Espaço muito pequeno, tive de esperar meia hora enquanto pessoas que já tinham acabado de comer conversavam. O preço podia ser melhor mas no entanto a comida era boa. Só há 3 variedades de ramen sendo um vegetariano. O ramen estava bem preparado e era visualmente agradável. Recomendo a quem queira experimentar ou apenas goste de ramen mais tradicional porque é um prato que não se encontra facilmente na área.

That would be a great place if they could accommodate more than 12 people (not joking). So beware if you are going. You always have to wait for at least 45 mins for a table
But food and menu are simple and good.

Excelente espaço e refeição. Menu reduzido mas garante uma excelente qualidade. Pela é o espaço reduzido e a ausência de marcação. Mas vale a pena para a qualidade da refeição.

Alle sind voll des Lobes - ich auch! Es gibt nur drei Gerichte zur Auswahl, Huhn, Schwein oder vegetarisch. Mehr braucht es aber auch nicht. Super lecker und echt empfehlenswert

Honestly it's not like Japanese ramen (egg yolk overcooked, broth not so creamy, and meat less tender, and they add this red-orange sauce in the middle). Waiting time 30 min a bit long to serve ramen. Overall taste good and prices are ok but if you look for authentic ramen maybe there are better places.

Quite decent food for the price (8e). Its not completely authentic (they used a soft boiled egg instead of ajitsuke tamago). The food service could have been much faster. I have been to ramen bars that are of similar size and got served much quicker

Très déçu de ce "restaurant", les "ramens" n'avaient pas de goût, si ce n'est celui des pâtes ratées. La viande était en trop faible quantité et les pâtes sont aussi mal cuite que lorsque je les oublie une demi-heure dans la casserole, c'est le seul restaurant qui m'a déçu jusqu'ici depuis mon arrivée à Lisbonne. Gardez vos 8€, cela n'en vaut pas la peine.

Ramen bom e honesto, a um preço acessível. Refeição perfeita para um dia frio. Só há 3 versões (sinal que não é instantâneo): caldo tonkotsu (ossos de porco), caldo de galinha e vegetariano. Aconselho o 1°.

A very small place, capacity for 14 total, so being early is recommended. The ramen is homemade and absolutely excellent in every aspect of the composition. Would definitely come back again.

月曜の１２時に行ったら満席だったので20分ぐらい待った。醤油豚骨ラーメンは豚骨抑え目のマイルドなスープで、日本のとはちょっと違うがとても美味しかった。残念なのは麺の腰がないこと。海外で食べるラーメンとしては良い部類にはいる。

Very good ramen experience. You have 3 ramen to choose, 1 of them vegetarian. (7/8$). Very good value and very good ramen. It is a small place and you will have to wait in the queue for a while, but it worth it.

Un peu déçue de ce restaurant de Ramen pour en avoir goûté d’autres...
Tonkotsu: Le bouillon manque de goût et de concentration, la viande n’est pas du rôti de porc comme cela devrait mais du lard qui est dur et pas assez fondant...
Bref c’est bon marché mais cela n’est pas digne d’un bon Ramen...

Ramen is one of those special treats, it's something I look for constantly no matter where I'm living and it's very difficult to find a good ramen bar. Kokoro however seems to have ended my search. The food was delicious, deve ything tasted as if it was all cooked with care and dedication. Their menu is small, giving you only three options, though I feel that allows them to give each meal more attention. The chef knows what they're doing. It's a very small, yet cozy place, there's about a handful of tables and I'm sure that's a small number for certain quality control. I would advise to call and make a reservation, as its so small most tables tend to be occupied by 8 pm.

I wanted to try ramen for a long time. After searching a little found this small and cozy restaurant right next to my University - and what an amazing surprise! Being a very big noodles lover I instantly fell in love for this simple yet very tasty and powerful "soup". Very rich and balanced flavours with that umami taste!
Personally I recommend asking for Shoyu Ramen (Chicken Soup) with extra Pork Belly and add a little bit of garlic sauce available on the table over the pork belly and a little spice to soup itself, promise you won't be dissapointed.
There are only 2 or 3 people working in here who are very sympathetic and helpful yet they don't speak very good porruguese.
Will definitely be coming back here in the near future!

Really really good! I am traveling and ready for comfort food I know. Made it in before they closed - they only have 3 types of ramen and one was sold out and there is no take out...... which I wanted to do with a 2nd bowl for later in my hostel. The noodles were fresh and delicious. I love very spicy food and ladled on the chili sauce and much to my surprise - it was supremely more spicy than I expeted. Took me quite awhile to finish with a tall draft beer to assist. Small space with few tables so you may need to wait- but worth it.

