With no prior notice or communication the hotel overbooked its rooms and moved us over to the Best Western down the street. Had I been notifed earlier I would have cancelled my booking and found a better hotel, as I never had any intention of staying at the very old Best Western Hotel Inca.

un accueil très professionnel; Malheureusement des chambres mal insonorisées entre elles; on entend facilement les conversations dune chambre à lautre, et je ne parle que des conversation; la chambre en photo est loin dêtre celle que nous avons eu. ça ressemble à de la publicité mensongère.

Hotel perfecto para estar unos dias en Oporto.

La habitación muy limpia y tranquila. El personal muy atento y agradable. El desayuno muy completo, además soy celíaca y me dieron pan sin gluten y galletas sin problemas.Por decir algo negativo, el parking son 15 euros y si dejas el coche en la calle son 12 euros, creo que deberían tener un precio más económico.

Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Cumplieron con los requisitos que pedíamos en cuanto a la habitación. Las fotos se asemejan 100% a la realidad. El hotel está reformado. Muy buenas vistas desde la habitación 403. El wifi era de calidad y gratuito. Lo único que faltaba en la habitación era un minibar. El desayuno tipo buffet excelente y muy variado. El personal de recepción y la chica del desayuno muy amables y serviciales. Estamos encantados con la estancia y lo recomendaríamos sin duda :)

Hotel velho. Entrada dentro de uma galeria de lojas alternativas bem estranhas. Acesso à recepção com escadas. Acho que não tem acesso para deficiente. Entrar com malas pesadas é difícil. Quarto com pouca luz e só uma tomada, tem que desligar o abajur para usa - la. Café bom.

Bem localizado. Fiquei no piso 3 que aparentemente foi recentemente remodelado, simples mas agradável e com bom serviço de atendimento e limpeza. Pequeno almoço bom com produtos mto frescos e alguma variedade. No geral fiquei satisfeita.

Nous venons d'y passer avec mon mari un séjour du 13 au 17 mars.
Nous sommes ravis rien à reprocher.
Chambre agréable, moderne et propre !!! Literie confortable et irréprochable de propreté.
Très agréable salle de bain contemporaine avec douche et nettoyée avec soin tous les jours
Quant au petit déjeuner, j'aimerais bien voir ce que les mécontents mangent chez eux !!!
A recommander car de plus, très bien situé à proximité de tout.

Good place to stay. Location is more than awesome. It is only 6-8 minutes walk to the main square of the city (Freedom square). Rooms are clean and has all the necessary facilities. Stuff is polite and always eager to help. We stayed for three night and we can say that it was a good choice.

Looks very outdated. There are problems with the electricity. Because of this, guests are transferred to a nearby hotel, but the guests don't get prior warning. Staff seems friendly enough

Gente muy amable, servicio óptimo, tienen un acuerdo con un parking cercano donde te sale el día a 15€, pero tienes que llegar pronto para garantizarte la plaza.
En cuanto a las habitaciones. Cama muy confortable, muy limpio, tiene terraza. El punto flojo es el baño que es pequeño pero muy limpio.

Nice hotel and lovely staff. Price is perfect and location very good as wel.
Unfortunately WIFI did not work 3 days, that was really uncomfortable because I traveled there for my bussiness trip. But it can hapen. What I really missed is lobby bar or minibar in the room. Generally I really can recomend staying in this hotel.

Overall the hotel was nice. Well situated not far from city center.
I wish the front desk staff was a bit more welcoming and warm. Breakfast was pretty great. Good selection and tasty, wish they had real espresso coffee machine.
The room was ok. The staff prepared a bassinet for my toddler to sleep in, did not need to ask for it which was great. The power to most of the room is shut off unless you leave the key in special slot by the door. The TV was pretty useless old, very few channels, some German and French and nothing in English. The fake leather couch by the entrance was peeling, new furniture is in order. Room is a bit noisy, got woken up by outside noise at night.
There is a steap staircase to enter the hotel and elevator is very small, might be problematic for people with mobility issues.
If you need a place to crash with breakfast, hotel Malaposta will do.

