El sitio es espectacular. La visita a la bodega muy bonita donde nos sirvieron un aperitivo.
La capilla es muy sencilla pero el Cristo realizado en corcho poco visto.
El Restaurante con un diseño minimalista y el trato del personal super atento.
La comida exquisita. Muy recomendable.

Stunning hotel with fabulous service. Stayed only one night but wish we had more!! Amazing decor everywhere (even temporary restaurant while the main one is being renovated). Beautiful indoor heated pool AND outdoor pool. And orchards and gardens and and and. Loved it! Can’t wait to come back.

Óptimo local com um óptimo restaurante. Recomendo vivamente pela paisagem, tranquilidade, conforto, comida e grande simpatia de todo o staff. Têm vinho próprio e azeite próprio! Espaço moderno, mas com uma integração natural, ao mesmo tempo, das particularidades arquitectónicas do local. A não perder.

Visitei numa altura do ano onde o frio e a chuva convidou a usufruir da piscina interior com uma temperatura ambiente de 30º e água quente a fazer esquecer o mau tempo lá de fora.
O hotel é muito agradável e sossegado com atendimento muito simpático.
A comida é apetitosa e bem confecionada, acompanhada de um bom azeite e vinhos da propriedade muito interessantes!
Certamente a repetir no verão para saborear os espaços exteriores.

The hotel room is flashy, but uncomfortable. No table, only one chair and a day bed. The people above us stomped the floor until late in the night. Guests firing fireworks at 12.30am.The restaurant, however, is the best part. We had an amazing meal - not only an exquisite taste, but an impressive presentation as well.

A very unique place, where you can truly relax and spend a few days. At Torre de Palma you will be able to ride horses, walk through the vineyards and try special dishes. If you have ever visited vineries and enjoyed it, you will for sure love this place too.
For negative side I would only say that if you want to stay for a long term, like a week or more, it’s not the best hotel to choose, not much activity besides wine tasting.

Um belíssimo projeto em torno de 7 hectares de vinha e a muito feliz recuperação de um edificado , relançando uma história de mais de 2000 anos, com vista para o futuro e para a tranquilidade, usufruindo de tudo o que melhor nos oferece o magnífico Alentejo: o tempo, o modo único de o viver típico desta região e das suas gentes, e os seus frutos , como o são os sabores e odores magníficos dos produtos de excelência (azeites, vinhos, enchidos, ...) e a sua inesquecível e inimitável gastronomia...

My boyfriend and I went for my birthday last week. We had initially heard about the hotel from a friend. The Hotel itself is Gorgeous - the design was done impeccably. We stayed in the King's Suite which was lovely. The rooms are old barn stables - which allows a lot of light through 4 doors. I'd say one of our favorite parts was the wine. We loved the 2016 red - amazing. I'd highly recommend doing the wine tour with the wine maker. They were crushing wine the morning we left, and we were able to taste some of the grapes - which were heavenly. Every day at sunset they do a lovely wine tasting in tower, which was beautiful. Another great perk was the food and the service. Everything was amazing and fresh from the garden. Our only downside - they were setting up for a wedding right outside our room, which was extremely loud in the mornings. Not the most relaxing noise to wake up to.

Beautiful hotel friendly staff sheer luxury. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was magnificent. We went for a ride on the bikes that were provided. We climbed to the top of the tower and had a great view of the countryside.

Situado en un lugar muy bonito. La torre, a la que permiten subir, tiene unas vistas fantásticas y también la bodega es curiosa. Lo peor, el restaurante. La comida no está mal pero es muy caro y ponen platos muy elaborados pero con los que te quedas con hambre. Si pides más, te crujen. Por otra parte, muy bien atendido, con mucha amabilidad. No se os ocurra pedir vino. Una botella de tinto, entre 50 y 60 €.

Cozinha remodelada, pratos gourmet. A ementa mudou! Podemos experimentar pratos diferentes, confeccionados com os produtos locais, num espaço agradável (que se mantém). O serviço é rápido, atencioso e simpático. A carta de vinhos é variada e de qualidade. O preço é um pouco acima do normal para o alentejo, mas acompanha a qualidade.

Nous y avons organisé notre mariage et nous n’aurions pas pu rêvé mieux. Toute l’équipe aux petits soins pour nous, tout le monde a fait en sorte que nous n’ayons rien à faire ni penser. Margarida a été d’une grande aide.
Le lieu est juste magique et parfait pour une cérémonie.
Nous reviendrons à coût sur!

We did a wine tasting tour and a meal. The wine tour briefly took us through the winery and cellar and tasted 4 white wines from the past 5 years to show the variation year on year.
We then had lunch which was one of the tastiest meals I've had. One of us was vegetarian, which wasn't a problem.
All the time we were there the staff couldn't do enough to help us and we're so cheerful and friendly.

