Lovely place just let down by lack of a reasonable sized play area for young children and the ladies locker room is not good needs a complete refurb

My wife and I went for a short visitation break in May and were very impressed. My wife's auntie has a place there and recommended it, as we are interested in purchasing a place there. Very clean and the shop on site was useful. We had a couple of meals in the on site restaurant, which had plenty of choice and good quality.

There are many options in Quinta when choosing holiday accommodation. Fairways seems to capture the 'use every available square inch' ethos very well. But what they do better than most is the effort they have put into landscaping so that this does not appear to be so. From nearly any angle, the vista is a mix of structure and flora. There is a mix of single and 2 storey villas. Ours, a single, has two double ensuite bedrooms, proper kitchen and 6 seat dining table. There are two sofas one of which converts to a bed for those hard to rid of guests. The balcony area comes with 6 loungers, 2 tables with chairs, a gas barbecue and jacuzzi hot tub. Like the club house, it has been recently refurbished. In the club house, the poolside bar with the glazed facade/roof at one side gives a lovely in - out feel. The staff are as friendly as ever. Most have been at Fairways for years, (Tony 1 lifeguard has been there for 20+ years), so that must mean something. The restaurant and menu have been refreshed with breakfast one of the best along this stretch of coast. Family friendly but not exclusively, you will make friends for life here. A great holiday destination. Oh, and there is a golf course if you like to ruin a good walk .

Come back with 3 generations year after year. So close to amazing wildlife and beach, as well as amazing restaurants.

Wunderschönes Villenviertel in Quinta do Lago, Nähe Faro. Herrliche Villen mit großzügigen Räumen. Jedes Schlafzimmer mit separatem Bad. Für Golfer ideal.

Especially nice off season, outdoor heated pool, indoor pool, very well maintained, polite and helpful personnel... all good!

One of those places im lucky to be able to visit. It’s got the perfect setting to spend time with family and friends what more do you need! Clubhouse is now refurbed and the restaurant & bar offerings and service has really stepped up a gear. The pool and leisure centre has a perfectly reasonable family friendly policy unlike some of the others in the area.

Fantastic accomodations within reach to 4 golf courses located in well developed Algarve community We have enjoyed 160+ square meters 3 bdr villa every moment. Indoor whirpool is 38-9 C and sauna adds to relaxing vacation. Renta car and bike service are available Staff and service is excellent and wifi works perfect thought the resort. Weather reports in January have been complete miss with 80% sunny days instead of rain or clouds. Definitely place to visit again.

Stayed in a 3-bedroom villa with a swimming pool. Modern place. Nice gardens. Plenty of amenities to stay entertained. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

This is a lovely holiday destination. The pools and longe areas and restaurants are beautiful. This is the second November we have exchanged with interval 2018 and 19. Sadly for us no jacuzzi or newly refurbed apartments even though this time we requested it. There is a lack of little extras in the bathrooms and kitchen and cleaning is once a week unless you pay. Saying that it is friendly and as said before lovely I just want others to know you may not get the jacuzzi or refurb. ;)

The resort is extremely well managed with friendly professional service. The recent refurbishment programme has taken it to even a higher level. Starting off each day with a gym session, a swim in the heated outdoor pool and a hot jacuzzi to finish - excellent !!

Well appointed complex with a great variety of villa type houses fully fitted. You can have the choice of small private pools and others with Jucisies. Restaurants are great with menus full of all the things the international visitor requires Would go back again and again.

Ok if you are a golfer, my mother has been going for years, they have refurbished recently and have lost atmosphere and gone sooo snooty, my mother who has owned here for 28 years no longer felt at home.

Dolphins and pirate show fantastic . Pools good but major let down was that the jurrasic park water slide was under maintenance. Some very unhappy children.

A true home away from home. We've been coming here for years now with my family and every year it gets better. My kids are at the age when they can enjoy all the fun in and out of Fairways. From swimming ‍♂️ in the villa pool, to the indoor and outdoor pool in the main complex. Playing tennis , playing in the games area and most of all playing football ⚽️ with Antonio at 5pm on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. Antonio has a great way with children and his 5pm football was a highlight for my boys. The service at the Vivo restaurant is very friendly and the food is good and well priced. There is a nice bar with in and outdoor seating. The whole complex has been revamped and is looking very stylish, with comfortable sun loungers , easy access pool, covered outdoor seating and large indoor jacuzzi. The only negative I have to say is the mini market is expensive. The mini market in Vilar Do Golf is much better value. If you have young kids in a buggy or if you use a wheelchair or if you don't like walking up/down stairs - I wouldn't say this place is for you. There are a lot of steps from villa/ apartment to the main pool area.

Excellent accommodation in the Algarve, safe and secure on a golf estate. All amenities available in the house with a great restaurant if you want to eat out. 5mins to beach and local town and a 10min drive to highway.

Just visited the newly refurbished Clubhouse at Four seasons fairways. Spent over three weeks watching the clubhouse take form to meet the opening day. Credit to all the people involved in such a massive task and the results are stunning. The new Amara restaurant has amazing views over Quinta North golf course. A must see. The new heated swimming pool, deck area and inside/outside bar has tranformed the resort into the 21st century. Well done to all concerned, the staff, builder's and the Pool Company and especially the General Manager Jorge, who was working till all hours of the mornings to help complete the task. Can't wait to come back.

Fantastic place to rest, with a new clubhouse with a new fantastic restaurant with a view over the golf course. and a new bistro and pools!

Nice service, really nice area however: some of the villas which aren't renovated are way too old! Wi-fi works, nice gym and restaurant as well. They also have tennis courts and gold courses. Kinda overpriced and always charging for useless things... But all in all a nice and fun experience with friends and family to relax in the Algarvian sun ;)

Have stayed here many times,and would highly recommend it.It is extremely clean and well maintained and staff are very pleasant and professional.It is in a great location with many amenities such as a shopping centre with great restaurants and is only 30 minutes from faro and faro airport.
