We both had pizza for lunch. It was very nice. The pizza itself was super thin and the sauce was perfection. The place looked really nice and was super close to the beach. I would recommend this place. You do need to watch ur bill tho as i ordered a super bock tankard but was given a large but still charged for it. I couldn't be bothered to bring it up then tho. The pasta dished looked amazing but we didn't try those

El sitio es precioso, la comida buenísima, y el trato excelente. Fue el cumpleaños de mi pareja y nos regalaron un coulant de chocolate con helado y una vela, todo un detalle por su parte. Estuvimos tres días en Albufeira y repetimos sitio para cenar.

Já fui a este restaurante diversas vezes mas desta última não senti que fui tão bem tratada como sempre estive acostumada! Creio que qdo estão com a casa cheia, não conseguem dar a atenção e a qualidade de serviço. O meu prato de cannelonis foi para trás, deixaram queimar todas as extremidades, o prato do meu esposo só tinha cascas de amêijoa, mas as amêijoas n existiam... Camarões ao tinha 3... Mas pedimos e foram simpáticos e trouxeram. Peço para não descurarem do serviço de mesa e da comida. E por fim, estar em PT e ter de falar inglês com um empregado tb não me parece normal.. deveriam fazer um esforço. Eu sou portuguesa e estou no meu país. De resto tudo ok.

The pasta dishes are absolutely gorgeous and we never waited more than fifteen minutes for our food in the two times we visited. The staff are very friendly and polite. Not really a place for children as there is no kids menu.

Staff were amazing and so friendly, our needs were catered for.
Were not adventurous eaters but they do an amazing pizza range with fries. Also their spaghetti bolognese is beautiful too we went back here twice during our stay because we loved the cosy laid back yet highly professional atmosphere.

Fantastic Italian restaurant on the New Town strip. We had the Parma Pizza and Spaghetti Bolognese, a half bottle of wine, with tiramisu and mouse for dessert. All top quality. Staff were friendly and provided a high chair for the 2-year-old with us. Classy modern decor on top of everything. Blown away by the value. Couldn't recommend enough.

Nous avons passé un moment très agréable dans cette pizzeria. Nous étions en famille avec notre fille de 3 ans. L accueil est très chaleureux au petit soin pour les enfants maigres qu' il ne propose pas de menu dédié.
Nous avons pu tester les pates, les lasagnes, le risotto...un délice

In my opinion this is the best restaurant I have eaten in whilst visiting Albufeira. My husband and myself have now eaten here 4 times. Each time the waiters and waitresses have given a five star service, very efficient and friendly and genuinely enjoy looking after their customers. The food has been excellent each time, have always chosen something different from the menu and there is always a good choice of food available. Very reasonably priced.I wish I could bring this restaurant over to the UK. Looking forward to eating here again on our next visit to Albufeira.

Esperienza negativa.usano il nome italiano per avvicinare il viandante.di italiano niente.cuoco e pizzaiolo pakistani,ristorante italiano senza menu in italiano.servizio pessimo tovaglie sporche pizza surgelata e mal cotta .tutte le recensioni positive sono di stranieri che non capiscono niente in materia culinaria.pessimo.se sei italiano vai da Valentino 10 metri più giù e mangi bene.scadente non consiglio.perdipiu prezzi astronomici.

Brusceta was meh. Hot bread covered in frozen tomatoes. Spices were ok tho. The biggest let down was pizza. I get that pizza should have a thin crust, but not paper thin burnt on the bottom and soggy on the top. I don't think I will be returning...

Gorgeous from the outside, you can see the pizza oven which is what initially made us want to try it out. I got the meditteran pizza and it was TO DIE FOR. 100% the best pizza ive ever ate.. and ive eaten alot!!

1 hour 45 for two starters (salad and garlic bread) and two pizzas. Seated at 20:45. Drinks came after the starter. I’d describe it as chaotic. No real order in their service or accountability. The kitchen also got a very simple order wrong.
When it eventually came, it was good quality. It’s a shame we walked based on the reviews to eat here on a Tuesday night. Very much a let down.
They docked the bill which was appreciated but I felt I had to offer my most negative review ever on google sadly.

