난방이 없어서 손이 시려웠어요. 주방이 있긴하나 전자렌지. 커피포트정도 있구요 가스렌지는 막아두어서 못쓰는 곳이였구요. 욕조는 있는데 마개가 없어서 샤워만 가능하고. 물 오래쓰면 찬물나와서 빠르게 샤워해야해요. 2층은 주인가족이 살고 1층 전체를 사용하는 곳이구요. 완전 분리되서 상관은 없는데 2층에서 걷는 소리가 좀 들려요. 주인아주머님은 너무너무 친절하세요. 조식도 햄.치즈 빵 등 잘나오구요. 커피는 늘 있어서 언제든 마실수있어요. 오렌지 바나나도 언제든 먹을 수있어요. 근처에 마트있어서 장보기 좋구요. 바로앞 식당도 맛있다고합니다. 더블룸은 밖이랑 바로 창이 있어서 춥고 바깥소음 바로 들려요. 싱글룸은 룸과 룸 벽사이에 있어 겨울엔 나을거같아요

Absolutely awesome place to stay in sintra from location in the village you could walk everywhere .Cecila is a fantastic host who gives you the best information on things to do ,how to get there and great Portuguese restaurants to eat at.The guesthouse is so clean and comfortable it really is like being at home.Breakfast was very nice as well prepared by Cecila when I return to Sintra I will definitely return to Valdez guesthouse.

Небольшой уютный отель с домашней атмосферой. Чистые просторные комнаты, интересная антикварная, но удобная мебель. Прекрасное расположение:недалеко от центра города и ж/д вокзала. Подойдёт как туристам путешествующим на общественном транспорте, так и арендующим машину. Бесплатная парковка на улице, где расположен отель и на соседней улице. Буквально в двух шагах находится небольшой семейный ресторан, где можно отведать волшебной португальской кухни, такой, которую они готовят именно для себя. Отдельное спасибо хозяйке отеля -Сесилии! За атмосферу, домашний уют, «посиделки» на кухне. Ощущаешь, будто приехал в гости к хорошим друзьям или родственникам. Прекрасное место, рекомендую всем!

Very clean, friendly lady who runs it, breakfast wasn't bad. My only complaint is that the window in my room wouldn't shut so I didn't feel the most secure. I would stay here again tho. Sintra was amazing.

Ceceila looked after me from the moment I arrived . She provided excellent advice and a perfect breakfast. Valdez is in a quiet suburban street about 10 minutes from railway. The bathrooms are shared but with only a few rooms you never have to wait. There are 2 great restaurants in the street so in the end I thought the location was great too the bus stops down the road for Cascais and the beach. If you stay get advice on where to get off the train before you arrive as Ceceila suggested Portela de Sintra station was closer

It's a rare feeling when you so quickly feel welcome and at home. We really enjoyed our chats with Cecilia. Can highly recommend.
