Schönes Hotel. Freundlicher Service , gute Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut. Es gibt eine reichliche Auswahl an Speisen. Im Restaurant kann man Abends auch gut essen. Wer es authentischer mag , sollte Abends in eine der vielen Fado Bars gehen.15 min zu Fuß vom Hotel. Auch da bekommt man gutes Essen und gratis Fado Musik .

Wenn dieses Hotel ein Model wäre, dann wäre es ein weit in die Jahre gekommenes Victoria Secret Model mit dem Verstand einer 16-jährigen Teilnehmerin von Germanys Next Topmodel und würde Larissa oder Melissa heißen. Das komplette Hotelkonzept ist nach den Worten von Felix Lobrecht einfach nur verkopft und die 5-Sterne beleidigen jedes andere 5-Sterne Hotel der Welt. Ruhe gibt es in diesem Hotel nicht. Die Schallschutzstufe der Fenster ist trotz massiver Bauweise gefühlt nicht vorhanden. Das Hotel hat zu zwei Seiten vermeintlich "ruhige" Nebenstraßen die aber in der Nacht einiges an Geräuschkulisse zu bieten haben (beispielsweise, wenn nachts um 2 Müll abgeholt wird). Permanent dudelt der Turim-Hotel Werbesong irgendwo, sei es im automatisch einsetzenden Radio des Zimmers oder beim Frühstück. Überall rauscht leise die Lüftung des Hotels, auch wenn die Klimaanlage aus ist. Die Lobbybesatzung schleicht im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes um einen herum ohne wirklich eine Funktion zu besitzen. Die Fahrstühle fahren nur widerwillig öffnen nach dem Schließen der Türen gerne nochmals die Tür und halten IMMER in der Lobby auch wenn man dort gar nicht hin will. Selbst wenn man das „Nicht-Stören“-Schild an die Tür hängt bekommt man einen Anruf ob man es dort nicht vielleicht vergessen hat und die Putzkolonne wirklich nicht kommen soll. Diese hat die negative Eigenschaft das Zimmer und das Bett, welches man vorher sicher nicht ohne Grund für sich so hergestellt hat (nur dünne Decke) wieder in seinen gemauerten Ursprungszustand zu versetzen und man jeden Abend erst einen Kampf mit den Decken führen muss. Vermutlich will man hier das Gefühl der Ölsardinen vermitteln, welche ein beliebtes Mitbringsel aus Lissabon sind. Zudem werden die Fenster nicht geschlossen bzw. nicht richtig verriegelt was den Lautstärkefaktor nochmals erhöht. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, allerdings sind die Bedienungen verpeilt und man wartet teilweise 10 Minuten auf den Kaffee, der dann aber sehr gut schmeckt. Was in diesem Hotel die 5 Sterne ausmacht weiß vermutlich niemand. Es ist ein besseres Motel One mit mehr Personal, welches aber keinen wirklichen Mehrwert entwickelt. Die Leute sind bemüht aber in einer tollpatschigen Form. Für wenige Nächte mag das Hotel seinen Dienst tun. Alles über 3 Übernachtungen würde ich mir überlegen.

Situato proprio davanti la fermata della Linea della metro blu, e sulla arteria principale di Avenida de Liberador sfrutta quest’ottima posizione per spostarsi al centro a 800 metri da Praça do Comércio e 800 metri dal Barrio Alto. Struttura nuova ambienti curati con stile e soprattutto massima pulizia. La mattina offre una ricca colazione ci sono perfino le pasteis de nata oltre a croissant, cake, pancake oppure di caldo c’è pancetta uova salsiccia e varie tipologie di colazione continentale. La camera era bellissima ampia luminosa con balconcino; wi-fi gratis ; il bagno molto grande e ben ordinato. Personale gentilissimo che è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi informazione. Ottimo 5 stelle ma è ottimo soprattuto per la posizione!! A pochi passi c’è perfino il famoso Elevador do Gloria che collega al Barrio Alto +++++

Ottimo hotel in posizione comodissima per la visita alla città, raggiungibilissima in metro dall'aeroporto! Camere, per quel che mi consta, comode e spaziose. Personale cortese. Colazione buona, sebbene non di ampia scelta, soprattutto per i salati, che potrebbero ambire anche ad ingredienti migliori. Il viale ampio e ben tenuto in cui è situato, peraltro, allinea ottimi negozi di marca internazionale.

