Emmanuel was our tour guide. Really relaxed and easy. The bikes were of good quality. Stories were nice, he was open to our questions and nice and good conversation. The tour took us to the 'English beach', trough the city park. After that we took a boat to the other side (Gaia) of the Douro and cycled back over the big iron bridge. Tour is around 20km in total. Tip: watch out for the tram tracks!

We had great time exploring coast south of Porto with bikes rented at this place. The staff is extremely nice and full of suggestions what to see, what to do and where to eat. We had classic city bikes (well maintained) which are more then enough for exploring the flat coast. I would recomend it also as an alternative to the tram Linha 01 going to Foz.

This was the BEST bike tour I’ve been on. Viento was very knowledgeable of the history of the city and buildings along the way. He didn’t just point things out but told a story and why they were important to Porto and the country. HIGHLY recommend Viento and Biclas to folks looking for something special. Wish we could spend days like today all the time!

Bardzo dobre miejsce dla wynajęcia rowerów. Dość niskie ceny na zwyczajne rowery, elektryki już trochę droższe. Sprzęt w stanie bardzo dobrym. Polecam przejechać się wzdłuż wybrzeża aż do oceanu, a nawet dalej. Również warto posłuchać rady od sprzedających, ponieważ polecają naprawdę dobre miejsca do zwiedzenia.

Un accueil très aimable...et en français en plus. Le matos est parfait, et les conseils tout à fait intéressants et utiles. Cerise sur le gâteau, comme nous sommes rentrés un peu plus tôt que prévu nous avons bénéficié d'une réduction du coût du forfait. Tout était parfait !!! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

사장님 부부 두분 다 친절하시고 특히나 전기자전거 타니까 그 험한 오르막길도 걷는 거보다 더 빨리 숭숭 날라다님~ 오늘 해변가도 가고 구석구석 쇼핑도 다니고 이곳저곳 엄청 다녔는데 어제 걸어서 투어한 거보다 훨씬 덜 피곤하고 해변가를 자전거로 타면서 가니 포르토의 또 다른 모습을 볼 수 잇었던 거 같아 좋았어요

Hired electric bikes for a self guided tour of the town. They were easy and very helpful in showing us the best paths to use. Bikes where very well maintained. Would recommend if anyone is looking for a quick way to see the city

We booked the guided bycicle tour and were lucky to have a private tour with a knowledgeable guide. He guided us through beautiful areas of Porto, which we had never discovered without him. He was open to questions at every time and the relatively slow pace gave us the opportunity to appreciate the beauty of the ocean, the traditional houses, the peaceful park and the fishermen's village.

Estupendo! Alquilamos 12 bicis (3 eléctricas) para ir hasta Matosinhos . Tuvieron paciencia, nos lo explicaron todo genial y fueron muy muy atentos. Sin duda recomiendo muchísimo este sitio y las personas que trabajan. Excelente calidad precio!

Excellent trip organised by Antonio. 3.5 hrs taking in the sights of Porto, beaches, fisherman village, boat crossing, Romantic Gardens and the park. Good bikes, helpful service. Would highly recommend.

Sensacional. Aluguei uma bike e fiz um passeio de 1 dia pelo litoral. Gostei tanto do atendimento e preços que me animei para alugar uma MTB para fazer o Caminho de Santiago de Compostela. O José Luis e a Sara deram todo o suporte e dicas valiosas sobre o trajeto. As bicicletas são ótimas e bem reguladas. Entreguei a bike em Santiago e deu tudo certo. Quero agradecer o excelente atendimento, que supera os laços comerciais, pois eles realmente se preocupam com o lado humano das pessoas que alugam suas bikes. Obrigado José e Sara. Minha visita a Portugal não teria sido tão mágica se não fosse o apoio de vocês. Abraços.

I had a great experience with Biclas & Triclas when hiring a mountain bike for 5 days for cycling the Camino from Porto. The bike was reserved online via email and the service received was great. The bike was perfect for the trip - no complaints. I even rented paniers and a helmet and dropped the bike off in Santiago for a fee. Would recommend this company to anyone!

