Probably the best Portuguese ice cream (as told by locals). Very crowded in the late afternoon and in the evening, but once we've come here right after noon, there was almost no one. So we could really sit back, relax and enjoy.

It's a hype thing - the ice-cream is no better than you would get anywhere else, and certainly not comparable to the best Italian ones, as they claim! You will get the long queues though ;)

Just a few blocks from the tourist mayhem lies this gem. Sure, there's a line, but it's not that long and it moves quickly enough.
The gelato is delicious, the staff is friendly and there's seating space inside if it's not an unreasonably busy day.
I had the dark chocolate and caramel and asked for what to have as the third flavour. The gentleman behind the counter gave it three and a half seconds of deep thought and suggested cheesecake. Excellent pick, which i can recommend to anyone!

Big place with pleasant decor. Having just come from Rome a few days ago, this gelato was a bit underwhelming. The mango was too sweet. The texture was moderately smooth. I enjoyed passion fruit and pineapple/mint. Hazel nut was not memorable.
Around the corner are some other gelato places that looked mor compelling, but Santini had the most hype.

Chemical tasting sugary overrated “ice-cream”.
Just by seeing the color of the raspberry and mango icecream, we knew this was a bad decission.
Don’t spill your money here, not real gelato.

Did you know they have the best chocolate cake in the world?! It's no regular chocolate cake... No sponge. It's like they took some chocolate mousse and some chocolate wafers and mashed it into a cake. I think it's chocolate meringue actually. It's sweet but it's just perfect. 3.5€ a piece as of April 2019. Amazing!!!!! It reminds me of expensive french chocolate cakes I had in Tokyo (though those are less sweet) where the quality of chocolate really makes the favor explode in your mouth. I will be back for more!!

Some of the most original ice cream flavors in Lisbon and absolutely amazing. Don’t even get me started on the cinnamon ice cream it’s truly amazing! I liked the ice cream! I just would preferred the shop to have a catalog in the front with the prices and the flavors. Someone who isn't used to this doesn't know what to order . I find it a little expensive.

Desde luego que si hay algo que me gusta, es el helado, y no hablamos de helados de esos lechosos, que mas que un helado parecen un Sugus de sabor.
Me habían recomendado este sitio como una de las heladerías por excelencia, y la verdad que tras probarla, he de decir que ha dejado el listón muy alto; helados que de verdad saben a fruta, que de verdad llevan fruta (incluso en algunos la masticas); en conclusión, si te gustan los helados, este sitio debe estar en tu agenda si pisas Lisboa.

전혀 달지 않고 담백해서 먹고 나서도 단내와 갈증이 나지 않는 아이스크림. 임페리얼 크림은 딸기인데 생과일 맛이 진하게 났고 많이 비싸지만 가격이 납득이 간다.

看旅游app推荐才过来打的卡。味道很真实，点moka到就有咖啡小粒粒在里面，椰子味道的里面有椰蓉，香蕉味道里面好像还有香蕉泥。像是冰淇淋和食材的混合。味道偏甜，所以只给四星。

I guess this place was as famous as the original McDonald's in the States. We had no idea what kind of gelato store we walked into. But, we are so happy that we did walk in there. There were so many flavors. I didnt know what to choose, because there were so many flavors. I had raspberry and passion fruit together. These 2 flavors were great to put together because one was sweet and the other was tart. They had the perfect balance. If you get the chance to go, you should.

Truly excellent ice cream. I'm only giving it four stars because since discovering that I have an allergy to milk there are not many flavours left that I can have - they really could improve their vegan options beyond sorbet. However if you can have milk, try it. Their seasonal flavours are something special.

Após um almoço nos restaurantes proximos do mosteiro doa jeronimos caminhe um pouco pelas calçadas chegando até a sorveteria ou "gelados Santini".. depois de um sorvete maravilhoso de moka, peça também um espresso e essa tarte ou torta de amêndoas. Doce sutil em massa crocante maravilhosa.

