Una excursión inolvidable gracias a Pedro .Fuimos a Sintra nos llevó muy atento en todo momento nos saco entradas nos espero en la puerta . Nos llevó a comer a sitio guay. Nos llevó al punto más al este de Europa a Cascais. Un viaje de lujo. Lo recomendamos al cien por cien. Y si es con Pedro mejor . El automóvil nuevo con todas las comodidades . Lisboa un acierto.gracias Pedro

As part of group travelling to and from football golf we used this service.... I have to say that it was a clear set up to scrap some extra cash. We were accused of putting chewing gum on a seat not being funny but we are all in our 30's not 12....they refused to collect us unless we paid 50 euro knowing full well that it would be a lot more in a taxi leaving us no choice but to pay.On the return journey (which not surprisingly was a different coach and driver, and I'm sure the response will be that it was in the cleaners or some other crap) we pulled over and in a very intimidating and unprofessional way asked to pay...not once was evidence provided of said chewing gum and supposedly where it was put none of our group were sitting...(in your response it would be great to see the receipt of the cleaners and the work undertaken but that's probably not possible seeing as I would put 50 euros on the coach being on another job)...unfortunately this company is only after money and really would recommend using another service. If you do use them I would suggest taking a few pics of where your sitting...it's a shame that such a beautiful city is let down by such companies

Used Specialimo for a return trip in July. Outbound journey was fine (although 15 mins late), return journey was 45 mins late and part way home the driver pulled over and demanded an extra 50 euro to complete the journey. We ended up having to pay as he made it clear we weren't going anywhere until we did! Buses were nice but I definitely wouldn't use this company again.
