Walk out of Trinidade metro station main entrance, turn right and go uphill on Rua de Camoes, hotel is halfway uphill on left side. Super convenient location. Trinidade station is also on the same purple subway line as the Porto airport. Decent breakfast, nice sized room.

Très belle prestation pour notre chambre avec lits jumeaux.Décoration très soignée, grande salle de bain, télé, bouilloir...Un peu bruyant du côté rue.Belles salles du petit-déjeuner et du coin salon.Prestation petit-déjeuner complète et de qualité.Service efficace et discret.

Wir haben das Hotel nach den Bewertungen ausgesucht und sind überrascht. Zimmer finde ich für ein 4 Sterne Hotel abgewohnt. Bad könnte sauberer sein. Frühstück ist Max 2 Sterne!!! Erreichbarkeit und Stadt Nähe Top! Aber mal sanieren wäre nicht schlecht. Absolut laut im Frühstücksraum. Stühle voller Krümel. Naja und wer da schreibt ausreichendes Buffet war noch in keinem 4 Sterne Hotel.
Mitarbeiter absolut Nett und Zuvorkommend SEHR freundlich. Parken ca. 500 Meter in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus.

Buena situación. Del aeropuerto al hotel con el metro directamente. La estación de Trindate se encuentra a escasos 100m del hotel. Genial. Para ir al centro hay que bajar 1km o menos andando. Hotel correcto. Personal de recepción muy amable y desayuno correcto también. Recomendable

Hotel muito central muito perto de uma das estações de metro mais importantes. Permite visitar muitos dos pontos mais interessantes da cidade a pé. Nada a apontar ao quarto e o pequeno almoço é bom. O preço é interessante atendendo aos preços atualmente praticados na cidade do Porto.

Grande chambre très propre, petit déjeuner très bien avec beaucoup de choix et bonne amplitude horaire, personnel très compétent et très aimable parlant très bien langlais. Hotel très bien situé tout près de la station de métro Trindade qui est la station de métro centrale où passent toutes les lignes de métro et directe en 30 minutes depuis laéroport. Hôtel non loin de tous les sites touristiques.Nous avons juste trouvé un peu bizarre que la salle de bain/WC ne soit pas entièrement cloisonné/fermé. Cela pourrait posé problème à une personne un peu pudique.

Hotel très bien situé, très proche du centre ville, métro à 200 m.Très bon rapport qualité / prix.Personnel sympathique, chambre propre.Le buffet de petit déjeuner est complet et varié.Un seul petit bémol : beaucoup de circulation la nuit et chambres (coté rue) pas très bien insonorisées

Hôtel bien placé, non loin du centre-ville à pieds et juste à côté du métro.
La chambre est de taille suffisante avec un petit coffre non payant et le nécessaire pour prendre une boisson chaude ou froide. La rue est en revanche assez passante et donc bruyante.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux et bon, il y en a pour tous les goûts.
Un seul bémol sur l'accueil à l'arrivée, plutôt froid.
Un verre de porto nous a été offert.

Patético. Al llegar a las tres nos hicieron esperar porque la habitación estaba aún sin limpiar y al decirlo de muy mala gana y mala cara nos dieron otra la mitad de pequeña.
Nada amables. Muy bordes. No recomiendo

Good location . Staff welcoming. Pleasant bar and restaurant.
Room adequate but not I think 4 star. Clean and comfortable and the tea and coffee in the room is welcome , only you need your own milk as its not provided .
Only down side is the noise from the road and passers by. If its double glazed its not working!
All in all a good three nights stay .

We recently spent 3 Great Nights at this Modern Hotel.
Staff very helpful 're locality.
Breakfast Excellent ......
Lots of choice hot and cold very nice dining area.
Bedroom spotless... noise free..beds so comfortable ..plenty of DAILY towels ..hand gels shower gel.
Tea and coffee in room bring dried milk if needed as no milk for tea or coffee.
26 mins direct from airport to hotel Trinade Stop.
10 mins down hill to older part of Porto all the Beautiful churches shops bars river..
So handy...
Recommend .

Very bad maintenance. windows won't close properly, noise from the street is like actually sleeping outside, cold rooms with aircon not working. Breakfast eggs look like tender pieces of rubber and the coffee is really bad. No secretary in the room or place to work. Very small rooms despite what looks in the pictures. You can find much better 3 stars near the subway in oporto than this questionably 4 stars. I don't recommend and won't come back.

