Fijn hotel. Mooi centraal gelegen. Prima ontbijt met lekkere verse jus d orange. Onze kamer had geweldig uitzicht op de brug en de rivier. Echt een aanrader voor city trip!

Hotel horrível. Pagamos 3 noites no hotel. Não pudemos comparecer na primeira noite para fazer o chekin, pois tivemos nosso carro furtado na cidade. Varamos a madrugada na delegacia prestando queixa do ocorrido. Quando fomos comparecer no dia seguinte, o hotel cancelou nossa reserva alugou nosso quarto. Ficamos sem quarto sem o dinheiro que já estava 100% pago. Eu e minha esposa ficamos a deriva com uma criança de 1ano e oito meses. Além de tudo os atendentes foram grossos.

The builfing dies not have any distinctive Portuguese features . I found the room quite hot and prefer fresh air to AC. The nature of the windows made it unlikely for it to be easy to open and shut them easily.The breakfast was serviceable but dominated by machines e.g., coffee out of a machine, a vat of almost boiling water to boil an egg.The staff, for the most part were curtious and helpful. The location is terrific; easy to access higher up near the university or lower diwn by the river.

Gutes Hotel, mitten in Porto. Sehr freundliches zuvorkommendes hilfsbereites Personal. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt Sehr gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen. Kleines Manko ist, dass die beiden Aufzüge etwas veraltet sind und man unter Umständen länger warten muss, bis man rauf oder runter fahren kann

O único ponto positivo do hotel é a localização. Porque de resto, não são acessíveis e flexíveis em nada, não possuem serviço de funcionários que carreguem as malas, tendo que subir com as malas por uma escada e ter de colocá-las no elevador sozinho. Sem contar o cheiro de MOFO no quarto do hotel, logo quando entra para lhe dar boas vindas, e quanto ao quarto é minúsculo e não tem uma simples banheira no quarto de hotel. Resumindo, é preferível pagar uma diária mais cara do que receber um lugar que não é confortável e atendimento LIXO!

Muy buen hotel en el centro de Oporto. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo. Las habitaciones están muy bien, limpias y con toda lo necesario. El desayuno está bien, sencillo pero completo (diferentes panes, tostadas, bollería y dulces típicos. Embutidos, yogurt, fruta, zumos naturales...). El inicio inconveniente es el ruido algunas noches, de resto muy recomendable.

The hotel was perfect for our needs. Close to the areas we wanted to visit. Had near access to a parking garage that can be issues in Europe. Staff accommodating and both bar and breakfast area great. Definitely recommend

Loved location of hotel, easy to walk to most of the sites. Nice breakfast in the morning was a treat and got our day started with a positive. Staff was very helpful. We both are 5’-6” tall, so if you’re taller check room or ask for room with no angled walls. Our other relatives had room with no angled walls and they were taller. They banged their heads when they were in our room when we 1st arrived and were planning our day. Hotel was awesome.

Do not recommend. The hotel charges you in full at the time of booking, with no mention that any changes are allowable. Instead, in very small print on the receipt that they send you to confirm the booking -- and at which point they have already charged the full amount -- it states no changes can be made. After a series of phone conversations, they allow NO option to make any change or cancellation regardless of anything. I was requesting a change 10 days in advance. There are other nice hotels in the area, with ethical policies and friendly staff. No Bolsa.

Hotel simples, mas MUITO bem localizado. Atendentes atenciosos. Café da manhã muito Bom, onde vc faz seu suco de laranja na hora e cozinha o seu ovo. O quarto onde fiquei não tinha frigobar, mas a cama é muito confortável. Gostei muito e vou retornar em breve.

Hôtel parfaitement situé à proximité du centre historique, des lieux d'animation et des restaurants.
Chambre confortable sans surplus, petit bémol pour l'isolation phonique (même au 3ème) car les rues sont pavées et les mouettes bien présentes .
En période chaude il manquerait peut-être le mini-frigo car les chambres sont spacieuses...
Ménage des chambres impeccable, petit déjeuner continental très bon. Mention spéciale pour le jus d'orange à presser soi même et les fruits frais en bonne place. On y trouve aussi bien des pains à la française que des viennoiseries locales.
En résumé très bon rapport qualité prix.