This is probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The decor, comfort, attentive staff, facilities and restaurant were all superb. We wished we had planned to stay longer than the two nights we had booked.

Os quartos familiares apesar de agradaveis não correspondem a uma classificação de 5*.Não sao uma boa opçao para o Inverno ( casa de banho pouco aquecida, ruido do ar condicionado) .
Edredons e almofadas muito , muito fracos .

Definitly my new favourite hotel. The staff is very warm and welcoming, the hotel is beautifuly designed, the rooms are big and quiet. Everything is simply perfect. I recommend this hotel to everyone wanting a nice city escape / romantic get-away. The SPA is divine with the possibility to use the pool all year long as it is perfectly warm, the beautiful bar will help you spice up your nights and the delicious restaurant will help you discover some amazing wine from the region as well as the beautiful food. The vegetables taste divine as they are mainly grown in their own garden. Everything was perfect! WE cannot wait to come back. Thank you so much to all the staff and team members, again, it was FANTASTIC.

We stayed at this hotel for our daughters wedding in October 2017. The hotel was perfect for the occasion the facilities were excellent as were the staff nothing was to much trouble for them. There is an excellent restaurant on site, spa with a heated pool and steam room, unheated outside pool if you want to brave it. (I did and it was cold) but generally the weather was warm and the sun was shining. I would recommend the wine tasting and a tour around the winery. The restaurant staff were very friendly we were ththere for 5 nights and became good friends. All the rooms are individually decorated. Defiantly a hotel to try if you are in Portugal.

Wonderful experience at excellent, unique hotel property set in the rural, out of the way Alentjo countryside east of Lisbon. Once there, you enjoy the facilities or take short trips to local attractions, which we had expected from our reading before booking. The hotel and its property and Basilii restaurant exceeded our high expectations.

Traumhafte, ruhige Lage; Wunderschönes Anwesen; sehr kreativ und individuell gestaltete Zimmer.Sauberkeit enttäuschend (fleckige Teppiche, alte und schlecht gepflegte Badezimmer mit Rost und Schimmel; Personal mit schmutziger Kleidung, Gläser und Besteck im Restaurant trüb und fleckig, Polster in allgemeinen Bereichen schmuddelig).Frühstücksauswahl und -qualität relativ gut; Abendessen jedoch allenfalls mittelmäßig und damit für den Preis zu teuer. Keinesfalls auf 5-Sterne-Niveau! Wir haben unseren für 6 Nächte gebuchten Aufenthalt nach 3 Nächten abgebrochen.

Com potencial, mas mal aproveitado. Decoração dos quartos é pobre, tendo em conta o que se paga. Não tem animação e atividades propostas. Tem muito poucas sombras e o serviço de restaurante é muito demorado. A grande parte do pessoal são estagiários pelo que fica muito aquém do esperado num hotel de 5*.

O melhor Hotel por onde passei. Sossegado. Quartos incríveis. Piscinas interior e exterior fantásticas. Pequeno almoço fabuloso, feito na hora e cheio de produtos regionais de qualidade. Já dormi em muitos hotéis 5 estrelas (até mais caros) mas nenhum bate este. Pena pelo preço não ter possibilidades de repetir todos os anos.

Hotel com interesse para passar umas férias tranquilas, e relaxar. Visitamos as instalações, com decoração muito bem conseguida , nas salas que visitamos, com excepção dos quartos, a paisagem vista da torre é muito bonita. Quanto ao restaurante tem um menu pouco variado e sinceramente ñ conhecia o gratinado de bacalhau feito com arroz. No Alentejo ñ ter espargos é como ir a Roma e ñ ver o papa! Funcionários simpáticos e muito profissionais. Na loja podiam ter mais produtos do Alentejo e com preços mais razoáveis e variedade, Stock baixo.

Pode ter as melhores do Mundo mas o acesso é de bradar aos céus. a estrada cheia de corrugações não podendo o carro ir a mais de 20 Km/h com o risco de partir a suspensão e transmissão. Só isso demoveu-me de ficar lá hospedado. Absolutamente inadmissível uma estrada destas para um edifício com tão bom aspecto

Fiquei duas vezes no hotel, sempre em quartos familiares.
Decoração (dos quartos e das partes comuns) irrepreensível, bom staff (muito jovem, mas o que se perde em experiência ganha-se em simpatia e motivação, sem nunca comprometer o profissionalismo).
Restaurante Basilli com grande qualidade.
Piscina extremamente agradável e bem dimensionada, em estruturas de suporte, para a ocupação máxima do hotel.
Particular destaque para o staff do bar, incansável para satisfazer qualquer pedido.
Vinho de produção própria muito bom vendido a preço praticamente de retalho.

A wonderful part of our trip to Portugal which included Lisbon, Obidos area as well as the Algarve. Stunning scenery and décor. Amazing food. Incredible hospitality.
