Belle chambre, isolation de la rue à revoir. L'accueil est correct, l'amenagement interieur moderne et propre, une grande salle de bain avec douche et baignoire, un petit salon avec tv separé de la chambre, une autre tv dans la chambre. Les lits sont tres inconfortables. Les bruits de la rue sont trop presents, alors que l'on n'entend pas du tout les autres clients. Le petit dejeuner au dernier étage avec vue sur la ville est le meilleur moment du séjour

За соседней стеной отеля концертный зал, иногда может быть слышно вечером музыку. При заселение нам заменили номер на улучшенный, за что отдельное спасибо! Все номера тематические, 305 Teatro - выходит во внутренний двор - для любителей тишины. В пешей доступности центр, вокзал, улица для шоппинга.

Por el trato y eficiencia del personal merecen una mejor calificación,pero el hotel en si tiene una carencias en las habitaciones, pequeñas,duchas y servicios con una total falta de intimidad y en el caso del wáter con lo que conlleva en lo referente al olores

Quarto muito pequeno. Casa-de-banho constituída por retrete em espaço exíguo, separado da cama por uma porta de vidro transparente. Mau cheio no quarto, proveniente da casa-de banho, sem privacidade nem dignidade! Lavatório dentro do quarto, a 20 cm da cama. Quando é usado molha sempre a cama. Pessoal pouco simpático, pequeno-almoço à base de pão e bolos pré-congelados. Péssima relação qualidade-preço!

Zentrale Lage, moderne, saubere und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Zimmer. Safe und kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Optisch freundlich und zeitgemäß aber: Bad: Dusche bzw Toilette jeweils nur durch Milchglastüren vom Zimmer getrennt, Waschtisch im Zimmer. Wer das Zimmer teilt und mehr Privatsphäre möchte, hat hier wenig Freude... In der Dusche fehlt ein Haken für das Duschtuch. Frühstücksraum im 6. Stock mit Dachterrasse und tolle Ausblick über Porto. Frühstück gut und ausreichend, mit frischem Obst; leider keine Tomaten oder Gurken... In der Straße, gleich gegenüber eine "Disco oder Nachtclub", Nacht von Samstag auf Sonntag sehr laut... Nur kleine Rezeption, keine Hotelbar bzw Lobby!! Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

No me gusto: que es ruidoso, a pesar se estar en la 5ª planta, el coche de la basura, los gritos... bastante ruido. La falta de intimidad en el retrete, si llevas poco con la novia igual te da pudor. El zumo de Naranja del desayuno lo tienen que cambiar. Me gusto: que esta muy céntrico, que tiene un parking justo enfrente con el que tienen convenio y sale a 9€ día. Esta muy limpio y hacen un buen uso y de ahorro de agua. El desayuno MUY COMPLETO y correcto. El personal MUY atento y amable.

Piccolo hotel di sole 24 stanze su 5 piani, personale gentile, colazione discreta servita all'ultimo piano con disponibilità di tavoli all'aperto nel terrazzo, tempo permettendo. Ottima posizione per girare la città, ad un passo dall'inizio della zona pedonale (Rua de Santa Catarina) e a 5 minuti a piedi da Praça da Liberdade dove partono i bus turistici, tram ed autobus. Ho alloggiato nella suite superior, pavimento in laminato effetto legno, zona giorno con divano e TV, frigorifero, letto matrimoniale (6 cuscini di piume disponibili), secondo TV, 2 poltrone, comodini, scrivania, 3 armadi (uno con 2 cassetti e mensola), cassaforte, bollitore, bagno con doppio lavandino, vasca idro e separato da una porta a vetri, wc e doccia con soffione e doccino. Riscaldamento silenzioso ed efficace. L'hotel non dispone di spazi comuni oltre alla piccola reception ed alla sala colazioni e terrazza. Nonostante fossi al 5° piano, i rumori dalla strada erano percepibili, sicuramente a causa dell'uscita in massa degli spettatori dal teatro Coliseu adiacente. Colazione discreta, uova strapazzate e bacon, formaggio, prosciutto e uova sode come scelta di salato, cornetti, dolci tipici, torta, yogurt e frutta per il dolce.

