Die Lage am Fluss ist genial, schöne Aussicht und rasch zu Fuss im Zentrum.Zimmer grosszügig, leider im Badezimmer hat es wenig Abstellfläche.

Super Lage am Fluss. Nicht weit zum Zentrum. Die Fenster sind sehr gut isoliert, sodass der Strassenlärm nicht stört. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und gut gepflegt.

Très bien situé, juste en face du Douro à quelques minutes da ribeira, zone historique de Porto. Petit déjeuner complet et de qualité, tout est bon. Personnel accueillant. Chambre petite mais confortable, bien décorée. Seul point noir, le parking est limité en places. Il faut parfois se garer plus loin.

O hotel é muito bem localizado à beira do rio Douro! Vista espetacular! Café da manhã farto e muito saboroso. Quarto e banheiro grande porém toalha poderia ter qualidade melhor mas, ok. Amenities de boa qualidade, cardápio de travesseiro, cama confortável. Atendimento gentil. O único problema que tive foi não conseguir regular o ar condicionado para mãos frio. Acabei passando um pouco de calor. Recomendo muito esse hotel. Estacionamento para carros somente se tiver disponibilidade e são contados 8 euros por dia.

Las vistas hablan por sí solas desde la habitación,el lugar en el que está ubicado es espectacular!! El desayuno buffet es muy amplio y variado,y su calidad buena.tiene un pequeño parking por 15€ día si hay disponibilidad...merece la pena dejarlo aquí.el personal correcto y las habitaciones con todos los amenities habituales y alguno más como zapatillas incluidas...100%recomendable!!

Newer hotel overlooking the Doro river. Walk to the funicular(cable car) which takes you up into the city area. The hotel is clean and beautiful but clearly lacks training of a four star hotel. The staff our young and friendly but training? Restaurant and bar hours were very limited. There are not many other close by places to relax and have a glass of wine. I suggest picking up your wine, cheese, meats, fruit and sweats and sit on the roof deck as the sun sets. Close to perfect. Other than limited service and hours the hotel is very nice

시설도 깔끔하고 아늑함이 느껴진다. 직원들이 적극적이고 밝은 이미지라서 들어오는 입구부터 기분이 좋다. 식당을 찾으러 나가는데 왼쪽 오르막길을 올라가다가 숨이차서 중간에 포기할뻔했다. 내 옆에 뛰어올라가는 운동하는 사람을 보면서 힘을 냈다. 다음부터는 오른쪽 다리를 향해 걸어가서 그곳에 있는 계단으로 올라가자. 케이블카도 있는듯 하다. 많은 호텔을 가보았지만 어느하나 빠질것 없는 숙소였다.

Wonderful 3 night stay in Porto. Beautiful view of the Douro River. Easy to walk to most sights. Delicious and plentiful breakfast and a nice bar service. Our room was comfortable, clean and stylish. And, the kindest staff, from check-in to the bar at night. We highly recommend!

Nos gusta mucho este aparthotel en la orilla del Duero (es una zona muy tranquila. No hay restaurantes, ni lugares de copas, ni cafeterías).
El hotel es muy nuevo y hay una kitchenette en la habitación.
También cuenta con un parking, ya que no hay mucho espacio donde dejar el coche en la calle.
También hay un bar donde se puede tomar una cena sencilla, unos refrescos, cócteles, cafés, etc.
El hotel también ofrece la posibilidad de desayuno con buffet libre.
Hablan español y otros idiomas perfectamente.
La atención al cliente es excelente.

The staffs avoided eye contacts as if they were not willing to serve.
Restaurant and bar were closed at 1500 and room service did not answer the phone.
Tried to call reception but dis not answer either..
There’s no food available in the hotel at 13:25 on Thursday.

도루강가에 자리잡고 있어 야경이 멋진 호텔입니다. 주차장이 없기 때문에 포르투에 도착해서 택시로 찾아갔는데 직원들이 친절하고 도루강 뷰 방을 배정받아서 멋진경치를 만끽했습니다. 그리고 아줄레주로 유명한 산 투스역까지는 언덕길을 올라가야 하니 푸니쿨라 한번타고 언덕 위로만 오르면 포르투의 유명 관광지는 거의 대부분 걸어서 다녀올수 있습니다. 아침 삭사도 맛있었습니다.

