During the covid-19 crisis they stuck their head in the sand and refused to answer my several emails about my booking. I wished to reschedule but was ignored. I tried to reschedule via the booking.com app. There was an option for it but with every date until may 2021 it said date unavailable so they havent opend any dates so people could reschedule and not lose all their money.
1/10 would not do business with them again. If places like this dont make through the corona it would not be a great loss in my opinion.

Firstly, the staff at the hotel were great. They spoke English very well and were very helpful; they went beyond expectations. Our room was on the smaller side but livable - we didnt spend much time there - to busy exploring the city.The hotels location is right in the middle of the main strip of old town (Baixa - Chiado area) and within a short walking distance from the metro and Rossio train station (station to catch train to Sintra) as well as the Praca do Comercio (waterfront) and Bairro Alto. Its about 20 minute subway ride to Entrecampos Railway Station if you are considering using Portugals high speed train service. No real amenities other than breakfast but you are right in the middle of the action and restaurants, bars, shopping and more. Hotel guests were quiet but some street noise as expected. Dont be surprised if someone tries to sell you weed etc on the streets - just say no and they move along quietly. Very good value for location, I would stay there again.

Cet hôtel est idéalement situé, dans la partie basse de la ville, à 100m dune station de métro et à 150 m de la place du Commerce. Le petit déjeuner est très correct. Le seul inconvénient est la petite taille de la chambre et surtout de la salle de bain. Le personnel est sympathique.

Ante todo nos vendieron baño privado y era compartido con un piso entero. Las habitaciones son diminutas y sucias, solo tienen un ascensor para todo el hotel. Pir problemas de habitacion (lampara quemada) nos cambiaron 3 veces de 4 dias de habitacion. Las habitaciones tienen techo oblicuo que hacen que te golpees la cabeza cada dos por tres. Un desastre!!! No ir!!!!

We paid £198 for the rooms for 2 nights. Room was at the top, so the roof cut of half the room and the bathroom had a leak. The hotel refused to put me in another room or offer any discount, just said 'deal with it'. Avoid the place.

Hôtel miteux, la clim qui tourne toute la nuit dehors près de la fenêtre ne sert que pour le hall d'accueil et quelques chambres. Si vous avez peu de chances comme nous, vous tomberez dans une chambre sans clim, avec du bruit dehors qui vous empêche d'ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit et un minable petit ventilo. Quant à la salle de bain ; elle est minuscule ; salle ; pas d'aération ; et la douche ne marche tout simplement pas : on passe du gelé au brûlant en 2 secondes et parfois il n'y a plus du tout d'eau dans le pommeau de douche. Bref passez votre chemin cet hôtel est un scandale. Surtout quand on compare avec les photos promotionnelles... Qui nous vantaient un super hôtel propre et moderne. Le seul truc cool c'est qu'il est bien situé, juste a coté de la place du commerce. A part ça, c'est un hôtel formule 1 déguisé en hôtel 3 étoiles. Qui coûte bien plus cher qu'un F1, bien entendu.

I DID NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! This is a review of this hotel's business practices. I booked this hotel 2 months in advance through Expedia. My plans changed and I had to cancel. I called Expedia and cancelled within an hour of booking. This hotel refused to refund the booking fee. I understand that I made a mistake and I would have been fine with 10-15% fee, however, to completely refuse any kind of refund is a bad business practice. If I ever travel to Lisbon, I will be avoiding this hotel.

Séjour du 11 au 18 mai 2019 chambre très petite pas de salle de bain ni WC tout sur le palier. Chambre très bruillante et mobilier vieux moquette très ancienne pour résumer nul nul chambre 404. Impossible de vider sa valise pas de place pour rangement Salle de bain sur le palier très vielle baignoire très usée. A part la situation plein centre ville qui est parfaite. Attention parler anglais est nécessaire à Lisbonne.

Good location but everything in the photos are false and misleading. We expected a modern clean room and walked into a room where the door did not open fully, windows and walls were dirty and bathroom looked old and outdated. The hallways were dark and felt sketchy

Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Zentrum des Lisabon. Optimalen Ort. Personal war nett, Zimmer war ganz einfach und klassisch eingerichtet. Frühstück war ein bisschen traurig. Da lohnst sich jede morgen ein bisschen früher aufstehen und für 3/4 € frisches Kaffee oder Backwaren in der Bäckerei zu holen. Für die nicht ,,anspruchsvolle,, ist diese Hotel gut zum übernachten für ein paar Nächte.

Das Hotel hat eine top lage! Nicht zu übertreffen! Das Frühstück war nicht gut, wir haben nicht einen Tag dort gefrühstückt. Am Abend ist es zimlich laut, doch wir konnten immer gut schlafen. Wir würden wider das Hotel buchen, aber nur wegem der Lage.

Die Lage des Hotels in der Fußgängerzone ist ideal, ein Abstellplatz für ein Auto gibt es nicht. Braucht man auch nicht in der Stadt.Unser Zimmer im 4. Stock lag abgeschirmt vom Straßenlärm, die bis in die Nacht ins Hotel kommenden Gäste haben diesen Eindruck leider stark gestört. Das Hotel selbst sollte renoviert werden. Die Wasserversorgung brach mehrmals komplett zusammen, dann gab es ca 5 bis 10 min kein Wasser. Der Fahrstuhl gehört eher ins Museum.Das Alan war jetzt nicht das schnellste, hat aber funktioniert

Very old rooms, partially dirty, old things from the foreowner in the bathroom. Pictures in the internet and in real are completely different.
Blocked our key cards twice in a day. The second time was in the late night (1pm). They told us that the companies credit card could not be charged (strange). I was a little annoyed because they didn't told us when the key cards where blocked the first time. To do that with a customer in the middle of the night when you just wanted to go to bed is not the best service.
We paid each 316€ for three nights, take a look at the pictures and decide if a stay is worth.
Only best thing was, that the hotel is very central

Die Lage des Hotels ist topp! Mein Hotelzimmer war eine kleine Bude. Kaum Lichteinfall. Fenster zum Innenhof. Keine Steckdosen im ganzen Zimmer. Musste das Smartphone im WC aufladen... Toilette/Dusche ca. 1,5m² groß. Okay, war sauber. Frühstück äußerst einfältig, keine 6 € wert. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht...Schade!

It was my wrost experience. We have bookep double room with private bathroom, air conditioner and so on. But we get single room with shared bathroom. And reception said that they dont have free rooms. After 4 days we could get double room with bathroom. Both rooms was old, nonrenovated, and windows was not closed properly. Thats why all cold and noise of the street was in the room. Dont believe to the images of the rooms. Just few of the rooms was renovated. Big rest of the rooms was same awfull.

Établissement bien situé au cœur de Lisbonne avec un accès rapide vers les différents lieux de visite. Demande de lit bébé respectée et personnel disponible pour chauffer les biberons. Par contre aucune communication ni avant ni à l’arrivée sur le fait que l’ascenseur était en panne. Nous avons du porter la poussette sur 3 étages de nombreuses fois. Et la taille de la chambre ne convenait pas à l’ajout d’un lit bébé.