The location is good. 10 mins walk from Sao Bento Train station. Lots of good affordable eateries nearby. Within walking distance to almost all attractions. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast is good enough without variation from day to day. Downside to this place is you have to ask for complimentary tea and coffee in the room. The wifi is somehow tied to the smart tv. Wifi will be cut off if you switch off the tv unless you put the tv in sleep mode. Wifi strength is erratic. The bathroom is another issue.The toilet and the shower are not linked and the doors to them are semi transparent. Unless youre very comfortable with your room mate, youll definitely see him/her in full monty. Apart from that, the stay is good and comfortable.

Por estar bastante céntrico y por la decoración temática de las habitaciones.

Hotel muy bien ubicado.Instalaciones muy limpias y modernas, desayuno bueno pero no muy variado.. La habitación es más pequeña de lo que esperaba.. Solo 2 comentarios a mejorar: las camas son muy incómodas, se sienten todos los muelles del colchón y las ventanas no están bien insonorizadas.

Se me había olvidado lo incómodo que es dormir en un colchón de muelles Por lo demás, el hotel está muy chulo, buena atención y limpio. Felicitaciones por el servicio de limpieza. La temática del hotel me encanta. La calle a tiro de piedra de cualquier lugar interesante. Recomendable.

Excelente localização. Perto de tudo inclusive quase esquina com a rua Santa Catarina, onde tem o café Majestic, maravilhoso! E de lojas como Zara, Salsa, Tifoli, e galeria Catarina a 3 minutos a pé! Colado ao teatro Coliseo, vários restaurantes próximos. Dá para ir a pé a livraria Lelo, a torre dos clérigos, a praça da Liberdade, estação de trem do Porto, catedral da Sé, e ainda conhecer a vida noturna do local! A chocolates arcádia próxima, Fnac e Marcolino na esquina. No final da rua descendo tem a avenida dos aliados. O Hotel é uma maravilha a parte com seus quartos temáticos e café da manhã no sexto andar com uma vista excelente. A recepção é outra maravilha! Liliana é maravilhosa, cheia de alegria e informações para dar. Recomendo, e volto aqui!!!

Central...novo...funcional

We visited this hotel in course of our two-week voyage around the country (November, 2019) and it was among those 6 hotels we stayed with, and therefore, we could simply notify its advantages and weak points to be counted for: 1) A reasonably good and reliable place for staying in Porto in course of your tour around the country; Well situated - patient walking distances from historical locations (Saint Catherine str., the railway station, the very bridge, a lot of cathedrals, etc.), central streets, good and big supermarket - just some dozens meters from your gateway. 2) Not big place and, therefore, fortunately, not so crowding; 3) In front of the hotel, immediately across the street a three-store parking is situated where you could reserve a parking slot in advance with a help of the hotel's staff since, overall, the situation with parking in Porto is terrible!!! - just be aware of that; factually it was the unique city in Portugal (not even in Lisbon) where we were simply obliged to use services of this parking since it was just impossible to find a place to do that...; 4) Clean, thick, white (and not grey :)) towels and bedclothes and adequate room service; 5) Very polite and helpful personnel (special thanks to that girl who assisted us with parking on the first day, on our arrival); 6) Even for such a small hotel there are two elevators that help avoid any queues and disturbances in accessing your floors. · Just some things to be worked properly with: 1) Wi-Fi functioning is not comfortable at all since it depends on your TV's turning-on; it should be re-engineered to work all over the hotel; 2) Travelling around Portugal you are to be accustomed not to have any variability or variety in course of your breakfasts - even the smallest breakfast in Greece would be bigger as in Portuguese hotels (an do not expect breakfasts like in Spain, or, at least in Germany - forget about that from the very beginning of your journey :))... BUT the very level of this good hotel requires the breakfast to be improved since it cannot be simply compensated by taking your meals at the roof's level :).Show less

