Todo muy bien, es un poco antiguo el hotel pero esta limpio y confortable. Un desayuno estupendo y abundante. Cerca de la Basílica de Fátima.

Habitaciones muy limpias pero anticuado, se oye todo de la habitación contigua, personal de limpieza muy amable y dispuestas a ayudar, al contrario que el camarero de la cafetería y el personal de recepción

Todo un despropósito. Reservé a través booking y me equivoqué al reservar, en lugar de indicar 2 personas había reservado sólo para una y me indicaron que debía pagar un suplemento. Hasta ahí, todo bien. Mi sorpresa fue cuando me dijo el personal de recepción que debía pagar el doble. ¿El doble por un suplemento de habitación? Ante mi queja accedió a cobrarme un poco menos pero fue más del precio de mercado.
Para rematar la faena, a primera hora de la mañana, saltó una alarma que estuvo sonando unos 15 minutos sin que nadie diera una explicación. Al parecer saltó porque se había ido la luz.
No se lo recomiendo a nadie. De hecho, pasé otras 4 noches en otro hotel que afortunadamente, fue mucho mejor.

Czyste pokoje codziennie sprzątanie. Bardzo późną godzina zameldowania ok. 17:00 dopiero na recepcji wydawali klucze. Jedzenie smaczne, ale brak regionalnych potraw.

Hotel con cappella privata e canale tv webcam in diretta dalla cappella dell'apparizione di Fatima. A duecento metri dalla chiesa dove sono sepolti i pastorelli. Pulito e buona colazione.

The definition of what a clean hotel should be. Very, very clean, great breakfast, very well located. My tire was punctured and they helped me without hesitating. They gave me the directions for a good garage and even inflated my tire so i could get there safely and without furter damaging my tire. :) thank you!

Muy bien ubicado para visitar el santuario y vivir unos días de retiro espiritual. Un desayuno muy correpto. Y disponer de dos capillas, un lujo nada habitual.

The stay at the hotel was fantastic! The staff were very professional and incredibly helpful. Very clean rooms and you get what you paid for. Its also a five minute walk away from the basilica and also close to other amenities. Highly recommended.

The hotel is great, I liked their service, around 11pm the bar staff said they no more serve, but ten minutes later they served another group, I was upset and left the coffeteria with my friend. we never protested but next time won't expect the same.
please instruct the staff not to discriminate but serve all with same regard as we pay same.

The Hotel Bar specifically is not foreigner (asian) friendly. I was there with a friend and the waiter refused to serve us a drink at 11 PM, but he was gladly accepting orders and serving drinks to white costumers who came at the same time as we did. That was rude.

Something wrong with the drainage at Room 111 and front desk didn’t acknowledge or help. Light bulb in the bathroom was not working on the last day. Very poor customer service. Aside from it seems to me looks like a “ghost town!” Didn’t give information about WIFI. You have to discover it yourself and make s copy of those many numbers. Very poor front desk. Not welcoming and unfriendly and to think they were all men. Very dark at night to walk back from Procession. Definitely not a three star. Didn’t come the first night of reservation. Stayed for two nights. No intentions of coming back.

Some of the staff are extremely obnoxious and rude. Have been staying here regularly and have been made to feel most unwelcome on occasion. Not the service you'd expect for paying guests (or even just from regular decent human beings in general)

My husband and I were given a room with two twin beds... and no options for anything else. However, the service and food were amazing, ample parking, and the proximity to the Fatima shrine, basilica and holy sites will bring us back!

Très gentil , nous avons été des rescapés du vol 1687 sur Madère annulé pour cause de météo capricieuse, à 125 km de Lisbonne oui vous avez bien vu , cet hôtel a été réouvert en urgence personnel très aimable, évidemment dans un contexte spécifique

Wehave been to Fatima before but this time I went on my own. I booked Domus Pacis because of the adviced from a friend and I know there is a chapel inside. When I checked in there is a group of people going to the chapel. I’ve asked the receptionist “what time is the mass, he said it’s a group mass and it’s in polish. There is a mass in Santuario.”I was quite disappointed with the way he say it. And in my room , the shower is broken and no soap to be used. They always cleaned my room for the last 4 days but how come they couldnt see what is lacking. I dont usually complain or make demand but for me customer service should be on their list to improve their hotel. I dont know if someone complained about the shower but dont they check it regularly? This is only my experience, im pretty sure others have their good ones. I hope they can improve their service for other who will choose their hotel.

The hotel is across from the Sanctuary of Fatima parking lot. It is clean and a good price. The staff was very helpful to answer all of our questions.

Pequeno almoço pobre(bufete de pão e bolos). Deixaram terminar a alimentação, bufete, muito antes de todos os comensais acabarem o jantar. Quartos muito austeros.

Das Hotel liegt nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuss zur Wallfahrtskirche - sehr einfach zu erreichen - nur kurz ueber die Strasse und man ist dort. Auch der Parkplatz vor dem Hotel ist super. Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach aber fuer ein paar Naechte ausreichend. Das Fruehstuck ist ok. Mit den Abendessen ist es etwas schwierig, aber in der ca 30 min Fussweg findet man ein paar Restaurants

Location is awesome, just a few minute walk to the sanctuary. We were in Fatima during the low season so the hotel was very quiet. The service was fabulous and extremely friendly. The rooms were slightly dated, but spotless. When we come back next time, this hotel will be our first choice.

This Hotel is very beautiful and it is a just short walk to the church.Although, we went in February the hotel was cold in temperature.Our room warmed up quick after we turned up the thermostat.

Penso que o que menos me agradou foi o pequeno almoço acho que podia ser melhor ter mais variedade. De resto tudo muito bom desde a limpeza ao atendimento dos empregados. Grande lugar para ficar para quem quiser visitar a região centro devido á sua localização muito boa não só em Fátima mas na região.
