Hotel was clean but room is very basic-not very updated. Staff was nice. The location is not the best-there are no restaurants around or shopping. The zoo is close which is nice and it’s nice to be out of the downtown area where it’s more quiet.

地の利も良いし、朝食は素晴らしく、基本的に満足ですが、やや問題もありました。チェックインで静かなところをお願いしたのに、エレベーターの隣で音が気になり、またトイレの臭い匂いが漂ってきて、部屋を替えてもらいました。

The hotel is good but does not have a gym only a swimming pool. The property is out of the town centre but has a Metro station not far which takes you to the centre.

Superbe hôtel, bien situé à 5 min du métro. Piscine sur le toit fort agréable par beau temps, surtout après une grande journée de marche. Chambre très confortable, salle de bain bien équipée. Buffet petit déjeuner garni, varié avec aussi des produits de la région et des produits healthy... et très bien présenté !
Seul petit bémol : nous aurions aimé une nouvelle bouteille d'eau dans la chambre tous les jours et pas que pour celui de notre arrivée. Personnel professionnel et accueillant.
Je recommande cet hôtel et y retournerai sans la moindre hésitation lors d'un autre éventuel séjour à Lisbonne.

The WiFi was very very poor. You can’t even send a message although the signal sign shown seems workable. It’s better to have your own WiFi if you want to communicate with outside world.

Os funcionários não assumem os seus erros , foi dito umas 5 vezes que queria a estadía com pequeno almoço incluído.
NO ENTANTO , não foi isso que aconteceu.
A gerência foi chamada ao local , mas a Incompetência falou mais alto.

El hotel no está mal, pero no brilla por su limpieza. Además hay un sistema de bloqueo de tarjeta de la habitación que es super molesto, aunque tenga pagado el día anterior y posterior siempre te bloquean y de esa forma te obligan pasar por la recepción. El desayuno me ha gustado muchísimo.

Lovely hotel in a quiet area but linked well and short walk to central areas. Clean rooms and facilities. Very friendly staff across the hotel who all made our stay very happy and enjoyable. Thank you Excellent breakfast too

The hotel has a rooftop heated swimming pool so you can enjoy the view and pool all year round. What we didnt like was the climate control in the rooms. It was still their winter so the air conditioning was not adjustable and the rooms can become very warm and stuffy, especially, when the weather was as nice and warm as when we were there.

When I made the reservation I requested a shower. I arrived at the hotel and found out they DO NOT HAVE SHOWERS. Why did they accept the reservation a month before my arrival, puzzles me.I was very disappointing. They offered me to call another hotel to see if they will have a shower, no offer to pay the taxi.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, but rooms urgently need renovation. Hotel is not eco-friendly despite claiming to be so on flyers in the room.
I used this hotel for 3 nights in March 2019. Staff at all times was very friendly and trying to help. I also enjoyed the breakfast.
However, the room had a very bad smell, there was mold underneath the wall paper (which was loosening itself from the wall) at various spots, mold in the bathroom, the tap was not easy-going, water temperature was not stable during showering etc. Eco-friendliness was advertised in the room, but seemed to only come through in aspects were the hotel profits from: not enough warm water in the shower, paper cups for coffee instead of having to clean cups etc. Apart from that, the hotel offered amenities like shower gel, shampoo etc.. Unfortunately, the cleaning maids always disposed everything that was just used once. A huge unnecessary waste without any sense. Even the towels that were hung up, were exchanged. Unnecessary waste again. On top, there was a really extreme bad smell in the room. The room (8.12) was located underneath the swimming pool area which is on 9th floor, so maybe there were issues with humidity coming from that. The smell was hard to bear, even for me and I do not have a sensitive nose. You could sometimes already smell it stepping out from the elevator to the 8th floow. So should you have to go to this hotel, try to avoid the rooms on the 8th floor.

Een prachtig hotel dicht bij het centrum van Lissabon. De kamers zijn ruim, modern en schoon. Het zwembad op het dak is heerlijk en echt een pluspunt aan dit hotel. Ook is het personeel heel vriendelijk. Kortom, een aanrader!

Excelente localização, com transportes públicos à porta bem como bares e restaurantes. Jardim zoológico a 5 minutos de distância a pé. O atendimento é excelente, os quartos são bons e o hotel é bonito. Também existem varias lojas para fazer compras.

Typowy Mercure. Ładne przestronne i czyste pokoje o różnym stopniu komfortu. Wygodne łóżka. Bardzo miłą i uprzejma obsługa.
Obfite i zróżnicowane śniadanie ż specjałami lokalnymi w bardzo dużym wyborze.
Okolica spokojna biznesowa. 5 min do stacji metra. 2 min na przystanek autobusowy.

