Ich war vor einem halben Jahr da, es war super schön, nette Mitarbeiter gab es auch, auch deutsch redendes Personal gab es, sonnst konnten aber auch alle englisch, es gab Angebote zum Zeitvertreib, große Zimmer und mehr Schlafgelegenheiten als angegeben. Alles in allem der tollste Urlaub!
Hotel muss unbedingt ein 5-sterne hotel sein!

Mini kids water park was unique. On the downside, they had too many people for the layout of the Buffett. For the volume of people(especially kids) not being in any queueing system, but rather running in circles, led to some disorganization. Gym needs help, some equipment which looked New was not in good stable condition.

Magnífico hotel, exquisito trato de todos los empleados. Diversión y distracción para los niños. Menú variado en todas las comidas incluyendo sin gluten. Mucha limpieza. Con ganas de repetir. Lugar muy recomendable con parking cubierto.

It was wonderful property. Clean and spacious rooms. Very friendly staff. Big swimming pool. Good facilities for kids. In terms of food, I didn’t find many options as I am vegetarian. Good food options for kids though.

Great place and well setup for families.
We're not usually big fans of All inclusive but this was an exception - plenty of choice, good selection of vegetarian food and all round great tasting food from around the world (Portuguese dishes were amazing).
Spotlessly clean throughout.
Handy bits to note:
- Beach/ pool towels provided (10€ deposit each) saving on baggage space.
- hotel provided direct taxi transfers from Faro airport - only €37 each way and a quick email to arrange.
5 star holiday from the adults (33) and the children (8 and 5).

One thing to bear I mind if you have young children. The dinner service doesn't start until 6.45 pm

Hemos pasado cuatro días allí y ha estado bien. La comida buena, aunque poca variedad. Todo muy limpio, y es un hotel muy tranquilo.Mejoraría los cócteles y bebidas alcohólicas. También recalcar que está más enfocado al turismo inglés y demás, nada para los españoles, incluso los animadores no hablaban español casi nada. Tuvieron el detalle de darnos el almuerzo de cortesía el día de la salida.

When this hotel mentions "family it really means children and lots of them! It's like a playgrouo. I must say the food was really good hence the 2 star rating but if you are in a holiday group without children I would avoid this hotel. The rooms echo and you can hear the kids running around and shouting from morning til night - not a very relaxing holiday for me as part of a couple. Bar closes at 11.00pm too

Es un resort amb habitacions tipo apartament amb cuina inclosa. Si vas a pensio complerta els menjars del hotel son buffet lliure i inclou les begudes siguin amb o sense alcohol. El menjar es bastant variat i la qualitat es bona.

There was 14 of us stayed here including children as we were all here for a wedding in villamora. This is a fantastic hotel and great for the kids. The onsite mini waterpark was great and the kids spent a lot of time in it. The main pools were large enough and the smaller baby pool was always busy. The staff were all fantastic and very friendly and so were the cleaners. Nothing was ever a problem for any of the staff. They made you feel very welcome and were always smiling and happy to see you. The food in the restaurant was beautiful and there was different theme night so you had a good choice of what to have. This place was only a short walk to the beach and on the way there there was lots of bars, shops, restaurants to visit. When we visit Portugal agian we would definitely stay back here.

I have traveled a lot and I know what is a good hotel and a bad. How did this hotel get its 4star. I paid more money because of that and I was so disappointed.
Hotel was clean and staff nice but it was so boring to stay there on all inclusive. No activities for older children and adults during the day. During our stay it rained one day and people were so bored. Only activity on that day was eat. The apartments are far from main building so expect to get wet. Swimming pool was freezing and no indoor swimming poor.
Restaurant was worst. The staff at the door was rude. We were a family of five and he told me that if we don’t come together he will not allow the others in as it was busy period. Not big enough to accommodate the number of guests. Very long queues to get inside restaurant and at food counter. Breakfast was worst. If you are vegan expect to have only salad rice chips baked potato and fruits. Every vegetables cooked had butter. Cooked food looked very unhealthy. They were swimming in oil and butter.
Room’s wall as so thin. You could hear all outside noise, every flushing toilets and kids screaming. After 5 pm no hot water. I had to go tell them everyday. Communal toilet were so dirty.

It was good. Food - lots of choice, stuff very good and helpful. Guests ...well some were just pure animals with a brain of a cockroach. Premier L football shirts farting burping and drinking more, more and more beer ... all day every day from dusk till dawn and of course their children rioted the place behaving like Taliban. So if you are lucky you will enjoy if you are not so lucky ... well do fotos and vid to humour your self for years to come.

O hotel é sem dúvida muito muito muito bom. Comida sempre boa à maneira do português. Todos os dias muita variedade. Uma limpeza a nivel geral do hotel de 5estrelas mesmo. As crianças deliram com o parque aquático e com a atenção que têm das animadoras, é um hotel muito seguro para crianças.
Este hotel para ficar mesmo top top era ter uma sauna/jacuzi e piscina interior, é difícil chover no Algarve, mas se chovesse olha que eu não sabia como passar o tempo!

