Overall I was very disappointed in this hotel. I planned this trip as a surprise for my husband and wanted to make it really special so I chose this hotel because of how luxurious it looked in the pictures. The rooms were much smaller than I expected and the walls were paper thin. We could hear everything going on in the room next to us. We had a view of another building from our window, so that was also a disappointment. The bathroom needed some attention in terms of broken tile in certain places. These little details are things I wouldn’t expect to go unnoticed when I paid as much as I did. They offered very few channels on the tv which wasn’t a huge issue except for the night before we flew home when we wanted to have a lazy night in. The bed also was not very comfortable, it was very firm. Although, this might be the norm in Europe. We weren’t able to utilize the pool since it’s not heated and the water was very cold. On to the positives- The view from the terrace was beautiful. The staff is very nice and extremely accommodating. All in all, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Waited 45 minutes to check in as they couldn’t find my friends reservation. Room was small and noisy. There was hair in the shower. Maid came into the room without knocking when there was do not disturb sign on the door. Staff spoke in Portuguese rudely about me and my friend - who they didn’t know spoke Portuguese. Located in a really dodgy part of Porto.

Dirty room - round urine stain on the sheets. Rude staff - had to ask for the staff to change the sheets four times before sheets were changed. Money went missing from room - left about $15 euros worth of coins in the room, was missing when I returned. Very overpriced for what it is.

Muito bom. Fiquei no quarto "Mozart", com banheira com vista para o rio. O quarto é excelente, com apenas 2 problemas fáceis de serem resolvidos:
- Cortina entre a varanda e a banheira não veda completamente e o sol amanhece direto na cama por essa fresta
- Falta de caixa de som no quarto. Uma amenidade que até os hotéis 4 estrelas já tem como padrão.

In Zentrumsnähe gelegenes Boutique Hotel. Individuelle Gestaltung des Bar Bereich. Schön eingerichtete und saubere Zimmer, hervorragendes Frühstück. Sehr herzliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Hatte sehr gute Tipps für Aktivitäten und für das Abendessen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We stayed here for 4 days very nice hotel not far from city centre and things were very good from start to finish, Greeted efficiently by the conciege, we were late so had a drink in the bar after we had our dinner, a nice glass white wine as recommended by the waitress , this was classed as our welcome drink so not charged for, a great start although i had 1 beet instead as i was not in the mood for a glass of wine. We were taken to our room by the receptionist who explained everything, basically said anything we may require we just needed to ask. Room , a superior deluxe, veiw of the main road , plenty of branded toiletries,huge bathroom with heating and aircon that works .great for getting out of the shower., the bed was so comfortable .Everything very clean ( room serviced twice daily which included turn down service) Full map of hotel and Porto provided when we arrived. Breakfast was magnificent, huge selection of fruits, freshly baked pastries and other quality items, you can also order for cook to order items from a menu, however this is not readily advertised. Quality coffee is brewed fresh, a little bit slow when a few people also requiring drinks at the same time the cakes are divine, especially the mini cakes and apple turnovers the best I've ever tasted !
The spa and indoor pool are well maintained, sandals, robes and as many towels as you wish to use are fully provided, unfortunately the weather was not good enough to fully enjoy the outdoor terraces and pool. The location is great for views and aspects of Porto, It is a steep walk down to the town, but steeper walking back, especially in the rain!, however we are active so it wasn't a massive strain, taxis are available in town. All in all, we had a superb break, fantastic hotel, location and staff, cant wait to return in better weather, thank you !
Parking @ hotel is €18 per night although small walk from hotel uphill is parking we managed to get 4 nights for €40 but that was 2 x 3days pass in and out as many times as you want the security lady there helped us out address is in photos

A beautiful design hotel situated close to all the major tourist areas. The difference here however is the quality of service and the high class design of the rooms. Super comfortable beds and amazing views. Try a cocktail on the terrace.

Wonderful hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful. The facility was well kept, the room was superb. Walkable to the downtown area and very close to Torre dos Clérigos. What a gem and will definitely stay here again.

