Análise: I regret walking into this shop. The old man yelled at me and said “why you indians never buy anything it’s because you dont have money”. He did not even bother to show me anything. He did not have anything worth buying. His best sheets were 300 counts. Im used to the 1000 count variety so obviously I didnt want any. I was really upset by his racist behavior and yelling. Análise: I made a purchase on February and the owner simply forgot my order. I kept asking for the product and from a moment on, she stopped answering my calls and e-mails. After the pandemic situation, I had to go personally three times at the store to request a refund. I'm still waiting for my money. Everytime she says "Ops, I forgot to do it" and states that she will let me know whenever she pays me. After this terrible experience, I've discovered three other people in similar situation.