Хороший отель, вкусный завтрак, опрятные номера, удобное расположение, адекватные цены, приятный во всех отношениях персонал.
Что важно - есть маленькая закрытая парковка , хотя официально её нет. Стоит недорого, но, судя по всему, оно того стоит (на ресепшн скщалали, что у машин на набережной периодически разбивают стёкла).
На фото вид из окна номера (выбирал именно rever view номер при бронировании). В целом рекомендую, вполне годный отель.

객실 내부에 전자렌지도 있어서 햇반을 돌려먹을 수 있는 장점이 있습니다!
그리고 호텔에서 스파도 운영하고 있어 이용할 수 있어서 좋았어요!

Hotel 4 étoiles avec une belle vue sur le fleuve. les chambres sont spacieuses. points faibles: une climatisation très bruyante et un buffet petit déjeuner de mauvaise qualité (jus d orange lyophilisé, café tiède, oeufs brouillés en caoutchouc..)

객실도 생각했던것보다 넓어서 짐 펼쳐놓기도 좋았어요

다만 강변쪽이라 관광지쪽이랑은 조금 거리가 있는데 그래도 여기는 우버가 싸서 우버 타고다니면 괜찮은거 같아요

Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Der Flussblick ist das Highlight. Beim Frühstück war alles da, was man braucht. Alles in Allem ein super Aufenthalt, jederzeit wieder!

Cerca del centro histórico, frente al Duero con excelentes vistas.
Personal encantador y siempre dispuesto a complacerte con una sonrisa. El desayuno es fantástico y las habitaciones muy correctas. Además tuve la suerte de recibir un upgrade, lo que hizo de mi viaje una auténtica maravilla.

Teria 5 estrelas caso houvesse alguma preocupação por parte doa funcionarios avisarem os clientes que devido a nao terem estacionamento, o facto de ter de estacionar na rua os lugares que existem sao para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida mas está muito mal simalizado o que implica nao ter o carro no sitio na manha seguinte e nao é um caso experiodico e regularmente.

personnel serviable et très bien placé. Les chambres sont correctes sans plus dans cette gamme mais vous bénéficier d'une vue splendide sur le fleuve Douro et sur le fameux pont. Service de restauration en chambre bien et petit déj. très honnête avec jus de fruit frais. Café crème ou omelette ne sont pas simple à obtenir en dehors des appareils en libre service.

This hotel has ambiance, and a great location. Situated right on the Duoro River in historic downtown Porto, it's got amazing views and is walkable to everything in the old town. We watched the small river cruise boats while having our complimentary welcome drink on the cliff-side patio.
The breakfast buffet is only 12E and this was not a basic breakfast. Espresso, fresh squeezed juices, eggs, sausage, seafood, cheese, salads, cold meats, fruit, cereal, amazing fresh breads and pastries! The breakfast room overlooks the river and is white tablecloths with silver utensils.
No spa or restaurant, but perfect home base for exploring the old historic town of Porto. We'll be back to take one of the river cruises to the Duoro Valley wine region.

O hotel está muito bem localizado. Os quartos com vista têm uma vista lindíssima embora tenha de se aproximar janela para poder ver na maioria deles , e pena não ter a frente toda em vidro ou uma janela maior para se poder disfrutar do que o hotel tem de melhor .
O pequeno almoço e fraco a nível de qualidade e quantidade , e o serviço deixa muito a desejar . Aspectos que poderiam ser melhorados para atingir a excelência . Os colchões dos quartos são muito muito confortáveis .

Einwandfrei! Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen, da es bei mir nicht inklusive war.Achtung: viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Oberstadt. Das bedeutet entweder rauflaufen oder Seilbahn oder Taxi.

El hotel excelentemente ubicado, a la orilla del río, las vistas son sensacionales, la gente de la recepción siempre muy dispuesta, los desayunos muy ricos, el único tema es que las habitaciones están un poco revueltas, para llegar a tu habitación tienes que tomar dos elevadores, pero en general fue una experiencia maravillosa.

the location of hotel is fantastic, a bit tricky to find its location and the staff there are not very helpful. We couldn't find our way to hotel when driving there, Google map was telling us around, we called the hotel and the staff just told us to set our destination to a building nearby without giving further information. We finally spent more than 30mins there, and found that we were actually only 5 mins away when we called. After checked in, we found we were not the only ones who had this problem.