We arrived in Porto just as it was getting dark where the Torel Avantgard has a coned off parking area just in front of the lobby. They immediately came out and parked our car in their secure parking lot just along side of the hotel behind a big black imposing gate. As we entered we met Philipa (hopefully spelled correctly) and Barbara. Both so sweet and kind and inviting. Philipa upgraded us to a suite perhaps because we had just come from the Torel Palace in Lisbon which we also loved. She took us directly up to see it. The hotel as one might surmise from the name has an art theme. Our room, The Rodin, was stunning. Up the lift and out into a beautifully designed hallway...a spindled wall, with a running light at the bottom that awakens as you step out circumscribing the path to the room. Beautiful key-locked doors, two balconies looking out onto the city, a fully modern layout with big spacious cabinets to the right, a sleek sleepable couch and sizable bedroom with its own balcony. Perfect in every way.
The hotel is just up the hill from the river on a charming cobblestone street, the trolly passes by periodically although we never once used it as everything seemed so walkable. Barbara had suggested Oficina, a restaurant about 10 minutes away by foot and it was outstanding, excellent food, service and ambiance, book-ended by the charm of the walk to and from...
Marcio can't be missed. He stands enthusiastic / ready at the front lobby to attend to your every need that is not yet already being met.
The staff at the bar and restaurant is outstanding. The morning buffet is plentiful and you are free to order from the kitchen what you otherwise don't already find. Daniella attended to us each morning with Americano and omelets.
After dinner we sat near the bar and sipped Cognac chatting with the waitresses and tested them on American geography and they were nothing if not impressive as we named one state after another. Americans should only be so knowledgeable about Portugal.
Each and every staff member, so warm and welcoming: taking the baton of management as we encountered them so that there was never a break of continuity in our experience.
On the very last night we were directed to a restaurant called Mistu. The front desk called a cab for us and we were there in minutes. It could not have been more perfect. (We were so happy with all of their recommendations) We walked back to the Torel, ambling our way up the winding cobbled hills of beautifully preserved houses that felt like Paris.
The morning that we were leaving we asked Beatrice at the front desk to give us some ideas of places to see as we drove south back toward Lisbon Airport. We assembled all of our things and walked down to the lobby to get our car but there was no Beatrice and no list and we thought perhaps The Torel is fallible after all and then, just like that, she emerged from a hidden corner where she was busily compiling a handwritten list just in time to hand it to us before Marcio led us out the door to our waiting car.

Tres bel endroit, l'hôtel est bien placé à 15 minutes à pieds du centre historique.
La chambre Dali est belle, moderne et spacieuse. La vue sur le Douro est magnifique.
Les massages sont à découvrir, nous avons eu 50 minutes de bonheur et en toute quiétude.
Pour les points faibles, les étagères de la panderie sont mal fixées, elles ne tiennent pas. Les rideaux laissent passer la lumière et nous avons entendus les voisins marcher et se doucher.
Pour le final, cette nuit, nous avons été réveillé à 2h30 pour prendre nos valises alors que c'était 14h30....
Quelques points sont à améliorer mais cela reste un bon hôtel avec du personnel aux petits soins.

Wish I could rate this higher than 5. The hotel is in an awesome location. The room was very spacious and the bed was so comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Loved hanging out by the pool after a day of exploring Porto.

Amazing service from initial check in to check out. Quietest hotel room we’ve stayed in. The bar has fantastic view across the river and pool is located directly beneath it with similar views. Beautifully finished throughout. Highly recommend for a visit to Porto, good location and one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in overall.

Staff muito competente e simpático, com uma atmosfera única sobre uma vista priveligiada do Rio Douro. Apenas, visitamos o Spa e fomos beber um copo à noite, mas já o repetimos por diversas vezes sempre que vamos de férias a Portugal. Impossivel não voltar. Único senão é a dificuldade para estacionar. Recomendo uma visita, sem dúvidas.

The rooms were unique and spacious. However, this is a neighborhood at the start of regentrification so if you are unfortunate to not have a balcony overlooking the river you get burned, abandoned buildings in disrepair. The outdoor spa is un-heated. The restaurant is average. One bright spot...my technician at the spa was awesome. The spa and spa menu, though tiny hit all the right spots.

