São 16:50, a senhora já não serve. Alega que tem muito que limpar e por isso tem de fechar uma hora antes. Ainda assim, quando pedi para ser atendido ainda não eram 17h. De qualquer forma o horário de funcionamento é até às 18h. Enfim...

Closed at 2pm. Waited 30min as the kids were desperate for a FroYo but no one came. Very disappointing.

The worst experience, on Sunday, I went for ice cream and one of the ladies was mistreating an Asian client, shouting at her "I don't understand you, put your hand and tell me what do you want, OK! " she quickly told her which ice cream she wanted and at the moment the client was going to pay she started shouting her again saying "we do not accept money, and I do not have change, I just have 2 €" but the seller never specifies that she will accept another method of payment. Someone as her if she accepted a credit card and she said "Yes". Then the Asian girl says i don't want anything, thank you. Everybody in line was shocked. So, when it was my turn I mentioned her " Girl, you should not treat people like that, we are your costumers" She changed her attitude immediately. Long story short, the only thing I got was half empty Well Done ice cream for almost 5 €. This is not the first time that it happens to me, 2 months ago I went to buy and they did not attend after 5 min people in line asked if they were serving ice cream and they shouted: "There is no more ice cream, Got it!". I think when you are in service positions you should not behave that way, you are also representing the people of a country. These people will certainly tell their experience in their home countries. The workers were: A lady with a piercing in the nose, dark hair with not Portuguese accent (The Loudest) and a robust dark-skinned woman.

O gelado é bom, mas é caro e o fundo fica quase a meio do copo. Parece que se vai comprar uma quantidade e é muito menos.