Hotel centrico, muy bien ubicado. Enfrente del metro de trindade. Se puede ir caminando al río sin problemas. Las instalaciones muy buenas, de calidad y modernas. El televisor un poco pequeño. El desayuno fenomenal, muy variado y con productos de calidad. Inclusive incluyen zumo de naranja natural que para mí es un puntazo. Siempre q voy por trabajo me hospedo aquí. Recomendado

Staff was nice. Check I was quick.Hotel it self was dirty , bedding was very used. Our washroom was not cleaned during our stay .They will do the minimum just make bed.No shampoo or lotion provided.I will not stay here again.

Really warm hotel with spacious rooms.
The rooms are large and really well equipped. There are free water bottles that are replaced every day.
The breakfast is maybe the weak point, it fulfils the minimun but could be better (although I do not hace any complaint at all)

Zentral in Porto an der Metrostation Trindade gelegen ist das Hotel ein super Ausgangspunkt um Porto nach einem sehr guten und umfangreichem Frühstücksangebot zu erobern! Das Zimmer war groß, die Betten bequem und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Porto is a lovely city to visit even for non alcohol drinkers. I was amazed when I asked the barman to give me an alternative to the free Porto drink. I was offered the tiniest bottle of still water (not even sparkling) or a lemonade or orangeade served from a family size supermarket bottle. Told reception desk staff on departure, the guy couldn’t give a damn about the comment. You could see it on his face. Does it mean the Porto glass free drink has no real value? Apart from that, struggled with lack of wall sockets. Location is great. Breakfast is quite good although fresh fruit very soggy and limited choice of teas. Good overall.

Das Check-In wurde sehr speditiv und einfach abgewickelt. Gesprochen wurde dabei leider praktisch gar nicht, auch wenn man während des Tages an der Rezeption vorbei ging, wurde nicht gegrüsst. Die Zimmer sind aber gut, sauber und schön ausgestattet und die Lage ist hervorragend.

Tolles Hotel für Stadtbesichtigungen, sehr leckeres Frühstück und nette Mitarbeiter. Leider etwas laut durch ein paar Baustellen in der Nähe. Schöne große und geräumige Zimmer mit Safe, kühlschrank und Klimaanlage. Würden auf jeden Fall wiederherkommen.

Our hotel room had glass shards all over the floor when we entered, and my feet were cut open by the glass. This was reported to the night manager, and yet when we returned from visiting the city that night it had still not been properly cleaned and glass shards remained. Attached is a picture of the remaining shards. We were afraid walking around the room even with shoes, because we weren't sure if there were larger shards hidden that may cut through our shoes. This was far below our expectations for the hotel, and the management's sole apology for my injury and unsafe conditions was providing a little food for my friend since I checked out a day later than her. Completely unacceptable and very disappointed considering the price we paid we had baseline expectations for safety in the room. Would not recommend to anyone, they obviously do not value their customers' safety and wellbeing.

Lage sehr gut, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Wenn man vom Airport kommt ist die Erreichbarkeit auch super (2min von der U-bahn Station). Frühstück in Ordnung, Gemüse fehlt leider. Das Lunchpaket war etwas enttäuschend. Zimmer und Bad super, Personal nett. Viele Restaurants südlich vom Hotel. Gratis Portwein bei Ankunft. Würden wiederkommen!

Estadia de 1 noite com pequeno-almoço, durante a semana, em quarto com 2 camas single. A higiene pareceu-me bastante satisfatória, TV com imensos canais, WI-FI suficiente, boa climatização, muito boa sonorização, não se ouvia nada tanto dos quartos vizinhos como da rua, sendo q fiquei virada para uma rua movimentada. O serviço de pequeno almoço é self-service e tem imensa oferta: Várias variedades de pão tipicamente português, várias variedades de croissants, bolos, doces, manteigas, pão de forma para tostar, leitei, café, vários chás, bacon, ovos, salsichas, frutas. Dá para fazer um brunch das 7 às 10hrs.