The hotel was too old and the blanket is too thin. Also the hotel is at the top of the hill so it was a hard job to get there and the plug is at the erong spot!! We guess the hotel needs to change a lot.

Recomiendo totalmente. Hotel renovado con todas las comodidades, buen desayuno bufet en el cetro de Oporto. Las camas cómodas, buen baño y gran ducha. Personal muy atento. Buena limpieza, si buscas un sitio limpio, confortable y agradable para pasar unos días es una buena elección.

Muy caro para lo que ofrece,necesita una buena reforma,gotelé en la habitación con rozas que no se han molestado en disimular,le falta iluminación,sin nevera en la habitación,tuvimos que dejar en recepción los productos que compramos para llevar.
El desayuno bien aunque fruta escasa,la persona que lo prepara amable y eficiente.
Ruido externo,por ser zona de marcha.
Olor desagradable,falta de ventilación en general en la habitación y también en recepción.

Muy pobre. No hay frigorifico. Tv con 6 canales Portugueses tematicos: deporte, concursos y noticias. No internacional ni siquiera tv de Portugal al uso. Baño pequeño, básico, limpio. No tiene cafetería ni servicio de calienta-agua eléctrico. Solo desayuno. Café malísimo. Sólo una camarera.

Super recomendable. Hotel céntrico, muy limpio, cama cómoda, baño completo, desayuno suficiente y variado. Trato agradable. Buena zonas y segura. Tiene cerca bares y restaurantes donde poder desayunar, comer y cenar una francesinha, hamburguesas.... Aunque por fuera parece algo viejo .... Todos los edificios de Oporto son así, no hay nuevas construcciones y el hotel por dentro está nuevo. Repetiría si volviera a Oporto.

Falta de profesionalidad a la hora de resolver dudas y consultas .Tuvimos un problema con la habitación y no nos dieron opción a cambiar de habitación que eso es lo que había .El aire de la habitación no proporcionaba el confort para las fechas que eran(pasamos frío)A la hora de preguntar qué canales de l TV español no refieron que hasta el día siguiente no nos podían dar esa información.Que nos hemos llevado un mal sabor de boca .No lo recomendaremos a nadie .

Fuimos porque el otro hotel que reservamos tuvo un problema y nos realojaron aquí. Creo que los precios son algo caros. Las habitaciones son un poco viejas pero están limpias. El sitio es céntrico. El mayor problema que vi fue el ruido durante la noche al estar en una zona de fiesta,. También un poco de frío en la habitación.

Hotel au centre de Porto. Métro pas loin. Chambre côté cour non bruyante. Personnel très sympa et à l écoute. Chambre très propre. Prise electrique dans sdb et entrée. Manque vers le lit ou bureau. Petit dejeuner très copieux et diversifié. Restaurants dans les environs accessible à pied en quelques minutes. Hôtel non décevant.

Hôtel un peu "vieillot", qui aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement, mais très bel et bon accueil. Les chambres sont très propres, et la qualité des matelas est là. Le gros plus plus, c'est sa localisation !! Super, tout à proximité et les sorties le soir se font à pied. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié.

Les points positifs ont été la literie et le buffet du petit déjeuner. En effet, un canapé tout éliminé nous fît face en entrant dans la chambre.L’éclairage blafard de la chambre et de la salle de bain, où se raser correctement relevait de l’exploit. Aucune prise électrique de chaque côté du lit où près d’un pseudo bureau. Seule une prise dans l’entrée et une dans la salle de bain. Fenêtre très haute et inaccessible. Odeur d’humidité dans la chambre. Sans compter sur le manque d’insonorisation de celle-ci. Bref, où sont les trois étoiles annoncées lors de la réservation sur votre site de cet hôtel ??Très décevant.