Lugar a escasos cinco minutos a pié del centro histórico. Con parking también. Vistas magníficas al Duero y una bonita terraza en la ultima planta con vistas increíbles de noche Y duchas de exterior para los días de calor. Falta un servicio de bar en la terraza ya que se echa de menos tomar algo o cenar con esas vistas.

Nice clean room with a killer roof top deck over seeing the bridges . The staff is also really nice and down to earth . Just don’t park you car outside the hotel for a extended amount of time the police will tow it .

vraiment pas digne D'un 4 étoile... room service déplorable voir inexistant , ménage fait en fin d après midi si vous êtes au dernier étage, mais surtout mal insonorisé !une réclamation faite par mail au service clientèle et même pas de réponse ! aucune considération pour la clientèle et ça se veut être un hôtel de luxe .

This hotel was a gem, and a perfect location for viewing the fireworks on the feast day on which we arrived. Initially we were booked into a room that opened to the back of the hotel, where the view was not great, but the room was exceptional. After one nights stay, when the crowd from the feast departed, we were moved to a river-view room which had it all... accommodations, a view, space and comfort. The staff was always helpful and very friendly. I would book a stay again here in a heartbeat.

This hotel is lovely! Within walking distance of the main Riverside restaurants and shops which is lovely. The rooms are very clean, and it is situated right by the river, such means the rooms are very quiet, with lovely views if you face the river. Staff are very helpful and proactive! I only wish the restaurant was open earlier than 5pm!

I have nothing but positive things to say. What a great value: large rooms, recently renovated, spotless clean, very nice staffs and very generous with their time (they helped rebook our room with an online agency when we were having problems, they waited almost an hour to speak to someone on our behalf). Outstanding breakfast buffet. The only thing I would complain about is that the shower would turn boilling hot every 20 seconds or so making it difficult to really enjoy having a shower there, but again, this may very well be only in the room we had. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to base yourself from to see Porto, very decent central location - 10 minute walk to town. Nice breakfast station, cool rooftop bar. Solid service from staff and nice view of the river. Good for both the business traveller and the adventurer.

Muy buen hotel, habitaciones amplias y grandes vistas. Desayuno muy completo. No dejes de visitar su web antes de reservar, es donde están sus mejores ofertas. Y para aparcar la parte anterior a llegar al hotel (lado contrario al del puente luiz) se puede aparcar perfectamen sin tener que pagar (a la noche es cuando encontrarás mucho sitio libre)

Hotel com uma vista fantástica. A cama é muito confortável e dentro do apartamento é tudo muito sossegado, ideal para relaxar. A casa de banho fantástica assim como a cozinha. Limpeza 5 estrelas e funcionários bastante simpáticos. Fica numa zona muito boa para sair a pé e descobrir o Porto. A repetir sem dúvida.

- 리버뷰인데 베란다에 나가야 다리가 보이는 각도... (이건 싱글룸/더블룸쪽만 그렇고 반대쪽 끝은 좀 더 잘 보일 것 같기도..)
- 베란다에 나가야 야경이 예쁜데, 그럴거면 베란다에 앉거나 서서라도 있기 좋게 해주면 좋을텐데...
기본적인 청결도나 인테리어는 어느정도 만족스러웠습니다 ㅎㅎ 다만 기대했던 리버뷰가 생각보단 좀 아쉬웠어요.

Location is good. The room was confortable but cleaning was not acceptable for a 4* hotel. Breakfast was good but not amazing and no different from other good 3* hotels.
Overall, hotel failed to deliver value for money and did not offer anything that I would not be able to find in another good 3* hotel.

Das Zimmer war nicht allzu groß aber komfortabel, Betten bequem, das Bad sauber und modern, Ausblick auf Fluss und Brücke einmalig! Der Hotel Parkplatz ist nicht kostenfrei aber sicher. Die Parkplatzsuche auf die sehr belebte Straße ist wie ein Lottospiel - erst gegen Abend ab 20 Uhr (wenn die Funicular zur Altstadt zu ist) könnte man Glück haben! Frühstücksbuffet ist gut, als auch Kaffee und frischgepressten O-Saft! Last but not least muss das Personal erwähnt werden... Einfach Klasse - effizient, herzlich, mehr als hilfsbereit und nicht oberflächlich freundlich! Wir hatten eine Autopanne auf die Straße; eine neue Batterie wurde besorgt (persönlich im Privatwagen vom Reception/Manager!) und auch von Hotelpersonal beim Einbau geholfen, alles selbstverständlich!!! Vielen herzlichen Dank für einen tollen Aufenthalt :))

