Muy buen hotel en una muy buena zona del centro de Lisboa, muy cerca de la famosa Plaza de Marqués de Pombal y por consiguiente cerca de restaurantes y zonas de consumo.
Este hotel refinado, ubicado en un edificio majestuoso de bonita arquitectura con fachada de azulejos tradicionales, se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie de 2 estaciones de metro y a 3,km del Torreiro do Paço.
Las habitaciones son cálidas y modernas, confortables, luminosas, tienen suelos de madera, escritorios, minibares y Wi-Fi gratis. En cada habitación puede alojarse 1 niño gratis. Además, algunas incluyen terrazas y salones independientes con sofás.
El hotel tiene un restaurante contemporáneo de decoración cálida que sirve platos internacionales y desayunos buffet.
No hemos utilizado el restaurante, pero los desayunos eran muy completos y los camareros super amables.
Además, hay un gimnasio, un bar, un salón acogedor y salas de reuniones.
Todo muy limpio
Buen ambiente
Servicio perfecto
Muy buena la atención y disposición de sus empleados, desde recepción hasta las limpiadoras.
Dispone de un pequeño parking propio.
Por su relación calidad/precio es un hotel muy recomendable.

Wir kennen das Hotel schon länger und haben dort gute Erfahrungen gemacht.Deswegen buchen wir bei unseren Lissabon-Besuchen immer in diesem Hotel.Die Lage - sehr nah an der Metro-Station Saldanha und in der Nähe der berühmten Patisserie Versailles - ist bei unseren Buchungen immer sehr entscheidend.

rien à dire sur la propreté,une lampe de chevet ne fonctionnait pas,les femmes de ménage font bien leur travail globalement ,je suis satisfait. A mon arrivée ,il me semblait quune navette était prévue entre laéroport de Lisbonne et lHôtel .Quand jai appelé le réceptionniste ,qui parlait difficilement le français ,il nétait au courant de rien .Cest le seul désagrément que jai eu .

Hotel cómodo y centrico. Habitaciones amplias con todos los detalles. Tuve un problema con la TV y subieron inmediatamente a arreglarlo.
Quizás el inconveniente del hotel sea el parking. Tiene su propio parking pero no puedes entrar con un coche grande tipo monovolumen... o al menos te costará entrar y salir ya veremos.

Me he hospedado varias veces en este hotel y siempre el trato ha sido maravilloso. Las habitaciones están muy bien, limpias y acogedoras. En el desayuno podría haber más opciones pero para mi gusto es perfecto. Personal muy amable. La localización está lejos del centro. Personal muy amable y hablan perfectamente español.

Quiet location, about 30 min walk or a 7 euro cab fare from tourist attractions and city center.
The room is comfortable, standard size, clean and updated/modern so was the hotel.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
There are areas for improvement :
- improve lighting in hallways, hotel lobby
-provide power adapters
- provide clock/alarm in the room
- replenish soap/shampoo, coffee/tea, cups on daily basic
- Cater to tourists - help provide tours or information about tours.

Hotel Zenit Lisboa, localização perfeita! Bairro com tudo perto, metrô, ônibus, táxi, atrações turísticas, diversos mercados, muitas padarias e cafés com mesas na rua...e apesar de tudo isso, muito tranquilo. O hotel é extremamente limpo, camas confortáveis, banho delicioso, equipe educada e muito simpática. Jantamos uma noite no restaurante do hotel, nota mil!! Só não sei quanto ao café da manhã, pois optamos por não tomar, achamos meio caro 10 Euros por pessoa. Nas padarias próximas torna-se café com croissant e suco, por 6 Euros para 2 pessoas.

Das aufüllen von Duschmittel, Shampoo, Seife... liess zu wünschen übrig. Der gewechselte Kissenüberzügen la neben dem Nachttisch am Boden. Das Wasser im Lavabo lief nicht richtig ab. Der TV funktionierte nicht.Die Zimmer waren sauber. Beim Frühstück wurde immer gut augefüllt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Booked three bed room, got a two bed room with extra bed. The extra bed was good but the room was too small for that.No drawers for clothes only a wardrobe with hangers, no hooks or hangers for outer wear.Good beds, fine bathroom, quite and clean. Good breakfast buffet.

Although the staff were very friendly, there are a few points that could be improved. perhaps our biggest gripe was that the toilet didnt fill with water after flushing, after informing reception 3 times the solution they told us was to bang the cistern 5 or 6 times until you could hear water running/filling, not good for the middle of the night or if you forgot after previous use. the only other discomfort was that the beds were very hard. Having had my wallet pick-pocketed I was informed by reception to report it to the tourist police, which was fine but they sent me to the wrong side of the city and when we found it back in the centre we had wasted half a day. Some renovation work is going on in and outside the hotel but this is not a problem. There are some good restaurants locally especially Block House for steaks and UDON for noodles

Baustelle vor dem Hotel, wird zuvor verschwiegen. Balkonbuchung ist zwar teurer, bekommt man dann aber nicht und muss selber darauf bestehen, bekommt dann nur ein kleines Zimmer mit Mini-Balkon!