Hotel muy viejo. Habitaciones grandes pero sin renovar, excepto el baño, que es nuevo. Las que dan a la calle muy ruidosas, ya que están en plena zona de marcha. Las habitaciones no tienen enchufes cerca de la cama, solo uno en el baño y otro en la entrada. Polvriento, abstenerse alérgicos. El desayuno está bien y el personal muy amable. Muy bien ubicado en pleno centro. Mala relación calidad precio.

La chica que nos atendió en recepción, nos dió un trato poco amable, al avisarles que nos íbamos antes de la hora de desayuno. El desayuno que nos pusieron era de muy mala calidad. Los cojines son muy altos. Aún así, el servicio de limpieza es excelente. El hotel dispone de parking 15€/día si hay plazas.

Das Personal war insgesamt hilfsbereit und freundlich. Auch die Ausstattung war gut. Nicht gut war jedoch insgesamt der Zustand unseres Zimmers. Mal ließ sich die Tür unseres Zimmers nicht öffnen, mal war der Abflussstopfen zu tief in Waschbecken eingedrückt, so dass das Wasser nicht abfließen konnte, mal funktionierte die Toilettenspülung nicht richtig. Am schlimmsten ist jedoch die Lage des Hotels: Es liegt mitten in der Partymeile von Porto. Wer für einen Wochenendtrip herkommt, um maximalen Spaß zu haben, für den ist es genau richtig. Wer jedoch Ruhe und Erholung sucht, der ist hier falsch.

Muy bien ubicado porque en menos de 5 minutos te encontrabas cerca de todos los sitios interesantes para ver. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y las camas muy confortables. Dormimos de maravilla!. Trato del personal inmejorable!. Hemos tenido un problema con el check-in de nuestro vuelo, y el chico jovencito en recepción se encargó de llamar a la compañia para solucionarlo. Es un sol! Muy recomendable en general

The staff were very congenial. Great quiet location. The room was comfortable although quite basic. It could use a few amenities like shampoo and tissues and have slightly better quality towels. The breakfast was very adequate and good quality, but the coffee machine provided instant beverages which were not very good.

Estive lá duas vezes e a tendecia do hotel é sempre melhorar. Notei que entre a primeira e a Segunda estadia, houve um esforço (conseguido) para melhorar a estadia em vários aspetos. fiquei satisfeita com a estadia e principalmente com o serviço de apoio ao cliente.

Hôtel correct, nous n'avons pas eu la chance d'être dans une chambre rénové.
Du crépis démodé au mur et une vue pas terrible. Le distributeur de savon s'est cassé laissant une marre glissante de savon, mais apparemment "c'est normal, ça arrive souvent"
Le personnel est accueillant et chaleureux et le petit déjeuner est bien.

Due to the cost and the information on the website I thought the hotel would be good quality. We booked well in advance and asked for a double room but unfortunately got a twin room. When asked to change this we were told that wouldnt be possible for several days. The room had poor quality furniture and fittings and only 2 power points, but it was very clean and the WiFi and breakfast were both good. If I had been looking for a budget hotel and been paying a price appropriate for that I would have been pretty satisifed but feel that I was overcharged what I recieved. We only stayed a couple of nights and moved to different hotel as felt that if we had stayed we would not have enjoyed our holiday.

Hervorragende portugiesische Gaststätte CommeCa nur 30 m entfernt mit reichhaltigem Essen zu sehr gutem Preis. Mit Andante Tour Card für 3 Tage kommt man sehr gut zurecht ( Gültigkeit: 72 Std. gerechnet von erstmaliger Entwertung am Lesegerät). Vom Flughafen stadteinwerts kann man normales Ticket lösen, Bekommt man alles an der Tourist-Info am Flughafen. Schade, wollten noch mit der Metro nach Vila do Conde, auch mit der Andante Tour 3-Card, hat sich leider zerschlagen. Porto ist sehr vielseitig, aber ohne Nutzung des ÖPNV ist es auf Grund der grossen Höhenunterschiede in der Stadt zu anstrengend, nur zu Fuß geht nicht. Wenn das Wetter mitspielt, ist Porto wunderbar. Aber bei Regen taugt der schönste Urlaub nichts. Mit der Buslinie 500 geht es wunderbar den Douru flußabwärts zum Atlantik, bis zur Endhaltestelle zu empfehlen mit der tollen Zugbrücke am Hafen, muß man gesehen haben wie die Schiffe die Brücke passieren!

