Um lugar selvagem que me tam toda a magia.
E de difícil acesso mas vale a pena o esforço. Aconselho calçar ténis e não se esqueça de água.

Definitely worth the experience, not easy accessible, don't recommend it to small children or to carry toddlers, but it's worth the effort all the way down by the mountain, recommend you take tracking shoes, water bottle, don't take unnecessary weight, as the way up u might to need to carry all the way back..
In winter and rainy days, there's a small chance to find a waterfall in between the rocks.
My humble request, if you visit it and when returning from the beach, please bring along any disposable waste you take down there, as there is no rubbish containers, and this is probably one of the last paradises in Portugal, let's keep it as it is.

Una playa muy bonita y poco concurrida. El acceso es muy difícil y suele hacer bastante viento. Bañarse con mucho cuidado. A pesar de esto, hay que visitarla!

Una de las joyas de Portugal. La bajada intensa por el barranco (unos 20-30 minutos, la subida algo más) hasta llegar a una de las playas más únicas de la costa portuguesa. Se aparca en un camino que sale de la carretera que va al cabo da Roca. Cualquier atardecer aquí es un premio por el esfuerzo! Además podrás explorar por la costa cruzando las piedras y tomar las mejores fotos! Una parada obligatoria si vas al Cabo da Roca.

Such a beautiful place! You just escape Cabo da Roca with tourist hordes, and you are in a different World. The beach is dominated by dramatic rocks. The beach itself, however, is flat and serene.
The descent to and ascent from the beach is quite dangerous. The path is very steep, slippery, with many loose stones. You have to be very careful.

Bardzo piękna plaża jak z innej planety. Idealna sceneria na film. Plaża bardzo blisko Cabo da Roca. Zejście bardzo strome i najlepiej mieć górskie obuwie. Bywa, że nie ma nikogo. Woda chłodna. Trzeba uważać na skały i fale. Fale bywają bardzo silne i mogą rzucić człowieka na skały. Trzeba to zobaczyć!!! Polecam wszystkim serdecznie.

Breathtaking and stunning. The two most apt words to describe this beach. Be wary that the way down and up is VERY treacherous, especially after rainy days or during winter since the soil might be muddy and there are no rails in place, requiring actual climbing. If you are up for it however you can experience a rare, rare sight in Portugal: an unclaimed and mostly wild beach.

Najpiękniejsza plaża w okolicy Lizbony, a może nawet na całym zachodnim wybrzeżu Portugalii. Dzięki temu, że od parkingu jest 20 minut po niełatwych ścieżkach, nie jest zatłoczona. Bez odpowiedniego obuwia lepiej się tam nie zapuszczać (bardzo strome zejście)

- A quick, steep but easy hike down a cliff is the only way to reach the beach easily
- Clean beach with view of several rocks standing upright in the water
What NOT to expect
- A long and wide beach
- Visiting when the daylight is fading
- An empty beach(unless it's wee hours)

Great place to visit. Walk away from the lighthouse and you'll see a trail towards it. Going to the beach itself is rather tricky as it does take about a 1-2 km hike through small trails. Regardless it's a beautiful view over the beach itself! Remark though, please don't try to park in the Praia da Ursa road to the beach, the street is so small and narrow that it is 1 way and you could damage your (rental) car.

Una spiaggia pazzesca, fantastica.
Ambiente incontaminato abbastanza difficile da raggiungere poco distante da Cabo da Roca.
A mio parere è la spiaggia più bella della parte di Sintra però è meglio incamminarsi con scarpe da ginnastica, ed in base alla stagione al quale si va, portarsi dietro una giacca a vento è meglio perché in alto (prima ancora di scendere giù in spiaggia dal promontorio) tira parecchio vento !

It is truly a gem of our trip to Portugal. I've never seen beaches more beautiful. We took a train from Lisbon to Sintra, got to Cabo da Roca by bus. The 30-minute hike from Cabo da Roca to Praia da Ursa makes the whole experience even more rewarding. It is such a pleasure to walk on top of the mountain watching beautiful nature scenery. I took back very good memories and beautiful photos :)

One of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal in 1km walk from Cabo da Roca. The view from above is breathtaking, the same when you hike down. The downhill is rocky, requires comfortable shoes. Not crowded because of hard access, also it is a nude beach.

