we spend one week in golden and it was great, beds are very comfortable, very quite place, very good place to charge your energies back :)

Lovely & calm place with very friendly & nice people :) The apartments are tidy, comfortable and the place is just the perfect spot to explore the area of Ericeira and - of course - to go surfing!

Its a good choice for the ones who want to take surf lessons , because the school pick the students at the hotel - the surf school its amazing - Surf Riders Ericeira . The hotel its super clean and have the perfect comfort for holidays . The staff are helpful and always have some tips about restaurants . EXCELLENT STAY ! We will Come Back soon ! The complex of houses is very organized, cleanliness is excellent and the staff super helpful. We could not ask for more, great value for money. We will return soon! Offering activities such as yoga and surfing lessons, the instructors are qualified and always attend with the students.

Local bastante acolhedor, com um bom espaco exterior e onde é possível levar o seu animal. As pessoas são também bastante simpáticas.

Think twice before you book with this hotel as they simply rude and robby. We had to cancel due to COVID-19 border closure and flight cancellation, and the property refused to refund.

Espaço aprazível, seguro, limpeza/ atendimento/simpatia/qualidade, óptimo serviço de pequeno almoço, em suma 5* e recomendo vivamente este espaço a quem queira usufruir de 1boa estadia perto de tudo/mar; Bem hajam e o nosso muito obrgd.

Uma noite de passagem de ano custou mais de 400€ e a casa era bem pequena e fria! A minha CAMA estava CHEIA DE AREIA por baixo do edredom, tendo eu que dormir no SOFÁ! Mostrei a cama a recepcionista no dia a seguir, a mesma pediu para enviar e-mail a contar o sucedido, para ser recompensada de alguma forma! obviamente que envie o e-mail mas a única resposta que tive em 2 meses foi “ A sua reclamação deu origem a abertura de uma investigação processo interna no departamento das limpezas” Um lugar que marcou muito de forma NEGATIVA

We do travel a lot, and have experienced different places and hosts, but this is one of the worse places for customer service we have uncounted. We booked it via Airbnb for a couple of nights, and on arrival the reception desk asked us to pay cash in hand for extra fees which was presented as some type of tax. As a frequent Airbnb user you are aware that you should never pay cash outside the Airbnb system as it will be looked as fraud or a scam. The "tax" was not mentioned anywhere in the listing, and we were forced by reception to pay cash in hand on arrival. We paid the cash in hand that we were asked to, and contacted Airbnb about it, which the host was furious about. Late that night the receptionist knocked on our door with the host on the phone shouting and really angry, because she was contacted in order to give the refund for the cash in hand back. The host was shouting over the phone and telling us to get out of her property , and also threatening that if Airbnb gave us the money back we would have to leave her house. After a session of her shouting, we told her it was nothing to do with us she had to contact Airbnb as it was their decision. In more accurate words she said: I want you out of my house. It was a very unprofessional and stressful situation which I do not which upon anyone, hence my comments to warn you if you want a relaxing holiday don't stay here. Anyone can start a business, but not everyone knows how to manage and have a good customer service skills. As a host you are expect to handle the situation in a more professional way, and not get angry because things did not go your way. We were very satisfied with the Airbnb outcome as we got a full refund for the cash in hand and an extra voucher for half the money for the accommodation.

Sehr saubere Anlage und Unterkunft. Zweckmäßige Ausstattung. Aber Betten feucht und klamm. Eingeschränkte Nachtruhe durch penetrantes und anhaltendes Hundegebell in der Nachbarschaft.

El título lo dice todo, gran personal, sitio diferente, y con todo los necesario para ir en familia o con amigos.

El bungalow esta muy bien, la cama es comodísima y la ducha grande y con una presión espectacular. Está bien equipada aunque la única pega es que no tiene cafetera y el café te lo cobran a 2€ en la recepción, donde también se puede desayunar (no lo hemos probado). La chica de recepción fue muy amable y atenta.

Muy buena experiencia. El personal que lo componen, recepción, limpieza, etc, son grandes profesionales, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar al cliente. Es un sitio hotel diferente al resto, lo que le hace encantador. Son habitaciones independientes, tipo lofts, con espacio físico entre todas, las cuales poseen cocina completa con mesa y sillas, sofá cama y la zona de descanso posee cama y armario, con puerta corredera para separar los dos ambientes. El baño es completo y amplio. Ideal para descansar, e ir con familia o amigos. Volveremos seguro.

Villas are Lovely Very clean and with all you need for vacations , You can ask for the surf lessons at the reception and they make the pick up and drop off for free .

El alojamiento está muy bien. Sólo que la tv no tiene hdmi y no tienen calefacción, así que en invierno puede ser un poco frío

Ficamos hospedadas na casa por um preço muito bo , compartilhando o banheiro, a cozinha e demais áreas comuns com outros hóspedes. Apesar de demandar uma subidinha pra quem está sem carro (15 minutos de caminhada do centro da vila), vale muito a pena pela vista, pela calma e pelo ambiente acolhedor da casa. Há uma piscina e cadeiras de Sol no jardim e o pessoal do hotel é muito gentil e prestativo, ajudando a programar cursos de surf e recomendando bons restaurantes. Internet um pouco oscilante.

The Golden Heritage site was just getting up and running for the Summer when we stayed. The pool was newly cleaned and we had it to ourselves, which was great. The site is run by a friendly father/daughter team, who welcomed us warmly even when we turned up without booking ahead. The new log cabin style houses and onsite shop have great potential - we had a peek preview! The site is a (somewhat hilly) ten minute walk from the town and beach.