El aire acondicionado de las habitaciones no sería y no pudimos dormir, ya que la habitación es pequeña y no corría suficiente oxígeno, lo notificamos pero no resolvieron nada...Realmente no se podía estar en esa habitación en esas condiciones fue terrible.

Not far from the Lisbon train station, decent location. All you will find in the area is a small amount of restaurants (nothing appealed to me) and other hotels.
Clean room, daily housekeeping, they also stocked my room with clean towels, mini shampoo and soaps. No issues with the wifi, friendly staff.
The mini bar, this is where I have a disconnect with these guys and I had a sour taste left in my mouth after checking out. The fridge is stocked with lots of items like water, juice, soda, salty snacks like little tin of chips, also alcohol bottles (mini). Please disclose to your guests that these items are charged!! I left with an extra €9 on my bill and it certainly would've been more had I not called and asked after having some of the chips and juice. There wasn't even a chart or price list in my room after I checked. How would I know how much each item is? Not happy to see this place nickle and diming it's guests.
I hope to be back in Lisbon again, it's such a beautiful city. However I don't think I will be returning to this hotel in the future. Just future advice for anyone staying here, the stuff in the fridge isn't free. And if you're not careful, you can drop more money for what's in the fridge than what you paid for your room! That's a rip off in my mind

One of the best hotel for 4 star hotels:
Bad: 8-10 minutes walk from Metro it railway station. Nothing to see or visit nearby. It's in the middle of hotel complex.
Good: As let Ng as you have a Metro pass, you are free to go anywhere. Extremely good breakfast (including hot meals). Real fresh orange juice. Clean and friendly service.

I like this hotel very much because of food and staff who is very involved in supporting you if needed. Only one problem is with localisation close to the airport, so at 6 o clock you hear noise coming from plains. But the fact is that most of hotels in Lisbon is located in that area.

Sauberes Hotel mit allem was man benötigt. Die Betten könnten etwas größer sein und leider gibt es keine Steckdosen neben dem Bett. Die Zimmer sind leider ziemlich hellhörig, wer auf absolute Ruhe steht, könnte sich hier unwohl fühlen, auch weil die Flugzeuge hier noch ca. 100m hoch fliegen. Mich hat das persönlich aber gar nicht gestört. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und vollkommen ausreichend. Vermissen sollte man hier nichts. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist recht groß. Allgemein relativ sauber, jedoch könnte man die Dachterasse mal wieder etwas herrichten. Eine Bar dort wäre auch ganz nett. Metro, Bus sowie der Zoo befinden sich ca. 5-10min fußläufig entfernt. Ideal wenn man nicht im Trubel der Stadt nächtigen möchte und trotzdem nicht ganz außerhalb. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Room not ready at check in time, even though I emailed ahead and recieved a response. Rooms can not be checked into without the actual credit card you booked (so if someone books on your behalf it isn't possible to check in) Caused confusion for not only our booking but others at the time too, who also had to wait for their rooms after 2pm.

Point positif : chambre vraiment au top, spacieuse, calme, fonctionnelle.
Le ménage est fait tous les jours, c'est très agréable. Produits de bain remis tous les jours.
Ps : Il y a un sushi top pas loin H&S je recommande.
Point négatif : nous sommes venues en septembre avec ma copine et la piscine n'est pas chauffée; elle est effectivement sur le toit pas couverte avec du vent donc vraiment froide.
Accueil à l'arrivée : vraiment pas aimable, on nous donne sèchement carte de chambre, carte de la ville sans même nous montrer où on est... déçues de ce point de vue.
A côté de l'hôtel il y a rien à part un zoo.
Point neutre : la localisation = certes métro pas loin mais tout de même, entre 20 et 50 min, les temps de trajet pour visiter Lisbonne.

Hôtel agréable mais le personnel n'est pas à la hauteur de ce que j'attendais. Petit déjeuner excessif... 15€. Par contre bien placé pour visiter le zoo de Lisbonne et le centre de Lisbonne. Parking payant et pas pratique.

N’attendez pas qu’on vous dise « bonjour » , si vous êtes noirs!
L’hôtel est excentré mais assez proche du métro!
La chambre est propre et nettoyée tous les jours mais elle manque selon moi, de modernité et de finition!
Quant à là piscine, elle n’est pas chauffee et elle est très petite!
Il n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles!
Bref je ne recommande pas!