Decided on Zenit Lisboa after booking the Zenit Hotel in Barcelona which was a 5 star in our opinion. Zenit Lisboa not so much. On arrival our bathroom sink was plugged and the in room safe was broken. No coffee in room - was told false information at first, then later was told by hotel clerk "how could we make money if we gave away coffee - go downstatirs and buy it with your breakfast." Breakfast consisted of empty platters for cheese/sausage/ham, barely warm sausages/bacon and runny scrambled eggs. We were concerned after eating some and never went back for another breakfast or dinner. Most of that day was spent supervising the tradesmen in our room - no hotel apology, no compensation, nothing. The hotel has been upgraded and has an elevator. However, you can hear muffled talking/tv's in adjacent rooms, luggage wheels rolling over floors above, and people entering/leaving their rooms/floor. The housekeeping service and beds were very good - only reason for a 2 star rating.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung.
Die Zimmer waren soweit sauber, könnten jedoch mal wieder renoviert werden. Das angekündigte "Gym" war leider nur ein winziger Fitnessraum mit drei alten Geräten, den wir mangels Ausschilderung erst nach zweimaligem Nachfragen gefunden haben.
Das Frühstück ist dafür für portugiesische Verhältnisse wirklich in Ordnung.
Das Personal an der Rezeption leider eher wenig bemüht.
Alles in allem akzeptabel aber nur mittelmäßig.

Bon hôtel dans l'ensemble, mais n'offrant selon moi toutes les facettes d'un hôtel 4 étoiles (petit déj avec peu de choix, accueil assez "froid",et assez loin du centre historique de Lisbonne). Cependant, les chambres sont assez vastes,il y a un ascenceur, les rues bruyantes sont à une centaine de mètres, et il y a un arrêt de métro à proximité. On peut également trouver plusieurs restaurations et fast-foods(pizza hut) ainsi que des centres commerciaux, mais ce qui m'a déplu est le fait qu'il n'y a pas de supermarchés à proximité où l'on peut acheter de la nourriture, il n'y a que des supermarchés BIO avec peu de choix et de la nourriture trop chère à mon avis.

El hotel en si sería tres estrellas. La habitación que me dieron. 208. Tenía la mesita rota con el cristal casi en el suelo. (me dice la recepcionista que hacía la misma función) al segundo día me la cambiaron. La mesa escritorio tenía una esquina rota, era de cristal,reparada de forma chapuza. Que hacía que se viera más. El sillón de tela gris tenía un gran lamparon muy sospechoso . El armario,de origen debía tener tiradores, supongo que se romperían al ser de corredera. Santo remedio dejaron el agujero para meter el dedo. Y por último si tienes un coche que mida más de 4'15 olvídate. Se baja en un montacargas y para salir de él imposible hay una curva de agárrate.(16€ la noche)raspón seguro .te ofrecen guardarlo en OTRO hotel. Al mismo coste.

Nice, clean and well-maintained hotel in a good location. They serve breakfast at 7:00 am (local places are closed on weekends at that time); that allows you to be early and beat the crowd at popular tourist destinations. 5 min walk from the metro, easy access from the airport, plenty of neighborhood joints and a overall a pleasant area of the city. A little quirk though is that there’s a kettle in the room, but no tea/coffee, not even a single teabag.

Bien situado para visitar lisboa, bien comunicado y cercano al centro. Cuando llegamos la calle estaba de obras no obstante no era difícil acceder. El buffet de desayuno se queda en un correcto nada más, sin embargo la habitación era espaciosa y cómoda. Una buena opción por un precio moderado.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel soltanto 4 giorni. Sensazioni contrastanti motivate da pregi ( personale cordiale e molto disponibile, buon ristorante, buona posizione in generale), e difetti ( pulizia e servizi di camera non all'altezza delle 4 stelle, camere sotto la media, prezzi non molto economici). Cmq una base discreta e dignitosa per una visita della città di qualche giorno.

mi Experiencia ha estado empañada por el pasotismo del personal de recepción. El hotel con habitaciones grandes, cómodas y limpias. PERO: por dios! El aire acondicionado no funciona, la habitación es un horno, notificamos esta misma mañana que anoche no habíamos podido dormir del calor en la habitación. Pos hemos llegado y la situación e igual. Ni caso han hecho. Aquí estamos con las ventanas abiertas de par en par para que entre el aire. El teléfono no lo cogen en la recepción y mañana exigiré el libro de reclamaciones.