Hôtel très bien place, bon notre chambre au 5 ème étage était propre super literie par contre sombre petite fenêtre mais bon on y était que pour dormir petit déjeuner correct le jus d'Orange frais un délice !!!
Je recommande cet hôtel car vous êtes hyper bien placé. N'oubliez pas vos basquettes.

L'hotel est extrêmement bien situé dans le centre historique de Porto.Nous avons pu tout faire à pied depuis l'hotel.
À moins de 10 minutes de la station de métro Sao Bento, moins d'une heure de l'aeroport en métro( changement à Trindade prendre la ligne E)
L'équipe est extrêmement serviable, accueillante, de bon conseils et polyglotte.
Il y a la possibilité de laisser les bagages en consigne le dernier jours pour profiter de Porto en toute tranquillité.
Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses.
Idéal pour un court séjour.
J'y reviendrai avec plaisir

Es absolutamente recomendable: 1. Excelentes recepción sobretodo en la orientación muy necesaria en una ciudad desconocida. 2. Un desayuno muy generoso que ofrece diferentes alternativas. 3. El hotel tiene una ubicación de privilegio en el casco histórico. 4. El precio es razonable. 5. Todos tienen un fluido dominio del español Lo recomiendo.

Hotel u centru, vrlo blizu središtu Porta a i obali rijeke Douru, pa se lako može prijeci u Gaju.. Premda je stariji, vrlo je ugodan, čist, te usluzno osoblje. Dorucak je u restoranu sa pogledom na centar sa dobrim odabirom hrane. Sobe uredne.

Hotel centrale. Camere un po piccole ma in buone condizioni generali e munite dei necessari comfort ivi compresi TV satellitare, aria condizionata, riscaldamento e cassaforte. Buona la pulizia. Colazione più che sufficiente sia nel dolce che nel salato. L'unica pecca, se così si può dire, è costituito dal fatto che tendono a sistemare le camere molto tardi anche alle 16 e ciò ovviamente a discapito del cliente che dopo una mattinata di sali scendi per la città forse avrebbe il desiderio di riposare un po prima di riprendere la visita.

Das Hotel ist in einer top Lage. Mitten in der historischen Altstadt. Man kann alles in der Umgebung erlaufen und braucht nicht extra die Metro.
Die Zimmer sind von der Größe her okay, sehr sauber, jedoch seeehr hellhörig. Ich höre morgens schon im Bett wie andere beim Frühstück die Stühle rücken und werde dadurch wach.
Das Frühstück ist eher auf süß ausgelegt. Es gibt dazu noch Aufbackbrötchen und frischen o- Saft.
Ei oder andere herzhafte Sachen gibt es nicht, nur 3 verschiedene Sorten Wurstware.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Sollten wir nochmal in Porto übernachten, dann wird es wieder dieses Hotel werden.
Für 3 Nächte sehr empfehlenswert.
1 Stern Abzug wegen den hellhörigen Zimmern und dem süßen Frühstück.

Hotel da Bolsa is located close to the river in Porto. It was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful in giving directions. We enjoyed the free port wine tasting offered through this hotel.

perfect according to rate of 3 stars. clean, big, high ceilings room. renovated bathroom, basic amenities, safe box in your room, new windows. modern lighting, flat tv with 333000, lol, chanals. comfortable firm mattress, bidet for those who want to use it and know haw to.
most important is the location. 10 out of 10. old town, perfectly position between pallace de bolsa and Ribera. water promenade or city center equal 10 min up or down hill. restaurants from 7 dollars to sky is the limit dollars. shopping, mostly souvenirs, ruther trinkets wchich we buy and in a few week don't know why. pharmacy, old train station, must see, 10 min walk. Cathedral, 15 min walk. all close by.
breakfast is basic with cold cuts, local bread and sweats, fruits, coffe, tea, juice. you can make fresh orange juice by yourself. nice touch. only one coffe machine. give yourself an extra few mins. very friendly and helpful stuff. no language barrier. absolutely worth between 90 to 150 dollars per night, depends on the season.
so far comfortable, cozy. stay over and enjoy beautiful porto, braga, Douro valle and more. happy travel, happy stay....