Il miglior Ramen che abbia sperimentato a Lisbona; il brodo era saporito,i noodles ottimi e con la giusta consistenza. Un paio di appunti: ho preso il Tonkatsu ramen e la carne era decisamente troppo dura. Inoltre attenzione con il piccante che viene lasciato sul tavolo .. io che sono un'amante con mezzo cucchiaino già stavo lacrimando.. dosatelo bene per non coprire il sapore del brodo che è eccellente! Comunque rimane il migliore e più autentico che abbia provato in città.

What a little gem! Super authentic ramen at great prices. We ordered the extra noodles which I would recommend if you are hungry. Stay clear of the chilli paste if you can’t handle spice! Ha ha

Tasty ramen, fast service. There are only 8 tables there, so it feels like a conventional ramen shop. Three types of ramen, beef , chicken and vegetarian. That's basically it. I had the beef one and it was good. Recommend.

Tempo de espera exagerado (aproximadamente 45 minutos), e os empregados não avisaram as pessoas em espera que já não havia um dos 3 (três) pratos que servem, uma hora depois da abertura. Se servissem 10 ou 15 opções seria de esperar que umas duas ou três estivessem esgotadas, agora uma hora depois da abertuda da cozinha terem 33% do menu esgotado.. Enfim. Além de não respeitarem a ordem de chegada, trancam a porta de maneira a que as pessoas de fora não possam entrar seja para ir á casa de banho ou comprar uma bebida.
Após tudo isto, recusaram se a apresentar livro de reclamações, tendo apenas "magicado" o livro de debaixo da caixa (alegavam não ter livro, não saber onde está, não saber o que estávamos a pedir, etc) após ameaça que chamaríamos a polícia (é ilegal um estabelecimento não ter livro de reclamações, e é crime não apresenta lo aos clientes seja por que razão for).
Legalmente, faltava na montra do restaurante inúmeros posters legais (entidade reguladora, aviso legal de bebidas alcoólicas, aviso de alergénios, disponibilidade de multibanco/cartão de crédito).
Enfim, uma experiência que ficou marcada pela falta de profissionalismo do staff. Não pude provar os noodles, mas depois deste encontro, não tenho vontade nem quero provar.

Boa relação qualidade preço no tonkotsu ramen (o único que vale a pena) Qualidade e diversidade dos ingredientes não é a melhor, mas vale pela base (o caldo) e pelos noodles (feitos mesmo no local). Vale a pena a visita, mas se não querem esperar é melhor ir logo ao meio dia porque o sítio é (muito) pequeno. Update 3 Janeiro 2020: os noodles, que faziam boa parte do charme deste ramen, pareceram-me comerciais, e não os que havia no inicio feitos no local. Talvez baixe a nota 1 ponto, mas apesar de tudo mantive a nota porque o ramen soube-me mesmo bem!

Estou muito desapontada com este ramen. O caldo era muito insípido, os noodles podiam ter uma cozedura mais "Al dente" (não sei a expressão japonesa ) e a carne podia estar mais macia. Tive de adicionar todos os molhos do arsenal de sabores da mesa para salvar a refeição. Houve também algo esquisito: o ramen extra que pedi veio num prato aparte (em vez de estar na taça de ramen) - isto não tira o sabor ao ramen (?) O chá podia ter vindo da cozinha sem o saco Tetley, pelo menos para dar a ilusão de que tinha sido retirado dum mega bule em que tinha sido usado um infusor de chá. Também estou desapontada por ter chegado e terem a porta fechada à chave porque estavam cheios. Nem um "boa noite, aguarde só um momento por favor". Todos os que estavam à espera tinham de combinar entre si para saberem a ordem da fila. Por outro lado, é muito barato.

Really good food. Showcasing that quality ver quantity is king, there's only 3 different variations of noodle soups to choose from, focusing instead on quality food, they make their own fresh noodles, making the dishes taste and feel really good.
Slight catch, the amount of tables is really low, so if you want to guarantee your spot I'd recommend you to be there around 15 mins before opening time. The tables tend to fill up on the first 2 minutes after opening .

Ok place with fair ramen- had to add shoyu to the broth for it to taste better - thankfully they have chili oil and garlic oil ok the table - otherwise this would have been the least flavorful ramen I’ve had.
If you’re in Lisboa I guess it is a good try.

Grande expectativa, desperdício de tempo.
Restaurante com boa apresentação, mas muito pequeno. Fácilmente enche, o que obriga a tempo de espera.
Pessoal inexperiente, não há preparação para informar ou organizar uma lista de clientes em espera. Os clientes ficam na rua, e a porta fica trancada para preservar o interior da confusão acumulada no exterior, e o pessoal evita ao máximo comunicar com quem desespera na fila.
ÁS 12h20, 20 minutos após abrir, já tinha cinco pessoas em fila de espera (na rua), e o empregado indicou que demoraria mais 30 minutos. Ramen é um prato de confecção e consumo rápidos, pelo menos no Japão.
Uma pena, já que a casa tem fama (não merecida?) de servir boa comida.