After 5 weeks of travelling to over 10+ hotels this was by FAR the greatest hotel my partner and I have ever been to!
Interior was incredible, food was amazing, awesome pool and spa, (the flower room is to die for!) amazing and large rooms and of course 10/10 staff with so much kindness and super helpful!
Manager went out of his way to make sure every guest was happy and took all feedback.
Can’t rave enough about this place.
Thank you for an amazing stay in Porto wouldn’t change a thing!
Will certainly stay again :)

Estive aqui entre o dia 2 e 4 de março de 2018
Quartos pequenos, claramente não sabem o que e uma cama extra pois era um sofá que nem colchão tinha ( muito rijo).
Mas aquilo que estragou o fim de semana foi quando num dos dias em que estavam a tirar o carro da garagem ( não recomendo ) , bateram com o carro. A pessoa que sai do carro nem pediu desculpa por ter batido... Depois disso o gerente Francisco Lorite veio logo falar comnosco e prometeu- nos que o hotel pagaria pelo arranjo. Voltamos para Lisboa e dirigi-me a garagem da marca para pedir um orçamento, depois enviamos para o gerente. Apartir daqui foi um desastre. O gerente não aceitou o primeiro orçamento porque achava muito caro... Pedimos outro orçamento que era um pouco mais barato. Aceitou e reparamos e depois ainda demorarou mais 1 mês a pagar, dizendo que não recebia e-mails nossos semanais a relembra-lo que ainda não tinham pago. No fim o hotel não retirou da conta o pagamento do estacionamento do carro, inaceitável para um hotel de 5 estrelas.
Por fim dizer que o staff, fora quem estacionava os carros era muito simpático e prestável , mas o gerente Francisco Lorite teve um comportamento inaceitável que se preste num hotel de 5 estrelas.

Das Tore Avantgarde war das letzte Hotel auf unserer zwei wöchigen Reise durch Portugal. Grundsätzlich ist es sicher ein schönes und gepflegtes Hotel. Wir fühlten uns jedoch nicht gleich wohl wie in den anderen Hotels auf unserer Reise. Das Personal war zwar sehr freundlich, auf uns wirkte es aber sehr aufgesetzt. Das Zimmer war schlicht und eher klein. Sehr überrascht hat uns, dass wir am Abreisetag für das Frühstück bezahlen mussten. (18 Euro pro Person und Tag) Ist uns wohl bei der Buchung entgangen. Für uns stimmte das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis einfach nicht.

Un hotel de lujo en Oporto, destacable por el buen gusto de sus ambientes y por todos sus detalles. Cada habitación es distinta, inspirada en un personaje célebre, fundamentalmente arquitectos y pintores. Tiene unas excelentes vistas al Duero, tanto desde las habitaciones como desde el restaurante o la piscina. Las instalaciones son impecables, con una decoración hermosa y llamativa. El restaurante merece ser probado, al menos una noche, con su carta no muy extensa, pero original y sabrosa. El personal muy amable te servirá abundante información sobre tu visita a la ciydad. Tiene parking de pago, ellos mismos se encargarán de tu coche. Para repetir cada vez que vuelva a Oporto.

THe hotel restaurant has one of the best sunday brunch in town. Great food, great service, and a great view. I would recommend to make a reservation to ensure you have a seat. And, if the weather is nice, as for a table in the balcony.

Amazing!! This was my first time in Porto and having a clean and relaxing hotel is part of the travel experience. This hotel was excellent!!! The location was about a 5-10 minute walk from the city center. The surrounding area, did look a little abandoned but it was safe to walk at any time. The staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful. We were given a complementary glass of Porto wine upon our arrival. They checked in on us during our first day and whenever they saw us around the lobby or flower room. Their attention and concern about our enjoyment and well being was genuine and was greatly appreciated. I would/will stay here again if I visit Porto in the future and highly recommend this hotel. The flower room is lovely and nice to hang out at. The view from the restaurants’ balcony is stunning. During the day/night you can see Gaia and the wineries. The breakfast was good, as other reviews have stated, however I’m sure you could find other places to have breakfast at for a lower price point. But sometimes it’s nice to just have breakfast so near by. Again, I can’t say enough how wonderful the staff was, they even offered to let us use the showers in the spa before our flight!!! I highly recommend you consider this hotel for your stay.

We had a magic stay at the hotel : beautifully decorated, and over looking the Douro. The hotel is ideally located : possibility to reach many attractions of the city at a walking distance, and tramway station is also very close to go to the see. All the staff is very professional, efficient and very pleasant : at the reception, at the restaurant, at the spa ..Everything is done to make you stay fully enjoyable. Special Thanks to Bruno, the Manager who was so open and kind to talk with us and to recommend us places to visit and many more..We are veryhappy to have discovered this beautiful place. Service is fantastic. The concierge helped us locate the nearest post office and help to mail the envelope. I needed hot water and the hotel restaurant never reject my requests. Love the super king size bed and the extra pillows in the closet.