Hotel moderno e comodo localizado numa zona central do Porto. Quem fica num quarto virado para a rua tem melhor vista mas ouve mais o barulho dos carros á noite. Estranhei também o chuveiro não ter iluminação, mas é um pormenor que se ultrapassa durante a utilização do mesmo. Tem bastante variedade de comida para o buffet do pequeno almoço, embora esperasse comida mais bem preparada num hotel de 4 estrelas. Quem quiser um expresso tem de pedir porque não está disponível na zona de buffet.

When we stayed @ the hotel,the service was extremely good,and very helpful, room was clean & comfortable, train station right opposite for you to travel around Porto. You could walk to the main shopping centre which also includes many restaurants, in about 15mins.

Stayed here for a night. The hotel is in the best place exactly at the city center, near Trindade station, there is a direct metro line to the Airport. The staff was very nice and kind, we got a glass of Porto wine for welcome drink. The hotel is clean, and the breakfast was great also. Very recommended, exceptional for the price.

Hotel muy bien situado, bien comunicado con metro ( a 2 min. del metro Trindades ), y autobuses. Un hotel bien decorado moderno, y te sientes a gusto, con algún detalle de bienvenida ( una copa de Oporto ). Personal muy amable, solícitos a ayudarte desde el Check in. La habitación limpia y cómoda, bien decorada, con cama confortable, baño amplio. Desayuno con variedad y bueno. Servicio de mantenimiento no muy bueno. Se podría ajustar un poco el precio.

Déjà venue à Porto . Nous avions ete charmés par cette ville et profitons de 4 jours de repos pour explorer davantage. Malheureusement la pluie nous a accueilli et je pense qu elle va accompagner notre séjour ! Nous recommandons cet hôtel, classe et très propre. A proximité du métro. Génial ! ! ☝

This was, by far, the worst 4 star hotel I have ever stayed in (and I travel A LOT). I can't even believe that this is actually a 4 star hotel. I've never seen anything so bad. We had to call reception every time we wanted the hot water to be turned on in the shower. If the water pressure in the shower was too high, the shower head sprayed the opposite wall. The sink didn't drain. The bathroom smelled terrible. The internet didn't work in our room. There was a flashing red alarm light that went off all night. There were no outlets near the bed. The mini bar was empty. There was no creamer for the coffee. The desk was not appropriate for working (see picture). One of the lights was broken. For compensation, they waived the 8 euro city tax. I come to Porto regularly and will never stay here again.

The Porto Trinidad's Hotel is clean and quiet. There is no street noise, the staff is courteous, and it gives a rich feel. There are only about 45 to 50 rooms on 9 floors so 4 to 5 per floor. The bar is intimate and the breakfast is okay, although bigger hotels have the capacity to be extravagant on meals. It matters little because there are lots of excellent restos nearby. We were happy with our 3 nights.

La habitación un poco gastada pero muy limpia, muy buen desayuno.Muy bien localizado al lado de una parada de metro y cerca de la avenida de los Libertadores. Complicado para aparcar, el hotel tiene un acuerdo con un parking y te hacen descuento bastante majo.Repetiriamos

Hotel was perfect for my trip. Right at Trindade station. Few steps away from gym and supermarket (if that is important for you). Room is clean, modern and spacious. Breakfast was lovely.

The hotel is located very close to historic part of the city and nice restaurants. Walking distance to all places of interest. The room was comfortable and quiet, but not very big. The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly. It is worth the money. Will stay there again.

El hotel tiene lo suyo, pequeño pero el personal amable y dispuesto. Muy cerca de una estación de metro y a su vez, se puede llegar caminando al centro histórico de Oporto. Dentro de las deficiencias: pésimo servicio de Internet (wifi), para conectarte tendrás que salirte del cuarto y deambular por los pasillos. . Cosa buena: te dan una rica copa de vino de Oporto como bienvenida. Unas cosas por otras! Precio intermedio.