Quando um restaurante tem uma variedade extremamente limitada na sua oferta geralmente é sinal que o que faz, faz bem (caso contrário também não dura muito). É o caso do Kokoro Ramen Bar. Com apenas 3 tipos de Ramen e alguns extras que podemos personalizar é sucesso e está geralmente cheio, tanto que durante a semana ou se está lá à abertura da porta ou se pode ter que esperar um pouco, uma vez que o número de lugares é relativamente pequeno. No entanto vale bem a pena. O ramen é excelente e delicioso. Recomendo!

Kleiner Laden mit super leckeren Ramen zu guten Preisen! Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich. Lediglich nur 4 Sterne weil man nur mit portugiesischen Karten, oder eben Bar bezahlen kann. Ansonsten sah das Restaurant von innen auch nur "ok" aus.

Really tasty ramen. They have 3 different types of ramen tonkotsu, miso and shoyu. I tried the tonkotsu and it tasted really great. Very delicious, smooth noodles, with grilled pork. For the price the bowls were a little to small in my opinion. But all in all recommendable.

A very small menu of very fresh ramen noodles. Only 3 different options, a vegetarion option tgat is a but heavy in coconut milk, a pork option with a nice flavour, but in my case needed a little spicing up with chili and garlic and a chicken based option. You can add various pieces to it to construct your own style. But the fact it often has a line of people waiting attests to its albeit simple quality

Amazing! We were lucky this little hidden gem was hidden next to our hotel.
We had been walking by it every day for a week and it’s always full. So prepare to have to wait for a seat but it is worth it !!

We've been there twice. The first time we arrived after 2pm and there was only the vegetarian ramen left. The rich broth with coconut milk was really good. The noodles were also very good. I would prefer a little bit more Pak Choi, though. The second time I had the pork belly ramen. It was also very good, although the broth was not as rich as that of the vegetarian ramen. All in all, good value for money.

Petit ramen-bar en Lisboa con encanto.
Ojo!! que suele haber mucha gente a horas puntas y cierran a las 14:30.
✔Buena calidad de los productos: vegetariano, pollo y vaca/cerdo.
✔El caldo está delicioso.
✔Tienen tres salsas adicionales ya presentes en la mesa y sin coste adicional: soja, ajo y OJO Picante que pica muchísimo.
✘Los palillos son de madera y cortos.

Adoro ramen apesar de não conhecer muitos locais com este prato espetacular que me faz lembrar os heróis dos animes japoneses. Este ramen é especialmente bom, tudo vem bem preparado e gostoso. O espaço é pequeno e está sempre cheio pelo que se for almoçar durante a semana com o tempo contado o melhor é chegar assim que abrir (12h00).

Boa mistura de sabores. Atendimento simpático. Carta reduzida de comida (3 pratos) e bebidas.
Espaço muito pequeno, sempre com filas para comer, ou ir muito cedo ou mais tarde por volta das 21h. Ideal para 2 pessoas, para grupos maiores é mais difícil.

Execelente Ramen. Apenas existem 3 pratos: ramen de frango, porco e vegetariano. Todos excepcionais. O restaurante só tem 16 lugares e por isso convém avaliar a hora de ir almoçar ou jantar. Barato. Aceita cartões de débito. Para quem gosta de comida japosnesa... a não perder!

Fantástico restaurante em Arroios. É pequeno e o tempo de espera pode ser grande, em especial às sextas e sábados. O serviço não é particularmente rápido e as opções do menu são limitadas! Mas compensa porque os pratos são excelentes! O molho é muito saboroso e a carne é vegetais estão muito bem confeccionados

O Ramen do Kokoro Ramen Bar é delicioso, o serviço é rápido e os preços fantásticos. O único inconveniente é a dimensão do espaço e, por este motivo, a impossibilidade de reservar mesa. No meu caso a espera foi de 25 minutos, valeu a pena, mas afecta a experiência.

This was legit the worst ramen I have ever had in my life. It was bland, the noodles had no chew to them, and the meat was tough as nails. In no way was this proper Japanese ramen, and I think the only reason this place has great reviews is because the folks in Lisbon have little to compare it to.

Despite only having three options, chicken, pork and vegetarian, all are delicious and quite generous in their portions. The meat is very good quality. The place is small and gets crowded very easily but not very differently from such places in Japan (the eggs were smaller in Japan, though ^^).

Pequeno estabelecimento que vende unicamente ramen. Os pratos são saborosos e bem servidos. No entanto, a escolha é limitadas não só no número de pratos à escolha, visto que apenas existem três tipos de ramen diferentes (porco, frango e vegetariano), como nos diferentes ingredientes que compõem o ramen em si. Ainda assim penso ser um bom sítio para se experimentar este tipo de comida japonesa.

