Super nice hotel in the center of town. Well appointed rooms, very helpful staff, great breakfast (wow what a view!) and the roof level cafe/bar was good too for a light, inexpensive evening meal. Had a great stay - thanks!

Es un hotel incomodo para aparcar con un ascensor lento una cama incoma y donde faltando media hora para cerrar la cocina ya no nos pusieron de cenar el dia que llegamos las carreteras para llegar desde badajoz eran horribles solo tenia un ascensor lentisimo para todo el hotel . Hay que decir que las dos chicas de recepcion fueron lo mejor del hotel amables y ofreciendo soluciones.

Acordei às 9.30 da manhã porque decidiram começar a furar paredes com uma broca no quarto de cima...

We arrived a bit late. We were tired and met Michele at the reception,extremely nice person. Next day we met Barbara equally as nice as Michele both fluent in English. Room top notch condition I wish we could have stayed longer. Best breakfast we had for the past week during our visit to Portugal.Thank you Michele, Barbara and Floral Bella .

Hotel céntrico situado en Águeda. Tiene un ático para picar algo, estar relajado y desayunar a gusto y con bonitas vistas. Las habitaciones, algo anticuadas, pero correctas.

Rooftop bar is lovely spot for the welcome drink and a nice location for breakfast. Great views.Room decor was a little old fashioned and the air con wasnt very effective.However the location is great for seeing the beautiful umbrella (and balloon) lined streets.

No geral o Hotel é muito bom... Mas não posso dizer que é excelente. A localização é boa, possui um parque de estacionamento gratuito, os funcionários no geral foram simpáticos, gostei muito da Sr.ª que estava a tratar dos pequenos almoços (salvo erro chamava-se Cristina), uma senhora muito simpática, bastante prestável, excelente funcionária, a querer agradar a todo o custo os hóspedes e o funcionário que estava na recepção no dia do check-out (infelizmente não reparei no nome) disponibilizou-se a tirar-nos uma fotografia no hotel, Obrigado. Mini-bar no quarto com várias opções de bebidas e alguns snacks. Cama bastante confortável, com escolha de almofadas. Tomadas à beira da cama para carregar equipamentos electrónicos ou ligar outra coisa qualquer. O bar/sala de pequeno almoços (é no mesmo sitio) possui um terraço com vista para cidade. Gostei muito da hora do pequeno almoço ser até às 11H e tem muita variedade de comida, saliento a oferta de queijos, salvo erro tinha 4 ou 5 variedades (já incluindo o queijo fatiado). O Hotel é moderno e tem uma decoração bonita. Não gostou · Limpeza das aéreas comuns no hall quando se sai do elevador para o quarto achei um pouco deficiente. O resguardo da banheira era muito pequeno e ao tomar um duche molha-se o chão, sanita, fica tudo molhado... O quarto onde fiquei, era virado para a igreja, então ouviu-se muito bem o sino a tocar. Sistema de música no quarto não estava a funcionar (ou não conseguimos por a funcionar).

A couple of us stayed over night after being at a wedding nearby. I called ahead of time to inform them that we wouldn’t be arriving at normal check in time because of the wedding and the receptionist told me it wasn’t a problem. Either way, he took down our names and told us they had staff at the front desk 24 hours. The check in was easy and quick. There was free parking and access to the lobby as well as the rooms. The rooms were clean, we had free breakfast included, and the staff was friendly. I was impressed by the great water pressure in the bathroom because it is rare to find a hotel with it. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The hotel is extremely close to the street with umbrellas. I would definitely return.

Front desk staff were extremely helpful. Assisting us with information about where to go for a bike ride, where to find a bank to exchange currency, to where to buy some inexpensive Portuguese tile. They were more than happy to assist.

Muy bien en general, aparte de ser casi la única opción real en Águeda. PAra mí, el servicio restaurante no merece la pena por la lentitud con que que sirven y las opciones que tienes a pocos minutos caminando. El wifi es bastante mejorable tambien.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, ristrutturato con gusto. Leggermente carente la colazione, ma cmq di qualità (no caffè espresso, solo americano), bagno moderno e molto ampio, letto grande e comodo.

Hotel in Agueda that was nice and clean. If your staying in the area it is a nice place to stay and relax at night. There is also a nice rooftop bar as well.

We had an excellent experience at the hotel! The hotel is sparkling clean, the breakfast was excellent and they have a really nice terrace with a beautiful view.

Great hotel right in the center of Águeda. Nice breakfast although it could use a bit more variety, specially with fruits. The reception staff was very friendly. All in all I recommend and would stay again in a future visit to Águeda.

Nice hotel, very helpful and friendly staff, central location. Rooms aren't awesome but good for the price I guess.

Most of the hotels in Aveiro were booked for the weekend so we chose this hotel in Águeda. The hotel is modern, our superior room (4th floor) was spotless and the king size bed was comfortable, though basic. We were disappointed that there was not a coffee maker or hot pot in the room. The internet worked well, though weak on the 4th floor. The terrace bar on the 5th floor gave a nice view, but the breakfast was basic. The eggs, bacon and sausages were luke warm at best. All of the staff were very pleasant! They always had a smile, they worked hard and were available to answer any questions we had and even give ideas for outings. Theres not a lot to do in Águeda, although I think it would be fun to be there for the umbrella festival.

Great hotel if youre staying in Agueda. Front desk service was great by giving out some tips on the events in the city. Located right next to the famous umbrellas streets.

We had the romantic package at the hotel and spent a wonderful 3 nights here during the Umbrella festival in July. It was so nice to be looked after by the friendly staff and the room was spacious, quiet and had a lovely view. The breakfast was good and you could sit on the terrace enjoying the sunshine and view (also when having a drink from the bar in the evening). The hotel had an underground car park which made it very convenient as the lift went from there to your floor.Agueda is a lovely place to visit, especially during the Umbrella festival (Umbrella sky project). Do go!!!

Just a short night as arrived late but they were waiting for me and very clean, good breakfast and then off to a meeting. All good and free Wi-FI which for business is a must now.