Unser Zimmer entsprach nicht den Bildern im Internet, die gezeigt wurden, als wir unser Zimmer gebucht haben. Unser Zimmer war sehr alt und sehr klein. Ebenso das Bad. Zum Duschen musste man über das Klo steigen oder sich am Waschbecken vorbei zwängen. Wenigstens die Matratzen waren in Ordnung. Wie wir später mitbekommen haben, gibt es auch einen neueren Teil des Hotels mit renovierten Zimmern.Nicht zu toppen ist die Lage des Hotels. Sehr zentral.

Hotel muito bem localizado. A limpeza é muito boa. O primeiro quarto que reservei não correspondia a escolha que fiz. Tive que fazer um upgrade e ai o quarto ficou num preço semelhante a outros hotéis com melhores condições. O staff do hotel é muito simpático e atencioso.

It's a 2 star hotel. The 5 stars are related to how they treated us and how clean the room is. As for commodities the room and bathroom are really small. One must be very patient and careful moving around. Its location is really the best caracteristic.

We made a booking for three nights, however had to fly back to Australia for medical reasons. We gave the hotel 4 days notice however they refused to even refund a portion and refused to return any phone calls. When we requested to use the room to shower before boarding our flight, they had rented the room out. What a scam and we lost $ 445.00

Hôtel très bien situé (ce n'est pas le seul) Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 3 (2 adultes et 1 ado de 13 ans). La description de la chambre sur notre bon de voyage etait chambre de 3, lit 2 personnes et 1 lit d'une personne etc. La chambre qui nous a été attribuée était située sous le toit avec 1 lit d appoint, des lits jumeaux et une malheureuse petite fenêtre Le lit d'appoint était coincé dans l'angle du toit et n'acccordait que max 30 cm d'espace de hauteur. Salle de bain et cabine de douche tout aussi minuscule que la chambre. WC coincé au fond de la salle de bain. Réserve de matelas devant la porte de la chambre. Local des dames de ménage juste à côté de la chambre. Potin du tonnerre aux petites heures lors de leur début de service. Il a fallu l'intervention de notre agence de voyage et plusieurs interventions du tour opérateur pour enfin avoir droit au type de chambre que nous avions réservé. Une chance donc que nous avions 2 intermédiaires de voyage. Marta, si j'ai bien compris son prénom, à l'accueil de l'hôtel, est tout sauf sympathique et pas du tout charmante. Malgré notre bon de voyage, copie de mails etc. sous les yeux, bon indiquant le type de chambre réservé et payé...Elle ne voulait rien entendre et était de plus en plus désagréable....Un veritable cauchemar. Finalement, nous avons enfin droit à une veritable chambre pour 3 personnes grâce au tour opérateur et ce malgré le fait que Marta prétendait que l'hôtel était complet. L autre chambre est modeste, pas bien entretenue, axe de pommeau de douche défectueux, impossible donc de le maintenir au mur et obligation de tenir le pommeau en mains lorsqu'on se lave, évacuation d'eau de la douche qui refoule après 2 minutes d'utilisation....Salle de bain remplie d'eau à chaque douche et nous étions 3... Personne n'est venu réparer celà malgré le fait que nous l'avions signalé. Trous dans les voiles occultants. Portes coulissantes de la terrasse qui ne ferment pas. Les balcons des autres chambres situées sur la même façade communiquent entre eux.... Pas de petit frigo, cartes de la chambre qui se démagnetisent tous les jours. Lorsque les serviettes de douches sont remplacées, il en manque toujours au moins une. Énormément de bruit en rue jusque tard la nuit. Planche de WC fixée que d'un seul côté, la planche bouge donc de gauche à droite. Wi fi moyen. Pas de savon dans ma salle de bain mis à part de minuscules échantillons. Portes de l'ascenseur qui se ferment mal aux étages, faut donc souvent monter à pieds. Petit déjeuner cheap, jambon de qualité médiocre, une seule sorte de confiture au citron en dosette, miel en dosette, pas de chocolat tartinable, céréales bon marché, lait tempéré, croissant de mauvaises qualités. Il manque régulièrement une des 3 sortes de jus dans la machine. 1 seul toaster. Très bon café par contre et yaourts aux fruits de qualité. Les illustrations du site de hôtel ne collent pas à la réalité. Les photos annexées sont celles de la chambre en mensarde. Bref, plus JAMAIS MÊME GRATUITEMENT. Siamo rientrati eri da Lisbona ma devo dire che ho avuto una esperienza bruttissima in questo Hotel. Hotel pessimo, ci hanno dato la peggior stanza : vecchia, piccolissima, con mobili dozzinali da ostello , senza una sedia di appoggio ed altro, ventilatore vecchissimo e sporco, lenzuola e copriletto macchiati, la finestra nn si poteva aprire xche c'erano sotto tutti i motori degli scarichi del ristorante e dei condizionatori . Pertanto potete immaginare quanto questa stanza poteva essere rumorosa, puzzolente e caldissima, insomma aria irrespirabile da svenire e sentirsi veramente male. Poi per non descrivere del bagno: anch'esso piccolissimo strettissimo, per arrivate al water e al bidet dovevi arrivarci di traverso, bagno lurido nn pulito bene, porta senza chiusura , senza un phon, lavandino piccolissimo, poi prese del 1950 ....infissi vecchi e deformati. Per pulire la stanza si doveva aspettare le 14 o oltre e neanche veniva pulita bene. Colazione pessima, e poca le tazze nn lavate bene. Ascensore vecchio ma spesso si bloccava. Cmq abbiamo trascorso tre giorni da incubo. lo sconsiglio a tutti con molta sincerità , anche se l'hotel sia centrale, cercate altrove.

Das Hotel war im Stil der 70er Jahre eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war gut aber es gab keine Eier und die Tomaten und Salatgurken wurden zu spät angerichtet.Es gab im Zimmer ein kleines Bad in dem sich eine Badewanne befand. Der Einstieg in die Wanne war sehr hoch und die Toilette war nur durch einen schmalen Gang zugänglich.Ich kam damit zurecht, weil ich relativ klein bin,aber für ältere,größere und etwas stärker gebaute Personen ist das Zimmer ungeeignet.Für ein bis zwei Nächte ist es ausreichend. Die Lage ist super. Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Fußgängerzone.

Das Zimmer ist einfach eingereicht. Vorteile:
WLAN :Sehr gut,Frühstück ist als Buffett,Betten sind bequem.Es sind Toilettenartikel sowie eine Zahnbürste und eine Zahncreme vorhanden.Die Wurst, Butter,Joghurt und Käse wird ständig gekühlt.
Nachteile: Das Bad ist für große und stärker gebaute sowie für ältere Menschen ungeeignet. Grund:Sehr klein und eng, wenn man sich auf die Toilette setzen muss. Der Einstieg in die Badewanne ist sehr hoch.Im Frühstücksraum geht es sehr eng zu.Man hat wenig Platz zum Aufstehen, wenn jemand direkt hinter einen sitzt.Im Raum wo es Getränke gibt ist auch sehr wenig Platz.Die Gurken und Tomaten zum Buffett wurden zu spät angerichtet.

