Très bien situé, propre et moderne. À quelques pas de l’université et des jardins botaniques. Seul point négatif, il n’y a pas de réception et pas toujours de personnel sur place, alors assurez d’avoir le numéro de téléphone pour appeller si vous arrivez en dehors des heures normales pour le « check in ».

A part la déco Ikea de la chambre (familiale pour nous), qui rend bien sur les photos, je ne vois pas trop ce quon pourrait aimer. Certes, elle était propre. Mais, à part ça... Limmeuble est plutôt proche des intérêts touristiques, mais je ne my serais pas sentie en sécurité sans mon mari à mes côtés. En plus, quand nous sommes arrivés à la chambre, la porte avait été forcée et un pan de bois fracturé. La porte (légère et qui ne couvrait pas toute la hauteur) fermait, mais un coup de pied dedans et elle aurait volé! Jai eu droit à quelquun va passer quand jai contacté le n° de contact. Personne nest jamais venu! Les environs et limmeuble sont TRES bruyants! On a eu du mal à trouver le sommeil! On y avait réservé 2 nuits. On a eu envie de partir après la 1ère, mais les valises, les enfants dans une ville aussi escarpée que Coïmbra, ça nous a découragés! Donc, évitez de faire comme nous: ne réservez pas même une nuit!

Wat een leuke plek! Eenvoudig, schoon, erg leuk ingericht en in hartje Coimbra: wat wil je nog meer! Je kamer is klein maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en de keuken beneden is heel gezellig en grenst aan een prachtig binnenplaatsje. Tja en als je daar met zijn drieën lekker slaapt voor maar €45,- , met een eigen kamer voor de 15-jarige puberdochter, dan heb je gewoon een superdeal gedaan!

C'est propre mais sans plus. Très difficile de stationner aux alentours. Pas très bien isolé on entend les voisins et les chasses d'eau en pleine nuit comme si c'était dans notre propre chambre.

La porte dentrée de notre chambre donnait directement sur la rue. On avait limpression de coucher sur le trottoir et comme rien nest isolé (en fait jai dû mettre une serviette pour boucher la fente sous la porte),on aurait pu répondre au gens qui discutaient dans la rue!!!! Des étudiants ont festoyé de 11h00 à 4h00 du matin SANS ARRÊT. Les voisins hurlaient. Bref, ce fut lenfer!!!! Nous avions réservé pour 2 nuits et avons quitté le 1e matin, épuisés de notre nuit blanche!!!

깨끗해구 진절하니다.. 근데 후스탤 윚치가느무느무 노파요... 져 퀘리어 끌구올롸왓는디 따미 주릌주릌...... 힝드러서 쥬굴쀈해쒀엽 글구 목제건물인데 봥음안되고 아췸에 사뢈들 와따가따하니까 난리네요...ㅎ

The apartment is very new, with a well furnished shared kitchen, also very close to palace of schools of Coimbra university. Excellent location and very comfortable stay.

The hotel is located in the historic centre of Coimbra, near the University and the cathedrals. Lots to visit and enjoy the unique atmosphere of the town! We had a nice view of old town from the window. The room was clean and comfortable, but VERY small. The kitchen downstairs is nice, and in principle it offers the possibility of cooking and dining in it, but it may get very busy if in use by several tenants simultaneously. Some nights students were very VERY loud (talking/singing) somewhere on the streets in the vicinity of the hotel and it was hard to sleep. The hotel is not too far from the (Coimbra A) train station but it is up on the hill, which could be challenging to clime (especially with luggage). One can use the public transport (or taxi) to get to Se Nova cathedral and then walk from there.

Boa localização. Proximo a Universidade de Coimbra. Instalações simples mas suficiente para uma ou duas noites e valor da diária justo.

Excelente qualidade/preço. Quartos acolhedores cama e almofadas confortaveis.