Das Hotel gefällt uns gut, schon seit mehrerern Jahren. Ein gutes nettes mittel großes Hotel mit Ambiente.Allein die zentrale Lage zwischen Avenida Republica und Avenide Liberdade ist erwähnenswert.Zur Zeit gibt es große Baustelle direkt vor dem Haus, deswegen nicht so einfach mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Um in der unterirdischen Garage (mit Aufzug) zu parken, müssen Sie 1. kleines Auto haben, 2. erfahrener und feinfühliger Fahrer sein.

All streets around the hotel are being fixed so the access to the main door and parking garage are almost impossible to find. The garage is so small, help is needed to get in and out. The shower area is dangerous for elder people, the staff is not friendly and they charge extra for breakfast what most hotels in Lisbon don't. I am not going back.

Un hotel en el que no puedes depositar confianza. Mi caso es que fui de vacaciones con mis padres, dejamos las maletas en la consigna del hotel, lugar que se supone que es de confianza y del que el hotel se hace cargo y nos desaparecieron una maleta de mano y una mochila. A todo esto no se ve en ninguna cámara de seguridad como salieron las maletas de ahí y el hotel no se hace cargo. NO RECOMENDADO, UNA VERGÜENZA.

I was given no advance notice of this by Agoda or the hotel and both parties were remiss in not providing this information. This should have been done.

Um edifício emblemático, quartos extremamente bonitos e confortáveis, excelente localização. O melhor de LISBOA em termos de relação qualidade/preço. 50% no valor do pequeno almoço ao fim de semana se tiver cartão Zenit. Para quem não possa ficar no Sheraton, mesmo ao lado, também fica muito bem aqui.

L'hotel est vraiment très très bien situé, station de métro à coté, pleins de restaurant, un musée à 10 à pied à peine, etc.
Pour avoir eu la "suite junior", je ne peux qu'être satisfait. Spacieuse, lumineuse, propre, la suite était parfaite.
Le petit déjeuner est royal, il y a de tout ! Fruit, viennoiseries, charcuterie, café, oeufs, etc... vraiment parfait.
L'équipe de l'hôtel est également très accueillante et professionnelle.
J'y retournerai pour sûr si jamais je repassais par Lisbonne !

Na aplicação diz que será cobrado um valor que não vi por estar em letras pequenas mas também diz que seríamos informados desse valor ao chegar no hotel coisa que não aconteceu do resto foi tudo impecável

Een goed hotel. We hebben dit hotel o.a. gekozen omdat het niet gelegen is aan een drukke verkeersader. Het is vanaf het vliegveld goed te bereiken met de taxi of de metro. We wilden graag een hotel in de buurt van een fraai park en van een belangrijk museum en dat is hotel Zenit Lisboa zeker. Het vervoer met de bus is gemakkelijk te regelen. Ook wandelend kun je vanuit het hotel de stad goed verkennen.
Het uitgebreide ontbijt in dit hotel is zeer goed verzorgd en het personeel is er zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De kamer met airco is ruim genoeg, de bedden zijn prima, het kluisje is nuttig en het sanitair is erg goed schoon.
We zullen hotel beslist weer kiezen bij een verblijf in Lissabon waar we nog lang niet op zijn uitgekeken.

Accueil trés froid , suivant les interlocuteurs, la télé ne marche pas toujours très bien, (4 étoiles...) des tâches au plafond....par contre assez confortable et petit dejeuner délicieux et ceux qui sont au service très bien.

Este hotel tem uma óptima localização na cidade, com transportes, seja o autocarro como o metro. A recepção foi à altura das estrelas. O quarto era relativamente pequeno mas tinha todas as condições exigidas e higiénico. Mas a luz na janela era demasiado forte.

El hotel si bien tiene muy buenas instalaciones y habitaciones excelentes pero tiene muchas carencias como no tener servicio de limpieza propio. Tienen una subcontrata que está hasta las 4 y media de la tarde. A las ocho de la tarde mi hija la cual enfermo encontrándonos allí vómito en la habitacion y cama. Me tuve que quedar con la habitación vomitada pq no tenían servicio de limpieza , casi haciéndome un favor me prestaron una fregona y un cubo para que lo limpiase yo. No se puede comprender que un hotel de estas características y precio no disponga de estos servicios básicos. El garage hay que hecharle valor para meter el coche, super estrecho y para más inri las plazas más fáciles las tienen para uso y disfrute de los trabajadores para que estaciones sus motos y coches mientras trabajan. Un excelente hotel donde alojarse en Lisboa, a 5 minutos de la parada de metro, muy bueno tanto el desayuno buffet como el menú (12€) las habitaciones muy grandes y excelentemente equipadas, ojo con el parquing de pago, pues no dispone de rampa, el coche baja en ascensor y con coche grande es muy complicado, hay que sacar el coche marcha atrás. Por la inmediaciones existe aparcamiento libre.

