This was a great small hotel that made us feel very welcome. The room was comfortable, and very clean. Jessica at the front desk is excellent! She was so accommodating and friendly. Coming back to the hotel every day was like coming back home. We will definitely stay again.

Super friendly staff Jessica made us felt at home right away (not forgetting Phillip & Samantha as well). Offered us Porto wine. Hotel room was cleverly designed (structure & colours) to fit luggages and stuffs & has an open rooftop to relax & enjoy the city view . Porto's authentic dish Francesinha with egg ( finished the whole dish along with french fries & extra sauce). Restaurant had some really excellent dishes and appetizers as well. Unfortunately it was only an overnight stay before our departure. Must experience the Porto adventure the next time around.

A wonderful boutique hotel with charm and elegance, each room's decor illustrates a different profession. Attentive staff were willing to go the extra mile, including making us a takeaway continental breakfast along with personalised handwritten notes for our very early morning flight on the final day of our stay. The hotel and staff deliver a lovely warmth which makes you feel welcomed and relaxed. Attention to detail was superb, including rose petals and champagne at breakfast on Valentines Day, complimentary Port on arrival, a souvenir postcard in the room and luxury Rituals products in the bathroom. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a small homely place very friendly, caring staff. On my stay there I meet Samanta Jessica Phillip. Amazing quality of staff polite extremely helpful. The made my stay very pleasant and because them only them wouldI highly recommend the Hotel. From the beginning to the end it was excellent customer service. It’s a shame the their management team are not aware of the value they bring to the business. Thanks you Samanta Jessica and Phillip for going above and beyond for making my stay amazing even when things were bad you guys made us happy. Many many thanks. You are an asset to the Hotel.

Beautiful hotel with amazing attention to details. It has a great atmosphere with a beautiful interior decoration. They use Ritual beauty product ‘which is one of our favourite brands’ in the bathroom and across the hotel. The towels are so fluffy and smells great. Good breakfast and very accommodating to extra requests. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They treated us feel like family as soon as we walked in and had a nice bottle of bubbly waiting for us in the room. Highly recommended to anyone who appreciates great taste in style and decor.

Very friendly staff. Very clean room quiet and comfortable. The decoration its really cool with nice local motifs.Breakfast was good but not with much variety as its understandable because its a small property. Unfortunately theres was no restaurant but theres a lot near with local cuisine.The hotel its well located with metro and bus near and a 10/15 walk to the center. Theres a cosy small bar on the top with city view.I loved that they give a nice welcome drink, a very good Port Wine.. For sure a place to come back next time in Porto.

Lovely hotel. Sdaly a work trip so not much downtime but would definitely stay here again - hopefully for a holiday!!

El alojamiento es agradable y el personal muy atento y servicial. La habitación un poco pequeña pero muy correcta y limpia. El desayuno bien, con un café excelente, productos calientes (huevos revueltos, salchichas y bacon), fruta variada (fresas, kiwis, manzanas, peras), embutido justo (jamón y queso - fresco y en lonchas -) y bollería suficiente con tostadas y cereales variados. En general un buen hotel. VOLVEREMOS.

amabilidad de los empleados, lugar acogedor, habitación y cama cómodos , desayuno variado y de buena calidad , ubicación del hotel en la ciudad ,pues permite llegar en paseo agradable hasta el centro ,o coger el metro a escasos cien metros de distancia .

The staff was superb, and the room were comfy and clean. Its decoration was distinctive, and the hotel is close to a metro station. The breakfast was really good. The next time in Porto, ill probably stay at this hotel, one of the best ones ive stayed so far.

Lo que más me gustó fue la amabilidad del personal.Lo de menos, por decir algo, es que tengan el desayuno enfrente de la puerta de entrada, ya que entra bastante frío y te quedas helado. Lo mismo con su recepción, que es una mesa enfrente de la puerta y creo que sus empleados pueden pasar frío allí sentados. Muchas gracias por todo.

Jai aimé larchitecture intérieure réalisée certainement par un artiste , car, originale , esthétique , personnalisée ,nayant rien à voir avec les chambres dhôtel de chaines , anonymes et sans âme : Une belle surprise .

El hotel una cucada es nuevo las trabajadoras son una maravilla de personas pero para mi gusto la habitación se queda pequeña el armario tb no hay suficiente sitio para poner la ropa.

Hotel boutique nuevo con todo lo que buscaba. Buena habitación, terraza con vistas y un desayuno y personal estupendos.

Everything was great, Nice crew. Breakfast was the only negative on my stay, however if I return to Oporto for sure I will try to stay there.