Zentral gelegenstes Hotel in ganz Lissabon! Dementsprechend auch sehr laut und dies 24 Stunden, sehr laut! Wunderbare Aussicht in die Fussgängerzone und durch den Bogen, am Platz Terreiro do Paço unterhalb der Fussgängerzone, auf den Tajo. Vom 4. Stock aus haben wir sogar den oberen Teil vom Elevador de Santa Justa gesehen. Das war der schöne Teil.
Zimmer extrem klein, Bad mikro. Mussten über die Toilette in die Wanne zum duschen. Keine Stöpsel in den Abläufen, damit sicher nicht gebadet wird. Schmutzige Wände, grauenhafter Teppich, richtig eklig. Gänge wie ich sie nur aus Hotels in Indien vor 30 Jahren kenne. Ventilator im Zimmer, keine A/C. Zum Teil Zimmer mit Etagen Dusche und WC. Ringhörig, nichts für sensible. Habe nur mit Ohropax etwas schlafen können. Bett zwar klein für 2 aber bequem. 1x aber nie wieder. Nehmt 10 Euro mehr und etwas Weg in kauf, steigt aber nicht hier ab.

Très bon séjour. Le standing des chambres dépend du tarif payé par l agence de réservation. Toutes les chambres ne sont pas climatisées.
En ce qui nous concerne que du positif. Personnel charmant. Petit déjeuner suffisant..localisation parfaite.

Total in Ordnung! Ein kleines Hotel mit einem kleinem Zimmer im Klassischen Alten Stil die, die meisten Häuser in Portugal haben. (Für einige vielleicht eher ungewohnt und wird deswegen eher dreckig anstatt als Alt bezeichnet) Für Leute, die sowieso, die meiste Zeit unterwegs sind sehr gut geeignet, da es mitten im Zentrum ist und so gut wie alles zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Das Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein aber es ist in Ordnung und sauber!

Como experiencia en nuestra estadía no fue muy buena el todo, ya que nos dieron una habitación mínima, muy muy pequeña con una cama muy incómoda con el colchón viejo. Pedimos cambiar de habitación y nos dijeron que estaban todas las habitaciones reformadas... De ser así no entiendo el tamaño de la habitación y el colchón... pienso que quisieron hacer la mayor cantidad de habitaciones posibles... Pero pasar la estadía varios días en una habitación tan pequeña no es muy agradable.
El servicio fue bueno y la ubicación del hotel, eso sí está genial.

Location is excellent (1min walking from via Augusta and super close to the metro station and the staff really nice. HOWEVER, the hotel rooms weren't like the slide ones. Really small and old rooms (very clean though!). I'd go back but I'm quite disappointed with the pictures they show and the reality.

Super Lage! Zentral. Ideal für Stadt Trip! Das Hotel Team gibt einem das Gefühl zu stören. Recht unhöflich. Die Zimmerkarte funktionierte in 3 von 4 Fällen nicht. Zimmer benötigen Renovierung. Zum Beispiel war der Klo Sitz aufgesprungen.

Da das Hotel mitten in der Stadt liegt, bekommt es einen Stern aufgrund seiner Lage.
Das Personal an der Rezeption ist unfreundlich und unfähig. Sie waren mit unserem Check-in zu dritt zwanzig Minuten lang beschäftigt, obwohl wir online gebucht hatten und alle unsere Daten schon angegeben hatten. Zudem waren sie alle sehr unfreundlich.
Wir waren mit einem anderen Pärchen dort.
Sie hatten ein renoviertes Zimmer und wir ein unrenoviertes (werden gerade renoviert, wurde aber vorher nicht erwähnt). Beide Zimmer kosten gleich viel, was eine Unverschämtheit ist. Auf die Frage ob man nicht ein anderes Zimmer bekommen könnte oder wenigstens weniger zahlen könnte kam ein herablassendes ' Nein die Zimmer sind alle gleich und wir können nichts dran ändern. Es ist kein anderes Zimmer frei'.
Die Badezimmer sind verschimmelt und winzigklein. Wenn man auf der Toilette sitzt könnte man seinen Kopf auf dem Waschbecken ablegen. In den renovierten Zimmern muss man übrigens schräg auf der Toilette sitzen. Der Teppich in unserem Zimmer war so eklig, dass ich nicht einmal in Socken darüber laufen wollte.
Schlaf bekommt man leider auch nicht viel, da man Angst hat, dass die Federn der Matratze sich jeden Moment in den Körper bohren.
Die Auswahl am 'Frühstücksbuffet' fiel sehr mager aus. Es gab ein paar Croissants ,Toast ,
seltsam aussehende Brötchen, Marmelade, eine Sorte Wurst und eine Sorte Käse.
Der Kaffee war gefühlt gefärbtes Wasser, ebenso die Säfte die angeboten wurden.
Auch hier tut das Personal nicht viel. Sie sitzen in der Küche, in die man reinschauen kann, trinken Kaffee und unterhalten sich.
Rundum war es ein grauenvoller Aufenthalt und ich würde niemandem empfehlen dieses Hotel zu buchen. Es ist die 90€ pro Nacht definitiv nicht wert!

La habitación doble asignada tenía plaga de hormigas. Reclamos por la mañana y al regresar no habían solucionado el problema ni limpiado el cuarto. El personal no estaba a la altura de la situación tenía poder de decisión para asignar rápidamente la situación. Pedimos por el gerente o un supervisor y nunca apareció. Finalmente, nos dieron un cuanto single con cama doble, de inferior categoría y muy pequeño: para entrar había que hacerse contra la pared, sin frigobar, sin escritorio, sin armario suficiente, y otras deficiencias. La ubicación era excelente, pero sin duda jamás volvemos ni recomendaremos este hotel.
Perdimos un día de nuestras vacaciones y, lo imperdonable, jamás nos pidieron disculpas.

Hotel em péssimas condições, com quartos minúsculos que mal cabem duas pessoas. Banheiros igualmente pequenos. Higiene deixa muito a desejar. Não se enganem com essa história de bem localizado, pois há várias opções de hospedagem na mesma região. As atendentes não procuram nenhuma solução quando reclamei do quarto com cheiro de mofo no carpete e reboco da parede caindo, além do barulho insuportável dos aparelhos de ar condicionado do prédio vizinho, obrigadando a ficar com a janela fechada com um minúsculo ventilador igualmente barulhento, pois não há ar condicionado nos quartos. A dita ala reformada fica praticamente a disposição de turistas europeus, deixando brasileiros na parte velha. Elevador parece uma gaiola para animais, barulhento e vive parado. Em resumo, péssima experiência, não recomendado pra ninguém.