Leider hat man uns die Vor- und Hauptspeisen alles zusammen an den Tisch serviert. Bei Nachfrage gab die Kellnerin uns zu verstehen, dass sie wohl vergessen habe, dass wir einen Salat im Voraus bestellt haben. Eine Enschuldigung gab es nicht. Schade, das Essen war nämlich sehr gut.

A welcome change from the dozens of nearby burger and chips restaurants on "the strip". If you want to impress your partner this is the place to go.
Upmarket, very cool, relaxed, professional and cost just a couple of euros more than the other wannabees.
Even in late November it was reasonably full (a lot of locals) and no pounding discos next door.

Where do I begin? From start to finish (3 course meal) everything was spectacular! Service impeccable and food out of this world. All fresh and made to perfection.
Had the chicken risotto with petit gataue for dessert and was to die for.

A comida é boa mas a falta de simpatia dos funcionários é superior. Fizemos uma reserva pelo TheFork que foi confirmada e quando chegamos disseram que só aceitavam estas reservas no Inverno. Mostrámos a confirmação da reserva e lá nos deixaram entrar... de notar que as 14h30 estavam as mesas todas vazias! Não percebo o porquê da questão da reserva!

Me and my wife had beautiful pizza here, it was super tasty and I highly recommend it for Italian pizza lovers, extremely thin base which we love. However there was an accident from a waiter when he spilled my wife's cappuccino on top of her when placing it down on the table which in turn went all over her dress and handbag (staining both) but worse scolded her legs which was a fright to say the least and she is currently pregnant! We honestly didn't mind the accident we are all human but the waiter just acted as if nothing merely happened, I would have at least expected a drink on the house or at least don't charge for the dam cappuccino that burnt her but nothing was offered at all, not even a half arsed apology. I didn't want my meal for free and paid every penny, just felt they could have handled it much more professional and offered some condolences for their mess up as we had to call it an early night after that. Different people would have took them to the cleaners on the issue but luckily for them we aren't those sort of people.

Went to this restaurant 2 years ago. Wrote a fabulous review so couldn't wait to go back.
Went last night and ordered the Green Parsley Salmon with lemon risotto. Salmon was so overcooked it looked like a wooden door stop! Very pale! My husband ordered calzone which arrived after my food had been brought to the table. I told the waitress about my salmon. She took it away. Then another waitress brought it back asking again what was wrong. I told her dry, overcooked salmon. This was taken away again and 15 mins later another plate arrived. The salmon was raw! This plate went away and 5-10 mins later the same salmon arrived back. Well done and now a little raw in the middle and overcooked and dry on the edge. It looked like it had been either microwaved or put under a hot grill/salamander!
When the bill arrived they charged us full price! This was then returned and we were offered 10% off the whole bill. I refused to pay for the salmon as I didn't eat it. I offered to pay for the small portion of risotto I ate and the starter I had. Finally the waitress took the full price off of my main course. We paid our bill and left. Sorry will not be returning! What a huge disappointment! My husband's calzone was lovely. The starters lovely but I'm sorry if a chef cannot cook salmon then don't have it on the menu and don't treat your customers badly.
When we had been seated. We were forgotten about and tables around us served first. Wrong wrong WRONG!
We also asked if we could reserve a table. The website says you can but we were told NO. Oh well lots and lots of other nice places to go!

I came to this restaurant with my 2 friends, after reading great reviews. We nearly did not come to dine there after my friend Jimmy totally disregarded the restaurant as being a kip. The Restaurant decor was immaculate as was the food. My two friends said it was the best food they had since they arrived here. In future we will not be listening to Jimmy about restaurant choices after being on a wild goose chase looking for a restaurant, the previous night that didn't exist. This restaurant comes highly recommended.