Lugar paradisíaco!! Fica próximo ao Cabo da Roca, mais ou menos uns 15 a 20 min a pé, mas o autocarro( bus) para próximo a praia tbm, depois é necessário fazer meio que uma espécie de trilha entao use calçados confortáveis. Vi la poucos turistas pq geralmente param no Cabo da Roca. É acessível de transporte público. Supe vale a pena.

Najpiękniejsza plaża, bardzo strome zejście. Około 15 min marszu, 130 metrów stromego klifu do pokonania. Nie polecam wypraw z dziećmi. Plaża bez zaplecza sanitarnego, zupełnie dzika, ale widoki genialne. Można spotkać nudystów, ale nie ma ich zbyt wielu. Woda nie nalezy do najcieplejszych ale można się zamoczyć. Dobry dojazd z Sintry autobusem, przystanek przy samym zejściu na plaże. Warto jechać jak najwcześniej by spędzić tam trochę czasu. Nie zapomnijcie wziąć wody na drogę - tam nic nie kupicie

This beach was beautiful! Definitely a steep rocky hike to get to the bottom. Bring hiking boots or tennis shoes, it’s possible to do it in flip flops, but play it safe and bring regular shoes. Also try to put all of your belongings in a backpack so your hands are free. It’s about a 20 min hike to the beach and definitely worth it once you’re there. If you’re nervous, don’t be. Almost anyone with good mobility can get down. There are lots of nudists and I was able to bring my dog as there were no lifeguards. Definitely plan to stay there all day, it’s so beautiful and such a wonderful experience. No trash cans or bathrooms. Also the drive to the parking is a bit rough! So if you’re car can’t handle it, park in the paved road!

Horrible. El acceso es muy difícil y peligroso. Hay desprendimientos y un camino que parece para cabras, la gente se cae y al agarrarse se caen piedras.
El aparcamiento es inaccesible, salvo que quieras pinchar las ruedas o estropear toda la pintura.
No merece la pena bajar y arriesgarte tanto, para la vista que tienes desde arriba.

To get to Ursa Beach, you need to hike down a steep rocky path, but I guarantee, it's more than worth it. And don't be afraid by the hike, it's shirt and sweet with breathtaking views, and is doable by almost anyone. Be wary of the waves and the massive undertow. I strongly advise against swimming.

Best beach near Sintra, about 30 min walk from Cabo da Roca. Not an easy walk, half of the trail is downhill on dusty and rocky trail so not to be made with slippers :) . Bring food and water as there are no bars or tavernas in the area.

Kto ma zdrowe nogi i kocha piękne widoki ten nie powinien wahać się ani chwili i powędrować malowniczą ścieżką przypominającą tatrzańskie szlaki średniej trudności na plażę Ursa. Piękno tego miejsca już z wysokości klifu powoduje przyspieszone bicie serca i nogi same przyspieszają, aby jak najszybciej znaleźć się na plaży otoczonej ostrymi skałami w kolorze złota. Wieczorem stają się intensywnie pomarańczowe. W tym miejscu stworzonym przez ocean człowiek zapomina o całym świecie :)

Chyba najpiękniejsza plaża na jakiej byłem. Dostać się na nią nie jest łatwo zwłaszcza po deszczu. Warto jednak poświęcić te 45 minut trekkingu, by tu dotrzeć z Cabo da Roca. Widok zapiera dech w piersiach, można tu przesiadywać godzinami wsłchując się w szum oceanu. Absolutne top 3 w okolicach Lizbony.

Praia de Ursa
Az egyik legszebb Lisszabon környéki strand. Praia de Ribeiro-hoz hasonlóan ez a partszakasz is inkább azoknak fog tetszeni, akik nem feltétlenül ragaszkodnak pálmafás koktél szürcsölgetéséhez a strandon, ugyanis itt sincs semmilyen bár vagy étterem, és itt is számolnunk kell egy light-os hegymászással. A természeti környezet viszont magáért beszél: drámai sziklafalak, hatalmas hullámok. Talán sokan ismerik az Európa legnyugatibb pontjaként számon tartott Cabo de Roca-t, amely igen népszerű kirándulási célpont a Lisszabonba látogató turisták körében. Praia de Ursa (magyarul Medve-strand) közvetlenül mellette fekszik. Ne lepődjünk meg, ha nudistákkal is találkozunk, itt ugyanis elég sokan dobják le a textilt, de semmi probléma nincs abból, ha magunkon hagyjuk a fürdőruhát.