It was a great place to stay. The hotel rooms were well kept and clean, could have done with a couple of mugs and a bit of crockery if we had stayed longer.
Staff we very good at every level from reception, bar staff, catering staff, entertainment staff, manager. The whole lot, very courteous and helpful.
Had things to keep the children entertained.
The food was good but could have had a few more options. Beer and drinks were plentiful, mainly local brands but we're of a reasonable standard. Cocktails were the only let down, they were pre-mixed and overly sweet.
You are 10mins walk to a really nice sandy beach. And can get to the Albufeira old town or Vilamoura are ose, but don't take the hop on / hop off bus. It is basically a trip around the big hotels punctuated by the two towns.

If your looking to come to Albuferia, I highly recommend this hotel. As soon as we arrived, they welcomed us. The customer service is absolutely fantastic. The reception, restaurant, bar staff are all very friendly and helpful. We actually moved from one resort to this resort as the other hotel had poor customer service and horrible rooms. This was a complete different atmosphere and everyone are so helpful. I also injured my leg and therefore unable to walk without assistance. The hotel found out and they helped as soon as possible. They delivered food to my room (as i was unable to walk), pushed me in the wheelchair around the resort. Whatever I needed, they delivered to my room so quickly. This was very surprising as they had a genuine interest in me and my family. The apartment was so clean and beautiful. Housekeepers done a great job. Living room/kitchen and bedroom are very spacious for families. We came with a child, baby, pregnant lady and we were very comfortable here. As soon as you enter the restaurant, you get welcomed, which is very nice. This place is nice for couples / families / friends. The reception really help you out with things to do around the area, if you’ve lost an item etc. The representation of Jet2 was very very helpful also, I wouldn’t know what I would have done without her. She helped me call the ambulance when I injured myself, help me find lost items, done a lot. So I definitely recommend this resort!

The only fault in the entire complex is the lack of s launderette, something essential for families. Putting that aside it's an excellent hotel and all the staff can't do enough for you. The all-inclusive food is varied and cooked very well, you certainly can't go hungery here. The apartments are roomy and kept clean with daily towel changes, perhaps the lack of mainstream British TV channels might cause some annoyance for the families needing to spend more time in the evenings in their rooms due to tired out children.

Hotel genial para familias. Tiene una piscina grande en el centro del hotel y un pequeño parque acuático para niños mayores de dos años. Las zonas comunes muy nuevas y limpias. Restaurante buffet muy completo y zona de aperitivos para media mañana y merienda. Al ser todo incluido no te falta de nada. Las habitaciones son tipo apartamento así que es ideal si se necesita preparar comida/papillas a bebes más pequeños. Volveremos

This place is REALLY good for families. The stay we had here was super pleasant. The staff is very friendly, helpful. Food is maybe not the best thing here, but they have good and better days. I would recommend this hotel without any hesitation!

We had a great pleasure to stay at Humbria Hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful. The flat was clean with good size to fit 4 of as. The flats are cleaning and flesh. The bar and snack are are good and full of opinions. The restourant offering good variety of food for Lunch, Dinner and Breakfast. The Hotel offer full of activities for children's if you look for a family all include Holiday i super recommend .

No me parece correcto que mi hija de 14 años pague como un adulto cuando ella no tiene habitación ni consume como un adulto. Las actividades no siempre se corresponden con lo anunciado. En el cartel ponía que el sábado haríamos body balance y en realidad fue una clase de estiramientos de 20 minutos.

We have just completed a week all inclusive at the Clube Humbria hotel.
GOOD POINTS,
The room was spacious , large TV in room area and TV in bedroom.
The food was good and varied .
Entertainment was very good .
Children's entertainment was very good.
BAD POINTS,
Very noisy in restaurant , mainly from dishes and crockery being cleared away by staff.
Checking out should be made very easy , we had to wait 30mins while a family checked in for there holiday to hand in our room fob , which took 30seconds, which is really poor service...
All in all we have enjoyed our stay ...

We have stayed here for 4 days and the staff cannot do enough for you, it has been a fantastic break and would reccomend to anyone who wants a stress free holiday, a big thank you to Ruben the manager and his fantastic team of staff more making our famalies stay a great one we will certainly be back. Club sympa en hors saison ... la piscine est jolie les chambres aussi les toboggans sont sympa notre fils de 5 ans à pu y accéder car il fait plus de 20 kg (attention les enfants de moins de 6 ans n y ont accès qu a cette condition ) ... nous y avons passé 2 nuits pour fêter l anniversaire de mon mari ... nous avons eu le droit à une petite bouteille de mousseux dans la chambre avec une petite carte de la direction nous avons trouvé ce geste très sympathique.
Le seul bémol pour nous est le restaurant très cantine et nourriture pas très top (mais bon il y a du choix et de la quantité ) ... le all inclusive est top ...

Hotel food was excellent
Everywhere was spotlessly clean
Staff very friendly and helpful
Downside was I’ve never seen so many babies and toddlers and the constant screaming drove us insane
Also night entertainment was the worst I’ve ever seen really needs to improve
Overall we enjoyed very much apart from hubby having his mobile stolen which was 900.00 he was distracted by Portuguese gypsy man

Bon club en appart hôtel. Francophone même si clientèle essentiellement étrangère. Très agréable pour venir en famille avec un espace ludique, un club et une aire de piscine aménagé pour les enfants. Formule tout inclus avec un restaurant qui renouvelle le buffet à chaque repas et propose des soirées à thème. Bonne situation.

