Ośrodek dość stary, bez luksusoów, atutem jest położenie bezpośrednio przy długiej piaszczystej plaży, gdzie spacerkiem do starej Albufeiry jest 20 minut. Dla rodzin z dziećmi mają duże, przestronne apartamenty (dwie sypialnie z aneksem kuchennym) dobrze posprzątane. Jeśli chodzi o posiłki - mieliśmy w systemie HB - śniadania bardzo monotonne (angielskie, zero warzyw poza zapiekanymi pomidorami i fasolką w sosie pomidorowym). Kolacja bardzo zróżnicowana ale często czegoś brakowało.

A necessitar de intervenções. É já antigo e alguns locais parecem estaleiros em chaparia. Vale a localização privilegiada. Quanto à comida, julgo que deveriam ter algum cuidado com as crianças. Serve mas sem deixar saudades.

Hotel is very well located, right in front of the beach with easy access to the city as well. Hotel had 3 distinct pool areas: 2 external pools plus 1 indoor with heated water (kept around 28° C). Room was very big with 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen utensils. Downside was that the water heater wasn't enough for big families like mine, so the hot water would end up in the process and we had to wait for approximately 40 minutes to have more hot water. The downside was that we were put in a room with a big staircase which made deslocating with two 15 months old babies extremely difficult. We had to carry them up and down the stairs everytime going in and out of the room . This process was very complicated and phisically exhaustive, kind of beat the purpose of vacations. This also made impossible to store the stroller in the room, so we had to do most of the deslocations carrying the babies unable to roll them in. Not only that, these stairs are an accident waiting to happen, which, unfortunately, in my case, did happen. One of my baby daughters ended up with a big bruise and a lump on her forehead, not to mention the adrenaline of the whole ordeal. As for the staff, they were, for the most, part very polite and forthcoming. All in all, it was a nice hotel, but our stay could've been much better without the added difficulties.

El hotel es aceptable, la habitacion apartamento es correcta para descansar, trato del personal correcto, la comida es buena,bastante buena es de lo mejor del hotel, además de las vistas .playa preciosa, muy tranquila, volveríamos a visitar las instalaciones por el precio 2 dias por 200 euros todo incluido dos personas. Inmejorable no es un hotelazo pero si para descansar ,comer y ir a la playa.

Location excellent right beside the beach. Hotel has two pools one more lively and one chilled out. Plenty of choice of food in the hotel. Had no complaints! Stayed for four nights in a studio apartment everything clean and well maintained. Had read some bad reviews becoming coming here but honestly for the money you pay here it's well worth it. Walking distance between hotel to old town and the strip. Hotel even provides a bus to old town free of charge. Would return!!

La trovo scarsa in quanto alla reception non esiste una persona che possa parlare l'italiano le camere sono squallide come arredamenti e rubinetteria alla TV non esiste un canale Italiano solo stranieri.secondo me l'unica cosa che funziona è il ristorante il resto è tutto da ristrutturare perché vecchissimo.In queste condizioni non lo raccomandarmi sicuramente ad un amico.mi dimenticavo nelle camere girano scarafaggi e formiche.

Hotel degradado, limpeza deficiente como podem verificar nas fotos (cortinados do quarto com mofo), a piscina interior está muito degradada e jacuzzi com cheiro a esgoto e musgo nas beiradas. Recepção antiquada e com sofás velhos e cheios de pó. Não existe um local de convívio acolhedor. Os vidros do restaurante estão todos sujos o que se torna desagradável uma vez que a vista é muito boa. Os quartos são longe do edifício principal, mas isso é o menos, o hotel tem muitos sinais de degradação e descuido, falta de cuidado nas zonas exteriores. Ao longo da minha estadia (1 semana) não mudaram os lençóis, o que deveria acontecer de 2 em 2 dias.

We got upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival with beautiful sea views. The apartment is just a minute or 2 walk to the beach. All Inclusive was great value. Loved staying there, it was actually my second time in there. Friendly staff, lovely food, drinks, great cleaning services and fantastic weather made our holiday very enjoyable. Would come back again...