Великолепный пляж, но добраться туда крайне сложно. Крутой спуск без каких либо приспособлений. Как я узнала позже, это нудистский пляж. Расположен он возле мыса Рока и, думаю, является самым западным пляжом Европы и е в Евразии.

This place is absolutely beautiful! Better to go in the morning as is less crowded.
We camped overnight and it was very quiet.
The hike down and up is not too hard (definitely steep) but it's better if you wear shoes with some grip as the terrain can be a bit unstable.

Ein wahnsinnig toller Ort den man, wenn man Entspannung und Ruhe sowie traumhafte Landschaften sucht, unbedingt besucht haben muss. Wir haben entgegen aller Hinweise, auf festes Schuhwerk verzichtet, da es uns kurzfristig in den Sinn gekommen war den Ursa Beach zu besuchen. Also es ist möglich mit Flip Flops nach unten zu gelangen, ABER es ist waghalsig und man riskiert eventuelle Verletzungen, da es sehr sehr steil, steinig und rutschig durch den sandigen Untergrund abwärts geht. Für Menschen die viel Barfuß laufen (Barfußschuhe) und sehr aktive Personen ist es aber sicher machbar. Aufgrund der etwas unbequemen Art nach unten zu gelangen, hat man einen Großen Vorteil entgegen vieler anderen sehenswerter Orte - es ist NICHT überlaufen und ziemlich einsam und das selbst an einem warmen Tag im September. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben einen ganzen Tag dort zum Baden verbracht und das sollte man auch tun, sonst lohnt sich der lange Abstieg nicht unbedingt.

Praia da Ursa значится в списках самых красивых пляжей Португалии. Он интересен и фотогеничен почти всегда — при тумане или солнце, под звездами, на рассвете или закате. Легко пропустить этот дикий пляж, да и тропа сюда представляет собой не самый легкий маршрут.

Einmaliger Strand. Der Weg dahin ist nicht ganz ohne und erfordert unbedingt festes Schuhwerk. Nach ca 30 - 45 Minuten kommt man zu einem wunderschönen, nicht zu überlaufenden Strand. Ich empfehle bis zum Sonnenuntergang zu bleiben.

Der Strand und Atlantik an dieser Stelle sucht wirklich seines gleichen. Absolut traumhaft. Der Abstieg erfordert definitiv festes Schuhwerk, aufpassen der Sand auf den Steinen bildet rutschige Stellen. Das Wasser ist natürlich entsprechend frisch und die Wellen riesig. Für Kinder und Senioren ist dieser Ort inkl. Ab und Aufstieg nichts.

This beach and surrounding area is one of my favorite spots in Portugal near Lisboa. The walk is pleasant heading down to the beach with wonderful sweeping views of the oceans and rock formations off the shoreline. The place reminds me of some coastline areas in Oregon, USA. You can easily spend a couple of hours just hanging out watching the water from one of the points along the trails.

Vistas espectaculares, dignas de contemplar. Posibilidad de aparcar fácilmente, aunque el camino hasta la playa es bastante duro, por lo que es recomendable ir con zapatillas de deporte y sin llevar peso encima! Además, admiten mascotas.

Красивый, чистый пляж. По-настоящему "дикий". Добраться сложно, но можно. Как по мне - спускаться было сложнее, чем подниматься. Главное!!! Следуйте по тропинке от маленькой парковки недалеко от мыса и не ошибётесь.

Es una playa situada cerca del Cabo de Roca, se accede por una carretera de tierra y luego un camino sinuoso y accidentado hasta acceder a la playa. Unos 2km. Es un paisaje deslumbrante y poco visto. Recomendable todo, desde el camino que te va preparando para el final, como la playa misma. Recomiendo dos cosas, ir en coche y aparcar prontito en el faro y no ir en chanclas ni con sombrillas y cosas parecidas.