Jai passé un bon séjour dans le club du 16/08au 29/08 chambre spacieuse et propre le service est nickel.Lanimation se fait discrète et cest pas plus mal pour la tranquillité Petit point négatif pour les lits dans le salon qui sont en fait placés sur des murets donc pas évident de faire dormir des enfants. Pour la nourriture le buffet est assez varié avec quand même une tendance vers la cuisine anglaise comme dhab... Et dommage quil ny ai pas de snack pour les lève tard Dans lensemble un séjour agréable Avé un service au top mais pensez à réserver en avance sinon le rapport qualité prix sera faussé

Staff da recepção muito Simpatico e atencioso. Apartamentos espaçosos, muito limpos. Espaço exterior muito agradável, piscina espectacular, parque aquático fez as delícias da pequenada. Comida muito Variada e bem confeccionada. Parqueamento privado e subterrâneo
O meu filho fez anos durante a estadia, e houve a atenção de lhe darem uma prenda personalizada, uma t-shirt do hotel com o nome da meu filho pintado à mão e um boné, tudo num bonito embrulho. São promonores que não se esqueçam. Irei de certeza voltar.

Vacaciones en familia con dos peques desde Asturias al Algarve...En resumen: Excelente!
La realidad se ajusta a las fotos de Internet... Paisajes de ensueño, buen tiempo, bonitos atardeceres...
Y el alojamiento insuperable: Apartamentos modernos, amplios, con terraza...rodeados de palmeras!
Nivel de limpieza muy alto en todo el hotel.
El restaurante es tipo buffet... El menú cambia a diario, pudiendo elegir entre multitud de ingredientes deliciosamente cocinados a gusto de cada uno tanto al desayuno como almuerzo y cena (pescados, carnes, marisco, pasta, pizzas...) incluso cocina a la plancha en directo!! Rico rico!!
Botellas de agua (gratis) bajo petición en recepción.
Una característica a reseñar: se aplica un código de vestimenta en el restaurante, no se permiten bañadores mojados, pies descalzos ni tórax descubiertos.
Hay 3 piscinas a cada cual mejor, la infantil es casi un parque acuático de chorros de agua y toboganes. Nuestros peques lo pasaron en grande con juegos, minidisco, magia, espectáculos nocturnos, cocteles...
Pero lo mejor del hotel: los animadores y la gerencia, todos maravillosos, amables, divertidos... Mención especial para Rubén Miguel y su eterna sonrisa!!
Gracias a vuestro esfuerzo y dedicación hemos tenido unas vacaciones inolvidables y los niños no quieren volver a casa! ¡¡Repetiremos!!

Ideal para niños. Son los que más disfrutan. Buffet correcto, pero horarios un poco tempranos para lo habitual en España. Todo incluído bien pero bebidas alcohólicas de calidad mejorable. Playa cercana, aunque vale la pena coger el coche y desplazarse a playas un poco más lejos y menos masificadas. Habitaciones correctas, sin grandes lujos pero lo necesario para un apartamento de sol y playa. Recomendable.

This is a very nice hotel with an all inclusive regime. Located in a quiet place in Algarve, it is a very nice place to spend your holidays with your family and spend a quality family time. The hotel also has animation during all day and night for those who want to have some fun during the day.

Área envolvente ao hotel e ao parque aquático e piscina muito bom, excepto a limpeza envolvente à área anexa à piscina(cheia de lixo como copos guardanapos, etc...), também não se nota qualquer tipo de limpeza nem arrumação por parte do staff EXCEPTO DO DIRECTOR MARCUS RïPOLLI do espaço hoteleiro que e o único que se vê trabalhar tanto a apanhar os restos de lixo do empreendimento como ate a despejar o próprio lixo deixado nos caixotes.
Os quartos muito espaçosos, mas não havia conforto nas camas.
As refeições pouco variadas, a comida com pouca qualidade e variedade e horários muito restritos chegando há hora e os funcionários começam a retirar o bufete sem que os hospedes tenham terminado as suas refeições.
Os menos são sempre repetidos todas as semanas são iguais.
A localização é excelente perto da praia como restaurantes bares farmácias, bancos, multibanco e afins.
Praia óptima, lugares de estacionamentos tanto exteriores como interiores excelentes, simpatia dos funcionários boa, água gratuita (engarrafada) e bebidas de excelente qualidade.A limpeza dos quartos e feita tarde normalmente durante o meio da tarde.

Agradavel para as crianças....mas bastante insuficiente pelo valor cobrado, apartamentos muito minimalistas, fraca qualidade, comida satisfatória mas bebidas miseraveis...nem um sumo natural se consegue.....conclusão pelo preço é uma visita a não repetir.

Impresionante nos alojamos en este hotel en agosto con el todo incluido y puedo decir que lo único bueno que tiene es el buffet la piscina llena de cochonetas sin sitio ni para darte un baño y eso que hay un cartel en el cual las prohíben la animación de pena la bebida más mala imposible para no tener no tienen ni champagne en el todo incluido solo botellas de pago el cual una botella sale en 24 euros de las que venden en el Mercadona 2 por 3 euros después de que el hospedaje cuesta un paston no recomiendo a nadie no volveremos más y no suelo hacer nunca comentarios

Bardzo dobry hotel dla rodzin z dziećmi. Przestronne czyste pokoje składające się z dwóch pomieszczeń (sypialnia + salon z aneksem kuchennym). Obiekt bardzo czysty - regularnie sprzątany. Dwie strefy basenowe - dla dorosłych (bez atrakcji dla dzieci) oraz dziecięcy z kilkoma zjeżdżalniami i atrakcjami wodnymi.
Przy hotelu duża ilość miejsc parkingowych.
Obsługa w 99% przypadków rewelacyjna.
Na terenie obiektu znajdują się dwa bary czynne do 23.
Jedzenie (all inclusive) smaczne choć na dłuższą metę może być monotonne. Zdarzają się kolejki do restauracji z uwagi na sprawdzenie numeru pokoju przed wejściem oraz na fakt, że stolik wybiera obsługa.
Plaża - około 900 metrów, z dosyć stromym zejściem.
Generalnie warto odwiedzić.