Bom hotel, avenida José Malhoa, área moderna, instalações satisfatórias, confortável e excelente café da manhã (pequeno almoço). Restaurante brasileiro (churrascaria) bem em frente, com preço legal. Contudo, para quem quer ficar próximo aos pontos turísticos, conhecer a cidade a pé, não é recomendável! Há necessidade de pegar táxi para visitar a parte antiga/tradicional de Lisboa! Por causa disso, não voltaria a me hospedar lá. Em vista disso, há melhores opções na parte antiga da cidade!

Lovely hotel, we absolutely loved the room, the furniture, the bathroom and the bed was so confortable. We got free water and the stuff was so friendly and helpful. And the breakfast is so, brilliant, so many choices, the breakfast itself is 5 stars.
Only negative point: they didn't serve lunch. We had to walk 5 minutes to their partner hotel Novotel.

Average, not all Mercure hotels are created equal. Maybe they better than average but when you compare them to Mercure Gaia Porto they are lacking. Some staff are great others should just look for another profession.

空港から比較的近いので深夜に到着の人には便利。国鉄や地下鉄の駅や長距離バスターミナルからも近く、リスボン市内でもポルトガルの他の町でもどこに行くにも便利。
フロントの対応は非常にスムーズで設備もモダンで清潔だった。備え付けのお茶やコーヒーの種類があってうれしかった。

Je rentrais d'un voyage au Brésil, le16 mars, j'avais réservé une chambre au Mercure Lisboal, que j'ai du annulé suite à l'annulation de mon vol.
Le lendemain j'ai trouvé un vol pour Lisbonne et j'ai réservé une chambre dans le même l'hotel et client ou pas c'est la mêmes sentence pour résumé j'ai payer nuitées avec les petits déjeuners que je n'ai pas consommés en plus je pense que j'étais seul dans l'hotel, je comprends pourquoi

Très grande qualité de l'accueil de l'ensemble de l'équipe.
L'hôtel est bien situé à proximité du métro pour rejoindre le centre de Lisbonne et proche des autoroutes pour s'éloigner de Lisbonne.

Em contacto com central de reservas, pedi para transferir a chamada para o hotel Novotel na Av. José Malhoa onde teoricamente falei com o Sr. Nuno Nunes e que de forma simpática tratou da minha reserva. Cheguei ao Novotel onde disseram não tinham nenhuma reserva e sugeriram que fosse para o mercure que também não tinham nenhuma reserva mas onde acabei por pernoitar. Valeu pela noite de descanso absoluto. Péssima experiência na aventura de reservar um quarto.

Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut - beleuchtet, und wir haben es geschätzt täglich Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffee - renoviert - Ihre Taschen. Ich habe sehr schöne Erfahrung. Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Das Reinigungsservice war pünktlich und effizient.
Der Swimming Pool auf dem Dach war verfügbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker und es gab viele verschiedene lokale Speisen. Fazit: ich kann es nur empfehlen, bereuen werden sie es nicht.

As I am travelling a lot in all Europe and using very often the hotels of Accor group, I take the opportunity and my time to make some constructive critiques of your employees and your hotel Mercure, after coming 3 times in your hotel.
- There is no real warm welcome for Accor members.
- I supposed to have a “better” room when I informed your reception desk that I am a GOLD member, this had to be done before i arrive. This show you clearly that your employee didn’t check before, if was a « tourist » or a GOLD member who comes often for business trip.
- Even if the room was with a coffee machine but I am sorry to say it was horrible, ugly, the bathroom broken and repaired badly. The fridge was so noisy at night I had to remove the electricity of the fridge to sleep. I know you will renovate this hotel + Novotel next year may be (not yet sure as it depends on your current negotiation and contract). While you renovate this hotel, I think it will be good idea to renovate some rooms for VIP customers. The customer experience is the most important thing to have regular, profitable and satisfied customers.
- My company books often my hotels in all Europe and never add breakfast because it depends If I take it or not. However. It’s written very very very clear that the hotel can take the breakfast money from the AMX provided by our AMX agency. This morning, I had a horrible experience with your employees asking me to pay just after the breakfast, feeling that if I will not pay I will escape the hotel....I had to call personally my Américain Express agency (AMX) in Paris asking them to talk and confirm to your reception desk they ca take the money.
Sorry to say that but you really need to learn your employees how to treat GOLD/Premium Customers. To give you a concrete example happened to me some weeks ago in Belgium, with Novotel. I had the same situation about Breakfast, the reception Manager told me, no problem Mr C., don’t do any thing, we will solve this issue directly with your AMX, they solved it and I left happy. Do you see the difference?
Today, I wasn’t happy at all of your employees and how they treated this issue of breakfast.
Hope this will help you to improve my next customer experience, training your employees how to satisfy customers but also for all other GOLD/Platinum members.