Le personnel est très agréable, l’hotel est moderne, joli, le petit déjeuner de bonne qualité, mais j’ai eu une double mauvaise expérience lors de la nuit passée dans cet hotel, suite à un bruit de climatisation effroyable. Mon épouse et moi même, n’avons pas dormi , car il y avait un bruit de moteur de clim, bref, suite à cette réservation j’ai mis une bonne note d’ensemble, sauf un 5 en expérience client auprès de l’enquête Booking, le gérant m’a appelé et m’a fait modifier ma note en me promettant de me renvoyer mon chargeur de téléphone oublié dans ma chambre, et de me faire un cadeau d’une nuit d’hotel. Maintenant que j’ai modifié la note sur booking, j’attend encore les promesses et mon chargeur! en fait on m’a trompé ce qui prouve que les notes sur booking peuvent être manipulées.j’espère que Le gérant s’acharnera a me répondre comme il a su le faire suite à mon avis sur booking.

The hotel is a perfect 5 star. We spent there four nights for our honey moon and the experience was really nice. In our rate breakfast was included and the buffet they have is a great one. The location is 10-15 min walk away from the main city attractions, it is a nice and easy walk. We liked the river views from the hotel and the silence in the surroundings. The staff is really nice and helpful. We also went to the spa and it was a really good experience.

Professional and friendly staff treated us very well, and the Leonardo da Vinci room was absolutely spectacular, with one of the best views of Porto imaginable. Try the Charlie Chaplin cocktail in the bar and relax in the stunning Flower Room after a long day's hiking through Porto or after a perfect visit to the Taylor's Port Wine Estates.

This is a small boutique hotel with only 47 rooms. The furnishings are distinctive, with artistic flair yet tasteful. The hotel is located in the heart of Porto, within easy reach of many attractions. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotels Digby Restaurant is a culinary destination in and of itself. Outstanding Portuguese food, well presented. This hotel has won awards in the category of luxury hotels and was a steal for what we paid for it (around $150 including taxes).

Great hotel, really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and nicely designed. The restaurant had really good food. There's a great terrace with a stunning view of Porto. Make sure to enjoy the Turkish bath on the lowest floor.

I loved this place, service, location and decor. It’s a boutique property that offers everything. The staff is wonderful and super helpful. They made all the reservations we requested. Their recommendations were all amazing. As an interior designer, I pay attention to decor and functionality. This place works like a well oiled Machine and looks amazing while at it. The whole place smells amazing. If the concierge is reading this review, please let me know what the scent was in the entire hotel? I’m happy to buy some nd ship home to California.

This is a great spot in a safe neighborhood but away from the tourist hub-bub. The staff was so polite and freindly. They helped us make several great restaurant reservations. Only downside was their was cold pool--no hot tub--yet there seemed to be the equipment for a hot tub. We could have used a warm dip after all our walking of the hills in Porto!

This was a very chic boutique hotel with an interesting design overlooking the Duoro with lovely views, especially when the weather allows outside dining. The reception staff were attentive and helpful recommending some excellent restaurants or tours if you ask them. The room was not the largest but had all the necessary requirements, the bathroom was more of an extension of the bedroom. There was a rather pointless balcony which was like being in a brown box without a particular view other than into an office building opposite. Breakfast was excellent as was the waiting staff. Not perfect but an ok place to stay and close to the city centre.

From end to end, Torel provided us with a wonderful (and all too short) stay in Porto. The hotel is exactly as described and beautiful. The staff beyond compare! And referrals for our guide—Val—and dInner—Cafe Veritude—could not have worked better. The decor of the property is extremely unique and quite Avante garde, as the name would suggest. It was very interesting and there was something to look at everywhere - from floor to ceiling. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating - quite professional. Each room in this rather small boutique hotel is an homage to a modern artist - we stayed in the Pablo Picasso room with its striking artwork and Picasso like feel. We had a lovely balcony with a view of the Duoro River. The restaurant was great, as well with an extensive wine list/cellar. The location of the hotel was a bit apart from the hustle and bustle of the city center or the riverfront, but most everything we wanted to see was within walking distance - with the exception of the wine cellars that were located on the other side of the river.

Excellent boutique hotel, just outside CC but still within walking distance of everything. Stunning views of the city and Douro from the breakfast terrace. Spacious, individually designed rooms and very helpful staff. The only disappointment was that we went to the hotel restaurant Digby on our first night and the food didn't meet our expectations; try Gull down on the riverside instead (5min walk).

