Infelizmente aconteceu-me um imprevisto e só pode ficar uma noite, mas adorei imenso, muito limpo, agradável e os funcionários muitos simpaticos e sempre prontos a ajudar

Love the shell of the building & the mod design in interiors, rooms & bathrooms are beautiful! Very clean & well-kept interiors. Although pity about the exterior gardens ( messy not cared for which lets the rest of the property down) Pool area is lovely though I was there out of season I’m sure in season it shines.Another issue, everything one required unfortunately one had to go to reception as there are no phones or intercoms in the rooms (having a special-needs daughter & leaving her in the room alone, wasn’t the best option.) What I didn’t enjoy about my experience here, was the litigation of a reimbursement because I chose to leave a night earlier, ( the town is boring I found compared to other vibey towns with better restaurant options etc in the area, along the river Douro) which I was in my rights but it took a lot of calls & explaining to the manager. I deem this unnecessary if a business would like return-business.On the other hand, the rest of the staff was fantastic, helpful & definitely went beyond, Obrigada! to the kind lady of the day staff that helped me out!

Inhabergeführtes Guesthouse mit modernen Chic begrüßt einen in Vila Real. Es gibt tolle Zimmer, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, die einem einem schönen Aufenthalt ermöglichen. Im Sommer dürfte der Garten mit Pool ein zraum sein!

Bellissimo ambiente nuovo su edificio antico. Peccato non usufruire della piscina ma non è stagione. Personale giovane, accogliente e motivato. Colazione ricca e buona con croissant e pasteja freschissime. Attenzione alla prima localizzazione, perché il GPS non la riesce ad individuare.

the hotel is super nice but the bathroom is a problemas is it fills with water when taking a shower. Either the drain does not support the amount the water from the shower or the owners need to get a flass water to hold it from getting onto the bathroom floor.

Simpatia, comodidade, tranquilidade e qualidade! Instalações muito boas. Parabéns! Muito perto um restaurante que é um mimo típico transmontano, que alia a tradição aos novos tempos. Descubram qual é e vejam se não excelente a localização deste "Borralha" para o repasto gastronómico ali ao lado.

Beautifully maintained building. Seems like a relatively new business but am certain it will go from strength to strength. Quiet location and nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were so helpful. The only downside was there is a really small sign with the name on it and the entrance to the driveway is not obvious so it took a while to find it as the sat nav was very confused!! So were we!! Apparently the local authority will not permit a larger sign- to us that is ridiculous, they should be supporting this local business and letting it advertise much more as it is an example of what good is.

This hotel is lovely. The building has been beautifully restored in a very tasteful way. Our room was very nice and the bathroom was awesome. Its a very relaxed place, the pool was lovely, breakfast was great and it was a really nice place to stay. Its a great jumping off point if youre going to the Alto Douro.

Mesmo na entrada da cidade, na Estrada Nacional 2. Excelente recuperaçao de uma casa antiga, bom jardim e piscina, bom pequeno almoço. Perto de restaurantes mas precisa de carro para ir ao centro.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was Amazing (Master Room), and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We will definetely come back of we stay in this City again. The Wi-Fi could be better in the room, coverage was not good so internet was very slow.

Nous avons bien aimé cet hôtel. Il est ouvert depuis seulement 2017 et est moderne et accueillant. Le personnel est super gentil. L’endroi est tranquille et on dort bien. La piscine est rafraîchissante et très appréciée en ces temps chauds. Bon choix; nous y retournerions sans hésiter.

Es un hotel muy nuevo y tranquilo. Está recién estrenado todo, habitación muy amplia y con todas las comodidades. La situación es perfecta a la entrada de Vila Real por lo que está cerca de todo.

The place was originally picked due to its location on the road from Porto to Madrid, after traveling along the Douro valley, so I did not have special expectations. The place turned out to be perfect; Beautiful rooms and a great breakfast and service. We absolutely loved it.

The guesthouse was very nice, clean and seemed quite new (or very well maintained), and has a nice pool.
The main disadvantage is its location which requires you to be dependent on a car, even for dinner. However, simple parking makes it ideal for exploring the area by car.

Superbe hôtel. Très confortable. Le personnel est très accueillant et aidant. Nous avons eu de très bonnes recommandations de la part du personnel pour les dîners et les activités à faire. Cependant, l'hôtel est difficile à trouver même avec Google map. Je suggère d'appeler l'hôtel pour des indications précises.

Fomos muito bem recebidos. Quartos fantásticos, pequeno almoço divinal. Só à entrada para a Guesthouse é que é um bocado complicada. É mesmo ao lado de uma stand e o carro raspou por baixo de todas as vezes que entrávamos e saíamos. É um ponto a melhorar. Mas voltaria é recomendo a Guesthouse

The hotel itself was lovely, as was the pool. We were staying on the third floor, in the garden suite. It was a very nice room. The lift was very slow and you had to remember not to bang your head when you exited on the third floor as the roof was slanted. The hotel is slightly out of town but the walk into town for dinner was nice. The garden seemed to be in the process of having work done, while the pool and about two metres around the pool were well kept, beyond this it was just upturned soil all around.

Espaço muito bem decorado e bastante agradável! Serviço atencioso! Apenas um pequeno senão, as cortinas deixam entrar muita luz de manhã o que faz com que o sono seja interrompido pelos primeiros raios de Sol.

This hotel is amazing! It felt as if my room was brand new. It is an old house that was remodeled in a modern style but left with some historic breath. It is close to the Douro valley and was very convenient to get to. The breakfast area and the breakfast itself was beautiful. Ricardo, at the reception was courteous and helpful.

Very modern and nice location, with beautiful spacious rooms and lobby. Odd in the fact that you can barely find the entrance to the location, but once you do the driveway is easy to navigate. Honestly, not the most amazing views or location, but if you are looking to stay inside it is warm and friendly.

Świetne miejsce. Wszystko wygląda tak jak na zdjęciach. Pokój (203) trochę za mały, ale na dwie noce da się wytrzymać.
Największy problem mieliśmy z trafieniem do hotelu, bo Google zaprowadził nas do jednostki wojskowej. Co ważne dla przyszłych gości, wjazd do hotelu jest w miejscu komisu samochodowego. Słabe oznaczenie i branding na zewnątrz posesji.
Śniadania ok. Miła obsługa.
Basen otwarty, jego otoczenie niestety jeszcze w trakcie urządzania (nie było trawy, krzewów tylko ubita ziemia).
Od strony parkingu ładny widok na zalesione stoki. Mały ogródek z krzesłami i stolikami.

Simplicidade e bom gosto. Conforto e tranquilidade. A suite tem porta entre os dois quartos permitindo alguma privacidade. Elevador silencioso. Pequeno almoço bom, embora careça de maior foco nos produtos em falta. Empregados atenciosos. Vasto espaço exterior muito agradável ( ainda não terminado!). Piscina grande. Traça do edifício muito bonita!
