Atendimento lentíssimo! Só uma disfuncionária a um sábado de manhã. Pouca empatia.

NOS is an abusive and dishonest company, charging its customers when you call them! I visited the Pombal store to cancel my contract on April 11th, and they did everything they could to stop me, printing the wrong address and wrong phone number on the form. Moreover, they gave me the wrong form as it was a 'formulario de denuncia' which translates into 'complaint form' and not a cancellation form. NOS hides behind abusively expensive 5-digit phone numbers to make as many obstructions as possible to you. Everything should have been decided upon in the store, but they insisted on making numerous and pointless phone calls to me, complicating the task. I am now considering making a formal complaint to the Portuguese telecoms regulator. This company should be banned from operating in Portugal.

Mau atendimento por parte da coordenação de loja. Algo já habitual nas lojas NOS. A solução passa por mais formação de técnicas de atendimento.