This all inclusive hotel was by far one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. We stayed for 14 days. The entertainment was different every night and really enjoyable from different bands to dancers. Although this was repeated the second week, we still enjoyed it. The staff were always happy and helpful, greeting every guest with a smile and small chat, there were 3 members of staff that made our stay outstanding with their way with my children and always playing with them and making them giggle, 2 were the pool lifeguards and 1 was Alfo, I think, 1 of the waiters in the restaurant. There's lots to do at the hotel from a gym, games room, sports field, the water park as well as the main and children's swimming pool. My children are 10 and 12 and they were never board. The food was incredible, always something different with themed nights and if you don't like new foods there was always pasta, Bolognese, chips, pizza and nuggets too. The whole place was extremely clean and everybody respected that. Thank you Clube Humbria for a wonderful stay.

Excellent good food and facilities and the staff are very friendly, helpful,and nothing is a problem .the room was spotless. In fact the whole resort was impeccably maintained. I would not hesitate to recommend this complex to anyone whether you are a family with children or just couples young or old. There is plenty to do during the day and shows in the evening. It's only a 10 minute walk to the beach and there are local shops and restaurants nearby. Buses run frequently from the main road which is 1 min from the complex ,into albufeira or the taxi costs about 6 euros . We will be going back again definitely.

Best family holiday abroad so far. We had a fantastic time.
Our room was large, very clean and well looked after. There was a great selection of food at each meal with lots of local dishes and all allergen contents were marked clearly. Lots to drink and it was always cold.
Both pools were just the right temperature and staff were in attendance all the time.
Local shops and beaches are a couple of minutes walk away.

Absolutely fantastic place.. ESPECIALLY FOR COELIACS This was the first time since my husband was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease some 7 years previous that we decided to try an “All Inclusive” mainly because you also stay in an apartment, meaning if things go wrong we have our own small kitchen and fridge etc.. it was NEVER used we had lovely food, so much choice very meal time and everything clearly labelled also the maître D’/Host at every meal greeted my husband and asked if he would like GF bread or toast, if he wanted a pasta dish he only needed to ask and same with GF Pizza they honestly were fantastic. Everyone we met that worked here had a smile and greeted us with a hello even the cleaning ladies were very helpful when my son became very ill. The apartments are fab, with Flat screen TV in main room (we didn’t have one in bedroom) also has a USB slot so we took our Netflix with us which came in handy when my son was poorly. We found the beds comfy too. The entertainment was ok but we enjoyed playing cards most evenings. The only thing I can honestly complain about is when/if it rains be careful with your balcony.. it’s like a sheet of ice, myself and husband both slipped up and landed on the floor
Hotel & food are wonderful though and we are looking at returning ...which we NEVER do as we always like to try different places, but just knowing my husband can be catered for & so well, has us looking at the website again

The entertainment was shocking the food was basic but okay the beds was so bad and our room was very damp our clothes were damp and my phone every day said charger port was moist and to check it. Lovely hotel.
A great all rounder with brilliant staff and a good selection of drinks for the all inclusive.
Hotel food changes daily. Breakfast is the same though and the coffee and teas are a bit disappointing.
Pools are lovely. Baby pool is brilliant and there is a bar near by both to get a variety of drinks. Plenty of sun loungers so don't be a douche bag and reserve beds. (September is when we went).
Water bottles at reception with towels to change daily.
There is also a taxi transport service at a cost to get to local towns near by at a cheap price.
A big rule imposed is NO snacks to be taken from the snack bar. So all food has to be eaten at the restaurant. Not great as eaten food on a lounger or taking snacks back to the little one would have been ideal but it's understandable. This is because most loungers are on thick grass and it would be Very difficult to clean.
There is a beach literally 5-10 minutes walk away with a strip of bars for a good drink if you fancy a variety. The beach is secluded but large enough to accommodate a lot of people. A larger beach is about 20-30 min walk but if you try both you will realise there is little difference. I personally preferred the smaller beach as it's exactly the same.
So all in all a great holiday experience.

Lovely resort, full of fun and activities.. the staff put a lot of effort to keep you engaged and entertained. Enjoyed the classes in the mornings, evening entertainment. The Portuguese dance was fun.
We are vegetarians and didn't go hungry. Desserts were yummy. They also have baby food options. very kids friendly. They do a kids disco in the evening which our daughter enjoyed.
They suggested us a tour to the Benagil caves with the dolphins look around which a A class! We were thrilled to spot the dolphins.
I'm rating this a 4 star for 2 reasons
1. I found the food menu quite repeating, breakfast was the same everyday.
2. The pool water ( kids pool and the water park and the adults pool) was very cold. I would expect the kids pool to atleast have a bit warm water. I saw most of the kids shivering while playing in and out of water.
Overall had a lovely time!