Normaal gesporken plaats ik eigenlijk nooit een review, maar hier was het zo goed eten, dat we hier meerdere keren zijn geweest. Bediening is ook zeer vriendelijk en attent. En dan ook nog eens voor een zeer nette prijs.

Très bonne accueil. Prix abordables. Cadre agréable. Le plat pris (lasagne) était délicieux. Je recommande pour un restaurant en famille, en couple ou solo.

Une de nos trois cantines lors de notre séjour de 10 jours à Albufeira. On a beaucoup aimé les pizzas, les risottos et les fruits en dessert entre autre. Et rien que des produits frais. On était là lors des livraisons. Donc c'est fait maison. Les prix sont corrects et l'accueil agréable.

Had a great night here. 2 adults 2 kids. Great food for all of us: excellent bolognese pizza for the kids to share, open burger with onion puree, mushrooms and 3 types of risotto for me and a fantastic chicken risotto for the good lady. :) we will be back!

Nice place with a good friendly feeling inside. Food is great and excellent value. Nivaldo from Cape Verde is great at steering you towards a nice meal and a choice of wine. Prakash all the way from Nepal cooks on the pizza oven, very well I might add. Both were great to chat to. I recommend this place to all!

Okay this is the best bloody place. The portions are gigantic and the prices are very low! It's beautiful in here as well, very upscale looking place with very inexpensive prices. Both me and my partner are super happy and glad we came. Service has been awesome, super friendly!

Me and my partner absolutely loved this place. It was our last meal of our time in albufreia. The best ever italian we've ever had. The staff were soooo welcoming and the value for money was jaw dropping. We literally want to come back to that area just so we can experience that meal again. Loved every single big of it!!! I hardly every leave reviews but i had to for this place. Hands down never had a more enjoyable experience eating at a nice restaurant before.

Just had a meal here tonight and it was the best meal I've had anywhere in a long time, very clean and comfortable. The toilets were also nice and clean. The staff were lovely, the sparkling sangria was gorgeous. Can't recommend this restaurant enough although there are breadsticks on the table next to your cutlery which I thought were complimentary - when the bill came we had been charged €1.20 each for them. I found it misleading but my friend said it did say on the menu, clearly I was too hungry to notice

I have been in the area for nearly two weeks with my partner and we dined at this place three times, each visit exceeded our expectations, especially tonight provoking me to write this review.
The meals were full of flavour with great detail given to every aspect of the dish, prepared perfectly and very well presented.
The staff delivered a professional service with lots of product knowledge and were well mannered engaging in conversation creating a comfortable atmosphere.
The menu has a broad selection for every course with a detailed description of each, which made decision making difficult as all sounded so delicious.
Overall the Italian Republic was the best restaurant we visited during our visit to Albufeira and surprisingly the cheapest, we just wish we found this restaurant sooner as tonight is our last night. We will be visiting the area again and the Italian Republic will be our first stop.

Geweldige prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. De inrichting is smaakvol, de Italiaanse gerechten verrukkelijk. Flessen wijn blijven betaalbaar (ze gaan gemiddeld één keer over de kop) en een glazen liter fles water kost wat een fles water in ieder restaurant zou moeten kosten.
Het personeel is tenslotte proactief, vriendelijk en spreekt goed Engels.
Alhoewel wij ons voorgenomen hadden om verschillende restaurants te bezoeken zijn wij hier voor van de zeven dagen naartoe gegaan (en wij waren niet de enigen).

A really nice Italian just at the bottom of the strip in albufiera. Fantastic wine. Great seafood linguine. Proper pizza a great lasagne.
It's almost a 5 star restaurant. I would give it 4.5 if I could.

Fabulous starter and absolutely fantastic service. Main course of pizza was the nicest I have had in years. Fair prices and lovely people. Toilets were spotless and I am going back again tomorrow. Worth a visit.

Servicio muy amable y agradable, precios muy asequibles y buena relación calidad-precio. Unos spaghettis carbonara exquisitos y destacar el gran sabor de sus postres caseros; en concreto, el "petit gateaux" y el tiramisú, riquísimos.