El hotel está situado en la ribera del Duero, entre los puentes Do Infante y Luis I, muy bien ubicado para la visita a pie a la ciudad. El personal del hotel, tanto de recepción como de restauracíón amable. La mayoría de las habitaciones con vistas al río. Set de baño bien surtido. Detalles de albornoz y zapatillas. Correcta limpieza. El desayuno muy surtido y muy bueno.Sobre el precio, muy bien (no sé si por ser enero), El único pequeño inconveniente es un ligero ruido del aparato del aire acondicionado de la habitación, que puede resultar algo molesto. Aún así, una muy buena opción para alojarse en Oporto.

Just besides the river. Very good location, just 5 min walk to “La Ribera”. Rooms have views to the famous bridges. The online check in is worthless, it doesn’t reduce the time in reception. Limited parking lot. (Just about 10 places). Wonderful breakfast.

호텔위치가 특이하긴합니다. 호텔하나 덜렁 있어요 ㅎ. 주변에 슈퍼나 음식점이 없는건 단점이지만 리버뷰 방에서 좋은 경치를 매일 만끽할수 있다는 장점이 있습니다.
주요 관광지를 걸어서 다니기에 불편함은 있었지만 저와 친구는 오가며 보이는 뷰와 분위기 있는 골목에 감동했어요. 여유롭게 천천히 기분좋게 산책했습니다. 3박했는데 그 이상은 힘들거같긴하더군요..ㅎ
만약에 포르투에서 시간이 널널하시다면 남들이 다 가는 호텔에서 나와 오른쪽 방향이 아닌 누가봐도 힘들어보이는 왼쪽 오르막길을 추천드립니다. 물론 주요 관광지와 반대방향이라 돌아가는 길이지만 힘들게 올라가면 그만한 보람이 있습니다. 모두 인생샷 건질수 있어요! 대신 밤에는 사람이 없어서 무섭더라구요 날씨좋은 낮에만 추천드릴께요.

La habitacion que elegimos esta muy bien. Además de bien insonorizada, tiene un tamaño y calidad muy buenos, además de una cama enorme. Lo peor del hotel es el parking. Sólo hay unas 6 plazas, con lo que lo más probable es que tengas que irte a un parking publico. Fuimos a uno situado al otro lado del puente Luis I. Otro punto negativo es que apenas hay acera para poder hacer la carga/descarga del equipaje

What a great hotel!
Check in was a breeze and the gentleman was very polite. We got 2 adjoining rooms with our friends and both rooms were decorated so nicely, had beautiful views of the river and bridge, and also had such comfortable beds. Bathrooms were well appointed with a nice standing rain shower, bidet, and more than the necessary toiletries. Bonus: robe and slippers for ultimate comfort and for pattering back and forth from hanging out at friends' room. Beyond that, it was so clean and nice.
Our stay included breakfast, and it was also awesome. Fresh and plentiful eggs, breads, fruits, breakfast meats, pastries (lots), coffee machines (Nespresso), yogurts, and more.
I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Porto. It's in a fantastic location, and is set just slightly further away from the craze of the Riviera while still being there :).

Highly recommend! Be sure to choose a room with a view of the river. This hotel is affordable, walk-able to Porto and Gaia, has comfortable beds, and excellent staff. Bonus: They put out free natas to eat every day! Our one complaint was that we could not change the thermostat - No matter what we set it to, the temperature did not change.

unfreundliche und wenig kompetente Dame an der Reception; den nicht alltäglichen Weg zum Zimmer ( ein zweiter nicht sofort sichtbarer Lift 2 Etagen hochfahren, dann einen langen Gang queren und dort wieder mit einem Lift 1 Etage tiefer fahren wurde nicht erklärt und die WiFi Einloggung wurde ebenfalls nicht ausgehändigt; erst auf Verlangen nach dem langen und komplizierten Weg zurück an die Reception denn die Zimmer Nummern 001 bis 005 waren auf der gesamten geschilderten Wegstrecke nicht angeschrieben..