El lugar es céntrico y muy cómo para llegar a los sitios turísticos de la ciudad. Si buscas de conocer la ciudad y el hotel es nada más para dormir y asearte, pues está perfecto. Instalaciones antiguas pero funcionales. La atención del personal muy buena. Mi única contra son los colchones. De verdad son muy malos, deberían cambiarlos porque duermes fatal.

considero que esta mal calificado que es un 2 estrells, no era lo esperado.
El personal de recepcion del dia que fuimos( la tarde del 19/10/17) sumamente parco , poco gentil y para nada servicial.
eramos 2 personas mayores (con maletas) el acceso no tiene rampas ni ascensor, nos obligaba a subir por lo menos 8 escalones.
No habia cadete, ni asistente y al manifestarle que nos era dificultoso subir, no se ofrecio a ayudarnos.
lo hicieron unas personas que pasaban x la galeria.
la habitacion pauperrima, la TV tenia problemas de imagen y los colchones de calidad inferior. Nos trasladamos a otro hotel perdiendo lo abonado en ese calificacion 5 . NO ES UN HOTEL ME

Malaposta is cheap(ish) and clean. On my latest trip I was in a room at the front and it was very noisy. There was the usual traffic + cobbled road roar and then from 2:30am until 5:00am some drunk students decided to prove that they had no musical talent whilst torturing a guitar. WiFi works well (6Mbps+).

Nous avions réservé une chambre au 4ème pour profiter de la vue sur Porto. Résultat : une vue sur cour avec immeubles délabrés, bouches sorties aérations etc..., la chambre très vétuste, moquette sale, salle de bains très très vétuste, baignoire avec rideau en plastique très douteux, chasse d'eau des WC qui évacuait mal et abattant des wc sale et juste bon pour la poubelle.Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre. la réceptionniste nous a dit que l’hôtel était complet, mais en levant un peu le ton, bizarrement on nous a donné une autre chambre, certes au 1er étage sur rue, très bruyante, MAIS propre , refaite avec des sanitaires propres et modernes. Chambres très mal insonorisées et très bruyantes (bruit de la rue jusqu'à 4 heures du matin). Salle du petit déjeuner minuscule, les gens se bousculent ou font la "queue". Mauvais choix pour cet hôtel.

Hotel muy cercano al centro de lisboa. Personal muy agradable y situación buena para visitar la ciudad. La habitación tiene un baño muy decente con secador e incluso espejo de aumento pero lo que es el dormitorio... Está muy viejo y trotado, el ruido de la calle se escucha toda la noche(habitación 103) y no pegamos ojo. La entrada al hotel está en un subportal / galeria y por la noche (del domingo al lunes) eso metía miedo. Decir que al amanecer todo estaba tranquilo con los obreros y los "gorrillas" de la zona. El desayuno buffet consiste en cafe/leche, tostadas, algo de bolleria y bizcocho. Si quieres un hotel barato decente en el centro este es tu hotel siempre y cuando tengas tapones para los oidos y si no quieres dormir y solo ir de fiesta este hotel es perfecto...

Hotel cèntric, bon servei de desdejuni i si eres celíaco ho dius i té porten pa sense gluten.
Els empleats molt amables en tot moment, servei de cotxe per al aeroport.
La habitació molt menuda però com sols vas a dormir no pasa res.
Està molt neta.
És un bon hotel per a pasar unes dies a Oporto. Recomanable.