Das Beste zuerst. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Metrostation Trindade. Hier treffen sich alle Metrolinien.
Das Hotel ist ein schmaler, Bau mit neun Stockwerken. Wir haben im 7. Stock gewohnt. Dort gab es sechs Zimmer. Das Hotel ist also eher klein.
Nahe des Hotels gibt es ein Einkaufszentrum mit einem Supermarkt (Froiz, ist so ähnlich wie Edeka). Sonntagabend hatten wir Probleme, eine Gaststätte mit freien Plätzen zu finden.
Im Zimmer hängt eine Preisliste mit dem Wunschpreis 250 - pro Nacht. Das zahlt niemand und ist auch nicht angemessen. Verglichen mit Hotels in Hamburg in guter Lage scheinen 110,- bis 130,- Euro angemessen.
Nachteilig ist, dass es keinen wirklichen Schrank gibt. Es gibt wohl etwas, das als Schrank gedacht war, aber leider hat man vergessen, Fächer einzubauen. Also die Sachen am Besten in Tüten stapelbar verpacken.
Pro Bett gibt es bei Anreise einen Gutschein über ein Glas Portwein an der Bar.
Das Personal ist freundlich, es gibt einen PC mit Drucker für das Checkin des Fluges. Gepäck kann am Abreisetag kostenlos abgegeben werden.
Ach ja, wer länger bleibt, Trinkgeld für die Zimmerfrauen ist nach 3 Übernachtungen fällig (erkennbar am fehlenden Toilettenpapiervorrat)

Gutes Hotel für Städtetrip, sauber und gutes Frühstück Möbel teilweise schon in die Jahre gekommen aber passte trotzdem. Personal nett freundlich und sehr zu vorkommend. U bahn in fußläufiger Nähe. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Supermarkt und Einkaufszentrum um die Ecke.

Habitacion de diseño con grandes problemas practicos de uso. Pocos enchufes medio ocultos, un interruptor en la mesilla de noche que desconecta todas las luces y enchufes que te vuelven loco hasta que descubres su funcion, solo hay un cajón en la habitación y 4 perchas, etc, En las habitaciones que dan a las instalaciones de aire acondicionado y ventilación se escuchan zumbidos molestos durante la noche a pesar del aislamiento de las ventanas.

Zentrales aber etwas abgewohntes 4-Sterne-Hotel. Gutes großzügiges Frühstück mit frischem Orangensaft. Verfügt leider nicht über eigene Parkplätze. Für eine Städtetour nach Porto vollkommen au ausreichend.

Merci à Sergio pour son charmant accueil (et en français !), lhôtel est à 2 pas (en montée...) de LA station de metro centrale de Porto, la chambre 603 était très bien, assez grande, avec une douche à litalienne, 2 lits de 90 accolés,... Large choix au buffet du petit déjeuner. Seulement 2 petits points à améliorer : Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas très bien, et, surtout, faire moins cuire les oeufs brouillés du petit déjeuner (cest trop sec !).

Great location. Coming out of the metro station hotel across the road. Only a short walk to main avenue and far enough away from bars so hotel is quiet. Rooms are large and plenty of storage. Breakfast selection fabulous. Would use this hotel again.

Nice modern rooms, good breakfast and well located just a couple of minutes from Trinidade metro station, which is served by all lines on the Porto metro. Use Google maps to find the hotel though as it's not at all obvious from outside that you're at the hotel. And good luck finding plug sockets in your room!

website claims parking available... found out it was 200m away from the hotel. room service is not 24h. the rooms are ok, but be sure to ask for one not facing the main street or the noise will definitely keep you up at night. 4 stars for this hotel? a joke!

Goed gelegen, dicht bij centrum en metro . Kamers zijn klein maar goed genoeg. De douche kon zeker beter:kleine douchekop en rare indeling. Ontbijt was goed, maar niets bijzonders.

Hotel w bardzo dobrym miejscu, bardzo dobre śniadania tylko brak mi świeżych warzyw. Łóżka wygodne, ciepło, internet ok. Hotel zdecydowanie wymaga remontu bo już jest mocno podniszczony. Lodówki fatalne prawie nie chłodzą. W nocy wyłącza się samo światło w gniazdkach że nawet telefon nie naładował się. Trzeba np. w łazience całą noc świecić światło żeby nie wyłączyło się.

Bien situado para el transporte y al lado del centro. Buena atención. Desayuno muy bueno!! En conjunto está bien, pero las habitaciones algo justas, almohadas muy blandas ( para mi muy incómodas), pocas amenities de baño ( no hay pañuelos faciales). Son puntos a mejorar para un hotel catalogado como 4 estrellas!!

Fairly easy to get to, us up a hill from town. Beds are v v narrow and hard. Rooms fairly small. Breakfast is good. Plenty of options. Receptionists can be very helpful, but depends on who you get!