BOEK DIT HOTEL NIET!!!!! Je loopt oprecht de kans op problemen..
Wij hebben dit hotel geboekt via Arke (nu Tui) en kregen gewoon niet wat we hadden geboekt. We kregen de kamer van de hel, waarbij werd gezegd dat Arke het blijkbaar verkeerd had begrepen. Kamer met uitzicht en airco is op zich niet zo heel moeilijk verkeerd te begrijpen. Zelfs de ventilator deed het niet eens en de stroomdraden van het stopcontact lagen gevaarlijk bloot.
Buiten was het heerlijk koel, maar de kamer was vreselijk warm en het stonk (en niet een beetje). Ramen open was onmogelijk door de stank en warmte op het binnenplaatsje, maar vooral door de diverse installaties, waaronder 10 airco-units, die bizar veel herrie maakten.
Als je naar dit hotel wilt: bekijk eerst de kamer, want ze hebben vast ook wel ok kamers. BOEK HET NIET, want je krijgt de slechtste kamer die je ooit hebt gehad! Ze hebben er blijkbaar ervaring mee, want het was al duidelijk dat ons vertrek, blijven was onmogelijk, werd verwacht. De houding van de receptie was echt raar. We kregen gewoon niet de kamer die we hadden geboekt, die was namelijk al overgeboekt.
Arke, of TUI, was niet bereid ons te helpen, terwijl we via hen hadden geboekt. De medewerker aan de telefoon had blijkbaar geen zin om ons verder te helpen. Op weg en op zoek naar een ander hotel werden we bijna beroofd. Bizar begin van een kort romantisch verblijf.
Tui heeft het achteraf als volgt opgelost: de hotelkosten van het door ons gevonden andere hotel zijn vergoed.

Note there is no life. I was on the 4th floor which felt lie the 8th floor as the stair case felt like the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Be warned if you have luggage, it's a real work out and staff didn't offer any assistance. The room lacked charmed but did the trick for budget accomodation. The room is small but did have a balcony. Note, if you have health issues (sore knees, heart condition, etc.) then this hotel is not for you. I arrived amidst a dispute at check in where elderly guests wanted to be relocated because they couldn't contend with accommodation on the fourth floor. For the price and the condition of the hotel, breakfast should have been included but wasn't as it was at an additional price. I am glad I didn't pay the 9 Euros as I found better value in neighbouring cafes for less.

I read so many poor reviews about this place that I was braced for it to be terrible. The fact is that it isnt terrible, its fine. Right in the centre of everything near the tube for the airport and walking distance to many sights, its a perfectly good base. Yes its a bit noisy in the evening and the shower sets the fire alarm off if the door is open a crack but its fine. Could do a lot worse and the price is pretty good.

Hotel situato nella via principale di Lisbona, a due passi dal Tago e con tutte le comodità intorno.
Sicuramente il miglior rapporto qualità prezzo della zona in quanto offre anche il servizio di deposito bagagli gratuito. Lo staff è molto gentile e pare ci sia una buona organizzazione generale. Camera molto pulita e completa di tutti i comfort.
Insonorizzazione pessima. Certo, sta nel buon senso della gente fare il meno rumore possibile ma la camera non era per nulla insonorizzata.
Sconsiglio questa struttura a persone anziane o a chi ha bimbi piccoli perchè non c’è ascensore e se capitate come noi al quinto piano è davvero dura visto anche gli scalini ridotti male.

This is the third time I’ve stayed at Hotel Duas Nações., coming back because of it’s great location. You can walk to many cool neighborhoods like the Baixa, Chiado, Bairro Alto and Alfama. It’s reasonably priced and the staff are helpful and pleasant. However, the lack of an elevator is a definite drawback if you are on one of the top floors. Noise from the street also takes some getting used to.

Be warned. If you are frail, there are too many stairs. Receptjon staff arent helpful. I am not happy with both the hotel and Agoda as I had to pay 8 euros tax on arrival yet according to my Agoda receipt i was all paid up. There is a lot of discrepency here. If you are not a fussy and fit traveller, travelling lite and on a budget, the hotel is ok. My view makes up partially for it.

Hicimos reserva para 2 adultos y un niño pequeño,al llegar a la habitación solo una cama de matrimonio. Tuvieron que subirme un parque cuna para el niño. Debido a lo pequeño de la habitación tuve que poner una de las mesillas de noche encima del escritorio,desplazar la cama y así estar algo más comodos. Todo esto solo porque tp me ayudaron a montarlo. TP nos encontramos tramos pepel higiénico. Ubicación buena.

Ficamos hospedados no vosso hotel há uma semana e a escolha não podia ter sido pior. A única coisa boa foi o facto de este ser bem no centro.
Em primeiro, na reserva do booking dizia que o valor que pagamos incluía todas as taxas e impostos, mas ao chegarmos ao hotel a rececionista cobrou-nos a taxa turística. Agradecíamos contacto vosso para nos devolverem essa taxa.
A receção era minúscula e nada apelativa. Mas o pior veio a seguir, termos de sair da receção para a rua e irmos entrar noutra porta e noutra rua para termos acesso aos quartos. Uma porta que supostamente só abria com o cartão dos quartos, mas não, aquilo devia de estar avariado então a porta estava sempre aberta, ou seja segurança zero. De seguida, deparamo-nos com umas escadas em madeira péssimas, todas tortas e desniveladas, as quais tivemos que subir até ao quarto andar, porque elevador nem vê-lo. Se o elevador estava avariado deviam de o ter referido aquando da reserva. O quarto era minúsculo, nada parecido com o que vimos nas fotos, roupeiro pequeno e limpeza a desejar. A casa de banho não cheirava a desinfetada e as toalhas de banho tinham manchas pretas.
Experiência a não repetir.

The hotel staff were rather unhelpful when we complained about being on the fourth floor up very steep stairs without a lift. The photos do not show the rooms as they are. There was only one electric socket in our first room and only two in the second. As a Fire Risk Assessor, I regard the hotel as unsafe as there are no fire doors on the stairs and housekeeping is poor

Great location as its in city centre and is the standard as would be expected for an economy hotel. Internet was great. Hotel was clean. As with most European hotels you should expect a small bathroom/toilet - this one was extra small, so make note. Also note that theres no elevator available, so you must plan to take your luggage up quite a few stairs if youre fit. Overall it was as expected.

Hotel em obras, sem elevador, escadas com grande inclinação. Sala para guardar bagagem um verdadeiro pesadelo. Para tomar pequeno almoço temos de sair do hotel atravessar a rua e ir para outro hotel tomar o pequeno almoço. Sem variedade, nada corresponde às fotos que vimos na net.
Quartos sem limpeza, só fazem a cama e nem passam uma esfregona no chão. Paredes sujas, toalhas de banho por vezes vinham com manchas, papel higiênico pelas pontas.
Uma experiência a não voltar a repetir.

Contratamos um "pacote" da CVC, que incluía este péssimo Hotel (o pior que já fiquei)!
Estava em reforma, porém, a parte que ficamos - já reformada - totalmente inviável para locação: quartos pequenos, guarda roupas minúsculo atrás da porta de entrada, banheiro muito pequeno, chão sujo, o vaso sanitário virado a 20cm de uma coluna, box de banho minúsculo. Hotel em um prédio velho de cinco andares com elevador que não funcionava, o hóspede tem que subir em uma escada velha carregando malas, idosos e demais revoltados ...