El hotel está muy bien, limpio cómodo, y con muy buen trato los desayunos no hay demasiada variedad pero el producto está rico, aunque aparentemente está lejos de la zona turística, la realidad es que tiene la parada me metro a escasos 100 metros, y comunica muy bien con los principales puntos de interés, las recepcionistas muy simpaticas, una de ellas habla bien el español, aunque nuestras lenguas igualmente se pueden entender perfectamente, por poner una pega es el aparcamiento, no reservan plaza y aún así no es para coches SUV, y hay que meterlo en montacargas, sin duda volvería a este hotel.

Todo correcto pero no aparcar dentro de este hotel . Bajas el coche en ascensor grandes dificultades para aparcar dentro. Para salir el mismo sistema solo que con mucha dificultad hasta el punto de que sufrí varios desperfectos en ambas defensas.
Antes de contratar el parking bajar primero si nuestro coche es adecuado a las medidas. El personal bien y buen trato.

Хороший отель. Чистный, аккуратный, отличное местоположение. На третий день пришлось поменять мнение о гостинице. Дама из клининга вытащила всю мою наличность, пока я завтракала, и было еще рано для уборки. Менеджмент подтвердил ее присутствие в номере, но сказал, что не знает, кому из нас верить. Она зашла закрыть окно, такая забота. И вообще они не несут ответственности за ценные вещи, равно, как и за сотрудников. Послали меня в туристическую полицию в центре города, хотя должны были вызвать полицию на место. В общем, отель чистый и уютный, но храните все вещи в сейфе или носите с собой.

Hemos pasado 4 noches en este hotel. Era la segunda vez que íbamos. Buena relación calidad/precio. La recepción correcta, no demasiada empatía. No es la situación más céntrica, pero tiene Metro cerca y en Lisboa los taxis son baratos.
Habitaciones limpias y tamaño suficiente.
Muchos canales de TV, aunque la recepción era deficiente en algunos.
El desayuno podría mejorar algo. Pondría tazas de desayuno más grandes, teteras. A veces faltaba menaje.
La plaza de parking vale 16€ por día. Nos hicieron un descuento del 10% sin más explicación. El problema es que es un garaje muy pequeño con ascensor y las maniobras son difíciles con un coche grande. Cuando sales no te facilitan la maniobra. Si volvemos a Lisboa, a este precio repetiríamos

El personal es de lo más humano que he encontrado en mi vida, voy a contar lo que pasó: llegué al hotel a las 13.00 y por problemas familiares bastante serios, tuve que salir del hotel a las 15.00 aproximadamente, ya había pagado mi habitación, un total de 120€. Comenté con ellos el problema y ni siquiera les pedí que me devolviesen nada, ya que entendía que era yo el que me iba y no podía exigir nada. Acabo de recibir un mail diciéndome que me devuelven el importe integro, a muchos os parecerá una tontería, pero este trato a sus clientes es único. Volveré a Lisboa y volveré al hotel Zenit SEGURO.
P.d: el hotel una pasada: las habitaciones limpias, personal amable y relación calidad/precio muy buena.

