sac et une valise pdt 6h. Le premier forfait démarre a 3h. Les tarifs dépendent de la taille de vos bagages.

Great city centre location to drop bags and get taxis from with shelter from the sun (if needed/wanted) - paid about 9euro for the day per suitcase but was so convenient and all seemed secure and at ease that our bags were safe. Thankyou for a great service .

This place is so conveniently located. It’s also clean and they have a free toilet. More expensive than traditional luggage storage (e.g., in a train station), but the location is worth the price.

I wish I had the name of the kind gentleman that served us. We had a small mix up on the amount owed but when he realized his error he was very quick to rectify it. We had a very positive experience dealing with this company and would recommend their services to anyone. Very handy to be able to store and carry on with our day knowing our belongings were safe. Thanks to the kind man.

What a lifesaver - I highly recommend it. Totally central location and so easy to check in and out. We stayed at an apartment rental so needed to hold luggage somewhere to enjoy our last full day, this is the most efficient, friendly, and cost effective way to go.
Truly an amazing host and service for travellers. We spoke with the owner who is enthusiastic and supportive to all his guests who want to enjoy the city luggage free! This should be a franchise accross Europe. Thank you from Canada!

Super useful service. Helped me a great deal having difficult times between early hotel check out and late train schedules so I don't have to pay an extra day housing.
Also can sit and rest for a bit if feeling tired, charge your phone, free wifi. Great for travelers. O wish there was more of this elsewhere.
One complain though os that they work 10am to 6pm. I would have preferred they had a more extended working time.

Situé dans un lieu très touristique près de la gare de Cais sodré, très pratique pour faire garder ses valises avant le départ ou la récupération de sa location.
Personnel très gentil et serviable, vous pouvez même y réserver un taxi, avoir du wifi, recharger son téléphone, aller au WC .
Le tarif pourrai être un peu plus abordable, 8€ la journée pour un valise moyenne et 9€ pour une grosse valise.

We had a positive experience with Luggage storage Lisbon. The storage at Cais do Sodré station was out of order and we decided to walk 300m further to leave our luggage with Miguel. He runs the place efficiently, explaining everything. We decided to book the taxi to the AirPort that evening with him as wel, for €17,00 for up to 4 people. Everything went as expected and we were on time at the AirPort even with heavy traffic. Thank you!

Miguel, the owner, was extremely friendly and helpful.
We left extra bags for 3 days while we went to Porto. Miguel gave us food tips for Porto and booked a cab for us to the Lisbon airport when we got back.
They have lots of other little services -- you can use their wifi, they have a workstation to print boarding passes (or anything else), you can buy water or drinks or snacks, and use the bathroom.

We were a group of 7, visiting Lisbon the weekend of 12/13 November. Great service and good value. Very friendly and helpful. They also arrange a taxi service if you need it And they'll all you a reasonably priced bottle of water while you're waiting.

+ le valigie vengono sigillate, quindi nessun rischio che spariscano cose
+ posto accogliente con tanto di divani
+ c'è un bagno pulito disponibile se avete bisogno