Fantastic location and value for the money. (About $117 CAD per night) We had three of us traveling together and there were three separate beds in a very well thought out large space. The kitchen and laundry appliances were built-in, tucked discretely behind cupboard doors along one wall beside the dinning table and chairs. Just beyond the feet of the beds was a lovely couch, coffee table and wall mounted television making the large, single room extremely functional. The bathroom was a good size and very clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed at Duas Nações Hotel in Lisbon City Centre and it was a nice stay.
I was travelling with my mum and at the reception I was greeted with a nice smile, lady offered to keep our bags as we arrived earlier than check in time.
When we came back later our room was ready and had a nice balcony with a street view.
Room was clean and spacious, there was toiletries, clean towels and sheets.
I recommend and will be back.

The location of the hotel is perfect . Its in the center of all the activities, there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby . The hotel itself looks nothing like the pictures , the elevator is not working as they are renovating . The stairs are crooked , the rooms are smaller and doesnt look like the picture i saw on Orbitz when i was booking the hotel. Breakfast is not that great, they dont have that many options , plus you have to walk to their sister hotel to have breakfast. At least the staffs were nice . Maybe after they finish with renovation this hotel may be a good place to stay but for now i would avoid staying there.

The Hotel was under renovation, They wanted us (all 3 over 70) to climb 4 flights of stairs as the lift was not available. The room was small and pokey. The staff were very good and relocated us to another hotel. We would definitely not recommend this hotel to anybody. There were holes on each level of floor as we climbed the stairs there was cement on each level, no lift no breakfast room available. We would have had to go to another hotel for breakfast. Lucky for us the receptionist was very good and got us into another hotel.

Ich verstehe die ganzen negativen Kritiken nicht. Zumindest im August 2019 entsprach das Hotel den Bildern. Das Bad ist neu renoviert. Unser Zimmer war top. Wir hatten sogar eine Klimaanlage, sodass wir das Fenster von der lauten Fußgängerzone zu lassen konnten. Zugegebenermaßen, es wird aktuell noch renoviert. Vielleicht war der Zustand bei den Vorgängern nicht so gut wie bei uns. Das Frühstück wurde meiner Meinung nach völlig umsonst zerrissen. Ich weiss nicht was die Leute erwarten?! Bei einem 2 Sterne Hotel kann man nun mal kein 5 Sterne Frühstück erwarten! Das erklärt sich alleine schon vom Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis dieser beiden völlig verschiedenen Kategorien.Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Man konnte diverse Säfte sowie Heissgetränke in super Auswahl so oft selbst zapfen wie man wollte. Es gab Joghurt,Müsli, Kellogs, Brötchen, eine kleine doch angemessene Auswahl an Aufschnitt, Marmelade,Magarine, gekochte Eier,Obst und sogar Kuchen. Das Personal war nett und füllte schnell alles auf! Also es ist für jeden was dabei!
Im Hotel wurde uns stets gut geholfen! Zimmer waren sehr sauber! Durch die zentrale Lage in der Fußgängerzone empfiehlt es sich ca 700 m weg am.Hard Rock Cafe zu parken. Hier gibt es ein etwas teureres Parkhaus. Beste Parkmöglichkeit!

Realmente el peor hotel que se pueda encontrar en Lisboa. ¡¡¡Si pueden dormir en la calle mejor háganlo en vez de reservar en ese pseudo hotel!!! Nos dieron una "habitación" si es que se le puede llamar habitación a esa covacha en el quinto piso, sin elevador para subir y bajar 90 escalones con equipaje. Realmente una pesadilla esos días en Lisboa. Además sábanas sucias, escaleras llenas de polvo, ruido de los trabajadores del exterior. No hay recepción ni personal que atienda quejas. De verdad sí no quieren pasar un mal momento en Lisboa piensen antes de reservar ahí. Solo porque tengo que poner una estrella de puntuación pero lo normal sería que le diera -5

Super gelegene Unterkunft. Leider mitten im Umbau (wovor ich nicht gewarnt wurde). Sieht aus wie eine Bruchbude, fühlt sich auch so an. Die Zimmergrösse war okay, aber die Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig (v.a. die Dusche). Alles in allem okay, wenn man einfach einen Ort braucht, um sein Gepäck abzustellen & sich zwischendurch umzuziehen.

My boyfriend and I went for a one week stay in this hotel. The first thing we noticed was that the lobby was waaaay smaller than what it looked like in the pictures. There was room for one person.
Other than that, the receptionists were rude and far from helpful. We asked where we could find the breakfast buffet , as it wasn’t at the hotel. She gave us unclear and wrong directions and we had to basically find the buffet ourselves. Turned out the buffet was at a whole other hotel. It was a 2 minute walk, which isn’t far but it would’ve been nice if it were at our own hotel.
Every two hours during the day a very noisy cleanup crew came knocking on our door, despite the ‘do not disturb’ sign. Even when we answered that we were inside, on a few occasions our door was still opened, due to the lack of discipline.
One time they even left our door unlocked, which means anyone could’ve entered and taken our valuables. We were on the 4th floor, which was isolated from the outside noises, but the straight up yelling from one maid to another was equally as, if not louder.
Our entry card was blocked twice, even though we were still staying there. We asked why, but they gave us no explanation.
The card they gave us mentioned that we have until 12am to leave the hotel on the day of departure. Not being sure if that was correct, we went to the reception to make sure. The receptionist confirmed that it was in fact correct and we could stay in our room til 12. Nevertheless, around 1 pm we heard a loud knocking on our door and assuming it was the cleaning crew again we we said we were in the room. It stopped for 5 minutes and then someone knocked again. Being slightly annoyed we opened the door to check and it turned out to be the same receptionist who told us we could stay til midnight, to tell us we had to check out an hour ago (so 12pm) and that we should’ve left already. My boyfriend went downstairs (the 4 floors!!! the elevator was out of order due to construction, which also wasn’t mentioned) to check out, while I started to frantically pack.
When he got back he said that the receptionist told us that 12 am supposedly is midday, not midnight. We decided to just leave it and pack our suitcases, only to catch the maids swearing at us for apparently being too slow, mind us, we were out in 20 minutes. The extremely rude cleanup crew gave us nasty looks and scoffed at us when we explained that we weren’t the ones who were in the wrong.
We then spent the remaining 4 hours we were kicked out early, killing our time at the nearest shopping mall writing this honest review so others won’t make the same mistake we did.
We didn’t expect much from a 2 star hotel, but a little respect and hospitality would’ve been much appreciated. The location was 10/10 though.
We wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who doesn’t like to be belittled and ridiculed.

Le jour de notre arrivée, des travaux étaient en cours nous navons pas reçu de mail, de coup de fil pour prévenir que ces travaux avaient lieu. Ces travaux ne semblaient pas avoir débuté le jour même! Quel stress de ne pas savoir où nous allions être logées. Nous avons été hébergées à lhotel Borges, cet hotel nétait pas prêt a nous accueillir et nous disait avec insistance nous ne sommes pas le Duas Nacoes! Nous avons errées dans les rues de Lisbonne pendant 3 heures avec nos valises, la réceptionniste de lhotel Borges ne souhaitait pas me rendre nos carte didentités, jai du insisté pour quelle fasse une photocopie. Vers 15h00 nous avons enfin pu entré dans une chambre de lhotel Borges. Durant tout notre séjour, la relation entre le personnel de lhotel et nous était vraiment difficile. Je suis désolée de cette situation mais le Duas Nacoes manque de communication. Quant à lhotel Borges, celui-ci est très confortable et a de bon équipement et un fabuleux déjeuner mais le personnel qui normalement est bilingue ne lest pas, ni en français, ni en anglais et peu convivial. Nous nosions même pas demander quelques infos pratique à la réception parce que le personnel ne comprenait pas.

