First I contacted the commercial man and the call hang out and noone called me back. Next day I contacted the agency, and the person I spoke to told me she would tell the responsable person (Barrie) to call me back, and after 6 days NOONE called me back!! It's a terrible service and have no respect for the customers. It seems that they don't need to sell... I'll never recommend this agency's services.

WE live in Dubai and had been searching on the internet for a retirement home in Portugal. Naively we believed we would be able to find somewhere to live there without the help of an Estate Agency. On our first buying trip at Easter we quickly realised that we would not be able to manage on our own. By chance we met Val from PP, she spent a couple of hours with us qualifying what we actually wanted, and where we wanted to be. Next day she took us out to see 5 properties, all of which met our criteria. We were delighted with the 5th, and put in an offer, unfortunately this purchase fell through (nothing to do with PP). We were pleased to meet up with Val last week, she had arranged a full 3 days of viewings, all in our area, price range and meeting our criteria. This has again resulted in us making an offer, which has been accepted, and we are now commencing the buying process. I am pleased to say we are buying just down the road from Val, and trust we will continue to see her, thanks Val.

A great estate agency who really do it all by the book. Valerie is a great person to accompany you on your viewings and will show you the area - not just the places you want to view. she makes it much more than that and really helps you to find somewhere that can then become your new home. It means you have more of a feel for the area which is really important when moving to a new country. Website is excellent and thoroughly written property descriptions.