The hotel is quite dated, but the position is good and the room was big. It even had 2 bathrooms, both of which were recently redone.

Das Hotel liegt sehr hervorragend mitten in der Altstadt, nah zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, zur Metro , zum Bus , zum Fluss.Das Personal war in allen Belangen hilfsbereit, war aufmerksam und konnte alle Wünsche erfüllen.Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig und schön eingerichtet,Die Bar im Haus war für uns und andere Gäste ein häufig genutzter, weil gemütlicher Ort mit günstigen Getränkepreisen.

Location is great, 10 minute walk downhill from the metro and train station which is only one stop away from the main IR and regional hub. Bed was somewhat comfortable, but rooms are on the small side. Staff was friendly, only complaint was the unwillingness to provide fresh towels. The shower setup is less than optimal and requires an extra towel to wipe the floor up, staff member would not switch the wet floor towel.

Todo genial, está en una situación inmejorable, el desayuno cuesta 8€ por persona así que no desayunamos allí. Por lo demás la habitación era pequeña pero muy cómoda y funcional, todo estaba muy nuevo y limpio. El personal fue muy agradable, nos guardaron el equipaje todo el día gratis.

Ein wirklich sehr tolles Hotel! Das Frühstück war sehr gut! (Reichlich Auswahl, frisches Obst, guter Kaffee und sogar Laktose freie Milch) Toll war dass wir dank dem Hotel eine gratis Verkostung und Führung des Churchill Weinkellers hatten. Von unserem Zimmer im fünften Stock hatten wir eine schöne Aussicht (Siehe Foto)- sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Room was a bit small and do was its bathroom. Room over side street was reasonably quiet. Nice that a historic buildong is being well maintained and put to good use. But the main attraction is certainly its excellent location.

We spent 4 days in Porto and found that the location of this hotel just perfect as it was just minutes away from the river where there were several good restaurants and pretty good shopping. Porto is a vibrant city and we felt very safe walking around even at night.

Good location,expensive for a poor room.Also we had booked a taxi through reception to go to airport.When it did not arrive,we asked receptionist to check for us,After 15 minutes we got a taxi ourselves on street.The receptionist rushed out and tried angrily to stop us getting in to this taxi although the one we ordered never came.He was very cross and was abusive to us and the taxi driver.Overall an unpleasant experience.We had used that hotel previously but never again

Personal muy amable y atento. Lo mejor del hotel ha sido sin duda el personal. Habitaciones pequeñas pero bonitas, funcionales y limpias. Camas cómodas aunque algo bajas. Aire acindicinado. Lo mejor, la ubicación a un precio muy razonable. Desayuno aceptable aunque conviene plantearse la posibilidad de desayunar fuera, teniendo en frente el mercado (con una agradable terraza para desayunar)

Excellent location. Excellent customer service - all hotel staff friendly and efficient. They dealt with our check in very well. All very clean and tidy. Impeccable presentation. Good breakfast - self service and the highlight is fresh delicious traditional orange juice. Comfortable beds, good size room, good toilet. Excellent shower. Negatives were a bit noisy, proper double glazing would be sufficient to cover the noise! Small pillows, old towels and toilet paper in a strange shape - serviettes box!