We staying here the first week in September and I couldn't recommend this place enough. From walking in the front door we got the warmest of welcomes from the staff on the front desk. I knew then this was going to be an amazing first holiday for my little one's and my best friend. The apartment and block was kept spotless as well as everywhere else in the complex. The bar staff were great craic and there was a lot of banter had between us which was so enjoyable. There were so many activities for everyone, and all the entertainers were so much fun and ALWAYS smiling. And not to forget the pool staff and lifeguards on duty...they were great fun too. My daughter definitely won't forget the fun she had with them. The only thing that I could say was wrong with this place is the adults can't go on the water slides.... maybe have an adult hour for us big kids
The food was unbelievable, and even had something for my fussy son. You definitely have to try the handmade pizza (made right in front of you)....it's so tasty. A group of very talented chefs are working hard in behind the scenes.
This is definitely a top class hotel with top class staff and I would highly recommend this place not just for families but for anyone wanting a nice, relaxing, fun holiday in the sun. I'm already saving for my return trip.
An unforgettable holiday and without a doubt 5 stars....I'd give it more if I could.

Buen hotel, con instalaciones modernas, habitaciones amplias, colchones cómodos, bien climatizadas e insonorizadas y decoración acogedora. La comida es tipo buffet de buena calidad e intentando siempre variar. La piscina es correcta, con muchas horas de sol y hamacas para todos. Lo mejor, el trato del personal. Lo peor, la playa está a 10 minutos andando, pero es muy bonita. Desde allí se puede coger el coche para llegar a las más conocidas con facilidad al estar en un sitio bastante céntrico dentro del Algarve.

Adorei simplesmente tudo eu como perito em viagens e hotéis dou a minha observação técnica e achei fantástico ótima piscina e um ótimo bar para beber bebidas que fazem qualquer um delirar de tão boas.

Les filles ont adorés l espace aquatique. Pas trop grand, du coup nous avons pu leur laisser de l autonomie.
La chambre etait très spacieuse et communicante pour nous et nos enfants ( a vrai dire un petit appart)
Nous avions pris la vue classique et nous n avons pas regretté car la vue piscine peut etre bruyante.
Le buffet était très bon.
Petit bemol, l animation était très légère mais agreable quand elle etait présente.

This was our 3rd time returning back to Clube Humbria and have to say that the standards have only improved. Everything about this resort is perfect for families with young children. The food is great with ample choice all freshly cooked in front of you, some days are better than others for food selection but we never went hungry. The desserts are absolutely fantastic as is the salad selection and Italian corner with fresh pizza, meatballs, bolognese etc. BUT the main attraction and what brings us back is the staff, all of whom are nothing but friendly and will do absolutely anything to help you. Alejandro seems to do just about everything and greets you like his best pal! Ruben remembered us as did Dina and Orlando. For unbeatable value and a fantastic all round resort we would really recommend Clube Humbria.

Really great complex the kids would never be stuck for something to do. Lovely staff and brilliant entertainers especially the tall guy in the funny hats. Completely family orientated. Security was obvious and reassured as the local police are stationed at the entrance of this complex. We felt very safe. The rooms are spacious beds are a good size and even the sofa beds were comfortable.Decent size balcony and rooms were cleaned every day. Bathroom is a little dated but clean and functional.The food isnt great. Im a little fed up looking at pizza. There isnt much of a selection. The Italian selection was a bit sloppy. Most things were tasteless. If you were here for a week or more this wouldnt be acceptable.The snack bar is open between meal times again very poor selection and you cant just pop in and out. You have to dress and stay in the snack bar area. You cant bring food to the room and theres no equipment if you want to cook something yourself in the kitchenette. There wasnt so much as a glass, plate or cup for making tea or breakfast. Good location close to beaches and shops. Also quiet area. Pool view rooms near the bars are ofcourse noisy and you say you have a pool view is a bit much .. you can see the pool but the view is actually of the bars and veranda. Noise ends at 11 when everything shuts down and we did get some amusement watching drunk individuals struggle up the slight hill to their apartment block

Informar a los futuros clientes que el hotel no cuenta con mantenimiento electrico 24h.
Nuestro caso fue que un contactor del cuadro electrico se calentaba y quedaba sin electricidad toda la habitacion. (Numero 266). La ultima noche tuvimos hasta 6 cortes de luz. El hotel nos propuso cambiar de habitacion esa misma noche pero a las 23:30 y con los menores ya dormidos, decidimos no hacerlo y convivir con la averia (linterna en mano).

Stayed for 10 days from the 09/07 to 19/07 with my Fiance 13 year old and 4 year old sons.
As soon as we arrived reception staff very helpful assisted us with storing our cases while we waited for the room to be ready as we arrived early. The hotel was modern and very clean well presented. Room was a great size and beds comfortable very close to all amenities within the resort. Breakfast was great plenty to choose from to suit all tastes as was lunch. Dinner was great with theme nights and a great selection to suit all ages. In the evenings the entertainment was fantastic our youngest loved the Mini Disco and the bands were pleasant also the dancers. The adult games were great fun and the boys enjoyed watching us join in.
The main pool was great plenty of sun beds and grass was fine to lay on also. This is where the games were played like water polo and a few pool games water aerobics etc. The splash park was great for kids from 1 to 14 years although if under 6 you have to weigh over 20kg to use the big slides they weigh at reception on request. The bar was decent great selection of spirits and cocktails and the beer was superbok which went down well. Over all a great relaxing time the staff were a credit including the main entertainer possibly named Francisco and bar staff were great Lara and Diogo were fantastic. We went to Zoo marine on a day out 35 euro return from hotel great dolphin shows and waterpark. The beach near Humbrias other hotel was great and a 15 min walk from 3hb also plenty of local shops and restaurants. I would recommend to familys as its ideal.

