Had a great 3 days with Extreme Algarve. 2 very successfull days in the line up with Ben. Went to different beaches according to conditions and level. Great school for intermediate surfers. Not so sure about beginners. The Camp is also quite nice and everyone felt very welcome and had a great time. Will be back.

What a great time! Stayed here for three nights and wish we could have stayed longer. Awesome, clean, comfortable, pool, hot tub, close to town, and so much more. Ness is an incredible host and wants nothing more than for you enjoy your stay and be able to relax. Surf lessons were also the best lessons I’ve taken anywhere. Camila and Rowen are excellent teachers for all skill levels. I was highly impressed in how they are able to cater their lesson plans for beginners and/or intermediates. No matter your skill level, they take the time to explain surf fundamentals and the reasoning behind their instruction to help you leave a better surfer than you were when you first started. Overall, a great team at this surf house and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lagos! Even if you are unable to stay at the surfhouse, I would recommend taking lessons through Extreme Algarve (there were several people from other locations that took lessons through Extreme Algarve). Also would recommend looking into kitesurfing during your stay!

Extrem gut betreut. Natürlich hängt das von den Guides ab welche je nach Saison auch schon Mal nur eine Saison da sind. Die Unterkunft von ExtremeAlgarve ist super. Kleiner Pool, gutes Frühstück und Gemeinschaftsküche bieten wirklich jedem etwas. Hier hat man ein wirklich gutes Preis-Leistung/Leistungsverhältnis.

Meine Freundin und ich haben hier einen Drei-Tages Surfkurs gebucht und wollten unsere ersten Surf-Erfahrungen mit Extreme Algarve machen. Die drei Tage, waren vom Ablauf her relativ ähnlich. Wir haben uns alle um 9 Uhr am Camp getroffen, haben dort Neopren Anzug und ein Shirt bekommen und sind dann mit Bussen zu einem Stand, in unseren Fall 3 Mal zur Westküste - 40 min Fahrt - gebracht worden. Dann folgte ein kurzes Warm-up und Stretching, um Verletzungen vorzubeugen und dann ging es los. Alle Schüler sind je nach Erfahrung in Gruppen aufgeteilt worden: 1. Gruppe: noch nie gesurft oder schon Ewigkeiten her + Theorie 2. Gruppe: weiße Wellen surfen + Theorie 3. Gruppe: grüne Wellen surfen + Theorie 4. Gruppe: grüne Wellen surfen Je nach Gruppe gab es dann erst etwas Theorie Unterricht oder es ging direkt ins Wasser. Die Theorie wurde gut und verständlich rübergebracht, was bei meiner Freundin und mir dazu geführt hat, dass wir gleich am ersten Tag schon ein paar Mal eine weiße Welle reiten konnten - zwar nicht lang aber immerhin . Zum zweiten Tag hin gab es dann noch etwas Technik Feintuning und Wellenlehre aber primär durften wir ins Wasser zum Surfen. Am dritten Tag haben wir erklärt bekommen, wie die Technik zum grüne Wellen reiten ist und sind dann rausgepaddelt. Über den Tag am Strand gab es immer zwei Pausen, eine Kürze in der Kekse und Wasser gereicht wurden und eine längere in der Brötchen, Aufschnitt, Salat und Wasser gereicht wurden. Am Ende des Tages hatte man meist noch etwas Zeit etwas im Meer schwimmen zu gehen oder sich anders zu erholen bevor es dann zurück ging. Gegen 16:30 Uhr war man dann meist zurück am Camp wo man dann kurz den getragenen Neopren Anzug und das Shirt waschen musste und dann konnte man gehen. Meine Freundin und ich haben die drei Tage jedenfalls sehr genossen, das Team war mega freundlich, wir haben viel gelernt, das gerichte Essen war ok und noch viel wichtiger: wir haben echt Erfolge gehabt und haben wirklich gesurft - meega cool! Daher 5 Sterne: weiter so!

I had a great time with Extreme Algarve. I would definitely recommend to spend your surf vacation there!

I have been to many Kite surfing schools, and this has got to be the best experience yet! Kes, the instructor, is so friendly and helpful, whether you're beginner or intermediate he has fantastic insights and great knowledge of good spots in the area. If you're looking to Kite surf this holiday, and have some fun doing it, I'd definitely recommend eakite!!

Really cool kitesurf school!! We learnt a lot and the instructors were quite good! The casa also looks very nice but we couldn't stay there

This is really short hours to take the this surfing! I heard It'll be start 8:45 and finish 17:00 before the reservation but the real time is just 9:10 to 1:00. We had some lunch and finished. We just waited the wet suit dry. In the morning the teaching class was awful. If you waste ur money and time u just join this horrible class.

Been twice now for kitesurfing; second time I went I extended my trip from one week to 18 days! Great location, comfortable lodging, and awesome staff. The owner himself is often around taking people out to drinks, bbq'ing, and generally just being a great host! Reliable wind and flat water in the summer, great restaurants and nightlife, and tons of activities for the odd windless day (surfing the coast, SUP, incredible beaches, etc) make it a great venue for a kitesurf camp.

I stayed with Extreme Algarve at Casa Offshore a year ago, taking kitesurfing classes for almost two weeks. It gave me a great start on this fantastic sport that I've continued to persue since then. The teachers were really nice and very good at explaining the general theory and techique as well as giving personal feedback. The accomodation was nice and comfortable with a very familiar, relaxed fealing. Theres a well equiped kitchen to cook lunch and also dinner in. The best was of course the people, the owners and their crew. Seb and Michaela really knows how to create a good atmosphere. Chilling at the pool, having beers with new friends and some of the instructors and drawing up a great BBQ. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a Place to learn kitesurfing.

This surf school and Casa is INCREDIBLE! As a solo female traveller it can sometimes be a bit nerve wracking going somewhere but Extreme Algarve made it all so easy. From the booking process all the way through to the end of my holiday, the team at Extreme Algarve made it all so easy and could not have done more to make me feel welcome and make sure I had an epic holiday. I learned so much from the surf lessons and the lunch at the beach is perfect. Highly recommended.