Excellent rooms with awesome views of the river. Issues with credit cards machines and was quite slow on the reception side of things. You want to be extra close to Porto centre then it is about a 5-10 minute walk but the views are just incredible. Very nice hotel and reasonable too. Will be back for sure.

Nice Hotel. It's not directly in the historic city center, yet close enough to be there in a 4-5 minutes walk. So you'll get the advantage of being directly where the nightlife happens but also a calmer hotel. If you are sensitive, sleeping in a hotel like the (very good) Carrìs might be challenging.
The rooms on the lower floor are actually small apartments. So you will get a small kitchen, freezer, etc. During booking on their website you can select lower floors if as a preference and they'll try to place you there if available.

Great hotel in a good location overlooking the Douro and the Gustav Eiffel bridge. Nice rooms with good bathroom. Ours had a small balcony overlooking the Douro so nice to open window. Breakfast was nice and we even had a tour dinner in the Restaurant. We needed a doctor and the night porter got us to a Private Hospital quickly and that was a great recommendation.

Aunque no está en el centro de Oporto se puede decir que está en el centro del meollo, a la distancia adecuada para que no te molesten los ruidos de las zonas más transitadas.

We had a fun time in Porto great place to stay at the Eurostar. The hotel is close to the city, and right on the river Duro. From the hotel it is easy to visit shops and restaurants. There is lots of walking to great places to party along the way. We also saw awesome amazing street music groups like Urban Cello at The Whale can’t wait to go back

La verdad es que fuimos al hotel por la ubicación y las vistas que tenía. Nos ha encantado. Está súper bien cuidado. Súper bien ubicado, con vistas al río y al Puente de Don Luis. Las habitaciones son amplias u espaciosas. No pedimos una habitación con vistas al río y sin embargo nos la dieron sin pagar ningún tipo de plus.
La atención del personal de recepción, maravillosa. Los camareros del bufete, dependía de quién te tocara, no todos eran igual de amables.
Si vuelvo a Oporto y hay disponibilidad, sin duda volveré a este hotel.

Un buen hotel si quieres pasar unos días en Porto, se nota que es bastante nuevo, la decoración está bien, las habitaciones son amplias y están limpias, está muy bien situado al lado del río y cerca de todo. Las vistas no están mal como se aprecia en la foto.
El desayuno es bastante variado y está bueno. El personal muy atento.
La conclusión son las 5 estrellas, lo recomiendo sin pensarlo y vendría aquí cada vez que vengo a Porto, pero no pilla cerca de las zonas industriales. Lástima

처음 체크인 할때 방상태가 별로였어요.
누가 남기고간 종이들이 그대로였고, 이불 또한 잘 정돈되지 않았습니다. 침대위에는 머리카락도 있었도요, 프론트에 요청에서 청소를 다시 받았습니다. 그래도 빠르게 처리해줘서 괜찮았어요.
조식은 5박 내내 매우 훌륭하게 먹었습니다 :)

Recht unfreundliches Persol.Ein überforderter Manager.Das Personal hält es mit der Ehrlichkeit nicht so genau.Welan funktionierte im Zimmer nicht. Ebenso deutsche Sender im TV.Das Eurostar im Zentrum ist viel besser.

The hotel located in a strategic location where view from hotel room will cover both Ponte Luís I and Pte. do Infante bridge! The hotel is built by a cliff thus every room including restaurant are all facing the river, which makes the stunning view! The Ponte Luís I bridge is within walking distance so you could go there in the morning, at sunset, as well as at night when the bridge is illuminated beautifully.
The room are big, comfortable and clean, the staff are friendly. The breakfast buffet is good with local tastes. I would strongly recommend this hotel to tourists. However it's a bit far away from the city center (every near river does) so better with a car.
It's not so difficult to park along the river..