Hotel en la vía principal de la ciudad, al lado del Barrio Alto y de las tiendas más chic. Instalaciones impecables. Personal super atento. Desde abrirte la puerta del coche al llegar, la facilidad del check-in online, las explicaciones del mozo en la habitación (que fueron muchas y bien detalladas), llevar el coche al parking y sacarlo tantas veces como lo solicitases, hasta el check-out. El precio de la habitación de 10, no le pongo la excelencia porque el precio del parking era algo más elevado que otros hoteles consultados en la misma zona.

My husband and I stayed Lisbon for 3 days. We have been pleasantly satisfied with this hotel. Usually, when you book a hotel the rooms dont really match the pictures. In this case, they absolutely match. We have booked double deluxe room. Very spacious, clean and beautiful. Bathroom was very big and clean. Breakfast was just perfect. The view from the room was very nice as well, overlooking the main street. It was a really pleasant stay. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and nice. Prices are reasonable and absolutely worth it.

This is a great hotel with wonderful staff. They offered parking our car, and bringing up luggage. Food was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Turim is a large chain with multiple hotels in Lisbon. It is overall great quality and the service is exceptional, but not worth the money. For the amount paid, the hotel easily add a few more benefits that other smaller and boutique hotels give. Apart from that, check-in, service, cleanliness were good. The size of the room was standard, and the bathroom amenities were appreciated.

The hotel is in a good location near a lot of sightseeing areas; metro station and train to Sintra. The reason I do not give all 5 stars because I was given a room at the ground floor facing the street side. It was noisy when cars passed by. I had to press the staff to change the room as they said they were quite full. The bathroom was very clean, but the hallway was dark.

I liked this hotel. However, 4 stars hotels I had been to before are all better than this 5 stars hotel. Three big cons are a very average breakfast, the not properly sound isolated rooms and the sometimes slow internet. Secondary minor things could be the silly policy of no food allowed on the rooftop, the slow service (60 mins+) of a mediocre club sandwich. The location, the brand new building, the kind staff and the sparkling clean bathrooms are all worth the stay, but from a 5 stars more should be expected.

O hotel tem um estacionamento subterrâneo para além do ridículo perigosíssimo a entrar e a sair super apertado com dois sentidos. Tive de deixar o meu veículo lá durante umas horas de noite ( três ou quatro horas) por motivos de trabalho e levaram 35 euros de estacionamento. Esse valor não está afixado no exterior. No exterior estão afixados valores muito inferiores. Infelizmente é mais um truque.

Room was clean, but on first floor look like in gail. I had pay paid extra 50 Euro to change room on 4th floor.

the property was beautiful, the room was very good and clean. the reception staff were not rude but not overly friendly or happy. unusually for a 5 star no bathrobes or male based toiletries that you normally expect.

Albergo nuovo ricavato in un edificio d'epoca, situato su Rua da Libertade, l'arteria principale di Lisbona. Posizione ottima per tutte le attrazioni. La colazione offre un'amplissima varietà di piatti a buffet. Parcheggio un po' caro, ma vi sono in zona parcheggi pubblici più economici. Rapporto qualità/prezzo buono.

Nice new hotel but besides that nothing in the hotel in terms of people working gave you the feeling that you’re at 5 star hotel. No information about the hotel facilities , no information about the city and what to do/see.

Although we didnt spend much time in the hotel it was extremely clean and had a lovely room. The door staff and domestic staff were very polite and friendly. The lady at reception who booked us in although polite obviously did not think we were posh enough to stay. This did not spoil any thing so would go again.