Prima locatie, vlakbij trein en metro station. Goed ontbijtbuffet.
Inchecken duurde veel te lang, terwijl wij dit thuis al hadden gedaan!
Zelfs de kinderen moesten tekenen!?
Ramen waren vrij dun, waardoor je vrij veel last had van de vliegtuigen.

Posizione fantastica. A 100 metri dalla stazione dei treni di Sete Rios (sulla linea che collega Lisbona a Sintra), dalla stazione della metro di Jardim zoologico (linea azul) e dal termine degli autobus. L'albergo in sé per sé è senza infamia e senza lode. Andrebbe migliorato l'isolamento acustico dei bagni (si sentono tutti i rumori dalle stanze limitrofe) e un po' ammodernato (nella nostra stanza non funzionava l'asciugacapelli). Pulito. Nota importante per gli italiani: il bagno è con il bidet.

Das Hotel liegt nicht wirklich im Zentrum, von der Metrostation aber zu Fuss in gut 5' gut zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind nichts besonderes. Ein typisches Mercure. Vom Gang dringt eher viel Lärm in die Zimmer. Das Personal ist jedoch freundlich und zuvorkommend.

bij aankomst sloten de gordijnen niet volledig. gelukkig een andere kamer gekregen, maar we hadden dit hotel gekozen omdat er een zwembad was, waar we gebruik van wilden maken.
hiervoor heb ik een klacht ingediend om een deel terug te krijgen van het betaald bedrag.
Mijn aanvraag voor een refund werd eerst teruggestuurd, met de melding dat het zwembad terug beschikbaar was vanaf 28 december. wij checkten uit op 28 december om 6u.
Deze mail teruggestuurd en ze gingen deze doorsturen, maar nu krijg ik een mail met melding dat deze niet toegekomen is.
Hopelijk kunnen jullie nog op een eerlijke manier ons helpen.

Отель не соответствует уровню 4х звёзд и сети Mercure. Абсолютно все требует реновации: отсутствует звукоизоляция со стороны дверей в номер и со стороны окна, шум мешает спать. Номера старые и неопрятные. Через несколько дней проживания я вынужден был отменить оставшиеся ночи и поменять гостиницу. Я полностью разочарован.

Das Hotel ist etwas ausserhalb des Sightseeing circles, aber mit der Metro in 15 min gut erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich. Das Frühstücksbuffet reich, aber trotzdem fehlten mir die IBIS self-service Features: weiche Eier machen und Orangensaft pressen - eine gute Erweiterungsmöglichkeit, finde ich. Die Swimming pool Regelung, dass immer zuerst ein "Aufpasser" gerufen werden muss, der dann aufsperrt, und gelangweilt rumsteht, ist äusserst unbefriedigend für Gast und Aufpasser. Wieso nicht einfach den Gast beim Einchecken unterschreiben lassen, dass er selbstverantwortlich ist?
Zimmer: ohne Tadel, alles da, und sauber.
Wird beim nächsten Mal wieder in meiner Auswahl sein!

Our flight to lisbon got delayed but the hotel was kind enough to hold the reservation for us. Close to the bus and metro station Sete Rios. Service personnel were helpful. Complimentary breakfast had good variety. We were not able to try the facilities as we went on to tour Portugal after a good night's sleep. There is a nearby LIDL at the station if you need anything.

チェックイン、滞在中（タクシーの手配、荷物預け、部屋の清掃など）、チェックアウトのいずれの局面でも満足のいくサービスをいただきました。NHK Worldが入っていればさらに良かったと思います。唯一の難点は朝食で、特にソーセージはおいしかったのですが、グリーンサラダがなかったこと、コーヒーメーカーとトースター（二枚のうち一枚分）が壊れていたことでしょう。

No es malo considerando el precio y la ubicación. Se encuentra restaurantes de tipo buffet, supermercado y gasolinera en la zona. La linea Blue del city tour bus tambien pasa por alli.
Pero había unas cositas.
Nos dijo la recepción que la plaza de aparcamiento es gratuito (cuando sale usted pasa la tarjeta aquí y tal) pero en fin nos cobró 9 euros por día. El garage no es mejor que lo de IBIS, muy estrecho para entrar y salir. Recomienda buscar una plaza libre frente del portal de hotel.
Las instalaciones son un poco viejas. No se cierra muy bien las ventanas. El A/C hace mucho ruido.
La gente son amables en general.