We booked according to the ad, a hotel with an elevator, a concierge, room service and self serve laundry. There were more missing amenities but this was enough. There was construction going on and you couldn’t even get into the front door of the hotel. A taped up piece of paper directed us to a side door. Inside this door a staircase going up. No floor numbers, directions anything. There were workmen in the stairwell with ladders and electrical equipment who apologized and said their was no elevator. We finally found what they were using as a lobby...only one customer at a time could fit in...and were given a room on the top floor. 4 long flights of stairs with our 50lb. Luggage for our two week trip.
It was hell. The worst part though was when we were checking in and she said...”well, you can get another hotel...but you won’t get your money back!!!
The owner and Manager of this place could care less that we were unhappy.
The next day they changed their advertising to say they were under construction...a lot of good that did us!!!!!

Hotel was under construction and did not update it on their website until 2 days into our stay. Elevator was completely out of service due to construction. We lugged 3 50lb bags up and down 4 flights of stairs. Shower flooded into the room. Each day we asked to speak to a manager and were told it was not possible. Two employees were wonderful and agreed with the ridiculous situation. Great location but 100 % should have been told about the construction prior to check in.

Excellent position in a side street from Rua Augusta. Very close to train, metro and aerobus. Breakfast satisfying. Only pitfal: our room was not as described in the hotel website + getting in and out from bath tub was very inconvenient. For the price we paid I cannot complain and still recommend it.

Nous avons payé cet hôtel sans y avoir passé une seule nuit, ne pouvant supporter de rester dans cet endroit lugubre. Arrivé sur place, on nous communique que les WC et douche ne sont pas dans la chambre. Une chambre ou plutôt un lit car la surface de la chambre est pratiquement la grandeur du lit. Bref, un scandale de payer aussi cher pour un taudis lugubre et aussi minable ! Fuyez et boycottez ce genre d’établissement. Une honte !!!

Goedkoop hotel op een zeer centraal gelegen locatie. Vlak bij de metro en zeer veel eetgelegenheden. Kamers zijn wat klein en gedateerd maar daar is de prijs dan ook naar. Prima voor een aantal overnachtingen. Als het mooi weer is dan ben je toch bijna niet op je hotelkamer.

Seule une femme de la réception à était agréable sur les 5 présentes! On avais l’impression d’embeter une blonde de la reception..Le personnel ménager a était vraiment géniale et très souriante contrairement à là réception. Hotel penoso!!!!! Exponen en la web muchas fotos de las habitaciones que no se corresponde para nada con la realidad. El hotel está dividido en 2 zonas: la antigua y la nueva. Nos colocaron en una zona antigua. Estas fotos NO están en Internet. ( 80€ la noche ) por esa basura. Ellos las ocultan, por que sino no tendrían clientela! Asco de habitaciones, pedí que me trasladaran y se negaron. No crea en la reserva, es un engaño!

Bom hotel, mas pode melhorar a serviço do elevador. Quase nunca conseguiamos utiliza -lo pois estava preso em algum andar, o que é desagradável . E também não nos agradou o fato de ter apenas uma tomada no quarto o que era complicado na hora de carregar as baterias dos eletrônicos . De resto o pessoal super simpático , quartos ok, limpeza ok. Sem queixas maiores.

Würde ich für einen Urlaub nicht weiter empfehlen. Die Fotos entsprechen in keinster Weise der Realität. Das Frühstück lässt man besser ausfallen. Kann mich nicht dran erinnern wann ich das letzte Mal so schlechten Kaffee hatte. Das Bad ist eng.
Hat aber auch Vorteile und gute Seiten und die sind die gute Lage und die Ruhe. Liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Metro Baixa-Chiado.
Die Mitarbeiter sind auch sehr nett und hilfreich, da gibt es nichts zu meckern. Aber hat insgesamt trotzdem mehr den Charme einer Jugendherberge aus den 70er Jahren als den eines Hotels.

Don’t be fooled by the photos on websites I wonder if they actually have rooms that look like those photos. This place is old, dirty and smelly. Our room smelled like shxt upon check in we had to open the door and all windows to let fresh air come in. Bedsheet and cover stink. Mold was all over the window right next to the bathtub. Good that we only stayed here for 1 night before we caught any respiratory problems.

Tive la á uns dias atras, é simples Hotel tem a zona nova e velha.
Se for para a zona velha será o seu pior pesadelo , barulho da rua só para lá para 02am consegue dormir nem pensar antes desta hora, de dia se quiser dormir um pouco a descansar é mentira á sempre trabalhos de manutenção. Casa de bem privada é raro os quartos super pequenos. Eu numa mais fico ca na parte velha.

more terrible hotel and terrible service I have never met. Sell rooms are normal, and they settle in barracks. They spread a lot of photos but do not show real rooms. The hotel is divided into 2 zones - the old and the new. I was placed in an old zone. These photos are not in the Internet. They hide it. I asked them to relocate me, they refused. read carefully reviews about this.Do not believe the booking. There are no real hotel photos. Look at the reviews on Google, tripadvisor. there is a photo of the rooms they do not show. I was there for 2 days, and then moved to another hotel Lis-Baixa. I have passed from hell to heaven. Abbiamo soggiornato dall'8 all'11 gennaio 2018. Solo pernottamento. GRAVE LA MANCANZA DI ASCENSORE. Era fuori uso. Siamo arrivati in hotel alle 21 circa, ben 5 stanze occupate, di cui una con una mamma con una bimba di 5 anni e un bimbo di pochi mesi. Io e un'altra ospite abbiamo problemi alle ginocchia. Siamo state posizionate al 2* piano, che però è il terzo, in quanto il primo non ha stanze. L'abbiamo scoperto solo all'arrivo in hotel, dove ci hanno proposto un altra struttura a 5 minuti. Ma come si fa a mandare in giro gli ospiti a quell'ora, con due bimbi piccoli? Una stanza al 4 (quindi 5) piano, occupata dalle più giovani del gruppo, perché gentilmente l'hanno scambiata con una delle nostre; cioè secondo l'hotel, uno di noi avrebbe dovuto fare 5 piani senza ascensore, che già 3 erano pesanti. DOVEVANO avvisare in tempo, in modo da non farci perdere ulteriore tempo. E stato un forte disagio. Sapevano della presenza dei bimbi, e comunque mi chiedo se fossimo venuti con il ragazzo disabile, che aveva prenotato, e poi disdetto, visto che la sua stanza è stata presa da altre persone del gruppo, ma che era al 2 (3) piano.

Horrível, fiquei a dormir no 5 piso e por azar o elevador estava avariado, sobia 180 degraus todos os dias e ainda por cima com sacos de compras nas mãos e isto não falando no quarto de cama que a fechadura da casa de banho estava partida, não recomendo a ninguém.