Very clean, location is beachfront and close to the Old Town, about 10 minutes walk down quite a steep hill. The apartments are quite awkwardly laid out with lots of steps so not good for walking difficulties. Food is as good as I've come to expect from all inclusive and as I went in April the restaurant wasn't overly busy. The main pool was quite small for the size of the complex although there was a second outdoor pool and an indoor pool which I didn't see. 3 star complex with an extra star for location to Old Town and beach.

Stayed for 5 days and just got back. About 15 minutes walk to old and new town but can walk along beach to old town so not hilly! Hotel is really nice but long walk to room from hotel! Stopped all inclusive and we enjoyed it. People moan about food but it's usually typical brits that don't get their English food. So If you want English food eat at the pool bar as it is burgers etc. We enjoyed food in restaurant as you got loads of salads etc. We ate out only couple of times but that was so we experienced old town. Entertainment is mainly for kids but didn't bother us. People keep saying that they were queuing for drinks when we were there? We never did but think this would be a problem in summer as big hotel to small bars! Overall would go back again as hotel lovely but not in high season. View is from hotel room

Bom em termos de limpeza dos quartos e simpatia dos funcionários. A comida era aceitável. Mau mesmo é a piscina interior e jacuzzi que não tinham nenhumas regras de higiene, chão de cimento todo partido, a água fria.. do pior que já vi! Em termos de localização não há melhor, mesmo em frente á praia com umas vistas magníficas!

Breakfast and dinner are always changing and very good. The complex is quite big and has wheelchair/buggy friendly access everywhere. There are 2 outdoor pools and a small indoor pool with a separate jacuzzi. The small gym has a few machines, but unfortunately only some of them were working at the time. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nearby are quite a few shops to get drinks or beach stuff and snacks. The restaurants nearby are quite good as well. Would definitely recommend for a family or party vacation. Animation Programm throughout the day and at night every day.

Very good localisation, close to the beach, not bad swimming pool (water could be a bit warmer), not a great selection of food at the restaurant but all tasty and made well. Room spacious as for the family of four. Walk through the beach recommend to the closest bigger town if You fancy some shopping.

This hotel is a great hotel, in a great location, straight onto the beach. It has a free shuttle bus into the old town and the new town is 10 minute walk. There was plenty food choice at every meal, the restaurant is on the top floor with sea views, which were amazing. The pool bar has snack food with burgers, toasties and sandwiches and more if you don't want to eat in the restaurant, although the restaurant food was better with more choice. The studio rooms were basic, however, we had a sea view and balcony with sunshine. The accommodation was noisy though and we had the cleaners cupboard outside our door and they shouted at each other most mornings. It costs a little more to stay in the main part of the building, although worth the money. All in all we got what we paid for and had a great stay in a good hotel, thank you.

The resort is very well placed, few meters from the beach. The rooms are fine, a bit outdated ( no wifi in mine, only restaurant and reception) The restaurant is nice, very good view. Also the staff is frendly, they cleaned and moped my room every morning. Overall it's good value for the money you pay ( for off season).

Bueno, en limpieza muy regular y cuidado que no te metan en unos apartamentos que son como sótanos y oliendo muchísimo a humedad, no limpian muy bien , y lo más asqueroso los baños, no tienes casi cobertura , tienes que salir a la calle, te duchas y di tienes que lavarte el pelo, olvídate y lavatelo en la piscina, porque te quedas sin agua caliente, el personal, maravillosoooos!!! imposible mejor trato, pero claro no pueden hacer más, también nos dicen que cojamos el alojamiento allí en vez de en Booking, pero si es muchísimo más caro, por esos precios , me voy a mejores sitios, no creo que repitamos, es una pena, pero le damos las gracias al personal, por su buen hacer, aunque con pocos recursos.