Adoro e há anos que compro o cartão de 10 Gelados +1 para não ter que esperar nas enormes filas que se formam. Infelizmente o preço do gelado tem subido muito e está a ficar fora da escala da concorrência, isto a contar que estamos a falar de 1 bola com dois sabores.

Une belle découverte pour nous que ce glacier. Des parfums originaux avec beaucoup de goût : framboise/citron, ananas/menthe, miel de melon, figue. On peut aussi y manger des crêpes et boire une boisson chaude. Une pause gourmande qui s'impose :-)

In my time in lisbon i ate there ice cream all most every day! So clean and ecstatic, such a beautiful design. And the ice cream flavors are so delicious!! I wish this place was under my house! And I'm pretty sure they make the con alone, because it's so tasty and different! The loacation is so good just right in the central of lisbon, so easy to find. RECOMMENDED

Lovely. I had mango and vanilla flavours, which both tasted how you would expect from a nice gelataria. Tip: the containers that have the ice cream are covered, so you can't look at it before you buy. Have a think about what you would like.

Bliss and yumminess in a cone! After our first time, we made it a point to have a Santini ice cream twice in 3 days! And yet didn’t get the chance to try all their flavors. Must try if in Lisbon (or in Porto!).

Comi há poucos dias aqui um gelado. Não esperei muito, o que não é costume no Chiado, e os empregados foram simpáticos. O gelado é que não me encheu as medidas. Parece-me que era melhor quando só existia uma Santini em Cascais. Lembro-me de ir de propósito só para poder comer ali um gelado. E os gelados eram fantásticos. Agora há muito mais concorrência e parece-me que a Santini tem de se esforçar mais se quiser estar entre as melhores gelatarias de Lisboa.

I mean, COME ON! This place is aces. Such great gelado. We legitimately visited every day of our trip in Lisbon. The chocolate and coconut were a favorite combo. And the kids loved the strawberry and lemon on the hot day we had. The cones are so delicious. The line moves quickly and sometimes there’s a great music trio outside. Totally worth the hype and the calories!!

I didn’t know ice cream could taste so terrible. Especially given the popularity of this place I thought I’d give it a go but it tastes like there’s fake sugar in their flavours. It’s super sweet and the sugar just lingers in your mouth and not in a good way. You have to order before you can taste it so I got a small one and that was 3.20 euros down the drain.

It takes a certain Italian immigrant to bring the best tasting ice cream to Lisbon, Portugal. I was fortunate to come across this ice cream shop while on vacation & I must admit his ice creams are delicious!!! Loved the hazelnut, pistachio & passion fruit the best. I could tell that the ingredients are more of the fruit/ nut than milk or sugar. Just awesome that we went there twice!!

This has got to be the best gelato I have ever had! Each flavor tastes exactly like the piece of fruit. AMAZING. The customer service was also on point. I would recommend this over any other treat in Lisbon. I was a big fan of the mango, passion fruit, cascais, lemon, and strawberry. It really does live up to the hype.

Ice cream is really good and tasty, but you can't order only one scoop of ice cream. You can order at least two scoops of ice cream, which seemed to me quite strange. Ice cream is quite expensive.

Anche meglio di alcuni provati in Italia. Consiglio vivamente di andarci se volete soddisfare la vostra voglia di gelato. Sono stata anche in altre gelaterie, ma non buona come questa. Devo dire uno dei miglior gelati che abbia mai gustato realmente, per gusto vero e genuino degli ingredienti e croccantezza e sapore del cono.Non dó 5 stelle solo perché il prezzo mi sembra esagerato, ma devo dire che per me, che sono grande amante del gelato, ho trovato quest'ultimo veramente buonissimo.

The Santrini flavor is definitely worth a taste if you like citrus flavors. It’s a lemon/lime/orange concoction and is lovely.
The staff are overly warm and welcoming and not in a bad way. Lovely service and a lovely treat on a hot day

Gelados Santini is a must visit shop in Lisbon! The hospitality of the servers is top notch. The atmosphere created by the store is a throw back to the 60's with a few specs of modern mixed in. If you are ever visiting the Lisbon area and looking for a place to grab some amazing Gelato, Gelados Santini is the way to go!