Este hotel no tiene parking, pero tiene uno al lado concertado. Las dos personas que había en recepción no son nada simpáticas, parece que les costaba sonreír. Si no pido un plano no me lo daban. Por la ubicación merece la pena, está justo detrás del Ayuntamiento.

Comfortable rooms with free tea and coffee facilities are decorated in a contemporary style. Breakfast is a comprehensive buffet. Free drink in the hotel bar is a pleasant compliment on arrival. The staff is very friendly.

La entrada al hotel pasa casi desapercibida. Tiene parking sólo para bajar las valijas. Luego hay que trasladar el auto a 2 cuadras. Las tarifas del estacionamiento se pagan a parte. Buen desayuno. Completo y buena relación costo/beneficio. Bar y comidas rapidas hasta las cero horas. Hay 6 habitaciones por piso. Otorgan una copa de bienvenida de su vino oporto tradicional.

Hôtel bien placé proche du Centre et métro. Chambre numéro 101 petite avec moquette sale. Salle de bain sale. Wifi marche mal. Très bruitante la nuit (pourtant jai le sommeil profond). Oreillers trop épais 20 cm et très dur avec hygiène douteuse. Une rallonge au sol fait office de prise pour recharger son téléphone!!! Pas de tables de chevet.

Great hotel, great location. Rooms were very nice, bathroom was a little small, but not really a problem. Shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. Bed was very comfortable. TV had enough English channels - only watched at night before going to sleep, so didnt watch a whole lot. Breakfast was included and was great. Staff was very helpful. Nice lobby. Nicely decorated. Very modern. Hotel was clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel ideally located close to the metro station which you can use if coming from/to the airport. It's also close to the city center. You can also take the metro to see all the city and the metro is very cheap. Good rooms and good breakfast. Helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

Para uma cidade com tantas opções de hotel, esse hotel é a pior delas. Escolha o NH batalha, por exemplo. Definitivamente, as 4 estrelas devem se dever a um check list sem verificação de qualidade dos itens. Nosso primeiro problema: nossa mochila foi furtada enquanto ela estava sob custodia e responsabilidade do hotel! A diretora se desculpou, abriu boletim na polícia, mas ainda assim o hotel se recusou a ressarcir adequadamente o nosso prejuízo!! Ficamos 5 noites nesse hotel (que e péssimo por sinal) e nem sequer o valor das diárias (que teriam sido inferiores ao valor do prejuízo) foi ressarcido. Fora isso, achei a localização média, o sinal do Wi-Fi péssimo, os travesseiros duros e grandes demais para a cama, a cama dura, o chuveiro mal regulado em temperatura, p secador fajuto (sabe aquele que desliga a cada 2 minutos pq esquentou?). Os atendentes nunca sabem prestar informação. A única coisa que salva é o café da manhã, que é ok, com bastante frutas, embora o café seja ruim.

Es un establecimiento con una decoración moderna y cuidada. Justo enfrente hay una estación de metro pero no llegamos a usarla por que está practicamente en el centro y nos desplazamos a pie.
El desayuno es buffet y había bastante variedad para elegir. La habitación era amplia y limpia.
El personal era muy amable. En general la experiencia fué muy buena.

Nettes Hotel, für Städtereise geeignet. Frühstücksbüffet mit viel frischem Obst und nettem Service. Unser Zimmer war leider sehr klein und die Klimaanlage auf 25 Grad eingestellt. Ausstellen war möglich, da das Zimmer zur Straße lag könnten wir jedoch nicht bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen. Hotel liegt direkt an der Metrostation Trindade. Optimal vom Flughafen zu erreichen.

This hotel is located across from the Trindade metro station which is the central hub for the metro. Get yourself a multi pass ticket and head off exploring this fantastic city. Our room also had a fridge which I now think should be standard in every hotel room.

Der Eingangsbereich ist sehr übersichtlich, durch eine recht schmale Tür kommt man in die schmuckvolle Lobby und Rezeption. Die Zimmer sind gepflegt und sauber.Parkmöglichkeiten sind ca. 200 Meter entfernt in einem Parkhaus, wo man als Gast des Hotels zwischen 18 und 9 Uhr kostenlos parken kann.