Great property is nice and safe area. Seems like a business area with lots of offices around. The transit system is very easy and it takes about 15 minutes or so to the get the City Center. Rooms were very clean and the air conditioning system was very good. Pool area was very nice and had great views. The breakfast at the hotel was very good so take advantage of it if you can! One of the elevators were down and the other one was making tons of crazy noises. Hopefully they got them fixed! Staff was very helpful and the local restaurants were very good! Would definitely stay at this property again!

Construction sound at 3 am, super loud. When the bath tub pipe malfunctions (clogged, water flooding up while showering), they claim that "the thing works perfectly fine" while it clearly isn't. We reported it again and the first thing they do is blame it on the customer, asking why we took out the plug and that it would work fine otherwise. However, it still malfunctions no matter what. They didn't try to give us another room, and said that the person who's in charge of this had gone back home and basically told us that they can't do anything about it. No apologies, no compensation, no room change. The staff member didn't even TRY to resolve the issue. The receptionist was annoyed and super rude. The attitude is definitely NOT what a 4-star hotel should have. Our stay here was a huge disappointment. Any airbnb would be a wayyyyy better choice.

I was put in this hotel by my insurance company following braking my leg and having a surgery in Lisbon. I was in bed most of the time and in a quite a bit of pain. On our last day our return flight was at 10pm and the insurance informed us that our room was booked for the next night to accommodate our late check out. At 4pm that day a hotel manager rang our room and informed us that we must vacate the room immediately as it was not paid for for that night. We explained our situation in detail and informed that a nurse was coming out to me at 5pm to change my bandages and do an injection. We asked for time to clear things up with insurance but the management did not even attempt to understand and help. Instead we were told in an aggressive way over and over that we were to vacate the room immediately as the hotel was fully booked out and we could not stay in the room any longer. As we tried to contact the insurance to clarify what had happened 2 managers started banging at our door telling us to get out. I was in bed crying at this stage and extremely stressed out and weak. That day I had fainted in the corridor, which the management were aware of and didn't forget to charge us for a bottle of water provided to me after the fainting episode...My partner kept explaining in a calm, cultural way that we only needed extra 2 hours in the room to get ready for the flight and have a nurse see me. All previous nights were fully paid for so there should have been no concern that we would not pay. We were told there was no such option as the next guests would be arriving shortly. Managers kept coming to our door and after 20 mins came up with a credit card terminal. As we couldn't get a result from the insurance I asked if they would allow us to stay the, at that stage, 1.5 hour if we paid for the night ourselves. In spite of being aggressively told we could not stay another minute in the room this suddenly seemed to be a satisfying option. Once I paid for the night it was possible to stay the extra time (1,5 h), which shows that it was possible all along. All we were asking for was a little more time in the room that afternoon. It appeared that the insurance had arranged for a 4pm check out with the hotel but as this was not satisfactory they undertook to pay for the night. All we were asking for from the management was to allow time for the insurance to contact them and pay. We assured them that they would be paid but were told it did not matter as the hotel was booked out and we must leave immediately. When we did pay though ourselves, we suddenly could stay the extra time. The staff was aggressive, lacking understanding, talking over us and not allowing us to explain our situation, unprofessional and as it turned out, all about money. Would never stay there again. AVOID!

Nice hotel - 15 minute metro ride to the centre of the city. Pool (rooftop) very useful. Reception can have long queues.Metro (Zoo) 4 minutes walk and also incorporates Lidl and a suburban train station (40 mins to Sintra).

Moisissures et plafond en piteux état dans la salle de bain, le nettoyage de la piscine paraît aussi douteux, pendant 2 jours il y avait des verres à cocktails qui sont restés sur une table basse..

El baño tenia el toallero suelto, pero lo peor fue que cuando volvimos el viernes de madrugada estaba la puerta cerrada y estuvimos tocando al timbre unos 15 minutos hasta que apareció el recepcionista y nos abrió, el sábado si estaba y no tuvimos que esperar. La insonorización de la habitación muy mala, se escuchan ruidos de tuberías y ruidos de las habitaciones contiguas

Das Mercure LIsboa-Hotel mag zwar nicht in der Stadt stehen. Dank naher U-Bahn kommt man trotzdem überall hin. Somit eignet es sich gut für einen Städtetrip. Allerdings sollte man nicht den gewohnten Mercure-Luxus erwarten. Dafür kostet das Hotel auch etwas weniger als ähnliche Mercure-Stadthotels. Im Prinzip bekommt man als Reisender alles, was man braucht: Ein brauchbares Bett, Badewanne mit Duschfunktion mit brauchbarem Wasserdruck, Schreibtisch, brauchbares Wlan und ein ausreichendes Frühstück. Was ein wenig ärgerlich war: Bei der Liebe zum Detail hapert es etwas: So war zweimal während unseres Aufenthalts das Frühstück erst mehr als eine Stunde zu spät komplett aufgefüllt. Auch mit der Sauberkeit hat es etwas gehapert: Bei Ankunft waren Flecken auf einem Kissen. Zumindest das konnte schnell vom Reinigungspersonal behoben werden, während das Frühstückspersonal trotz einer Vielzahl hungriger Gäste die Ruhe weg hatte.