Das Hotel liegt strategisch sehr gut. 1 Minute zur Metro. Das Hotel bietet ein bescheidenes Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Für 2-3 Tage reicht es wenn man keine hohen Ansprûche hat. Eine Renovierung der Zimmer würde nicht schaden.

Arnaque!! Ne vous faites pas avoir par les photos de présentations!! A notre arrivée, mais quelle déception!!!! Chambre opprobre, dessus de drap usé et déchiré... SDB commune a l'étage, avec le strict minimum. Je ne comprends pas comment cet hôtel a 2 étoiles!!! Même l'ascenseur est vieux et délabré! Du jamais vu!!
Quand nous avons réclamé auprès de l'hôtesse de l'état de la chambre, nous avons senti qu'elle avait l'habitude des réclamations. Elle était froide et n'a pas souhaité nous trouver de solution. Antipathique absolue!! Pour nous changer de chambre, il fallait payer un supplément de 25€.
Vraiment, svp, ne vous faites pas avoir! Vous resterez avec une mauvaise image de votre sejour.
Nous avons du changer d'hôtel... un goût amer de cet expérience.

For $110.00 per night the rooms are very small, the elevators did not work on two occasions, the front desk person had to be called to reset it, when they did work, they did not stop level with the floor we were on and my wife tripped up and nearly fell over twice, the photos as advertised are very misleading, the electric sockets were hanging off the wall, no a/c in the rooms, bathrooms are very small, the non slip bath mats are filthy dirty. I would not recommend this "Hotel" and I use this term loosely, to anybody.

Excelente hotel para conocer la ciudad, a escasos metros de la plaza del Comercio. Increíble relación calidad precio. Limpieza correcta y desayuno buffet muy muy completo. Nuestra habitación estaba en una de las plantas rehabilitadas. Siguiendo los consejos de anteriores huéspedes, llamamos por teléfono para solicitar una de estas habitaciones y, efectivamente, nos guardaron una de las nuevas a pesar de que no nos pudieron asegurar al 100% que estuviesen disponibles. Muy recomendable.

L'hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter toute la ville. Les chambres sont minimalistes, peu d'espace, mais pour y dormir c'est bien suffisant. Accueil sympathique.
Sommeil léger s'abstenir car la rue est assez vivante. À ne pas choisir en hiver, la porte fenêtre ne fermait pas correctement et les fenêtres sont en général mal isolés.
Pour un deux étoiles en plein centre ville, je n'ai pas été déçue.

Albergo un pó datato con un buon WI FI e colazione sufficiente ma monotona, in 5 giorni abbiamo visto e mangiato sempre le stesse cose. La nostra stanza era veramente piccola, per appoggiare i due trolley abbiamo dovuto spostare e utilizzare i comodini e così era difficile muoversi in stanza. Tutto sommato abbastanza pulito, ma il punto di forza è sicuramente la posizione, abbiamo utilizzato i mezzi pubblici solo x andare a Belem e per fare il classico giro sul tram storico. Se non fate "vita d'albergo" ve lo consiglio.

Perfekte Lage.
Frühstück kann man leider vergessen, ebenso die Zimmer im Altbau OHNE Klimaanlage. Im Sommer bei 38 Grad nicht auszuhalten!

Ubicación excelente, muy céntrico.
El desayuno más bien escaso muy poca variedad y muy lentos para reponer.
Las habitaciones pequeñas pero para dormir están bien, muy ruidoso por estar en el centro.
El personal muy amable.

La posizione è ottima in pieno centro tra il Rossio e piazza del Commercio a tre minuti dalla metro. La nostra camera era piccolissima con un mini bagno e doccia. Dopo abbiamo saputo che esiste anche la zona nuova con camere piu' moderne e spaziose! Meglio specificare prenotando...

Hotel com instalações antiquadas, Senar condicionado. Necessário dormir com as janelas abertas no verão, sendo afetado pelo barulho proveniente da rua. O café da manhã super bom, com pães, frios, sucos, iogurte e frutas. O ponto forte é a localização, muito fácil acesso ao metrô além de estar no meio de umas das mais badaladas áreas turísticas da cidade. O staff do hotel é muito cordial e sempre disposto a ajudar no possível. Vale pela localização.

Хорошее расположение. Сытный,но однообразный завтрак, нет овощей и фруктов. Номера тесноваты. Жили там 2 раза в начале и конце поездки. Первый номер был на мансарде и показался более просторным, чем на 2 этаже. Но узкие коридоры до номера, чемодан плотно проходит к стенам. Но пару дней прожить будет нормально. Шумно, вечером шумят туристы , рано утром привозят продукты в кафе.

Das Duas Nacoes ist ein billiges Hotel welches sehr zentral gelegen ist. Die zentrale Lage ist auch sein größtes Plus. Die Zimmer hingegen sind geradezu winzig und nicht sonderlich sauber. Wir hatten in unserem Doppelzimmer ein 1,4m breites "Doppelbett" mit einer viel zu weichen Matratze. Um das Bett konnte man gerade so herumlaufen. Um auf die Toilette zu gelangen musste man quer an der Badewanne vorbeigehen und zumindest ich musste meine Beine links und rechts von der Badewannenecke platzieren um hierauf überhaupt sitzen zu können. Auch das Frühstück verdient eigentlich keinen Stern. Man bekommt geschmacklose Brötchen, sehr künstlich schmeckende und überzuckerte Fruchtsaftgetränke, ebenso künstlich schmeckende Marmelade, eine Sorte Wurst und Käse und mies schmeckenden Automatenkaffee (Hier gibt es zum Glück eine Alternative in Form von Filterkaffee) bzw. Kaffeegetränke (Latte Macchiato, Cappuccino ...). Ich habe mich hier eine Woche von Joghurt und Corn Flakes ernährt. Einzig positiv ist das frische Obst (Äpfel, Orangen). Der Frühstücksraum war übrigens zum Teil genau so eng wie das Zimmer und auch hier müsste dringend mal jemand richtig putzen.

Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Laut Fotos gibt es einen etwas moderneren Teil auch. Frühstück - na ja!!!! Super Lage. Zb Metro in ca 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Preis geht auch.

No confíes en esta gente son estafadores las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y las fotos que ellos

-pienet(mutta ahtaat) huoneet, kaappia lähes mahdoton käyttää, sängyn päädyssä ohut tila.
-pienet wc;t, toisissa huoneissa vain poikittain pöntöllä istuminen mahdollista.
-pienet suihkukopit, joissakin huoneissa mahdotonta normaalikokoiselle ihmiselle.
-aamupalalla sämpylää, juustoa, kinkkuleikettä, tomaattia
-respassa kysyttäessä, lentolipun tulostus ok ei veloitusta, kuitenkin kun koko 6-hengen seurue lippuja halusi tulostaa, " nyt on niin monta tulostetta, että tämä maksaa ", kuitenkaan luottokortilla ei voinut maksua suorittaa, koska"tilinne on jo suljettu". Jäi vähän maku että olisi omaan taskuun raha mennyt.