Hotellets morgen buffet var meget sparsomt og de havde svært ved at følge med når fadene blev tomme, egentlig utroligt da rummet kun havde plads til Ca 24 gæster af gangen. Der var heller ikke mulighed for at få aftensmad på hotellet.

Bag drop off a problem - very narrow street outside. Breakfast area very small and low on crockery as girl attendant had to keep washing things up for us to use. Long walk with bags to car park at end of stay - difficult to get cars back to the hotel

This is a very nice hotel in the heart of historical district of Porto. The location could not be better - it is at the walking distance from the Library where Harry Power was filmed, Majestic Cafe, market. The price is very attractive. At the time of travel I paid about $73.00 per night. The furniture is a little bit outdate but it was still comfortable. The hotel staff is excellent. They are very knowledgeable of all the attractions and means to get there. They have helped me with everything they could. When I am in Porto next time, I will definitely stay at this hotel. The breakfast was simply outstanding - it alone is worthy to stay in this hotel. If I need to pick just two outstanding features of this hotel, I would say it is location and personnel.

Dieses Hotel hat mit seinen drei Sternen im Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis schon fast Pariser Niveau erreicht: Für rund 100 Euro für eine Nacht plus 15 Euro Parkgebühren bekommt man hier ein Frühstück, das allenfalls als untere Mittelklasse einzustufen ist. Das Badezimmer weist in den Fugen auf durchaus in die Jahre gekommene Zustände hin. Gepaart mit Baulärm und einem Stromausfall eine Erfahrung, die ich nicht wieder machen möchte.

Chambre correcte avec une salle de bain vieillissante. Buffet très bien. Par contre cet hôtel est très mal insonorisé. La chambre donne sur la rue en face d'un café lieu de rassemblement de jeunes. Nous avons eu droit aux aboiements de chiens, à de la musique, des chants et des bruits de conversations la nuit jusqu'à 3/4 heures du matin. Le personnel manque de formation sur les restaurants alentours (1 seul nous a été recommandé, le Luso, très bien d'ailleurs) et les conseils de visites.

Hôtel bien situé, correct pour le prix de la chambre.
Chambre de taille standard avec un espace assez restreint, quoique vieillissantes. Pas assez insonorisé (constamment dérangé par les discutions des voisins). Malgré une chambre au 3ème étage, le bruit des passants dans la rue sont désagréables et durent jusqu'à 3h du matin (plusieurs bars à côté).
Fin du petit-déjeuner très tôt (10h30) donc pas de possibilité de faire une grâce mâtinée. Choix très restreint sur les viennoiseries et café qui se rapproche plus d'un 2 étoiles.
Espace très insuffisant pour prendre son petit-déjeuner (on se croirais dans une cantine). Le nettoyage des tables n'est absolument pas fait, les assiettes sont entassés les unes sur les autres ! Cela donne l'impression que tout est fait pour rebuter les gens à prendre le petit-déjeuner.

Das hotel ist eine katastrofe!!!Man wird vom personal ignoriert und kommt und geht ohne hallo und geht ohne auf wiedersehn...Das zimmer alt, der abfluss stinkt von weitem, es ist schmutzig, modrig und die betten sind so schlecht,dass man den boden bevorzugen kann zum schlafen.Die putzfrau stöberte im kasten,was ich gar nicht leiden kann.Der fernseher war winzig,dass mein laptop größer ist.Kein wasserdruck beim waschbecken und in der dusche.die dusche so klein,dass man sich ständig am regler anstösst,sodass das wasser entweder feurig heiß oder eiskalt kommt oder gar abgeschaltet wird.das wc gehört auf den müll und nicht in ein hotelzimmer...so eklig...abgeschlagen,schmutzig!!!!Der frühstücksraum klein wie eine hutschachtel! Kein fenster, muffelig und eng.Die gäste müssen sich bücken,um vom untersten regal teller zu bekommen, dabei hängen die damen ihre haare in die wurst,den käse usw,weil das oberhalb der teller steht.Zudem kommt man sehr schlecht zu einem sitzplatz.die gäste tragen kaffee usw über den köpfen der gäste zu ihren plätzen...ein kleiner hopps und der kaffee war auf meinem kopf!!!!Ganz zu schweigen von den allerwertesten die man im gesicht hatte,wenn man am tisch neben den tellern saß.durch das bücken nach den tellern war es unvermeidlich,den po oder eine brust im gesicht zu haben....absolutes no go!!!!Wir waren meeeeega enttäuscht und waren froh,nach hause reisen zu können.Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!!!