Serviço de limpeza ruim. Ficamos 4 dias e não houve limpeza do chão do quarto. Não há berços decentes para bebês. Somente a armação do berço velha e sem colchão. Tivemos que adaptar cobertores para deixar um pouco mais confortável. Nos disseram que trocariam mas nem sequer tocaram no assunto. Ficamos com um berço quebrado e sem colchão. Não voltaremos e não recomendo.

Rummet vid hade (513) var bra med allt vad man kan förväntar sig av ett fyrstjärnigt hotell. Frukosten var fantastisk. Personalen var hjälpsam och vänlig utan överdrifter. Trots att området runt hotellet inte är speciellt intressant är det lätt att via Metron ta sig till centrum och flygbussen stannar strax utanför hotellet.

Modern, tiszta szálloda.
Pozitívum:
A szálloda Lisszabon belvárosától 5 metró megállóra van. A metró, vonat állomás és busz megálló 300 méterre található. Autóval is könnyen megközelíthető, saját mélygarázzsal rendelkezik. A hotel modern berendezésű, letisztult, szép bútorokkal a szobákban is. A recepción gyorsan sikerült bejelentkezni. A szoba tiszta, ****-os szállodának megfelelő berendezéssel (vízforraló, mini bár, széf, fürdőkád, hajszárító, kávé és tea bekészítés és nagy méretű LCD tévé). Az ágy ízlés dolga, kicsit kemény, nagyon rugózik. Nekünk kényelmes volt. A szobánk egy parkolóra nézett. Az ablakot biztonsági okokból csak bukóra lehet kinyitni. A 9.-en nyitható tetejű medence található pár napozó ággyal. Minden nap takarítottak, a törölközőket és a poharakat is cserélték. Mindig pótolták az elfogyott teát és kávét.
A reggeli választékos és bármikor is mentünk, le tudtunk ülni négyen. Kétféle kávéfőzőgép is volt, valamint friss gyümölcs. A személyzet itt is precízen, gyorsan végezte a munkáját. Vacsorázni is lehet, de inkább a környéken lévő (svédasztalos) brazil és kínai-japán éttermet javaslom.
1 €-ért le lehet mérni a bőröndöt és ingyenes csomag megőrzésre is van lehetőség.
Negatívum:
Bár a szobák hangszigeteltek voltak, de a közelben lévő repülőtérről felszálló gépek zaja igen zavaró. A foglalásnál egymás közelébe kértük a szobákat, de végül a 4.-en és a 8.-on kaptunk szobát. A reggeli mindig ugyanaz volt, zöldségek egyáltalán nem voltak.

Nice modern Hotel. Was here for a conference. - Really enjoyed the rooftop pool which open all year round. - The lunch and dinner buffet the hotel served was well cooked fresh food. Loved the breakfast of fresh ham and local cheeses. - And the room had a wooden floor which always makes me happy not to have to walk on hotel carpet.

Le petit déjeuner est à 9€ et est relativement copieux et varié (fruits, fromages, charcuteries, confitures et autres, viennoiseries, etc)

Das Personal war sehr reserviert,konnte nicht durchgehend Englisch und allgemein ein wenig unbemüht, bis auf das Frühstückspersonal. Das Zimmer war okay,aber nicht toll. Dünne Wände, Essensgeruch zwischendrin und sehr zugig. Noch einmal werde ich dort wohl nicht wohnen.

11月中旬に宿泊しましたが、季節的に非常に寒い日でした。しかし、部屋の暖房は暖かい風が出ませんでした。その後、バスタブがあったため、シャワーと湯船で温まろうと思いましたが、シャワーの水温も上がらず、36度くらいのかんじでした。震えながら寝ました。翌日、同僚に聞くとほかの3部屋もお湯は出ず、ヒーターは一部屋だけついていました。体調管理が重要な海外出張には辛い宿泊でした。スタッフの方々は非常によかったです。

Dobré snídaně, vstřícný servis. Dočasně nefungovaly tablety u recepce. Jinak je vidět jiný místní časový rytmus. V neděli v 7.30 jsme byli na snídani první, ze stejného důvodu trvá delší dobu, než teče teplá voda. Bazén by mohl být otevřen dříve.
Jinak velká spokojenost.