Not sure why this hotel is categorized as a 5 stars when service and housekeeping is less than 4 stars. Horrible service, people are not genuinely happy to smile and assist you. First off, I emailed the hotel before arrival about room arrangements. After I landed and checked email, no one care to reply. After checked in, I complained about paying for an Executive Room and got the size of the superior room. They said my room is an executive room type because it faces the street. However I paid more to get more space and nothing was done to compensate. I felt deceived from the booking website. The room was on the 2nd floor, smallest room size with one sink and you can hear and feel the metro pass by every 5-10 minutes. The only people I find acceptable in the hotel, are the staff from the restaurant downstairs. Housekeeping Aspect, 1st night they forgot to provide shower gel, then they give you the no brand shower gel by the hotel. Out of the 4 nights, I only saw the branded shower gel for one night. Since when shower gel is so expensive. 2nd night, they remember the gel, then they forgot the bath mat. The shower leaks water and cross the bathroom and I slipped twice but glad I held my balance. I told the reception, but they don’t care to fix it. 3rd night, I used my shoe sponge the previous night and it wasn’t refill on the tray. The room wasn’t vacuumed as I can see snacks I spilled the previous nights. In the room, there are no supply box for convenience. I didn’t want to complain every night so My husband finally got a razor after we checked out. Portugal is a very kid friendly city. However, the hotel is not baby friendly at all as mentioned there’s no baby clots available. It doesn’t even have hot water in the room unless you want coffee residues from the coffee machine. Every night I have to go to the restaurant to get hot water because waiting for room service takes forever, I might as well go to the restaurant to see friendlier staff. The hotel is renovated, yes, however, if you want to stay in a 5 stars hotel with 5 stars treatment, this is worse than 4 stars! It was raining most of the time during my stay in Lisbon, you just want to relax in the hotel after a long day. However, with this horrible so called 5 stars hotel, it gave me so much bad memories in Lisbon. Don’t go to Turim Boulevard hotel if you want a good Lisbon memory!

La ubicación perfecta. Buen trato por parte del personal. Es un hotel nuevo, la cama es cómoda y la habitación está bien. Quizás sea excesiva la categoría de 5 estrellas, hay hoteles con esa categoría que distan mucho con este hotel. Aún así, vuelvo a indicar que es un buen lugar donde alojarte si vas a Lisboa, está muy bien.

The location is great. The room has balcony with street view, can hear the car passing by. In general, my stay was nice and pleasant.

Great location, friendly staff, the space and rooms were in excellent condition. However, there was construction happening in the building next door and drilling would begin at 9am sharp, throughout the day. This could not be helped by the hotel but did make for a restless stay

Spacious room with nice breakfast. Great location.Noisy due to the renovation work done nearby during the day. My room was on 1/F and the music sound from the sidewalk cafe may be loud at night. Overall a pleasant stay.

Verkligen ett lyxigt ställe. Vi hade ett standard rum med utsikt mot gården. Fräscht rum om än något litet. Frukosten var ok, men går inte att jämföra med svenska hotell. Platsen är det bästa, ca 10-15 minuter till allt i centrum, med restauranger och gallerior. Rekommenderar hotellet starkt!

Die Lage des Hotels war super. Beim Frühstück mussten wir sehr lange auf den Kaffee oder Tee warten, wir waren schon mit dem kompletten Frühstück fertig bis jemand kam. Leider sehr schlechter Service beim Frühstück.

Новый отель. Все красиво. Хорошее расположение. Но сервис и удобства оставляют желать лучшего. Персонал медленный. Обслуживание на завтраках отвратительное. Сам завтрак мог бы быть лучше для 5*. Резанные, а не целые фрукты, отсутствие овощей. Номер красивый, но с матраса скатываешься, подушка очень большая, что спишь почти сидя. И косметика в ванной не для 5*. Вообщем, кто привык получать за эти деньги качественный отель, то вам не сюда. Может позже, когда все процессы отработают, то попробую вернуться.

We liked the location.What we did not like: they gave us a handicapped room and we did not request one, terrible bathroom set-up.At night between 3 and 4 AM every night the trash pickup come by the outside of our room and it sounds like a bulldozer and it's impossible to get a good night sleep.I mentioned it to the reception but they did not care, no response.

