I give five stars, because this place is very typical for a small local restaurant in Lisboa. Here you meet young locals and food and wine is very tasty!

Food is good and prices are cheap for dinning out (20-25e pp with drinks). However, I wouldn't say that their dishes tasted very special - octopus was great (but had better), and their rice-based dish was okayish. One desert option only and it wasn't too exciting on the day we dined. This can be a hit or a miss i guess.

Acabou por ser uma boa experiência. Inicialmente achei que ia ser um fiasco mas depois veio a comida e tudo mudou. Os cogumelos assados, os camarões com molho de manga e as bochechas de porco estavam uma delícia. Os preços são demasiado elevados.

My husband and I had a delightful meal with a variety of food. The stuffed mushrooms and the black bean and quinoa meatballs with favorful homemade sauce and zucchini was tasty! Even though this was our first dinner, we will be back. Obrigado!

Myself and my girlfriend have been in Lisbon for 4 days. We've eaten in a lot of restaurants. This place was top of the pile. We've been twice and going back tonight. Wine, food and staff all 5/5!

The Obra has such an amazing vibe, not only is the food presented beautiully it tastes even better!
And for those who appreciate good wine The Obra does not disappoint, Catarina really knows her wine!
Strongly recommend a visit for those who enjoy fine dining with a relaxed atmosphere!

Best tapas restaurant in the area. Great ambience, really nice staff, excellent food. It has some vegetarian options. Music and poetry on some Sundays afternoon.

In vacanza a Lisbona, abbiamo trovato questo piccolo ristorante che ci ha veramente soddisfatto!!! Abbiamo scelto 2 tipi di risotti che erano eccezionali, un vino verde tipico della zona e altri piatti, tutti preparati con cura !!!Consigliatissimo , siamo italiani e ci piace mangiare bene!!!! Ottima l'accoglienza !!!

The tapas were delicious and it’s local food (cheese, meat, wine). The waitress was very nice to us explaining the whole menu.

Ein gemütliches Restaurant mit lokalen Speisen und Geteränken. Hervorragende Küche und sehr freundliches Personal. Man bekommt die Karte mit den Speisen sehr gut erklärt. Auch sind die Preise fair und gut. Unbedingt mal vorbeischauen. Das lohnt sich, weil es ein besonderes Restaurant ist.

Wir haben dieses Lokal eher zufällig entdeckt. Supernette Bedienung, die Köchin erklärte uns alle Gerichte nochmal auf englisch und gab Empfehlungen. Alle probierten Tapas sehr, sehr lecker. Auch die Coctail waren sehr gut. Unbedingt empfehlenswert. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

A obra, é espaço bem decorado, com pessoas simpáticas a atender, mas o principal para mim é sem duvida a comida!
Comi os melhores mexilhões de sempre, o arroz de lingueirão uma delícia, as puntilhitas que não se encontra em qualquer lado são crocantes e de chorar por mais!
Provem não se vão arrepender!

Nouveau restaurant à Lisbonne depuis 2 semaines. Équipe jeune et dynamique qui propose une cuisine originale. Les tapas sont excellents par exemple magret de canard et ses figues ou tempura de légumes. La sangria est excellente. Petite attention pour terminer le repas, le verre de la patronne. A découvrir...

1 minute walk from our accomodation. We decided to give it a try as per good ratings on google and boy were we pleased we gave it a shot! Super delicious food as recommended by the friendly waitress. We ordered the grilled squid, cod with polenta and veal cheeks with sweet potato mash. The portion sizes are not huge so maybe 4 dishes per a couple would be good. Would dine here again if we had more time! Definitely coming again on our next visit. Thanks!!

Es un restaurante pequeño , se llena rápido por lo que recomiendo hacer reserva.
La comida es muy buena, ordenamos el bacalao y la carrillera y ambos platos estuvieron muy sabrosos.
El vino blanco que nos recomendaron estuvo increíble!
Si vuelvo a Lisboa sin lugar a duda volvería!

A very NICE place to grab a bite of Lisbona. It is small but cozy. The staff are very nice too. I had a seafood rise, the dish of the day, and it is very good. Gonna try it's tapas tomorrow night!

Das Essen ist auf eine sehr ursprüngliche Weise zubereitet. Dadurch ist es sehr gut bekömmlich UND schmackhaft. Das Auge isst mit, was bei der Präsentation der Speisen auf dem Teller seinen Ausdruck findet. Die junge Dame vom Service ist ein besonderes Highlight. Sie hat einen Charme, eine Freundlichkeit, die natürlich und wie auf den Gast zugeschnitten rüberkommt. Dabei behält sie, ganz ohne in Hektik zu verfallen, den Überblick. Das spricht sich schnell herum. Deshalb ist das kleine Lokal stets gut besucht und eine Reservierung notwendig. Schaut vorbei, wenn ihr in Lissabon seid. Es ist eine wunderbare Erfahrung.

Espaço muito pequeno, super acolhedor e staff muito simpático. Comida bem confeccionada e boa selecção de vinhos. O restaurantes fica numa das mais belas ruas da Lisboa antiga, bairrista, surpreendente verde.

I am absolutely in love with this place, after getting a recommendation from local I made it my mission to have dinner at A Obra even if it meant waiting two hours for a table which it did. The wait was well worth it though because the food is scrumptious and incredibly affordable. For my main, I ended up going with the fish stew which was recommended by the staff and I will say that it is without a doubt the best-cooked piece of fish I have ever had. Highly recommend!!

Very warm atmosphere. The plating is amazing and the flavours are extremely rich.

Une adresse à connaitre absolument! Merveilleuse cuisine creative, fraiche et authentique! Un regal pour les papilles! La serveuse est incroyablement compétente et à l'écoute. Attention! Ce lieu est donc victime de son succès et il vaut mieux arriver tôt. Mais une fois installé l'organisation est parfaite et vous allez vous regaler. Soyez agréable et tout se passera à merveille.

One word: perfect. Some words more: absolutly delicious! Cocktails were super and the Burger was one of the best i ever had. Oh, and the Chocolate Mouse- i would like to swim in it. Amazing!

Incredible food at an amazing price. We stayed in lisbon for a week and this was by far our favorite place to eat. The bruschetta was especially delicious. And the atmosphere was very cozy and lovely.

Je vous recommande vivement ce petit restaurant à l'ambiance chaleureuse ! On y mange des repas traditionnels copieux et de qualités. On s'y sent bien et le personnel est attentionné et à l'écoute. La cuisson des poissons est excellente et les prix sont vraiment correct. Vous pourrez également goûter le "vinho verde" qui se marrie à merveille avec les poissons et tapas.

Tiny spot with big style and easy vibe. Every dish served up was entertaining and flavorful, done with visual excellence. Shrimp, gazpacho, pork cheeks, Caldeirada (fish stew) all came in first. Service was a little slow or, at times, a lot, but the soul of Portugal experience made up for it.

Direkt in unserer Nähe (Cais do Sodre) fanden wir dieses kleine Restaurant. Frische Küche, sehr nettes Personal, normale Preise, nettes portugiesisches Ambiente, alle Gerichte frisch zubereitet, innovative Rezepte . . . wir waren sehr positiv überrascht und empfehlen diesen Ort sehr gerne weiter!

We found this little restaurant right next to us (Cais do Sodre). Fresh cuisine, very nice staff, normal prices, nice Portuguese ambience, all dishes freshly prepared, innovative recipes ... we were very positively surprised and recommend this place to others!
