War gestern da ......bei meinem Hinterrad waren 3 Speichen gebrochen ....wurde innerhalb einer Stunde repariert und hat 11,50 gekostet. Besser geht nicht......super Service.............Danke & Gruß F. Brüne

Llegamos el sábado a Alvor para pasar unos días de vacaciones con la mala suerte que una de las bicis se estropeo. Encontré el lunes a onebike y en el mismo dia Rui la reparó y me avisó enviándome un SMS. Cinco estrellas para Onebike. Trato perfecto

I had arranged a rental at another store and it fell through. These guys got me setup and gave me some great suggestions on road routes to ride. I rented a carbon road bike for a couple days while on a family vacation and had a great time. The price was fair and they included pedals, repair kit and a helmet. Thanks!

Super sklep i wypożyczalnia rowerów.Obsluga bardzo miła i fachowa.Znają sie na żeczy.Ceny za wypożyczenie chyba najlepsze w miescie a rowery wypozyczane sa w bardzo dobrym stanie i wszystko ustawiane na miejscu.(pompka ,dentka,multitool,łyzka do opon na wyposazeniu gratis)

Etwas weit vom Stadtzentrum, aber kompetente und freundliche Bedienung. Große Auswahl an Rädern und unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Selbst Abgabe nach Ladenschluss wäre möglich gewesen.

Wir mussten ein Fahrrad reparieren lassen und wurden sehr freundlich und
zuvorkommend bedient. Die Reparatur erfolgte schnell und sehr zufriedenstellend. Der Preis für Material und Montage war absolut okay.
Wir können onebike ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen. TOP !!!

We recently travelled to the Algarve for vacation and rented bikes from Onebike. The service and quality of the rentals was fantastic - Rui was on time with deliveries and collection. He made a special trip out to our villa for an emergency pedal issue. I would highly recommend Onebike in Portimao!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Rui is the most helpful and knowledgeable bike guy I have ever come across anywhere
His English is first class which makes doing business so much easier I bought a new Orbea hybrid bike from him and in all aspects of this Rui was terrific. The bike has been great and any adjustments needing done have been attended to readily and most willingly If you deal with One Bike you should not be disappointed in any way!