Muito bom. Aconchegante. Tem televisão a cabo, uma cama muito foto, tem um lugarzinho para se guardar as roupas. Sem contar que na cama tem quatro cavetas. Duas em cada lado. Um wc (um banheiro com alguma quente dentro do quarto). E lembrando que temos uma cozinha para cozinhar e guardar seus alimentos.

The room was super clean and very warm however the door had an hole from previous lock and it could bem seen thru inside. Should had more bins in the room. We did enjoy our stay and thank you for having us.

Location is excellent and very clean. It’s right beside the national museum and on a bit hill climb to get to. The owner provided detailed instructions for checking in which was very helpful.

El lugar se encuentra en un callejon oscuro, imposible llegar en coche. La habitacion esta llena de hormigas, pequeña y muy ruidosa.Todo lleno de sacos con ropa sucia de las habitacionesLo unico bueno una estancia con cocina para compartir.

Fantastic location in the old town, a little daunting to find initially because of the collection of narrow cobblestoned streets, but tucked in between the old and new cathedrals, the University and right next door to the Loggia restaurant. Comfortable rooms, great bed, great shower, super clean, excellent wifi.

Sadly, my stay was NOT epic. The room had a wet patch when we went in. It was raining when we arrived so thought we had brought it in with us. No. Shower next morning showed that the tray had not been sealed. Water all over the bathroom floor and into the main party of the room had to use distress towels to mop it up. The room itself was permanently damp. My wet clothes were still damp. The neoprene case that I cover my tablet with was the only thing that keep moisture out of my gadgets. For what we paid, I wasn't expecting much but a dry room surely isn't too much to ask.

The location is good on the one hand - close to the uni of Coimbra, yet, slap bang in the middle of “through the night” excessive student noise. Our room (room 2) was so small that we had no place for our suit cases

Muy buena limpieza, localización ideal y las camas muy cómodas lo único malo es que al ser el.check in automático cada uno llega a la hora que quiere y alguien ha llegado a las 3 de la mañana y ha intentado abrir la puerta de nuestra habitación porque.no sabía cual era la suya.

The first thing you'll realize is that the pictures they posted for their property were taken with a super wide angle lens :). The rooms are not as big as you would imagine from the pictures. We were four of us, 2 adults and 2 children and it is definitely a tight fit. if you plan to spend most of your time in the room then this might not be the place for you. But since we barely got to the room until late night we did not mind it too much. The room itself is very clean, but our room was sloping to one side so makd it a little difficult to sleep, cause you tend to roll over in that direction. The location of this place is the best selling point because it is very central. You do have to climb up and down steep inclines whether it's by car or walking, but since most of the activities are in this area you don't have much of a choice. The property itself gives you the impression of a youth hostel as opposed to a hotel if that's what you were thinking. There is some parking close by on the street and it is free in the evening from 7:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. and the weekends are free. The parking is not very expensive and we paid about 4 euros for 6 hours. There is a shared kitchen which is decently equipped. Now that I know what to expect, I would be more prepared but will definitely come back again because it is too central to give up for its other nuances.

Comptez 8€ de la gare de Coimbra B jusquà lappartement. Accueil agréable des 2 dames sympathiques en charge de la maintenance de létablissement qui sont de bons conseils pour les visites en ville. Café Espresso pour la machine disponible le 1er jour, puis plus rien. Dommage ! Localisation idéale pour les visites. Par contre, quartier bruyant en journée à cause des travaux avoisinants et aboiements de chien jusque minuit audibles depuis la terrasse mais pas de la chambre ! Voisins qui discutent, se disputent ou regardent leur tv audibles de la chambre. 3 jours à Coimbra un peu juste pour tout visiter à laise. Mettre bonnes chaussures de marche pour les déplacements car il y a beaucoup de rues très en pente. Agréable séjour globalement!

There was human poop at the front door at our arrival. When informing the owner, he replied that was the city responsibility to pick it up. Nobody picked the poop up during our stay making it very unpleasant as we had the bad odor inside the apartment. In addition, dogs, cats and people transited all night in front of the apartment, there was not quiet at any time.