Took a 3-hr much morning bike tour. There were only 3 people on the tour including myself, so it turned out to be a private tour. Very easy to book and the itinerary shown online is really well-thought out. There was one particular area with a mean uphill. If you’re not into biking uphill and/or on a very hot day, consider renting an e-bike. Bikes look fairly new and well maintained. It’s a really nice way to get a glimpse of the history and ways of life of the locals. FYI-this tour does not cover the city center but it takes you out to the beach area that you wouldn’t necessary go on your own.

Rented two city bikes. We're extremely satisfied with the service. A woman showed us the best route on the map, consulted us about the available bicycles and prices.
Bikes were fine. No problems with them.
In case you have any troubles with a bicycle on your way, they come to you by car and bring a new bicycle to change.
For 10 hours we paid 10€/person.
It's better to reserve a bike in advance by What'sUp or on place personally.

Emanuel was a great tour guide. Not only did he know the city's history, he was also animated and entertaining. As it was off-peak season we ended up on a private tour even though we only paid for a group tour. The tour includes a boat ride and they provided us with a bottle of water and a mandarin. It was sweet and considerate.

Extremely friendly staff, high quality bikes and amazing prices. I rented a beautiful, new, German cruiser bike for the day and it was the most comfortable bike I have ever rode. They have measures in place during the covid-19 pandemic - wearing masks, gloves, etc. and disinfecting the entire bike (seat and handles) prior to use. Highly recommend their rentals to all visiting.

너무너무 친절하세요!! 다들 자전거는 꼭 여기서 빌리세요ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 지도에 표시해 주시면서 자세히 알려주시고 자전거 이용 방법도 잘 알려주셨습니다. 제 친구가 자전거 타는걸 보시더니 안 빌리는게 낫겠다고 해주셔서 결국 안 빌렸지만^_^ (친구가 잘 못탑니다) 저희 안전을 최우선으로 생각해 주시는 마음에 감동 받았어요.. 그리고 저희가 아쉬워하자 해변까지 가는 방법이 또 있다며 버스정류장까지 데려다주시고 버스가 오자 기사님께 직접 목적지를 재확인 해주셨어요ㅠㅠ(감동) 고맙습니다!

El trato que recibimos aquí fue increíble, fuimos un grupo de 11 personas; primero, nos aconsejaron perfectamente el tipo de bici que coger según la ruta que queríamos hacer, después, nos dijeron que mejor cogerla por horas que por oferta de toda la tarde porque según la hora ya nos salía más caro (es decir, no nos intentaron colarla por ningún lado, cosa que al ir de viaje muchas tiendas lo intentan), después nos dijeron la mejor ruta para llegar a donde queríamos y nos aconsejaron sobre esta (que tuviésemos cuidado con x, que parásemos a tal sitio...). Finalmente, al volver, unos cuanto se quedaron parados por que se les salió la cadena y la mujer nos dijo que no pasaba nada, que no se estresasen ni fuesen con prisas que les cobraría lo mismo que a nosotros y se preocupo si todos estábamos bien; además, después de devolver las bicis nos aconsejaron mil y un lugar para comer según si queríamos tapas, bacallao, etc.
En conclusión, el mejor sitio para pillar una bici y ver la ciudad de una forma espectacular y además saber sitios para comer!

All the reviews are correct. Friendly staff, very helpful with the bikes and where to go. Choose your bike, drift off, then pay when you come back.
Took the ferry to the South and followed the cycle path parallel to the beaches. Great beaches and empty.

Superb management. Team is so nice and customer focused. Minimum charge of ebike was 12 euro but the owner slashed the price to 7.50 euro for each bike when we came back after 2.5 hours. These guys could have charged us the full price as it we were a once off tourist visitor but they chose not to. Hats off to this operation. They deserve every success that comes their way because of their customer focused values despite serving a predominantly once off tourist clientele.

Really nice shop to rent a bike: the prices are affordable (even the electric bikes), the bicycles are like brand new and the staff is adorable!
I felt and get wounds on my knees while riding and the lady at the shop helped me to take care of that with so much goodwill, I really appreciate it!
Definitely rent a bike here if you want to take a ride in the city!
Thanks again to all the staff for the warm welcoming and the caring!

So recommend this bike rental shop. The owner is really wonderful. They offer electric and ordinary bikes. She will explain the best and safest route to take and will suggest where to eat. Couldnt be more helpful. Would definitely suggest anyone who wants to cycle in Porto use this shop.