Das Hotel scheint seine besten Tage hinter sich zu haben! Jeden Tag war irgendwo Stromausfall und wir mussten mehrmals die Zimmer wechseln. Die Zimmer waren nicht sehr sauber und teilweise mit leichtem Schimmel und Silberfischchen besiedelt. Beim Wechsel des Zimmers, gab man uns erst ein viel zu kleines Zimmer und auf Nachfrage nach einem größeren Zimmer, hat das Personal unfreundlich reagiert. Zum Frühstück bleibt zusagen, dass wenn man um 6:30 frühstücken will, weil man um 7 Uhr zum Flughafen aufbrechen muss, kann man das getrost vergessen! Die frühstückzeiten sind 6:30 bis 10:30 angegeben, aber wir konnten erst gegen 6:50 Frühstücken, sodass kaum Zeit blieb.

Nice location with easy links to all Lisbon and districts. Breakfast really good with a large choice, tea and coffee in rooms.
Clean room's but air conditioning was faulty, it did take a couple of days to make reception believe me. Not once an apology for this or the weak wifi connection.
Same again at the check out the girl was rude and ignorant, she didn't ask one thing about our stay. So after our third stay in as many year's it will now be across the road at the Corinthia next year.

Me arrepentí de coger este hotel. La zona es fea y alejada del centro (dependes del metro), no tiene restaurante bueno. El servicio en general es bueno, limpieza aceptable, precio razonable, pero no volvería. Me dejé llevar por las críticas positivas y negativas hacia otros más céntricos pero fue un error.

I have sent the detailed feedback below to the hotel manager and the answer was "thank you for the great feedback". I see a few improvement points to be considered, so I provide same points below for those who plan staying at Mercure.
Good connection to city center/ old city, but still annoying to do it day after day. Next time I will book another hotel in the center.
In short: good Reception employees, unfortunately got an old room although I had booked a bright, white room and got an yellow painted one with lots of woods. Restaurant has good food (to judge by the breakfast) but poorly skilled and very unprofessional waiters.
The pool on the roof top saved the day though - best part of the hotel!
My detailed feedback:
The reception employees were most welcoming and helpful to get tips about the city and also very professional overall. Unfortunately only one of them managed to make our 2nd room key work, on the third day of our 4-day stay.
I booked the standard room and online was a picture showing a totally new looking picture for this category of room. What I was given was an old (lots of wood, yellow walls) and pretty dark room - 1 single window. Unfortunately no comments on the airplanes which fly every 2 minutes above the hotel to land on the airport nearby. It gets better with window closed but one can still hear them quite well.
But everything would have been still ok if the restaurant employees would have behaved more professional during breakfast.
Breakfast is served daily until 10:30 am and being on vacation we went for breakfast shortly before 10 am every day. Regardless of how many guests were eating, the 5+ waiters started to arrange the restaurant tables for lunch every day starting 10:10 or 10:15, finishing it in about 30 minutes and proceeding to just stand around after that. It was amazingly disturbing, loud and unprofessional.
To top it, they held the cutlery with bare hands (instead with napkins) and carried napkins by holding them with the bare hands against their chests in big piles.
One morning one of the employees told us they set most tables for lunch (it was before 10) so asked us to pick one of the few which were still "breakfast"-set.
I really expect more from a 4 star hotel and its restaurant and hope to improve the restaurant employees part. It is extremely unhygienic to hold cutlery with bare hands and very upsetting to have 5+ people running around the restaurant to change the setting, annoy the guests while they are eating and then stand around waiting for the guests to finish.

Wir waren vom 20.06. bis 24.06.2017 in Lisboa. Alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel waren an jedem Tag zu jeder Tageszeit total überfüllt. Die Trams waren so überlastet, dass wir schon am ersten Tag davon abgesehen haben, sie zu benutzen. Empfehlenswert ist der Kauf einer Tageskarte für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel , die für Metro, Bus und Tram gilt, zum Preis von 6,15 € pro Person/Tag.

Als erstes kamen wir im hotel an und der Mann an der Rezeption fand unsere Buchung nicht nach 20 min Suche und fragen der Kollegen fand er dann doch die Buchung als 2 ging der Föhn kaputt sie könnten uns keinen Ersatz anbieten ich würde das hotel nicht mehr buchen da es auch 20 min vom Stadtzentrum weg ist .