Un hotel de 5× molt bo, Tot nou, situat a l'Avenida Liberdade 159 de Lisboa. Habitacions grans, amb bany tot nou, dutxa, caixa forta, cafè i té gratuït, esmorzar de qualitat amb varietat suficient, el cafè molt bo, que només entrar ja et pregunten que pendras, cafè expresso, capuchino, etc sucs de taronja, síndria, meló, pastes, croissants etc. I si vols truita, ous, els demanes i ho porten. Petita piscina al terrat amb hamaques, que va molt bé per descansar després de caminar tot el dia. Personal super amable i atent.

Sehr zentral gelegenes neues Hotel. Unser Zimmer war etwas klein, aber für einen Städtetrip völlig ausreichend. Frühstück war sehr umgangreich und lecker! Pool war leider noch nicht vorhanden (Mai 2019), was vielleicht ein kleiner Nachteil war. Insgesamt waren wir aber sehr zufrieden.

Começo por dar os meus parabéns ao serviço prestado por todos os colaboradores do hotel, muito simpáticos, muito atenciosos, pequeno almoço digno de príncipes, quarto muito acolhedor limpo, adorei o rooftop que conseguiram proporcionar ao dispor da piscina em simultâneo com uma vista agradável sobre a cidade, ambiente muito tranquilo para quem procura relaxar mesmo estando no meio de uma grande cidade como é Lisboa. Senti me em casa. Irei voltar, recomendo vivamente casais com ou sem crianças ou mesmo aos solteiros, o hotel é sensivelmente novo, está com muito boas instalações, adoramos as vibrações que o hotel proporciona aos seus hóspedes.

This excellent hotel is an epitome of cleanliness and elegance. I enjoyed my stay in this very hotel. Very friendly and cheerful staff at the front desk. Hotel is very central and decently located just in front of a metro to commute to other parts of the city. Also a few minutes walk Eduardo VI park, Pracao do Commerćio and other cool interesting places to see in and around the centre. In all, it was a good experience being in this hotel, and highly recommend it if you intend to visit lisbon for business/leisure. I hope you find this review useful .

Am really picky and i stay at hotels every week.. i like the location right near office district and was confused between 3 and 5 stars .. thus 4 . Easily 5 stars once they fix up some minor tweaks .. i didnt complain then but getting two beds together isnt the same as 1 queen or king bed as ud expect from a double sized room and not the most comfortable. I hated the water pressure and the shower head is midway between handle and urself so waiting changing and guessing til hot water comes out .. thats annoying then u find out under shower u have to play with the shower bottles to open those little security stickers that are ironically there to protect us from tampered shower gels. Finally if ur a late nighter expect no 24 hrs food or coffee or drinks .. thats a real bummer Great staff and location though

4 estrellas sobrevalorado. Servicio pésimo, personal poco preparado; a excepción de unos pocos. Poco recomendable si vas a descansar. No insonorizado.

Muy buen hotel en relacion calidad-precio. Las habitaciones son acogedoras y modernas, y las camas son super comodas. El buffet desayuno es una maravilla con una amplia variedad de opciones, y las instalaciones del hotel estan muy bien, especialmente la azotea con bar y piscina (no es profunda, pero vale para refrescarse). El personal en general es muy agradable y atento.

Grundsätzlich war es okay. Jedoch für 5 Sterne reichte es nicht. Die angegebene Terrasse mit kleinem Pool war noch nicht fertig und somit geschlossen. Keine Möglichkeit für Fitness. Wofür dann die Bademäntel?Zimmer war nach hinten mit Blick auf Baustelle. Keine Angabe bei Buchung. Bad hatte kein Fenster und schlechten Dunstabzug. Ich wünsche 30% Rückerstattung!!Frühstück reichte aus, jedoch in 5 Sterne Hotels bin ich anderes gewohnt. Mit freundlichem Gruß Nino Malavasi

Brilliant hotel. The location, the services, the staff, the commodities, everything! You'll not be disappointed if you choose this one. It's probably the best hotel that I stayed in Lisbon (and I already stayed in several).

No tiene actividades no funciona la piscina a pesar de haber comunicado con tiempo de antelación mi llegada y pedido entrar antes de la hora pudiendo hacerlo me dejaron para el final esperando para entrar no guste nada.