Todo genial, nos atendió una chica muy maja que nos explicó diferentes rutas que hacer con detalle, las bicis funcionaban estupendamente y en caso de que algo fuera mal ellos se desplazarían a donde estuviéramos. Salía a unos 2€/hora o 10€ el día completo. También tenían bicis eléctricas (ya más caras).

We're so disappointed by our experience. This tour came highly recommended and we were excited to join the group, unfortunately there were some serious flaws that tarnished our experience.
Our guide was lovely, very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. We booked a tour in English but half of it was spent speaking German. I would be wary of booking in with this company as they seem happy to mix language groups rather than reschedule you or request that you book a private tour. Had we known in advance we would have been happy to book a private English speaking tour.
We were unable to understand the majority of conversations that took place during our tour, including questions from members of the group which were not translated. This reduced the quality of our experience as much of the learning on group tours comes from being able to interact with and understand the ideas, questions and spontaneous conversations that come from within the group . I'm sure that it was not the intention of the guide but throughout the whole tour we felt like second class citizans and a lower priority than the rest of the group.
My husband was also given a broken electric bike to ride. This should have been checked before - he has no prior experience of riding electric bikes so relied upon the expertise of this company to provide him with functional equipment - it was only when I swapped to ride the bike that it was noticed. We received an apology and were given back the €10 it cost to upgrade his bike but this didn't really feel like adequate compensation.
The other reviews about this company seem very positive and the German speaking people on our 'English speaking tour' seemed to love it so hopefully we had an uncharacteristically bad experience.
I was keen to give the company an opportunity to make things better for future tourists.

I would give them 6* :-) I have rented new good city bike, price is the best that you can find in center (paying when you come back), and people helped me with itinerary - in Porto where most of roads and paths are up&down it's needed. People were super nice, kindest that I met in Porto. Thanks!!!

자전거 6시간~10시간이 10유로 인데 포르투카드가 있으면 10% 할인받을 수 있습니다. 자전거 빌릴때 주인분께서 갈 수 있는 루트를 다 알려주십니다. 저는 해변가 달렸다가 중간지점 에서 배타고 가이아로 넘어가서 다시 동루이스 다리로 넘어오는 코스로 총 6시간 걸렸습니다.(사진찍고 중간 점심, 배타는 시간포함) 배는 5분이면 건너지만 배 기다리는 시간 까지 해서 20분정도 기다렸던거 같구여. 사람은 2유로 자전거는 1유로 해서 총 3유로로 건너편으로 갈 수 있습니다.

We rented ebikes from Tricla at the last minute yesterday.
Sara(?) was very helpful and efficient and we were soon on our way. As well as very good ebikes with panniers, Sara had discussed our proposed route, offered suggestions and provided a map.
We ended up cycling along the shoreline and had lunch at Tito 2. An easy and enjoyable afternoon out. Very reasonable rental.
Earlier this year I had also contacted them about the Porto to Santiago way and they had been very helpful and informative. Maybe next year!

Un sitio de alquiler de biciletas excelente. Facilitan accesorios para llevar las cosas y mucha flexiblidad con el tiempo de uso de las bicis (1h 1,75 hasta los 10 euros que es el precio del día hasta las 8PM). Nos enseñaron distintas rutas y sitios de interés, son encantadores.

Inmejorable!!! Alquilamos un par de bicis para ir hasta Matosinhos todo por el paseo (paseo 100% recomendable que se hace en dos horas yendo tranquilines). Nos indicaron de una forma estupenda, nos atendieron mejor y nos cuidaron como no tenían la obligación de hacerlo. Sin duda recomiendo muchísimo este sitio y su gente :)

Best bike rental store in Porto.
We arrived and decide to rent bikes in this store. Normally we compare many different stores to decide which one is the best, but in this case we don't need any other offers. The reason for that, was especially the very helpful and kind owners of the store.
They tell us a lot of great, local places to go in Porto. They helped us not only in normal tourist stuff but also in other situations we get a lot of help.
The mountainbikes we rent were really good and in top conditions. We also want to mentioned that one of our wheels was defect ... 10 minutes later we have a new one without any problems.
To sum up, our experience and vacation get very positive influenced by the store.
We saw the whole city and coasts in one week with our rental bikes and always had great contacts.