This is a warm weather vacation destination if you want to party. I believe many Brits come here in the summer to drink and have a good time. The hotel offers several levels of room quality, our vacation package got us frat boys level which was barely acceptable but because we were looking for a base to tour the Algarve, we were okay with it. Breakfast included which seemed to be great for the others staying here but we found that the quality was at a minimum. Our neighbors from northern Ireland said that they came here for 4 weeks every year, many young families and multigenerational families, this was February. Not high party season and probably an economical family vacation for Brits and Portuguese

Aparthotel ? De facto este é um caso raro (espero eu) no Algarve. Um aparthotel que não dispõe nos apartamentos... nem microondas, nem fogão... muito estranho. Depois cheguei à sala do pequeno almoço. .. e fui secamente informado... de que JÁ ESTÁ FECHADO! Perguntei a que horas é que acaba. Fui informado de que o PA só é servido. .. até às 10 horas... mas eram nesse preciso momento 10.01 am... Sinceramente não se entende... se isto é um aparthotel... ou um quartel militar... Concluindo... por favor não venha estragar as suas férias... a única coisa agradável neste aparthotel é a localização... Que pena que um empreendimento hoteleiro tão bem localizado esteja neste triste estado de conservação e cheio de pessoal tão mal formado, onde salvo raras excepções... todo o pessoal se dirige aos clientes com um tom tão arrogante que até me ficou a ideia de que eu é que era o empregado e eles os clientes. Parabéns, a continuar assim neste caminho... daqui a pouco tempo estarão todos no fundo de desemprego... depois queixem-se... que o Algarve deixou de ser um destino de férias para clientes que procuram ser bem tratados nas suas curtas férias. Que é que se passa pela cabeça destes diretores hoteleiros para permitirem este estado de conservação e de tratamento dos clientes... É sem dúvida alguma notória a incapacidade de gestão e a desorganização instalada neste belo e bem localizado empreendimento turístico.

Differcult for elderly or any mobility problems. Entertainment was mainly for children - children in bar area and on stage at 11pm !!! No relaxing quiet area or comfortable seating in any bars - all white plastic chairs and tables everywhere except main reception area. Shuttle bus was a nightmare and never on time 10am and turns up at 10.30am . So spent alot on taxi s everywhere. Food ok but very samey and often gone cold . All coaches trips picked up at big roundabout which was a 15min uphill walk away. Nearby Tres Palermias restaurant excellent. May all look better in summer months but wouldn't go back to find out.

Very good hotel in the 3 star bracket. Friendly staff and good food. Limited out of season activities for kids. Indoor pool packed. Outdoor pool too cold to use. In season super beach. The hotel is a great base for touring round the Algarve with a hire car. Lisbon is 2 hours if you want to go further a field. Little tip all the motorways are tolls, so get a hire car with a toll tag and pay the hire company at the end. It saves worrying how to pay or stopping at every booth.

Oud hotel dat hard toe is aan een grote opknapbeurt. Onvriendelijk personeel bij de receptie. Extreem slecht eten, vies bestek en vieze borden in het restaurant. De kamers zijn oud, zitten scheuren in de muren, de bedden bestaan uit veren die in je ribben prikken, de douche beschikt over maarliefst 4 minuten warm water. Tevens ook geen bereik in de kamer, geen wifi, maar ook geen 3G of 4G. Dit hotel is absoluut GEEN aanrader! Het enige positieve aan dit hotel is de ligging aan het strand.

Passei uma semana em julho de 2019 com regime de tudo incluído em que não foi muito agradável . Paguei demasiado para o que ofereceram ,os quartos eram muito fracos e longe do hotel ,pensando que eram no próprio hotel ,a piscina interior e jacuzzi estavam muito degradados e a água com um cheiro horrível nem sequer entrei , era tudo muito acidentado , a comida era razoável com fila de espera e os empregados mais velhos parece que estavam lá por favor ao contrário dos mais novos que eram muito atenciosos. O melhor de tudo era a piscina exterior perto da praia a própria praia e a vista do restaurante . Mas esperava melhor pelo preço que paguei porque é um 3 estrelas muito fraco. A não repetir.

First visit to Portugal and to say I am impressed so far. Outdoor pool very cold but hasn't stopped the grandkids having a fab time on their inflatables. Apartment dated but clean and a good size beautiful view of the sea and hearing the waves breaking on the beach is superb. Food plentiful and a good variety to suit all tastes. The highlight of breakfast this morning was a visit from a passing pod of dolphins. Let's see what the rest of the week brings.