EIN SCHMUCKSTÜCK IM HERZEN VON LISSABON
Das Hotel Zenit Lisboa haben wir für unseren ersten Lissabonbesuch nach langer Suche ausgewählt.
Das Hotel haben wir in einer 10 Minuten-Taxifahrt vom Flughafen Lissabon erreicht.
Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig: zu Fuß kann man Metro Saldahna(rote Metrolinie) (ca. 5 Minuten) sowie Picoas (gelbe Metrolinie) erreichen. Außerdem fahren die Busse, die man bis Bilem ohne Umsteigen nehmen kann. Unsere Empfehlung-eine aufladbare Zappingkarte-mit ihr kann man alle Transportmittel in Lissabon benutzen. Die Karte kostet 50 Cent und ist von 5 bis 40 Euro aufladbar.
Die Altstadt liegt in der Nähe.
Das Hotel sieht von außen gepflegt und einladend aus, in Himmelblau, wie ein Schiff, mit französischen Balkonen und Architektur/Fassade in typisch portugiesischem Style.
Das Check-In verlief ganz kompetent in 2 Minuten. Unsere Junior-Suite 706 befand sich im 7.Stock. Im Hotel gibt es zwei Fahrstühle, 80 Zimmer in 8 Etagen verteilt. Die Flure sind auch angenehm klimatisiert. Man sieht auch die Videoüberwachung, was zur Sicherheit der Gäste dient. Unsere Junior-Suite war geräumig, modern ausgestattet, geteilt auf Wohn- und Schlafzimmer getrennt durch beidseitige Schiebertüre. Es ist genug Platz für Koffer und Ablagefläche in verschiedenen Schränken im Wohnzimmer vorhanden. Das Bett ist groß, die Matratzen sind sehr bequem, sauber-wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Außerdem ist das Schlafzimmer mit einer Sitzecke ausgestattet. Der Fernseher ist vorhanden, allerdings unter 200 verschiedenen Programmen gibt es keinerlei Deutsche Sender. Wirklich eine angenehme Überraschung war ein schmucker gemütlicher Balkon. Von außen sieht man ihn gar nicht-geschützt durch eine Mauer, ganz gemütlich mit einem Tisch, zwei Stühlen mit bequemen Kissen, Holzboden und Mosaik aus blau-weißen Kacheln im landestypischen Ornament/Style. Von außen von Blicken geschützt, man kann nach intensive Stadterkundung abends den Sonnenuntergang sowie die landende in Takt 1-2 Minuten Flieger beobachten(die hört man nicht-nur sieht). Der Safe im Schrank ist kostenlos und einfach zu bedienen. Es gibt eine Mini-Bar. Wir haben sie nicht benutzt, nur den Minikühlschrank. Es ist auch ein Wasserkocher vorhanden, der auf einem Tablet auf dem Schreibtisch steht. Allerdings sucht man vergeblich passende Steckdose am Tisch oder an der Wand-das Kabel vom Wasserkocher ist zu kurz-die Steckdosen befinden sich nur auf dem Boden unter dem Tisch oder an der Wand in der Nähe vom Boden. So mussten wir das ganze Gestell auf den Boden stellen um Wasser für den Kaffee zu kochen. Klimaanlage ist im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer vorhanden, lässt sich einfach bedienen, ist geräuschlos und sehr effektiv. Das Bad ist nicht groß aber ausreichend, ist mit einer Badewanne und modernen Waschbecken aus Glas ausgestattet. Großer Spiegel, sehr guter Föhn sowie Pflegeutensilien sind ebenso vorhanden. Außerdem kann man das Fenster im Bad komplett(wenn man will) öffnen. Am ersten Tag hing der Duschkopf und ließ sich nicht fixieren. Wir haben ein Reparaturzettel im Zimmer ausgefüllt und an der Rezeption abgegeben. Wenn wir zurück aus der Stadt waren, funktionierte alles wieder. Das Zimmer sah frisch renoviert aus, es gab keine unangenehmen Gebrauchsspuren. WLAN funktionierte schnell und einwandfrei.
Das Frühstück wird im Erdgeschoss von 07.00 bis 10.30(am Wochenende bis 11.00)Uhr angerichtet. Der Raum ist nicht groß aber gemütlich-moderne Ausstattung, bequeme Tische und Stühle. Zum Frühstück ist alles vorhanden, was man möchte: weiße und graue Brötchen, verschiedene Toastsorten, geschnittene Baguettes, Toaster, Rührei, gekochte Eier, Bratspeck, gebratene Tomaten, Aufschnitte: Schinken, Salami, Rauchschinken, Käse in Scheiben oder Stücken, geschnittene Tomaten und Gurken, Marmelade, Tortilla(Kartoffelomelett). Es gibt eine Ecke mit verschiedenen Säften, sowie Müsli und Milch etc. Es gibt zwei Kaffeautomaten mit verschiedenen Kaffeesorten zur Auswahl.

clean modern hotel. Right next to the metro which takes you directly into old town. Rooms were a lot smaller that the pictures appeared which makes a difference if you’re planning on staying for more than a couple of nights. We were there for a week and the room was just far too small. Towels were not changed daily even though they were left in a bundle in the bathroom - I think they were changed twice during our one week stay.

It is a 3+ stars hotel and certainly not a 4 star ! Rooms a very small and some elements are missing.
You have to pay 20Euros/day for dogs -without reason nor justification for that. It his not mentionned in the reservation, nor on their web site, and not on the 9 points document you must sign which specifies the acceptance conditions of pets. This is Not Acceptable and indecent business behavior ! ☹
Not appropriate if you come by car. Only few avaible places (not free) & Not Accessible for normal cars like AudiQ3, BMW5, etc. Because the lift for cars is too small !! External parking cost 2 Euro/Hrs. You better have to read purtugese correctly because some parking places have specificities and the fine is minimum 150 Euro ☹

Por lo que a ubicación se refiere, está bastante lejos del centro, pero no es una zona mala, tienes a 2 minutos el metro y bus que te llevan al centro sin problema. Personal agradable que te resuelve todas las dudas. El desayuno bastante escaso pero está bien.

- La propreté et la décoration de l’hôtel ;
- La place dans la chambre (suite junior) avec une superbe terrasse.