Une étoile pour l'accueil et le service ( petit déjeuner)
Mais zéro pour la chambre , impossible de dormir chambre très mal isolé, on se croirais dans la rue même au 6ème étage on entend strictement tout ce qui se passe dehors ( voiture, vent, mouette, piétons.. Klaxon en permanence etc) et ça même la nuit ! Le comble pour un hôtel soit disant 3 étoiles

Hôtel super bien situé. A 5 minutes à pied du douro, 10 min à pied de la station de métro Sao Bento, 5 min à pied d'un arrêt de bus touristique... Les réceptionnistes sont très accueillants et prennent le temps pour nous expliquer ce qu'il y a visiter. Le petit déjeuner est bon ( on peut même se presser son jus d'orange). Les chambres sont propres et de taille correcte. La salle de bain est bien. Juste petit bemol: le lit est un peu juste pour 2 gabarits comme mon mari est moi et l'isolation phonique n'est pas top mais comme les autres clients étaient très discrets cela n'a pas posé de problème. Bref je recommande fortement cet hôtel et j'aurai beaucoup de plaisir à reprendre cet hôtel si nous avions la chance de retourner à Porto.

Hotel tre stelle in posizione perfetta per visitare comodamente tutte le maggiori attrazioni di Porto. Il rapporto qualità / prezzo è eccellente, la pulizia impeccabile, la colazione più che soddisfacente (considerato che ai tratta di un tre stelle). La camera è un po' piccola, ma c'è tutto. Il primo piano è rumoroso la mattina a causa del traffico nella strada antistante e la notte tardi nei fine settimana a causa dei giovani di ritorno dalle galerias.

Zentraler geht es nicht. Ausgehmeile und Flussufer sind fußläufig bequem zu erreichen. Parken im nahegelegenen Parkhaus Ribeira für 20 EUR / Tag möglich (einfach reinfahren und Karte mitnehmen; an der Rezeption gibt es Tageskarten, die nachgekauft werden können).Frühstück nicht berauschend, aber ok (Brötchen, Kuchen, Müsli, Obst. Kein Rührei u.ä.).Mein Fazit: Das Hotel besticht vor allen Dingen durch seine hervorragende Lage. Würde es aus diesem Grund wieder bauen.

Alle bedeutenden Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Hotel ist äußerst sauber, das Personal hilfsbereit. - Einziges Manko: Wer gerne zum Frühstück Eier, Rühreier oder derartiges haben möchte, das gibt es nicht.

El hotel se encuentra cerca de la zona monumental , así como de restaurantes .Igualmente si decides visitar otras ciudades la estación de tren está a diez minutos y para ir al aeropuerto tienes el metro cerca. Las habitaciones son cómodas,limpias ,silenciosas y con bonitas vistas .Es para repetir.

Für unseren 2-Nächte-Aufenthalt in Porto war das Hotel genau das Richtige.Wir waren positiv überrascht vom Frühstücksbuffet mit Orangen zum frisch auspressen und den leckeren Brötchen mit Schinken und Käse und auch der gesalzenen Butter.Das Zimmer war für den Aufenthalt sehr geeignet. Die Fenster waren auf Bodenhöhe (Zimmer 203) und wir hatten 4 Stück davon.Leider gab es durch die undichten Fenster etwas Durchzug, was mit dem nassen Wetter zusammen zu einer Erkältung führte, pech halt.Die Lage ist phantastisch und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung von Porto. Die Hotelbar war sehr gemütlich und auch äusserst günstig für unsere Verhältnisse.Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfs- und auskunftsbereit, wenn es um Restauranttips geht.Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen!

Zimmer war sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Nur leider etwas eng für 3 Erwachsene. Der Service war tip top, Zuverlässig und schnell. Unser defektes Fenster wurde sofort repariert. Lage war ideal für uns: nahe zum Fluss und trotzdem nicht weit zum Zentrum. Preis: super (190€ für 3 Nächte und 3Personen). Frühstück war in Ordnung. Der Hit: frisch gepresster Orangensaft.

Zentrale Lage in der Altstadt, darum alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar aber auch recht laut. Die Strasse aus Kopfsteinpflaster direkt vor dem Hotel ist stark befahren, auch in der Nacht. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