Hotel was near a lot of restaurants and bars, walkable to Livraria Lello. Our room was old, with breakfast included but the buffet breakfast is only all cold dishes (ham, normal cheese) which u can buy at the supermarket and u have to pay 1€ for espresso coffee.

The hotel was in a good area with lovely restaurants and bars outside the door. The hotel staff were excellent and extremely professional and helpful. The lobby area was recently refurbished and pleasant. The breakfast room was small but well organised and there was a good variety of fresh foods. Our hotel room was old and had an unpleasant odour but was clean. The hotel also offered an airport shuttle service at a reasonable price and had a free shuttle for hotel guests to a large shopping centre.

Jai séjourné dans cet hôtel durant 2 nuits consécutives du 27 au 29 Avril 2015. Laccueil a été agréable et le personnel nous a très bien guidé. Les chambres sont agréables, la literie était bonne, la salle de bain propre. Le seul inconvénient de sa localisation est la route qui est très passagère et qui occasionne une gêne la nuit. Pensez aux bouchons doreilles!

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten gut vom Bahnhof Sao Bento oder von der Metrostation Trindade erreichbar.Wir haben uns vom Hotel nicht viel erwartet und waren deswegen auch nicht negativ überrascht.Warmes Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn wäre schön gewesen, zumal wir es auch am ersten Tag reklamiert haben.Minütliches Wechseln der Wassertemperatur unter der Dusche musste jetzt auch nicht unbedingt sein.Porto selbst ist so eine schöne Stadt, dass uns die vielen Stunden,die wir dort verbracht haben, positiv in Erinnerung bleiben.

Rent och snyggt, bra läge med nära till allting. Dock behövs öronproppar fredag/lördag natt då ungdomar går hem från serveringarna. Bra restauranger i närheten samt livsmedelsbutiker. Inte långt att promenera till floden och de historiska områdena. Bra personal i receptionen som talar utmärkt engelska och är mycket hjälpsamma. Frukosten är helt ok med bullar och bröd, ost och skinka, marmelader, youghurt och flingor samt frukt. Och jättegott starkt kaffe, som överallt i Porto.Takterass med fin utsikt. Detta prisvärda hotell rekommenderas.

Lo justo y necesario. El hotel dispone de habitaciones amplias con lo necesario para pasar una estancia comoda pero sin muchos lujos, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba muy bien ni para frio ni para calor. El desayuno de bufet con no mucha variedad pero lo necesario para comenzar bien lleno el dia. La situacion del hotel es bastante buena, pero hay un rato andando hasta llegar a la ribeira, pero es bonito pasear por las famosas calles de cuestas adoquinadas que tiene Oporto y descubrir cada rincon. La relacion calidad precio muy buena, lo cogimos a un precio muy economico por internet.опмо

Es un hotel en el que se puede pasar una agradable estancia sinn problemas. El desayuno es variado, los empleados son muy amables, son políglotas, te explican lo que quieras saber, se prestan a la atención de los clientes. Lo único que no me gustó del hotel fue un olor algo desagradable en la habitación como a madera vieja y que había una fuga de agua en el lavabo, por lo demás creo que es un hotel recomendable para pasar un fin de semana agradable à Porto.
