I regret walking into this shop. The old man yelled at me and said “why you indians never buy anything it’s because you dont have money”. He did not even bother to show me anything. He did not have anything worth buying. His best sheets were 300 counts. Im used to the 1000 count variety so obviously I didnt want any. I was really upset by his racist behavior and yelling. DO NOT GO HERE THE OWNER IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND RACIST.

Do go to this store! The owner was RUDE. My experience there was similar to the review posted a year ago by Denise (you can read it below mine.) I also was shown many different things by the old gentleman. I repeatedly told him that I was looking for a particular color and size. He, chose not to pay attention, continued to bring out the colors and designs I was not interested in. When I thanked him and decided not to make a purchase, he said to me, “Time is money. You wasted a lot of my time and you do not buy anything.”

Un très jolie boutique à l’ancienne. Linge traditionnel de grande qualité, grand choix de draps brodés, napperons, serviettes, dentelles. Un perle dans lisbonne ! Service attentionné. Tout fait au Portugal

I sought out all linen stores in Lisbon, and was looking for a very specific item. I was shown a number of others, very nice, but not what I was looking for. As I left the store, the gentleman called out to me in a sarcastic tone "enjoy your time in Lisbon when you do not have enough money to buy our very nice things". All the money in the world would not convince me to purchase from this rude shop owner.