MONICA ISABEL BEACH CLUB, ALBUFEIRA, PORTUGAL. 1/2/20 to 13/2/20 There is not much I can say which is good about this place, except perhaps that the beach is only a few steps away. The main problem I had was the noise in the restaurant, at times it reached 85dB. This is caused by a combination of no sound deadening at all and too many tables crammed into too smaller space. At weekends, the problem becomes worse when large numbers of families turn up at weekends and take over the whole place. The food was acceptable – just. We also had trouble getting hold of towels, the maid would turn up each day and remove the towels and not replace them which necessitated a call to reception. Nothing is supplied in the rooms, you will have to pay a deposit for things like hairdryer, kettle and safe key and anything else that moves. I know we went out of season but I would expect to be able to get a drink in the bar, however, the only bar that was open at night was a large uncomfortable room, filled with plastic tables and chairs and serving drinks in plastic cups. The place also smelt like a public toilet. The two lifts which serviced our floor frightened us so much that we used the stairs, 7 flights. I could go on and write a book about this place, but I don’t have enough time, all I will say is, don’t take any notice of the pictures and brochures and do lot’s of research before booking. This was the most disappointing holiday I have ever had

Het eten: Wij hadden de formule halfpension. Zowel het ontbijt als het diner was zeer uitgebreid en lekker! Zoals het begrijpen was er veel vis aanwezig maar ook telkens voor de vegetariërs was er iets voorzien. Ook was er steeds minstens 1 gerecht met vlees aanwezig. Er zat een routine in het buffet dat toch telkens werd aangepast. Zo was er steeds ook nog pasta maar telkens een andere soort en een andere saus, er was steeds pizza maar steeds anders belegd.... . Het enige min puntje was dat als je 's avonds tegen sluitingsuur wel zeer arrogant buiten zetten. De kamers: we wisten van te voren dat er geen wifi was in de kamer, nu was er helemaal geen bereik in de kamer. Dus bereik voor te kunnen smsen ook 4g gebruiken was geen optie hier. Verder was het een verouderde maar wel een propere kamer. Wanneer we op de transfer richting hotel leerde we een ander koppel kennen. Zij hadden meer pech want hun douch stond in het midden van de kamer met als gevolg dat de stoom van de douche niet weg kon en dat zij vertrokken zijn met keelpijn.

No vayáis a este hotel. No merece la pena ni un euro gastado. Instalaciones pésimas, no hay aseos en zonas comunes, el personal no habla español, camas, las hay mejores en la cárcel. Baños llenos de humedad y bañeras mohosas. Todo anticuado. En el restaurante, aunque vayas dentro del horario, si se va acercando la hora de cierre te quitan platos de la mesa y te hacen sentir incómodos mirándote. Las fotos no tienen nada que ver con la realidad. Estoy ahora mismo aquí alojada y tengo claro que no volveré .

Very good location. About 20 minutes slow walk to the old town. The whole place could be updated, but for what we paid it is acceptable. We are in an apartment which is ok for the two of us. Food in the restaurant is varied and again acceptable. Not sure about coming in the summer as it could be too busy. The bars now (Dec.) seem to be either in a large perminant tent or like lower ground cellar. Which is very noisy as so "hollow"....

We went in November, and had a wonderful holiday. It was so hot at midday we had to come in and the rain was so infrequent it did not affect our plans at all. The food at the restaurant was superb. Plenty of choices including vegetarian. The half board plus meant we were offered half a litre of wine when we wanted it, which was very generous. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming at reception, at the bars and in the restaurant. The place was clean, well maintained. In fact, we had an issue of maintenance, which we reported and it was dealt with the same day. The indoor pool was too small to swim properly in, but fine for families, and the outdoor pool was way too cold this time of year. One quibble we had the room below the restaurant, which meant that at meal time there was the constant scraping of chairs and tables. This did not bother us, but I could see it would some people. The view from our room was amazing. The beach was wonderful and no walk at all, and the old town was easily walkable, though there was a shuttle service to it from the hotel, which we did not need to use. I would highly recommend this hotel, holidaying in November (if you can) and coming to this part of Portugal.