WUNDERSCHÖN! Dieser Strand ist eine Belohnung für die, die den Abstieg wagen und den Aufstieg wieder in Kauf nehmen. Es gibt noch einen versteckten Wasserfall.... jeder Zentimeter des ganzen Weges bis dahin und am Strand selbst und überall ist sehenswert und wunderschön. Habe Sehnsucht danach!

Wonderful beach with big waves. Very windy and sometimes you can't go into the water. But it's such a nice place. You have to go a steep way to get there. So don't take too many things and wear good shoes.

Bellissima spiaggia nelle vicinanze di Cabo de Roca che invece, a parte il valore simbolico del luogo, ho apprezzato meno. Dalla strada che porta al faro si prende un sentiero sterrato che in circa tre quarti d'ora porta alla spiaggia. Il sentiero va percorso con attenzione e con scarpe comode anche se non presenta punti pericolosi o particolarmente esposti. La spiaggia è molto bella e suggestiva e merita sicuramente una visita. Anche in estate, in particolare nella parte alta del promontorio, può esserci vento forte quindi sarebbe meglio avere qualcosa per coprirsi.

This is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. Make a right shortly before the light house. Drive 300 yards and park. Walk down towards the right and then cut down left. It is a straight down hike with short switch backs. Can be done in hiking sandals, but not flip flops. Takes about 20 minutes down and 30 up going slowly. Would not bring older people or young children here.

Praia incrívelmente bonita! É necessário fazer uma trilha(10min) para acessá-la, o que exige um preparo físico, sendo em alguns casos desaconselhável para idosos. Vale destacar que é uma praia opcionalmente de nudismo.

Secondo me la piu bella spiaggia che ce vicino Sintra. Attaccato a capo da roca ce da camminare 1km a piedi, ma ne vale la pena e secondo me anche piu bello di capo da roca che è molto turistico. Purtroppo non ci sono indicazioni per questa spiaggia , bisogna chiedere alla gente del posto anche perche ci sono diverse vie per arrivare alla spiaggia e non è facile da capire qual'e quella da prendere. Avendo poco tempo noi la spiaggia l'abbiamo vista dall'alto , uno spettacolo ovviamente , purtroppo da dove eravamo era impossibile scendere giu perche era molto pericoloso e non cera la strada sicura. Ma se ci dovessi tornare spenderei sicuramente una mezza giornata per vedere questa spettacolare spiaggia da vicino. L'oceano è stupendo

Wahnsinns Strand und das beste ist das die meisten den abstieg scheuen. Von daher ist es nicht so überlaufen wie an anderen Stränden.

Très belle vue. Il faut être en forme pour descendre le chemin qui mène à la plage. Belle plage de sable. Agréable de s'y baigner. C'est du sable et on a pied un long moment.

Een vreselijke zware afdaling, maar geweldig uitzicht! (Sep 2017)
Pluspunten:
-uitzicht
-leuke klim
-strand super rustig, mooi en schoon (in september)
-heerlijk zonnetje en zacht windje
-prima parkeren
Minpunten:
-niet geschikt voor kinderen en mensen met slechte conditite of slecht ter been
-afdaling is echt zwaar (middelste punt gekozen)
-water is koud, maar prima om op te frissen

Plage magnifique, pour y accéder depuis le Cabo da Roca vous suivez le gps Google il va vous amener devant un petit chemin se sera ensuite a vous de continuer sur les chemins déjà tracé se sera un peu difficile mais vous y arriverez au bout de 25 minutes j'étais arrivé sur la plage, et ça en vaut la peine.

Uma descida bastante acentuada e escorregadia pelo meio da falésia, acessível apenas a pessoas com boa mobilidade. Mar revolto e pouco convidativo a banhos durante a maré cheia. Os rochedos dão a beleza à praia num ambiente liberal e descontraído.

Magnifica, uno spettacolo che lascia senza parole, una spiaggia come poche. Non molto affollata data la difficoltà ad accedervi, solo ed esclusivamente tramite sentieri tortuosi e sconnessi. Vale la pena visitarla se si passa per Cabo da Roca.