- Rien à reprocher pendant notre séjour ;
- Par contre, je déconseille fortement le parking de l’hôtel. L’accès est très étroit (25mn de manœuvres pour en sortir ...)

Location is fine, just 15 to 20 min to the airport. We stayed here for a short night for we had a transfer flight to terceira the next morning, so no breakfast booked. Modern, clean and nicely decorated rooms with comfortabel and big bed, very tasteful. The lobby is pretty too. Our room had an extra hall before the door so you can reduce outside noise (which was not really there) which we thought was handy. Airco that was silent and sufficient. Staff is friendly. We recommend this hotel.

I liked the location of the hotel, how clean the rooms were (we stayed there twice during our trip). The check-in process was not good. It took for ever. The young man at the reception desk did not seem to know what he was doing. When we got to our room the AC was not working so we had to ask for another room. Unfortunately the second time we checked in at the end of our stay in Portugal, we came across the exact same issue. Same young confused man, lengthy check-in process and the AC in our room was not working. They said they needed to reboot the AC in our room. I specifically asked to let me know when it would be back up. They never called. I had to call twice to get an answer. The staff at the restaurant were very pleasant.

Endlich mal ein Hotel, in dem bei Buchung eines Dreibettzimmers bei Ankunft das 3. Bett auch vorbereitet war!Tolle Küche im Hotel - alle Speisen waren ansprechend angerichtet und schmackhaft. Sehr freundlicher Kellner im Restaurant. Hotel ist nah an einer U-Bahn-Station gelegen und man kann vom Flughafen direkt mit der roten Linie zum Hotel fahren.

Da wir Raucher sind, hat uns gefallen, dass im Hotel Raucher und Nichtraucherzimmer in verschiedenen Stockwerken sind und so keiner den anderen stört und vor allen Dingen, dass man im Zimmer rauchen darf.

Ende Mai 2018. Rings um das Hotel ist eine Grossbaustelle mit erheblichen Erd- und Tiefbauarbeiten. Das ist nicht nur extrem laut und die Vibrationen sind bis ins Zimmer spürbar. Ein wirklich grosses Ärgernis ist, dass der Bereich grossräumig abgesperrt ist und somit mit einem Fahrzeug nicht angefahren werden kann. Das ist mehr als ärgerlich. Derzeit ist diese Hotel nicht zu empfehlen.
Das Badezimmer ist nicht sauber, Kalkablagerungen und rostige Armaturen. Die Tapete im Zimmer löst sich ab. Es ist ein Rätsel, wie das Hotel auf 4 bis 5 Sterne eingestuft werden konnte. Die aufgerufenen Preise sind vollkommen überzogen.

This hotel is under siege from an ENORMOUS engineering project, just a couple of meters from its windows.
An huge underground car park is being excavated. There are cranes, diggers and pneumatic drills etc in action. Huge screens are just a few feet from the downstairs windows. If you have booked, request a high up, quiet bedroom - as we did. Hotel's own, underground car park is very challenging! Tiny, with VERY tight angles. Very difficult to get in/out. Location of hotel is good for city centre.

Spent 250 CAD ..a night should have been 150 CAD. not a 4 star at all. In the rooms you will find an uncharming dated decor, circa 1998- 2002, plus one of the worst beds I have slept in , in over ten years and 3 continents. Springs in your back!
Superb location. Metro station is the best to get everywhere and the staff really tries to please but this is super over priced for what you get. Lower your standards and be sure you don't have a bad back . Note: there is construction outside that looks like it will take a year to complete. It is not noisy though. Anyways not like you have any views or balconies off the rooms and I stayed in 2.
Not worth the price for comfort but for location for getting to other places. Nothing to do around here, and it's super quiet at night. Good for sleeping with widow open.

Rooms are small. I asked for an iron to iron my clothes as they say that they have this. No iron was available. Two are broken and 1 was in use. They have promised to have an iron within the next 12 hours. This seems a little unreasonable as I do not need it tomorrow... I need it tonight. The faucet in the tub does not shut off properly and makes noise all day and night... not to mention a complete waste of natural resources. There is road construction on all sides of the hotel. The taxi could not drop me anywhere except 1 block away. The construction noise is loud during the day. Any relaxation during the day us impossible.

Not bad. Very clean rooms with nice beds. From a tourist's point of view is somewhat away from the centre, but is very close to Saldanha metro staction which connects the hotel with the Airport and the main attractions. Breakfast is average but at least there's something for everyone. Staff could be more smiling.

Travaux devant les fenêtres, grande chambre, mais vétuste, papier peint sale et tenu avec du scotch par endroits, porte de la salle de bain part en miettes à cause de lhumidité, lampe de chevet cassée... Pour un 4 étoiles y as de quoi être déçu...À linverse, le personnel est top, disponible et souriant... La cuisine de lhôtel est de bonne qualité.