Excellent value for money, stayed here in "off season" December. Had all inclusive holiday here. Rooms are a little tired but essentially, they are clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was my girlfriend's birthday while we were here and we had a lovely surprise bottle of wine, delivered to our room by the maid, nice touch. Food was great with a huge selection to suit all tastes. Only downside was some of the other "rowdy" guests. However, once they had left, it was lovely. Will definitely recommend and return. The algarve for a bargain price.

Voyage en novembre, on va dire que l'hotel vaut son prix pour un appartement en 3 étoiles, la litterie, l'emplacement est correct, acces direct a une très belle plage. Les piscines sont pas mal. Seulement très froid en novembre la nuit et store casser et jamais reparer. Le all inclusive est correct, le vin est imbuvable nous avons opter pour la sangria a table qui elle est assez bonne, la nourriture est bonne dans l'ensemble. Place de parking gratuite dans la résidence donc voiture en sécurité.

Los trabajadores no entendían apenas español cuando la mayoría de clientes éramos españoles y eso dificultaba la comunicación. Los platos en el bufet estaban casi siempre mal fregados y tenían restos de comida pegada. Los ascensores iban muy lento y no se sabía si venía o no porque nada lo indicaba, salía más rentable ir andando. En el apartamento el aire acondicionado solo estaba en la habitación y quien durmiera en el sofá cama del salón se moría de frío.

Needing upgraded... Still in the 1970's... The shower head came off while I was in a shower, left COLD water coming out every where & and soaking the whole place..!!! Eventually had to shift us to the Main part of the building , which was far better.. but we were put underneath the restaurant, so you can hear the chairs getting scratched along the floor at meal times & you are right beside the Entertainment... Don't take room 701..!!!. As far as the Bar it is Plastic glasses you get, and a lady asked for an actual Glass and she was told she had to pay for it..!!!!! Wish I had payed attention to the reviews on line about this place before we came

Para mi gusto, este hotel deja mucho que desear... Yo entiendo que en pleno noviembre, por lo que pagas en todo incluido está genial... Pero lo que no es de mi agrado es que tú hagas el check in a las 15:00 horas y salgas a las 12:00 y te corten el todo incluido y solo te den la comida... Yo pienso que si entramos a las 15:00 debemos de tener todo incluido hasta las 15:00 no que desde las 12 hasta la hora de comer no tenemos nada... Entonces no te están dando dos días... Te están dando menos de dos días completos de todo incluido... Sólo decir algo muy bueno, un chaval que estaba en la barra que se llamaba Miguel.

To sum it up, you get what you pay for. This is a budget all inclusive accommodation that is great value for money, but it caters for the masses instead of quality. It's in a fantastic location right next to the beach and has something for everyone. The staff are excellent, especially the reception staff and bar staff, in the restaurant areas it's a different storey, the African staff that they employ as waiters and waitresses are really hard to deal with, most of them cannot put a sentence of english together, and they just don't communicate with the hotel guests who are asking them for basic information (ordering drinks for the kids etc). Makes you wonder if this hotel has opted for cheap labour for their restaurant staff instead of other options? The food options in the self service restaurant though we're good. Staying at this Albufeira Hotel - If your on a budget ( perhaps with a large family? ) then what you'll experience is perfect, but if your after a quiet hotel to dine at in the evening or one where you can relax by the pool in the daytime, then this hotel is not for you, expect a busy, all inclusive location where food is basic but good, a limited range of drinks ( with guests seeming to drink as much as they can at night within a few hours) but overall it offers good value for money and is in a great spot. Ideal to use as a base for holidaying in Albufeira.

Me and my family went on a vacation here in 2019 and we stayed at this hotel because it was close to the beach. My family found the staff to be VERY rude and not helpful ( especially the front desk). The food was not desirable, the only good thing about this hotel was that it was close to the beach. Hopefully they can improve because we definitely will not recommend this hotel to family and will not me coming again. Especially my dad because he is Portuguese.