One of the best places weve ever stayed. This hotel is gorgeous from the moment you walk in. `Since we arrived before check-in, our room wasnt ready. No worry, Micheal promptly checked us in, unloaded our car, and directed us to the bar for a welcome drink until our room was ready. Each room is unique. Ours was very nicely appointed, spacious and very comfortable. Everything was arranged for us, bags were waiting, welcome note, chocolates, just fantastic. Its clear the staff takes great pride in their job. Wonderful! My only complaint was the rather pricey delivery fee for room service. We ordered dinner in the room because we didnt want to disturb other diners with a crabby 2-year old and the 15e delivery fee seemed a bit excessive. Loved the place nonetheless.

Beautiful rooms and views of the Douro River. Clean and modern. Gorgeous lobby and restaurant and the staff could not have been more accommodating and pleasant. Breakfast was excellent and the lunch I had was top quality. The pool presents a peaceful oasis high up over the river. If you like art, this is the place for you as it is stylish, creative, and classy.

Sehr interessantes innenarchitektonisches Konzept:Jedes Zimmer ist individuell gestaltet. Personal ist sehr engagiert und freundlich, das Haus liegt in 15 Minuten Gehdistanz zum Zentrum. Wir haben auch einmal im Restaurant gegessen; die verfeinerte portugiesische Küche hat uns sehr gemundet.

Mas para se ter essa classificação, um hotel 5* tem que ser impecável em tudo. Não podem haver falhas em nada. E ouve. Quer no jantar quer no pequeno almoço. E algumas delas de palmatória. Há que melhorar. Voltarei e se for o caso corrijo!

Das Hotel besticht durch ein Konzept, welches jedem Zimmer den Namen einer herausragenden Persönlichkeit widmet – und dementsprechend auch die jeweilige Inneneinrichtung (bis hin zu kleinsten Details) anpasst. Alles ist mit Liebe und Sachverstand eingerichtet. Die leise Musik in den Hotelfluren und eine ganz sanfte Duftnote komplettieren den Eindruck… eine Oase der Ruhe... Alles ist sauber und ordentlich (hier scheint man im Zimmer sogar mehrmals am Tag nach dem Rechten zu sehen). Der Service ist stets freundlich, aufmerksam, nett und bemüht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr zu empfehlen und beinhaltet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Das Hotel wurde erst im Herbst 2017 eröffnet. Man legt hier noch sehr viel Wert auf die Meinung der Gäste und ist offensichtlich ständig bemüht, hier auch noch am „Feinschliff“ arbeiten, um sich noch weiter zu verbessern. Für mich ein absoluter Geheimtipp!

Increíble hotel e increíble trato. Mucho mejor de lo que esperamos.
Me quedo corta con todo lo que diga. Localización inmejorable, céntrico pero suficientemente apartado para disfrutar de la tranquilidad de su bonita calle y de las maravillosas vistas. Es el mejor lugar desde donde ver oporto en sus mañanas o sus atardeceres, de verdad las vistas desde las habitaciones, el restaurante o la piscina son mágicas.
Las habitaciones son de un gusto exquisito. Super design. Dan ganas de no salir en todo el día.
El staff del hotel es joven, amable y muy entusiasta. Todos un 10.
El desayuno, toda una experiencia. El comedor no puede ser mejor. Música cuidada, vistas de película y materia prima local deliciosa.
Sin duda volveré cada vez que vaya a Porto.

Superb establishment! Everything was really perfect. An unforgettable stay. I recommend the suite "Coco Chanel" which offers a dazzling view of the city both day and night. The huge bathtub with stunning views is magical. The amenities and the charm of the room are optimal. Nespresso machine and luxury cosmetics adds a not insignificant. The staff is very friendly and professional. A perfect geographical location to visit the city. The terrace of the bar offers a beautiful view. This hotel has a truly magnificent architecture and design. The breakfast and the service is perfect. On my next trip to Porto, I will be putting my suitcases back here.