Não pense que vai ficar muito tempo neste restaurante à conversa, pois é feito para comer e ir embora, são rápidos a confeccionar e a massa é mesmo fresca, existe três tipos de ramen, o vegetariano é feito com leite de côco e é divinal. O espaço é pequeno, pode ficar um pouco à espera mas vale muito a pena.

Not much variety on offer, but what there is is really good. Beware of available space:there are only 16 seats available, so unless you get there at opening time, be prepared to wait.

Die beste Ramen Bar in Lissabon. Eine große Schüssel Ramen Nudeln kostet ca. 8€ und ist ein ganzes Mittagessen. Es hat nur 16 Sitzplätze man muss womöglich ein paar Minuten warten.

Very good soup, and nice balance quality/price. Relaxing and calm place, but tight. Recommend going early, it gets full very quickly.

Nice and tasty ramen. Had the pork belly ramen and the broth was tasty and complex. The noodles were great and the toppings blended well with the broth. To me, the only problem about the dish was the egg, which was a bit on the overcooked side. The service was fast and thoughtful and the spice (which you can add according to your liking) was really good and complemented the dish in a nicely manner. I'd definitely come back for a second bowl of ramen!

Don't expect it will be that good. I would say the only component they did good was the meat. Anything else it's quite standard (or subpar). PS: They didn't accept EU debit cards when I ate there. Also expect there will be a line because the place is a bit small and it's full as soon as it opens.

I am sorry to say, but that is not even close to what Ramen should taste. We had the vegetarian one, which was just noodles and curry. Call me an ignorant, but Ramen and curry?

Small place, always packed, which is a good sign. Friendly staff, they only have 3 different ramen which is also a good sign. But I was disappointed: noodles, pork and eggs were overcooked. Not bad, but I've had tastier and less pricey experiences.

It's a small place and the menu has only three dishes, but I think this makes it more enjoyable. If you want to eat there you'll to walk up there and wait for a spot or go before it opens so be ready to wait a bit if it's packed.
Regarding the ramen, it's totally worth the wait because it's so good. The chicken broth is light and the pork broth is thicker (still haven't tried the vegetarian one but it looks like it has curry). For me their hot sauce makes the ramen even more enjoyable so try it if you dare.
Drinks, I've only drank their lemonade and it's good but I advise you to ask for some ice.
Kokro ramen is calm with their jazzy soundtrack and otherwise quiet environment. Some people feel the need to walking has it was a family restaurant but it's better if just walk in eat your ramen and then go so someone else can also eat. I dont think this is the idle place if you want to sit and have a family meal (parents eat then they have to help their children eat while people outside keep waiting) so don't bring children who can't eat by themselves it will only make a mess.

I had the pork noodles and got intoxicated. Stayed in bed on fever for two days, the doctor prescribed antibiotics and took me one week to get back to normal. Never again!

Very very good ramen noodle here. Small place and a line outside only 30 minutes after it opens. They have a small menu, but they make fresh noodles every morning and offer the best.

It gets the 5 stars from me... Not becos it's the best ramen... There's definitely better ramen elsewhere in the world...But in Lisbon... I'd say it deserves top marks. The tonkutsu broth has a lovely mushroom-ey aftertaste and the noodles were cooked to perfection... Apparently the noodles are also freshly hand made so top marks for effort. The cha shu isn't what you get from Japanese ramen shops.. This one seems braised and then grilled so it has a smokiness too

Best ramen ever!! we ate here 3 nights out of 6 and loved every meal. Almost a year later and we still talk about how delicious it was!
a very limited menu of 3 dishes, 2 meat and 1 veggie. We are vegetarians so had the same meal every night we visited and each time we were blown away by the flavours. Excellent, friendly service too. I recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon ad if I'm ever there again i will be, without a doubt, returning to this restaurant.

O restaurante tem apenas três pratos (dois de carne é um vegetariano). Pessoalmente é onde mais gosto de ramen em Lisboa. O espaço é muito pequeno pelo que aconselho a reservar mesa.

It's a small place that serves only 3 dishes. It might sound weird for a 5 star review, but all of the dishes end up tasting incredibly good and different from one another. The service is good and the food is served quite fast (less than a 5 minute wait time). Not only that but it's also quite cheap (8.5€ for the most expensive dish).

Great Ramen, just 3 options though (veggie, chicken, pork) but very well made. The broth is full of flavor and the ingredients very fresh. I tried the chicken ramen and it was wonderful, the chicken bits are generous and packed with flavor, also liked the crunchiness of the onions and the beautifully well made poached egg.
Just wish they had gyosas! :)

Pork was good, but not real ramen at all noodles are too think basically pasta and broth is tasteless. I would suggest not getting ramen in lisbon at all, its like they just looked up how it is done but don't understand what it takes to make good ramen. Service was very poor too