Céntrico, con parada de taxi cerca, centro comercial a 5 minutos. El trato es correcto y las habitaciones están bien. WiFi gratuito y funciona bien. Lo que se puede esperar de un hotel 4 estrellas, no defrauda. Siempre que puedo vuelvo.

Pros: bien comunicado, camas muy cómodas y limpieza extrema. Contras: cobro excesivo por mascota (20 euros noche), camas individuales o grande se dan de manera aleatoria, aunque lo ponga, no todas las habitaciones tiene balcón. Se escuchan las demás habitaciones.

Buona posizione. Ben collegato sia all'aeroporto, sia al centro della città. Palazzo storico, interno moderno ed essenziale. Buona la colazione. Camere non grandi, ma confortevoli. Avremmo apprezzato la presenza di un bollitore per l'acqua così da poter fare un tè o un caffè. Un buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Habitación ampliaEl garaje solo es para coches pequeños, está observación no está expuesta en ningún lugar previamente, por lo que te lo encuyal llegar. Por lo que respecta a la ubicación del hotel es perfecta, muy cerca de varias paradas de metro. La atención que recibimos se quedó muy limitada dado que pedimos 2 almohadas más o que fueran más duras (nos habían puesto carta de almohadas en la habitación) y no nos hicieron caso. En cuanto al equipamiento, la calefacción no funcionaba. Y uno de los enchufes de la habitación tampoco, no es un fallo terrible pero se debe tener en cuenta.

O hotel fica situado numa zona de fácil acesso e perto do centro da cidade. O edifício é muito bonito e foi bem restaurado. Existem bons restaurantes a 15 minutos a pé. Estacionamento para o carro é complicado e nem deu para o meu, tive de estacionar na rua.
Quartos são confortáveis.

Estive no Zenit Lisboa em lua de mel, nada me foi oferecido como comemoração a data... Fiquei em um quarto por sete dias que não tinha ar condicionado no andar todo (os outros andares estavam normais), quando questionei se não tinham outro quarto vago e por que não colocavam reservas menores no andar com problema foi que pensaram a respeito, mesmo assim nada foi feito.... No restaurante a equipe discutia entre eles todos os dias, mesmo estando na cozinha era possível ouvir... Resumo da estadia: Descaso, a estrutura física (exceto o ar condicionado) é muito boa e a localização também, mas a equipe e a política do hotel em te fazer sentir em casa é zero. Não recomendo o hotel, acreditei que por ser 4 estrelar seria melhor tratada.

Das Hotel ist 15 Min. vom Zentrum entfernt. Das Frühstücken würde ich nicht im Hotel nehmen. der Café ist schlimm und der O-Saft besteht aus Pulvermix. Wifi ist super schnell.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Hotel. Große Zimmer mit großem gemütlichem Bett.
Das Frühstück ist üppig und sehr abwechslungsreich.
Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, dann ist man in 20 min im Zentrum.

Muy Buen hotel,si te unes al club 10% de descuento en reserva de habitación y parking del hotel. El parking es necesario, Lisboa tiene zona azul y lo mejor utilizar el metro y los tranvías.
Los desayunos espectaculares.
La habitación triple muy grande, luminoso,limpio, cama de matrimonio de 1,50 cm y supletoria de 90 cm. Perfecto.
No esta en el casco antiguo, pero, el metro esta a 10 o 15 min andando,cuesta arriba, porque Lisboa es todo así.

Отель хороший, но все же неоправданно дорогой. За эти деньги можно выбрать отель ближе к исторической части города. Спортзал маленький, но не плохой. Окна в номере были панорамные, но вид за окнами был не самым впечатляющим. В целом нормальный отель.
P.S. есть лифты для инваинвалидов

La habitación estaba en la niña planta que las salas de conferencias i los cuartos para el personal, no había otra habitación en la misma planta. Estaba a la niña altura que la calle.
Mobiliario roto. La televisión no funcionaba, de la ducha salía agua por todas partes. Era una habitación para disminuidos físicos y no se la habíamos pedido. Le he pedido un cambio de habitación y nos da una con una cama de matrimonio de 1.20m. donde sólo coge una persona. Desayuno muy caro.

Das Hotel ist in der Nähe einer Ubahnstation, mit der man sehr gute Verbindungen hat. Das Frühstück war uns etwas zu teuer für 10 Euro, in der Nähe ist aber eine französische Bäckerei, die gutes Frühstück haben. Weiter gibt es etwa 200m entfernt einen Bio Supermarkt.

Ideal für ein verlängertes Wochenende mit Freunden (3 Paare, 3 Nächt, 3 Zimmer). Trotz kurzen Nächten sehr gut geschlafen. Frühstücksbuffet funktionell, aber nicht der grosse Renner. 300m bis zur nächsten Metrostation, so steht einem die ganze Stadt offen.

Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und geräumig. Jedoch stellte sich in der Nacht fest, dass der hoteleigene Auto-Aufzug für die Tiefgarage sehr laute Brummgeräusche macht, die einen beim Schlafen durchaus stören können.

After 24 hours of flying....was looking forward to a good nights sleep. Probably the hardest bed I've slept on in any hotel in Europe or Asia - surpising for a 4 star hotel.i could feel the springs though the mattress. The front desk offered no alternatives and the manager wasn't going to be in until Monday. We tried putting towels and on the bed :( At 5 am...We decided to change hotels. My advice would be too check bed quality when at check-in before staying the night. We also had a big issue with the AC unit - we thought it was on the whole time (the wall thermostat showed the 'cooling symbol')...but the room continued to be humid/stuffy - making it also harder to sleep! After talking with the front desk at 3 am, he stated 'i control it from here, you just need to tell us you want it on.'
What?!!! Why didn't they tell us this at check-in? If they are trying to save money/energy just tell us at check-in and then we can decide.
I'm usually easy to please but getting a good night's sleep on a comfortable bed at a comfortable temperature is not asking too much at a '4 star' hotel.
2 good qualities..location and the burger. I'd only stay here if budget mattera more than a comfortable nights sleep.

The hotel is in a very good location - it is close to the underground red line and is convenient to travel to both airport and city centre. The room is comfortable and very clean. It has a supermarket nearby.The only drawback is that the hotel doesnt provide kettle and slippers.

Stayed here for a few days in April. It's a quiet location within walking distance of restaurants, cafes and two metro stops. There are a lot of businesses and residencies in this area. If you are looking for more nightlife you can easy take the metro, bus or taxi. The room was comfortable and the staff were nice.

Wir haben Lissabon mit einer größeren Gruppe besucht und im Zenit Lisboa gewohnt. Alle, ja wirklich alle, haben sich im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter waren ausnahmslos freundlich und kompetent. Die Lage, direkt an der Metro und den Buslinien 727 und 736, ist ideal für eine Städtereise. Die Zimmer entsprechen dem 4-Sterne-Standard. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen (sogar Sekt wurde offeriert).

Das Hotel ist durchweg solide: bequeme Betten, das Zimmer ist mit dem nötigsten für eine Geschäfts- bzw. Städtereise ausgestattet, es ist sauber. Alles in allem hat mir jedoch der Charme gefehlt, obwohl alles recht neu und in sehr gutem Zustand war. Ich fühlte mich nur bedingt wohl, was vielleicht an den dunklen Farben der Einrichtung (Südeuropa der 80er Jahre lässt grüßen, obwohl alles höchstens 5 Jahre alt ist!) und dem Personal lag. Preislich ist das Hotel sehr günstig. Die Lage ist nicht unpraktisch direkt an der Ubahn, aber eben mitten im Bankenviertel und eher für Geschäftsreisen geeignet, auch wenn sowohl nach Osten als auch Norden jeweils sehr schöne Wohnviertel mit Supermärkten und guten Restaurants folgen. Geht man in die anderen Richtungen wird es aber sehr weitläufig: Für etwas mehr Geld kann man zentraler wohnen… Das Frühstück fand ich preislich sehr unangemessen und habe ab dem zweiten Tag darauf verzichtet.

Tiled hallway floors makes sound carry right into rooms, and in some cases from room to room (sounds you dont need to hear). No business support for printing and scanning. Average breakfast - charged for 1 but not other days, no explanation.

Hôtel situé dans un quartier calme. Personnel très accueillant, malheureusement on est bien loin d'un 4 étoiles: chambre petite et sombre, nécessaire de toilettes pour une personne alors qu'on est deux, impossibilité d'avoir une chambre à lit jumeaux non-fumeur comme demandé, poussière sur le bureau, qualité d'image de la télé qui laisse à désirer, cloisons si fines qu'on entend le moindre mouvement en dehors de la chambre ....

Un hotel céntrico con acceso cercano a la parada de Metro "Picoas".
El punto Wifi es gratuíto y está situado en la entrada del hotel.
El punto negativo lo tiene su aparcamiento. Es subterráneo y se accede mediante un elevador. La curva de la salida del elevador es cerrada y estrecha; sólo recomendable para coches pequeños y medianos... La alternativa puede ser alguno de los Parkings cercanos.

Hotel front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice rooms. Location is close to Metro station. No concierge but the front desk was helpful in giving dining tips, directions, etc.

Enjoyed clean hotel, good location and great kitchen. Nice staff. A ramp for baggage is really needed in spite of small elevator for wheel chair.bags. Good value.