Such a nice and friendly couple! First time we tried out an e-bike, which turned out to be great! They gave us a map on which they explained where to bike and recommended some places to go. Also they are very well located, right besides the Douro. We could pay afterwards and it was very affordable.

We had a great bike ride after renting bikes from Bicla and Tricla. The people at the shop were very friendly and helpful. They showed us exactly where to go for a nice ride and recommended a great traditional restaurant for lunch. Half way through our ride, one of our bikes got a flat tire. We called the shop and they arranged to meet us with a new bike. Someone arrived at our location with a replacement bike within 5 minutes and we were able to continue without any issue. All in all, was a great experience and we would highly recommend renting bikes from this shop if in Porto.

Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Les vélos sont en excellent état, les prix abordables et la propriétaire nous a très gentiment laissé une carte annotée avec tous les endroits à faire à Porto ! Nous recommandons :)

Such a nice people. They do the best to offer you nice bike and service around it. We rented bikes for the day, went to visit beach in Villa Nova. It was nice trip. ✌

Het zaakje wordt gerund door een zeer lief en vooral behulpzaam Portugees echtpaar. Met behulp van de aanbevelingen die ze gaven voor te bezoeken plekken en de fijne, stevige fietsen was onze toch langs de kust geweldig! Erg bedankt, het is zeker een aanrader!

We rented two bikes and drove along the coast to Espinho. It was simply beautiful. The very friendly owners gave us a lot of recommendations not only for the day but also for other things to do in Portugal. Thank you.

We booked a 3 hour bike tour - our guide, Antoine, was fantastic. His knowledge of the history of Porto was incredible. We felt totally at ease and enjoyed every minute. The bikes were comfortable, the route was very well planned and it was good value for money. We saw many sites that we would have missed on foot. I highly recommend these guys!!

Le couple est très serviable et simpas, ils nous indiqués tous les lieux que nous pouvions voir à vélo, nous a offert deux places pour visiter une cave, conseiller des restaurants, enfin, rien à redire, c'était super, et les vélos sont très bien, il y a plusieurs types et nous pouvons choisir

Location de vélo idéalement placée pour un tour jusqu'au bord de mer de Foz.
Tenue par un couple de Portugais adorables.
Parle très bien le français et vous suggérera des itinéraires de balades.
Possibilité de louer à l'heure (1,75 euros/h. ) sans contrainte : vous payer lorsque vous ramenez votre vélo.
Prêt d'un panier à vélo gratuit.

Très mauvaise qualité des vélos. Crevaison en plein trajet, nous avons du faire le retour à pied. En arrivant aucun geste commercial sur le prix. Not recommended.

Alquiler de bicicletas bastante económico. Las bicis estan nuevas, bien mantenidas y hay variedad de modelos. También tienen accesorios que te facilitan por ejemplo cestas o arañas si no quieres acarrear tu bolso encima. Te facilitan un mapa con el itinerario muy bien detallado y recomendaciones de puntos de interés turístico o dónde comer. Siempre que voy a Porto alquilo bicis y considero que éste es el mejor lugar.

The best bike rental shop in Porto! The owners were really kind and friendly. They introduced many things to do and eat in Porto to you. I could feel they tried their best to let you enjoy Porto the most. This is a must thing to do - renting a bike in this shop to visit Porto along the river.

Muy buen servicio, atentos y simpáticos. Hicimos caso a las recomendaciones de ruta y sitios donde parar, fue un acierto. Las bicis son cómodas y ligeras para pasear en llano.

Los dueños un encanto, bicicletas en buen estado y recién revisadas, a demás son súper económicas. Creo que es el mejor rent a bike que hemos utilizado. Sin duda repetiremos, recomendadísimo.

Bicicletas en muy buen estado, comidas y dueños muy atentos. Te dan explicaciones de cómo pasar a la margen izquierda del duero, parte del recorrido que más nos gustó . Muy recomendable

If you like a to rent really good and comfortable bikes, at a reasonable hourly rate, this is the place. They got what looked like new bikes with locks and chain protector, and optional basket and helmet. No deposit, only valid personal ID and phone number (if you forget the ID back) required. 1.5EUR per hour. You pay after you return back, allowing you to enjoy the adventure as long as you prefer. Go along the river side on either side, Gaia is my recommendation.