"Hotel" nada recomendable. Lo único que puedo destacar, el sitio, muy céntrico. Lo malo, MUCHO: habitaciones muy pequeñas, falta de limpieza, moquetas viejas y sucias, el desayuno pasable si llegas a tiempo (se acaban las existencias pronto), el armario del cuarto se nos vino encima (y eso que tuvimos "suerte" y nos tocó el ala reformada).... Mi consejo, ¡¡sigue buscando!! No te dejes engañar por las fotos. Al fotógrafo que las hizo, le pagaron poco.

A localização é ótima para quem procura pela Baixa. Desse lugar de Lisboa é fácil acessar qualquer ponto. É conveniente, ao fazer a reserva, solicitar um quarto que tenha sido reformado, bem como confirmar se o ar condicionado está disponível. Não espere muito do café da manhã. Na verdade, não espere nada: prepare-se para correr a um café próximo para não passar fome.

Es un hotel cómodo por la situación céntrica en la Baixa, cosa que permite salir a pasear por la noche, ir al Bairro alto y al Chiado a pie sin demasiado esfuerzo. No sé como debe vivirse en verano. En enero/febrero ha sido agradable.

A reggeli egy vicc. A szoba, fürdő szoba rettentő kicsi. Alig lehet elférni. A hotel elhelyezkedése nagyon jó. Olyan mintha Budapesten a Váci utcában szállna meg az ember.

We had a great stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was superb - very close to everything and easy to access every part of the city, especially for first time visitors who wanted to see everything. Docked a star because the shower didn't drain well and there weren't enough outlets in the room for travelers wanting to charge cell phones, cameras, etc. Would definitely stay again.

Me alojé en una habitación sin reformar. La limpieza excelente al igual que el personal del hotel. El desayuno suficiente: cafe, leche, infusiones, dulces, embutidos, mermelada, pan,...El único pero que le pongo es la insonorización de la habitación, la puerta del balcón no ajustaba y se oye todo el ruido de la calle. Para más, en el edificio de al lado estaban de obras y todos los días a las 6 de la mañana se ponían a bajar escombro, con lo que el susto era importante.La cama muy bien, con colchón firme y ropa de abrigo suficiente. Las almohadas muy finas y el armario prácticamente inexistente.Si vuelvo por Lisboa, seguramente repita por la ubicación del hotel, con una parada de metro a pocos metros y muy cerca de tren, autobús y tranvía. Eso si, pediré una habitación de las que están reformadas para poder dormir y descansar.

Hôtel très bien situé dans le piétonnier mais qui a besoin de rénovations urgentes !
Entre l'ascenseur qui doit dater des années 50 (attention à la marche, il ne s'arrête jamais au niveau voulu) et l'agencement curieux de la salle de bain (WC face à la baignoire, à 13 cm – si si, j'ai mesuré !), les chambres situées au 5ème étage ne ressemblent en rien aux photos disponibles dans les publicités.
Il s'agit des combles, sombres (fenêtre de 50 cm de large), exiguës (la porte butte dans le table de nuit) et diminuées par la pente du toit (mon 1m80 s'accommode mal de ce manque d'espace).
Un bureau mais pas de chaise… Une garde-robe 2 portes dont l'une s'ouvre sur un panneau de bois… La moquette ne peut avoir l'air propre tant elle est vieille. Revenant à la salle de bain : traces tenaces de calcaire et aération via une tabatière rouillée.
Je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de voir les chambres aux autres étages, mais il est clair que si le prix est identique pour toutes les chambres, il y a un sérieux problème !
Ceci dit, personnel agréable et serviable.

Zimmer zur Fussgängerzone sind sehr laut. Alte Fenster sind undicht, es regnet rein. Im Haus nebenan ist eine Baustelle am Morgen um 7.00 Uhr geht der Krach los. Das Wasser in der Dusche kommt sehr verhalten und meistens nur heiss.

Sicherlich gibt es luxuriösere Hotels, jedoch ist die Lage einmalig: 200 Meter nach rechts zum Fahrstuhl in die Alfama, 200 Meter nach links zur Metro und rauf ins Bairro Alto. 300 Meter bis zum Rossio, 200 Metre bis zum Comercio.Man ist in der Fußgängerzone mit Shoppingmöglichkeiten ohne Ende. Man kann also sehr viel zu Fuß machen und ist mittendrinn.
Unser Zimmer war sauber, recht eng , aber ruhig, da nach hinten raus.
Frühstück ist nichts besonderes, aber o.k., es gibt auch Wurst und Käse sowie Obst und Gurke/Tomate..

We stayed here for 3 nights, when we arrived, the room arrangement were in mess, the receptionist did gave us a room but when we getting in the room, the room was not tidy up, towels all over the floors, beddings and cover were in a mess. To be fair, we did expect this hotel isn't any new and modern luxury hotel but as it is known for good value deal and located at the prime location which is just the core area, that's why we picked that. But honestly the service shocked me, and I did not have good sleep whatsoever. So if you looking to have a good sleep and you can't stand old smell covers and bedding; quacking moving bed, don't pick here I guess.

El hotel esta muy bien situado,es centrico no te aburres de turismo, ahorrate en comprar postales puesto que lo tienes todo a tu alcance,un flax y al bote.El hotel se encuentra en fase de restauracion la mitad esta asequible,lo que venden en las fotos de su pagina comercial,pero la otra parte que nos vendieron,te lo resumo brevemente,el aseo no esta integrado en el dormitorio,es compartido en el pasillo en dos partes bañera por un lado y el resto por otro.MENTALMENTE RETROCEDIMOS UNOS CUANTOS AÑOS ,esto se soluciono pagando,pero la habitacion muy futre,con baño pero recortandole metros a la habitacion,una chapuza el importe que abonamos por el servicio de aseo ,nos lo abonaron en la agencia fueron cordiales.
El personal de Hotel fue en todo momento muy correcto y amables, tanto como en la recepccion como en el resto.
De la direccion no puedo opinar por su ausencia,pero si del personal que fue muy correcto.

L'hôtel est divisé en 2 parties dont l'une est très très vétuste. Grande déception à notre arrivée à 22h quand nous découvrons notre chambre qui n'est pas du tout en rapport avec le descriptif jet air, sdb minuscule, tapis plain vieillot, vue sur un mur et la soufflerie de la clim .... nous avons changé le soir même mais tjs dans la partie non rénovée et finalement en insistant nous avons pu bénéficier d'une chambre dans la partie rénovée de l'hôtel qui était convenable mais quand on passe 3 jours sur place c'est pas top ! En revanche le personnel est super sympa et fait tout son possible pour donner satisfaction aux clients.

Das hotel und alle dort arbeitenden waren alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend........also wer immer und ūberall egal wie laut schlafen kann der sollte buchen da es sehr zentral liegt.....u Bahn ....Geschäfte. ..Restaurants eins direkt vorm hotel hat geöffnet von 5.00 am bis 2.00 am...diverse Musikanten kann mann aus dem Fenster Tag und Nacht hõhren...also wer Problem mit schlafen hat....Nein nein nein

It was an issue with double bookings in the hotel and I didnt stay in it. The room in another hotel was provided to me.