Just returned from a weeks holiday here and I have to say it was excellent. Everything is spotlessly clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Before we went I had said to my family that although we were all inclusive we would eat out as well, however this only happened once as the food in the restaurant was excellent. So much choice and different themes every night meant you were never bored. If you go at peak times you have to queue to get in but we never waited more than a couple of minutes. We were in a parry of 15 and although we didn't eat together all the time the staff were very accommodating. The rooms were great and I don't think I can think of any negatives. There are a lot of children here so if you are a couple with no children this may not appeal. I have read other reviews complaining about people being drunk and children causing annoyance but in ever experienced any of this. Most of the entertainment was very good but one or two nights were not the best but bearable

Escolhi este Resort especificamente por ter integrado um parque aquático, entendi pelas fotos apresentadas no site do hotel que os grandes escorregas seriam para uso de adultos e crianças, não li a descrição em letras pequenas onde era esclarecido que o uso dos escorregas grandes tinha o limite de idade de 17 anos, só me apercebi desta limitação no check in, tarde demais para grande desilusão da nossa família... A animação, tendo em conta que o hotel não tem nenhum acesso à praia, é a mais fraca que já vi, pouco interactiva e de fraca qualidade, mesmo as apresentações a seguir ao jantar, enfim, é um resort pequeno.
Gostei da comida, da amabilidade dos empregados, da limpeza e dos quartos, todos equipados com ar condicionado e ventoinhas no teto.

Estadia 1 noite ( 29/6 30/6)Apartamento muito bom e muito limpo, unico ponto a apontar é o lavatorio, as criancas n chegam p lavar oa dentes e está propicio a acidentes c as mesmas,rececionistas muito simpáticas principalmente a Adriana.
Porem existe pouca vigilância na zona dos escorregas, limite de 20kg para os escorregas maiores n faz sentido, não teem posto de pronto socorro, animação noturna muito muito fraca, restaurante com self service bom embora ache que apesar de muita variedade há coisas que poderiam melhorar, como por exemplo sumos doces demais, há uma torradeira mas não têm uma tostadeira.

Un hotel perfecto para ir con tus hijos. Tiene un mini parque acuático perfecto para los críos. Apartado de la zona de piscinas de los adultos para que no molesten demasiado. Fabulous Hotel and Fabulous facilities. Good food and good quality supply of all drinks but their greatest asset is the quality of rooms and especially their staff who were so helpful and friendly especially the manager. This is the best Hotel and staff we have ever experienced.

adorar o hotel muito nice pessoas a comida foi nice também. só acho que não gostou foi o Wi-Fi não foi tão forte no meu quarto porque estávamos no bloco D piso 2. foi ok quando estava na sala de jantar ou na piscina havia um bom serviço para WiFi.Também, então, dar-lhe mapa para o hotel e fora do hotel, mas o mapa é Confuso porque está de cabeça para baixo.

O lobby do hotel é muito bonito e moderno. Tem parque de estacionamento gratis, está muito bem localizado e pode-se ir a pé até à praia dos Olhos de Água. Tem lojas e restaurantes perto do hotel. O hotel também costuma ter animação e possui um parque de crianças muito bem equipado.

Hotel is in a good location for exploring the Algarve. The room was very clean and perfect for a family of 4...adults in bedroom and children on their own pull out beds in living room area. All inclusive was good...variety of choices each day. Pool area was very nice. Would give it 4.5 stars out of 5.

I would highly recommend Clube Humbria. The hotel is very well cared for, the service is impeccable, and the quality of the food & drink is very high. The local area is also ideal; quiet, with many bars & restaurants serving good food (try S. Martinos on the main road!), and the beach is only a 10min walk. The apartment is very comfortable, and perfect for our needs. The pools are freezing, but that appears to be the case all over this part of Portugal (even the ocean is freezing!). So impressed with the hotel, were looking to book again for May next year.

I couldn't complain about anything the apartment was clean and tidy the food was lovely all the staff were really friendly we really friendly lovely swimming pools everywhere was absolutely spotless and clean the beach was near us and it was lovely beach not far from the shops i would definitely recommend people to go there we really enjoyed our holiday there

Nuestra estancia a estado bien en general, con el parque acuático han acertado, un 10, los niños se lo han pasado genial.Limpieza muy bien, el bufet genial, aunque se queda un poco corto cuando baja la ocupación del hotel, pero bastante bueno.El personal del hotel en general muy amables, aunque hay algunos que parece que les molesta tener que atender a la gente, empleados asi no suman para el conjunto del Hotel.Por poner alguna pega, las bebidas , podrían mejorar bastante en ese aspecto.

Séjour en famille avec enfants de 1 et presque 3 ans, ravis! en particulier grâce aux espaces de jeux pour enfants et surtout la piscine avec toboggans!Bons repas, service de qualité, RAS! on était juste un peu déçus de la distance pour aller à la plage (10 minutes à pieds) mais on sest habitués à cette petite promenade agréable, et la plage la plus proche est vraiment superbe!