Location great room was spacious. Hotel gave us breakfast to go when we had to leave early and miss breakfast. My roommate was a little uncomfortable with glass shower and toilet area but gas’s was frosted very happy iverall

Lixo de lugar p 2 pessoas. Talvez para 1 seja bom. 11m2. O banheiro é todo vazado, não se tem privacidade. O box, separado, não tem lugar nem p uma toalha e a água não esquenta direito. Tem um bom café expresso, mas essa "ecologia" no quarto é muito burra.

The hotel is part of the Coliseu and the decoration matches the theme nicely. The location is good as it is near the shopping area where the famous Majestic Café is just round the corner.

Is a really clean and nice hotel with very friendly staff, is located virtually near the Porto centre, we walked all around on foot in two days. The only bad things which should be revised by the hotel, is the mattresses feel like have no padding one can feel the springs, also should revise making front rooms windows sound proof as this hotel is near a night club and noises carry on through the night disturbing someone with a light sleep. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby and lots of lovely food, as well as lots of history to see.

The Porto Coliseum Hotel is right at the Porto Coliseum venue. It's impossible to miss. It's a popular area and incredible central. So, if you are looking for a good location this hotel is really a good option. Staying here you'll find yourself at a short walking distance to Santa Catarina, Clérigos (where the world famous Lello book store is located), Av. Aliados and many must-see squares with its restaurants and museums. If a 12-15 minute walk it's not a problem for you, you'll find the Ribeira, close to the river, and the São Bento train station. Starting with logistics, if you're coming with your car, there is park right in front of the Hotel, usually with a lot of parking space and a 9€ rate per day if you're an hotel guest. Mind however if you are coming on a Friday or Saturday night, you may expect some traffic and less space, specially if a show is happening at the Coliseum. Anyway, there are plenty of parking lots around this area. Getting a taxi or Uber is easy, but because everything is just a short distance, walking in Porto can be such a good experience that I suggest you to leave the car for the whole stay. Now, what you can find when arriving at the hotel? The Porto Coliseum is a completely refurbished small hotel . So expect a nice and clean space, with a minimalist design themed by cinema and theatre shows held in the past at the Coliseum. I have to say that the staff is quite friendly. They do their best to help you and support any need. When choosing a room I suggest going for the suite, because the windows are for the backyard, and it means less noise. That was my choice and I didn't have problems. I've heard however a guest staying on a standard room complaining a little about the noise at the street (usually until midnight). Although they did some good soundproofing, it's never enough when you try to sleep. And independently what kind of room you are staying there is a challenge - the night club right next door. There's no sound proofing enough for the drum and bass vibrations, and although it wasn't a problem for me, more sensitive guests should bring sleeping hear plugs. Anyway, you are in Porto, so what are you doing in your bedroom at 11:00PM? You should be enjoying the local nightlife! My room was spacious, very clean, good LED tv and fast internet. The bed was a little hard for the back, but it's something more to do with a personal taste rather than a quality issue. The breakfast is served on an amazing rooftop. It's a basic breakfast, but fresh and tasty - expect different kinds of bread, croissants, some fresh fruit, coffee, orange juice, boiled eggs, cheese, cakes but nothing more than this. For those on a budget, there is a Pingo Doce supermarket in the same street, where you can buy everything. I did a 5* rating, although the best would be a 4.5*, and here's why: Cost: 4* - good value for money, but you should check for cheaper similar alternatives, specially on AirBnB and serviced apartments Rooms: 4* - great rooms but the sound proofing can be a small issue Location: 5* - location, location, location Cleanliness: 5* - My personal experience was very positive everywhere in the hotel Staff: 5* - very kind and helpful