Das geheizte Hallenbad auf dem Dach war toll. Leider gibt es im Zimmer aber keine Badeschuhe und Bademäntel. Somit muss man im Bikini und Handtuch durchs Hotel schleichen. Beim checkin total freundliches Personal. Beim auschecken gensu das Gegenteil. Schade

Wer im Tourismusgewerbe auf eine entspannte Personalatmosphäre steht ist hier an der falschen Adresse, unbeholfene und unsichere Serviceabfertigung, jedoch ist es sehr wahrscheinlich den Personaldirektiven zu verdanken, dass individuelle Bedürfnisse im Hintergrund verebben. die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt.

Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel für einen Städtetrip nach Lissabon! Etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums und der historischen Viertel der Stadt in einem Neubauviertel gelegen ist dieses Hotel ideal für einen Kurztrip in die Stadt. Es durch seine Lage wenige Gehminuten (ca. 5 min.) vom Bahnhof Sete-Rios und der zugehörigen Metrostation Jardim Zoológico (was auf den ebenfalls nahegelegenen Tiergarten hinweist) ideal an die Innenstadt angeschlossen. Highlight des Hauses ist der am Dach befindliche Pool für Hotelgäste, den wir immer Nachmittags in unserer Pause zwischen den Aktivitäten in der Stadt genutzt haben. Er ist herrlich, um sich zwischendurch im kühlen Nass abzukühlen und die warmen Temperaturen Lissabons zu kompensieren. Die Zimmer sind absolut am Stand der Zeit und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Una fantástica opción para alojarse en Lisboa, fue una gran sorpresa. Es un hotel moderno y totalmente renovado situado en una zona tranquila de Lisboa. Está situado al lado del parque zoológico y aunque no está en el centro, tiene el metro a 2 minutos caminando por lo que es muy práctico para moverte por la ciudad. Dispone también de parking por si vas en coche.
Las habitaciones son fantásticas: fresquitas (fuimos en julio), modernas, silenciosas, las camas muy cómodas... El servicio impecable y la atención por parte del personal fue muy amable. Tuvimos un problema de salud y nos ayudaron mucho a encontrar un médico y hacer todas las gestiones.
El desayuno es completo y correcto, por la noche tienen un buffet también muy correcto por si llegas tarde y no quieres salir del hotel y el servicio de habitaciones y de bar dispone de pizzas sandwiches.
Sin duda, volvería a este hotel.

Ordentliches Hotel, jeden Tag kommt jemand zum sauber machen, wobei die öffentlichen Räumlichkeiten mir etwas sauberer erschienen, als die Hotelzimmer. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht den Wünschen der Gäste zu entsprechen. Der Pool dürfte mal gereinigt werden. Im Übrigen kommt es darauf an, was man in Lissabon machen möchte, für Ausflüge in die Stadtmitte ist es m. E. ungeeignet, da es zwar eine gute Anbindung hat, jeoch ist es sehr umständlich dorhin zu kommen. Aber zu allen großen Banken ist es fußnah und auch zum Flughafen kommt man gleich.

the hotel has everything you need, is comfortable and clean, staff are all very helpful and friendly and they all spoke English well. Location is fantastic for those needing to be close to Seti Rios train station and the Rede Espressos bus terminal, just five minutes walk. Close by to airport also, just about 20 mins by shuttle (private shuttle that you organize yourself is cheaper) or taxi. My only complaint is breakfast is not included in the price. However that seems to be the case with all the hotels in Lisbon. I had a comfortable well rested stay. And walked to Seti Rios the next day on route to Fatima with my luggage, for myself, easily.

3-star hotel located 500 meters from the Zoo. Although the center is far (4 km), it is well connected with bus and subway Sete Rios.
The hotel is modern. The rooms are spacious and clean.
Customer support is very good.
Our room was not ready when we arrived to check in and were assigned another with better views. They also were presented with a cocktail at the bar for the inconvenience.
The highlight: the rooftop pool, with option to be heated.
Value: very good.
It is a perfect place for business and relax hotel.

El hotel es moderno. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias.
La atención al cliente es muy buena.
Nuestra habitación no estaba lista cuando llegamos a hacer el check in y nos asignaron otra con mejores vistas. Además nos obsequiaron con una cocktail en el bar por las molestias ocasionadas.
Lo más destacable: la piscina de la azotea, con opción a ser climatizada.
Relación calidad-precio: muy buena.
Es un hotel perfecto para ir de negocios y para descansar.