Die sehr saubere Anlage mit unglaublich freundlichen, sprachgewandten Mitarbeitern liegt ca. 800m vom örtlichen Strand entfernt. Das Buffet ist sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker. Die Bars sind durchgehend bis 23 Uhr geöffnet. Die Animation haben wir nicht genutzt. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, den wir kostenfrei in der Tiefgarage parken konnten. Das Apartment war sehr groß, ruhig mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle (für Babynahrung), kaum Geschirr aber mit Balkon. Allerdings kostet die Nutzung des Safe 2 EUR am Tag.Wir sind zwar ohne Kinder gereist, das Hotel ist aber sehr auf kleine Kinder (bis ca. 10 Jahre) eingestellt. Die meisten Gäste waren Familien und kamen aus England (sehr höflich und rücksichtsvoll).Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Nos lo hemos pasado como niños, es un hotel muy grande y bello, con piscina para niños y para adultos, parque acuático infantil, parque infantil, zona de cuidado gratuita para niños. Se sirven copas y refrescos de forma continuada. Comida de muy buena calidad con buffet libre. Snacks después del desayuno hasta el almuerzo y luego después del almuerzo hasta las 5.5 hora portuguesa. Animación continúa tanto en piscina como en la zona nocturna de bebidas. Habitaciones grandes, con aire acondicionado, camas grandes y confortables. Hay bañera pero no ducha. Dos sofas—cama. Personal muy cualificado y de gran amabilidad. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Originally booked for a different hotel in Albuferia itself, however due to an overbooking error by the travel company my friend and I were transferred to this hotel. To start I wasn't best impressed with the situation but as we had technically been given a free upgrade we went along and accepted. The first day of the trip was a disaster as we had a 4 hour delay on our flight eventually arriving at 1am. The night manger opened up the restaurant for us to have some food before we turned in which was an incredible gesture. I can't remember his name but kudos for that The hotel offers many varieties of choices in breakfast, lunch, dinner and the snack bar. The drinks bar is excellent as is the general vibe of the place. Spotlessly clean on a daily basis, polite quick staff, great things for the kids to do and right up the road from some very cheap bars, and restaurants. Not to mention a beautiful beach. I'd definitely recommend this place as it's a resort unto it's self. Definitely be back with my family

Hay de todo casi no necesitas ni salir de ahi.El personal nos trato genial, sobretodo con los niños.Y el buffet es muy variado y bastante sano, tambien pensado para los bebes pues ponen sopas y cremas especialmente para ellos.Lo recomiendo 100 x 100! Ha sido mi primera experiencia en un todo incluido, la verdad que ha sido muy satisfactoria, el hotel cuenta con muchas actividades, desde espectáculo de reptiles hasta de loros, dónde los peques pueden aprender, tocarlos y hacerse fotos ( 10 euros por fotos, pero esta bien) el parque acuático hace las delicias de los peques, lo único malo que no me dejaban tírame junto a mi pequeña de los toboganes grandes, pero si de los toboganes pequeños.En cuanto a la comida, Rica y variada mención especial a los postres, muy buenos todos.En el bar de la piscina preparan unos cócteles muy ricos.En fin creo que repetiré en este hotel ya que la experiencia ha sido muy buena

Not far from beautiful beach; short walk via selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Steep route is quicker or a more sedate, slightly longer wander to avoid the gradient. Had a nice stay. The pools are great and they are never short on sunbeds. Also, if there's a problem like when I was there the juice machine broke at breakfast and by lunch they had sorted it. I know the pictures blurry but it was rushed.

Horrible place with a very horrible discriminative service. We cam from so far away to see family and they couldn't even come inside the hotel exterior due to "retarded rules" and obligeing to pay for a "daily entry pass" while others without a daily entry pass would go in, no problems. Basically discriminated my family compared to others people entering.

We verbleven in een prima, ruim appartement, met een groot zwembad voor de deur en een speeltuin/volleybalveld in onze achtertuin. De hele week zijn we uitstekend verzorgd door uiterst vriendelijk personeel. De maaltijden waren voortreffelijk met een zeer ruime keuze. En niet te vergeten: een prachtig strand, omgeven door rotsen lag op loopafstand. Ook de zon was er voortdurend. Kortom: een zeer geslaagde vakantie voor onze hele familie.

Just back from October break , Had an excellent time at the resort from morning till night , the entertainment team kept you on your toes with all sorts of things from ping ping comps to football and much more , then chill at the pool or bar watching them doing Zumba is quite a good laugh, the food is brilliant caters for everybody , looking to go back for next October break , can't wait ,

Wir/ich waren nun zum 2. Mal in diesem Hotel und ich kann erneut positives Feedback geben. Freundlichkeit, Service, Sauberkeit und gutes Essen, man ist hier wirklich darauf bedacht, dem Gast alles so angenehm wie möglich zu bereiten.Das Abendprogramm ist jedoch weiterhin steigerungsfähig und sollte, soweit möglich, auf das Publikum abgestimmt werden.Jetzt Mitte/Ende September gab es überall einen ruhigen Platz zum Entspannen.Empfehlenswert sind auch die Massagen, obwohl im Freien untern Pavillon, kommt man hier voll auf seine Kosten..Danke für die angenehmen Tage!.Wer jedoch aufhört, besser zu werden, hat aufgehört, gut zu sein