Nice hotel, good sized beds, nicely appointed and fairly basic. No gym which was a shame but they never claimed to have one. Great views, good location, courteous staff, clean and a good value

Estive neste hotel entre 20 e 24 de Fevereiro (quarto 106) e começo por dizer que é magnífico sobre múltiplos aspectos:
A localização não poderia ser melhor, junto à Ponte D. Luís, no talvez mais nobre sítio do Porto em termos de enquadramento paisagístico e a uns curtos 500 metros da Ribeira.
Interiormente bem decorado com simplicidade e gosto, tanto no que se refere aos quartos como aos espaços comuns. Regulação da climatização nos quartos simples e eficaz. Excelentes varandas para se apreciar o Douro, banhadas pelo sol que sempre marcou presença naqueles dias (sorte! :) ). No terraço (bar) existente no ultimo piso, obtive imagens de um magnífico por do sol com na companhia de diferentes tipos de gaivotas. Aliás o espectáculo matutino das diferentes espécies de aves que habitam o Douro é fantástico para apreciadores da Natureza.
Sobre os colaboradores em geral, dizer que são gentis, prestáveis, competentes e afáveis. Permito-me até referenciar o Gabriel Martins que teve a gentileza de vir ao quarto ajudar na ligação ao Hi-Fi do hotel no meu PC e nos telemóveis.
Ficou esquecido no quarto um espelho de aumentar valioso, de custo apreciável. Foi devidamente recolhido e enviado para mim, através de uma empresa postal. Atesta a honestidade de quem faz a manutenção dos quartos e a competência administrativa.
Não hesitaria - de 0 a 10 - em classificar com 10.
Há porém pequenos reparos a fazer:
O parqueamento é reduzido, penso até que por razão da localização do edifício. Perto da margem do rio e "encaixado" na escarpa, não deve ter possibilitado tecnicamente a sua construção. Recomendam a utilização de um parque público no lado de Gaia, perto efectivamente, mas para realizar o trajecto a pé pelos menos jovens, não é muito confortável, sobretudo se se utilizar carro com frequência durante a estadia.
Que tal um pequeno transfer, de preferência eléctrico, que fizesse o transporte entre o hotel e o dito parque a quem solicitasse o serviço? E contratar espaço de parqueamento permanente com a administração do parque? Acho que com um pequeno acréscimo no custo das estadias ficaria resolvido, e bem.
Um defeito quase generalizado a todos os hoteis que tenho frequentado: a qualidade do piso antiderrapante das cabines de banho é muito pouco eficaz. Este hotel não se distingue pela diferença. Outra coisa, menos compreensível: as cabines de banho não têm pegas ou varões de amparo no interior para quem as está a utilizar. Mau também para menos jovens e não só. E a sua colocação significaria um custo reduzido.
O espaço posto à disposição para os pequenos almoços é algo exíguo para tanta frequência. Por vezes gerava-se confusão a mais, apesar da diligência e rapidez do pessoal de apoio. Deve ser, durante o tempo para pequenos almoços, estendido até ao bar, e mesmo assim...
Também ligado à questão dos pequenos almoços, temos a parte pior: As máquinas dispensadoras de café e leite. Insuficientes, algumas vezes não dispensando nada, ou só água em vez de café e leite. Também uma ficou inoperante durante um dia; resumindo, a questão das máquinas precisaria de uma revisão qualquer.
E por estas razões um pouco negativas que referi, a qualificação passa de 10 para 8,5!... Mas 8,5 é um excelente e excelente é também o hotel no seu todo. Por isso recomendo-o sem qualquer reserva a quem decidir lá pernoitar. Ficará certamente, tal como eu, com desejo de retornar.
Uma nota final. A televisão é boa.Só me espanta que não possam fazer um acordo com uma operadora de cabo a custo bonificado. O cliente poderia utilizar, se o desejasse, mediante uma pequena taxa.

Schönes Hotel sehr gut gelegen . Sehr gutes Frühstück ( aber je nach Koch ) gute nachgelegt oder nicht Service war sehr freundlich und nett . Zimmer sauber und groß .

Hotel très propre situé sur le fleuve Douro. Chambres très propres et avec très belle vue sur le douro, surtout la nuit. Petit dejeuner copieux. Il est excellent

Een uitstekend hotel met een schitterend uitzicht op de metalen brug *gebouwd door Eifel). Ook kregen wij zonder bijbetaling 4 dagen een upgrade van onze kamer naar een suite op de 1e etage.

El hotel está situado en la parte baja de la ciudad y para llegar al centro es necesario caminar cuesta arriba unos 15mn o tomar el funicular que está al lado. Las vistas dan al río, pero no son bonitas. Las habitaciones son nuevas y amplias, pero la TV no está siempre ubicada en frente de la cama. El desayuno bueno, aunque falta variedad. Conclusion: se queda por debajo de las expectativas. Eso sí, el personal muy amable.