Wir hatten einen fantastisch schönen Aufenthalt in Porto im Hotel Torel Avantgarde. Jeder Raum ist eine gelungene und kreative Kreation aus schönsten Ideen. Wir waren drei Nächte im Van Gogh Zimmer und konnten dort locker zu Dritt hausen. Nebst dem riesengrossen und superbequemen Kingsize Bett gab es ein separates 140cm Bett. Alles war sauber und perfekt. Man hört überhaupt nichts, weder von den Nebenzimmern, noch von draussen.Das Personal ist hervorragend geschult, spricht fliessend Englisch und war auch supernett bereit auf unsere Extrawünsche in Bezug auf die Feier eines runden Geburtstags einzugehen. Dies wohlgemerkt nebst dem selbstverständlichen Champagner mit einem Gratulationskärtchen auf dem Zimmer.Die erhöhte Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend geeignet für einen grossartigen Ausblick von der Terrasse und den Zimmern. Hut ab vor so viel Schönheit, wir kommen gerne wieder :-).Auch für den Start ins Startzentrum muss man nicht mehr viele Höhenmeter erklimmen. Porto selber hat so viel Charme, die Portuenser sind absolut liebenswert.

Wir waren im Dezember im Hotel Torel Avantgarde. Wir fanden das Hotel toll eingerichtet und das Personal war äußerst freundlich! Vom Empfang über die Bar bis hin zum Reinigungspersonal. Alle sehr zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet und wir haben sehr, sehr gut geschlafen! Himmlische Betten! Die Lage ist phänomenal 5 Minuten zum Fluss und 5 Minuten ins Zentrum - zu Fuß. Uns wurde ein Restaurant empfohlen zum Tapas essen - ehrlich gesagt dachten wir alle, dass wir wahrscheinlich nicht hingegangen wären wie es von außen ausgesehen hat... Das Essen war einzigartig - sooooooo gut! Unbedingt im Hotel danach Fragen! Es gibt in der Nähe an der Flusspromenade eine Gin-Bar! Wahnsinnige Auswahl! Leckere Cocktails (auch für die, die keinen Gin mögen). Absolute Empfehlung - immer einen guten Tipp vom Hotelpersonal. Einzig kleines Manko -> Das Personal an der Bar braucht recht lange. Aber da wir in einer wirklich lustigen Gruppe unterwegs waren und uns sehr, sehr gut unterhalten konnten - war dies wirklich kein Punkt bei dem ich einen Abzug geben würde.

We have been seduced by this hotel. We first booked a classic room and have been upgraded to suite. Wonderfull, modern and classic, the decoration is unique, based on artists of the world. The atmosphere has been refined and unrivalled !! The staff is young, so kind and always polite. The view is wonderful and it is the best breakfast I ever had !! 5 stars for creativity, the view and the eagerness of the staff to please. It’s a new hotel, so some kinks are being worked out, but nothing worth losing a point for IMO. Sometimes concepts overtake function in the layout of the rooms and the hotel, but the overall effect is great. Specifically recommend the coco Chanel room for its breathtaking views from private balcony and oversized soaker tub.

Would not stay again. Yes the hotel is new, yes the staff was friendly, and yes the location is good. My problem was that the only room pictured on the website were of the only big suite on the hotel. Every other room is extremely small and, in my opinion, not well divided. We rented a so called ''master suite'' which featured a bedroom and a living room (totally useless) , both were approximately 7 square meters. Just not satisfactory for such a name. If they had called it a suite or something less extravagant we wouldnt of expected more. Overall, the lack of pictures of their rooms can only confirm that they also know and believe my comment from before, that the rooms are tiny. Architectural fail.

Die Einrichtung ist phantasievoll und schön. Das Bett war sehr bequem, selten so gut geschlafen. Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist professionell und sehr engagiert. Haben selbst Erfahrung in der Hotellerie und können das Haus empfehlen.
Die Auswahl des Frühstücksbuffets war zwar besser als im Allgemeinen auf der iberischen Halbinsel, könnte aber gern noch vielfältiger sein. Auch scheint mir, das Frühstücksteam muß sich erst noch richtig einspielen... Schade auch, daß ein Spa genannt wird, der aber lediglich aus Dampfsauna und Außenpool besteht.

I booked 5 rooms for 10 people as part of a September 2017 family vacation. The hotel isn't even open yet (it is about to), and I had a small glitch in the booking process. The hotel manager Francisco, and Rita, helped me immediately, from their mobile phones and on their personal time, at 9PM ON A SATURDAY NIGHT (which is an incredible level of personal service). They addressed the issue and made sure to put my family in the best rooms available at the best price. Great personal experience dealing directly with the hotel and we are really looking forward to our stay!