Repito en este hotel despues de 4 años en visperas de Navidad y la unica pega que tengo es que estoy a 4 horas de casa sino vendria un fin de semana si y el otro tambien
Reformado 100% con muy buenas instalaciones, habitaciones grandes y confortables, wifi genial cosa que en muchos hoteles va como el culo incluso en la habitacion llegando a descargas de archivos
La restauración, se come muy bien ( me gustaria saber a los detractores que dicen que repetitiva, que comen en sus casas )
Y finalmente, el personal desde el director hasta las camareras de la habitacion, camareros de bar, del restaurante, mêttre, personal de recepcion , los chicos de animacion ,gentes muy humanas y muy profesional haciendo que tu estancia sea lo mas agradable posible
Recomiendo este hotel y evidentemente volvere

Schönes Zimmer im Appartement Stil. Sehr geräumig. Hotelanlage auch ok. Aber muss immer was getan werden. Essen gut aber nicht reichhaltig. Tisch wird zugewiesen und man darf nur einzeln rein. Eher steril das Ganze. Snack und Getränkeorte und die Qualität ....Naja. Geht so. Personal gibt sich nicht viel Mühe. Alles in Allem aber noch empfehlenswert. Nicht sehr weit zum Meer, dessen Anblick alles entschädigt.

First time to Portugal with wife and our 11 month old daughter. Probably a good choice for the Algarve first-timers as it's not in a busy resort area, far enough away from the airport to never even notice the planes. A short 10 minutes to the beach (down a steep hill) is worth doing to walk off your dinner and there are many other smaller restuarants/bars dotted around the area too if you fancy a change. Very impressed with this hotel though, beautiful lobby/dining/entertainments areas and very well maintained - spotless and very well presented public toilets facilities. Free Wifi for pretty much most of the resort - fine for the odd e-mail/facebook - don't expect to stream Netflix/BBC iPlayer. Rooms are huge if sparcely equipped but more than adequate. Staff incredibly friendly, a real pleasure to speak to (in both English and my broken Portuguese) and the food, really good selection and to a high standard I felt considering they're catering for hundreds, it's never going to be the best food you've ever eaten but as you can help yourself to as much as you like, of what you like - its job done! (including beers/wines/soft drinks) Entertainment - as ever, was abit naff but it always is but the spirit measures in the drinks makes up for that! (blow your socks off!) Great place for families with children, plenty for them to do here. Rooms were clean and turned down daily. If the "hotel director" is reading this, do a consultation on entertainments to get a feel of what sits right here would be my advice. Live bands are probably the safest bet. Defintely scrap the parrot show and "animation team" run nights - they don't work as the multiple translations and accents get in the way of the pace/impact/message. Didn't know what was going on half the time.

Verreist waren wir als Mutter mit Tochter.Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht über die komplette saubere und gepflegte Anlage, sowie die Freundlichkeit, welche uns von Anfang an entgegengebracht wurde.Lobbybereich und die Apartments sind großzügig, sauber und modern im Retrostil eingerichtet. Das Essen ist für ein All-in Hotel überdurchschnittlich gut, Qualität und Auswahl stimmen, sehr vielfältig, egal ob Salate und Vorspeisen, Hauptgerichte und Dessert - frische Zubereitung von Fisch und Fleischgerichten... das Auge isst mit.Die Getränkeauswahl ist gut, auch die Weinsorten sind ausgewogen. Verbesserungswürdig sind die Cocktails.Obwohl wir in der Vorsaison (Anfang Mitte Juni) verreisten, war leider selten ein ruhiges Plätzchen zu finden.Auch im Restaurant ist frühes Essen von Vorteil, da zum späterem Zeitpunkt eher unruhig und lautstark.Für uns etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war die Getränkeselbstbedienung beim Abendessen.Das Servicepersonal ist nur für das Abräumen der Tische und Neueindecken zuständig. Kein Service am Tisch! Manchmal etwas demotivierte Mitarbeiter im Restaurant - vielleicht weil kein Service und dadurch auch kein oder wenig Trinkgeld fließt...?Ansonsten haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und alle angebrachten Wünsche wurden vom Hotelpersonal schnell und großzügig umgesetzt.

Bom dia caros amigos, eu estou a passar férias neste clube, e está a ser as piores férias que passei até hoje.
Bem vou por começar a contar o que estou a passar neste momento, começo pela alimentação que e da pior qualidade, no pequeno almoço o leite e mais água de que leite o pão e todo seco e duro, bolos com mau aspecto, etc.
O almoço nem se fala ninguém consegue comer estás comidas, todos os dias e batatas fritas e Mac, arroz sem sal, quando eles metem carne ou peixe tem muito mau aspecto que ninguém come, o jantar e com os restos do que sobra do almoço, sumos e todo com corantes, eu pedi um sumo de laranja natural e eles não tem, só mesmo sumos feitos, frutas e para acabar nada natural tudo enlatados, fui pedir a recepção o palavra passe do wifi pedirão-me 2€ por meia hora, o valor que nós clientes pagamos e para ter uma boa alimentação, mas isto e só a parte da cozinha porque os apartamentos deixa muito a desejar...

Went to clube humbria back in november. An amazing experience super friendly staff. Only cost £350 (3 nights) all inclusive including flights and transport to and from airport. Great food, great atmosphere, a great place. And an amazing cove on the beach nearby where my boyfriend proposed. Will remain in my heart and I hope to return to clube humbria.