Een geweldig hotel. Wij hadden 4 nachten gereserveerd in een kamer met uitzicht op de rivier. Bij aankomst werden wij verrast dat wij een upgrade kregen en voor 4 nachten de suite op de eerste verdieping mochten gebruiken. Een heerlijke ervaring!! Ook het ontbeit iedere ochtend was uitstekend verzocht. Van zalm tot Franse kaas meerdere soorten nattigheid en zoetigheden. Daarnaast een ruim aanbod aan vers schoongemaakt fruit. En voor de mensen die de dag vrolijk willen beginnen was er ook champagne.
Als laatste nog het compliment aan het personeel, want zij zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een uitstekend hotel met een zeer mooi uitzicht op de stalen brug (Porte Luiz 1) gebouwd door de heer Eifel.

Hôtel idéalement situe, service impeccable, accueil souriant, attentionné et varie sur les languages espagnol, français et anglais pour se comprendre. Chambre propre, eT neuve, àu calme, déjeuner complet, bon choix de produits frais et délicieux. Petite déception sur lheure de fermeture du bar pour le week end. 23h cest tot. Pour les voyageurs arrivant tardivement.

Had to change rooms as we were next to the walkway to the rooftop pool with lots of people walking by and looking straight into our room . New room although quite compact, was pleasant and had river views.

The hotel itself is lovely, well appointed, comfortable, clean, great staff. The location is good, great views, very central to restaurants etc. We felt safe walking back to the hotel in the evenings although the road is very quiet and a bit down at heel. We enjoyed watching the river on our way back from breakfast. If the hotel had more facilities, which the location does not allow, it would be five star. Glad we selected it and would recommend to anyone.

Great location. Excellent accomodation and an elaborate and exquisite breakfast buffet. The staff is friendly but the greatest advantage is just the quiet but oh so nearby location to the historic centre and the gorgeous view on the Dome Luis Bridge.

Das Hotel ist in einer sehr guten Lage meiner Meinung nach. Wir waren in wenigen Minuten an der Ponte Dom Luis I eine der Attraktionen in Porto. Davor ist die Ribeira die Bergbahn die nach oben führ wenn man nicht laufen will. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war die Straße nach dem Hotel zu weil gebaut wurde. Was man aber nicht mitbekommen hat! Es war sogar von Vorteil weil kein Verkehr war und man konnte am Straßenrand parken ohne Probleme. Das Hotel hat wenige Parkplätze und meiner Meinung nach etwas teuer, 15€ pro Tag finde ich. Wir haben kein Frühstück gehabt. Deshalb kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Im großen und ganzen ein sehr schönes Hotel oberer Klasse!!!

I loved this hotel! We had a river view room and it was gorgeus! The room was very nice. We stayed for 7 nights and I still enjoyed the breakfast very much every day. I would definitely recommend!

Negativo: almohadas muy blandas.
Conclusión: volvería y lo recomendaría.

Nos hemos alojado durante tres noches en el hotel Porto Douro y ha sido fantástico. Está ubicado en la orilla del río, a 10 min. andando del centro de Oporto. La habitación era grande y luminosa. Todo el personal del hotel nos trató de maravilla. El buffet es estupendo. La copa de bienvenida, la botella de agua y los bombones, fueron una grata sorpresa. Esperamos repetir muy pronto

Nosotros pedimos la habitación con vistas al rio pagando un suplemento pero mereció mucho la pena pagarlo. Nos costó mucho encontrar el hotel al estar la carretera cortada pero salvo eso tanto las habitaciones (nuevas, bien equipadas y limpias) junto con el buen trato del personal y el que nos invitaran a una consumición del bar del hotel hizo que mereciera la pena ir allí por lo que sí que recomendaría el hotel al ser nuevo y estar bien cuidado. Solo tuvimos un problema con ellos y es que después de irnos nos cobraron 12€ de consumiciones del minibar por error cuando nosotros no habiamos consumido nada así que después de reclamarlo nos devolvieron el dinero.

Un hôtel de grande qualité, une très belle vue sur le fleuve de la Douvo. La chambre est spacieuse et très confortable. La salle de bain est pratique, assez vaste et très propre. Le petit déjeuner est tres complet avec un large choix salé sucré. l'accueil est sympathique et le français est parlé. Je vous le conseil vraiment. En plus l'endroit est très calme.