It is a lovely place food excellent staff excellent but if your not fit on your feet then it's very hilly and a good trek to the restaurant if your not in the hotel block and in one of the apartments the transfer coach took 3 hours from the airport the flight was only 2 hours arrived at hotel at nearly midnight to be put in the furthest block away but staff amazing gave us welcome packs water juice sandwich cakes and fruit and took us in a minibus to our block

Just got back from here today .staff are very poor dont help you at all dont smile when bring you a drink or coming to clear pleats in the restaurant. Bar staff are very friendly and helpful .room was ok but no kettel or nothing in thier as not in the main hotel bit .pool and beach was best bit of our holiday .food was poor and cold every day hotdog for breakfast and not enough choice of food .everything was late entertainment was very bad .would go back to Portugal but not here stay away 100% not a 3 star hotel

Out dated not suitable for walking difficulties. Mish mash of buildings all over the place. Food quite poor and that is something i never say. Apartments on two floors balcony on bedroom doesnt lock front door is warped and makes a hell of a noise shutting it. Very poor for the price very disappointed.

Hotel is very outdated. Needs a spruce up. We were supposed to have a self catering apartment. All it had was a fridge and where the hob should have been was a piece of steel covering it up. No other cooking facilities to hand. Hotel alcoholic drinks were watered down. The staff were very polite.

E um lugar bem agradavel, mas deixa mto a desejar , o wifi só pega na recepção e sem contar que o sinal de cartao do telemovel tbm ñ pega , a piscina interior estava suja e a manutenção e limpeza dos quartos tbm sao ruins, pra usar tolhas pra piscinas tem que alugar e se for usar a cama da praia tbm paga-se. 2 dias no hotel e tive que comprar gel de banho .

Staff were amazing, very friendly and extremely hard working. Place was spotless, so clean. Food was good, not a huge variety but better than some other all inclusive / buffet food. Plenty of sun beds around the pool and tables at the bar.

Apartamentos muy antiguos y poco cuidados. La cocina no tiene ni fuegos ni microondas, solo dispone de un fregadero y una nevera pequeña. La TV solo sintoniza canales portugueses y solo RTVE. Comedor con poca variedad y cierra a las 22. La piscina es pequeña. Lo único positivo es el acceso a la playa. Por lo que pague para 5 días no volvería. Slu2.

1st- is cheap! 2nd- food is ok! 3rd-this place is huge bar downstairs, restaurant at the 8th floor with a nice view but it gets very crowded, ppl are literally waiting on the stairs in a queue, pool is great, staff is ok. An issue with wifi- they need to invest in wifi antenas or something, no internet in the apartments. They said wifi available in public areas, restaurant and pool but because is crowded makes the wifi unusable

Lo único a destacar favorable es que está situado a pie de playa y las habitaciones son amplias. En cuánto al buffet libre le doy un 6 al desayuno porque se puede considerar aceptable pero al almuerzo y la cena le doy un 5 bajo porque hay muy poca variedad y poco apetecible. La piscina es pequeña para el aforo al que abarca el hotel y cierra a las 19 que para mi opinión es muy pronto. El todo incluido solo incluye bebidas pero nada para picar. El wifi no llega más que en la recepción del hotel y casi incomunicada en las demás zonas porque apenas hay cobertura. El hotel necesita reformas porque es antiguo. Lo recomiendo solo para dormir e ir a la playa.

Un sitio privilegiado, a pie de playa. Comida, limpieza bien, la piscina aceptable Las habitaciones dejan que desear. Cogimos habitación con vistas, pero en la primera noche nos vemos encontrado cucarachas en el baño y habitación. Nos cambiaron pero ya sin vistas...q es lo que pagamos. Los empleados tanto del restaurante como de recepción y limpieza muy bien.

Estadia de Fim-de-Semana no regime Tudo Incluído. Hotel com excelente localização, apartamentos super limpos, e um pequeno almoço muito bom. Deixa a desejar na qualidade de atendimento maioria dos empregados não foram de todo prestáveis ou afáveis connosco ás vezes nem percebiam o que dizíamos e respondiam com palavras como "ya" e "sim chefe", processavam os alimentos em frente ao cliente sem uso de luvas. O bufete na hora do almoço e jantar foi muito fraco. Comida de fraca preparação. Muitas saladas reaproveitadas com os restos da comida do dia anterior. Carapaus grelhados e batatas assadas debaixo de Luz UV (vermelha) leva a crer que foram grelhados ou no dia anterior ou muito tempo antes da hora do almoço....Filas para comer até ao andar de baixo. Uma fila enorme nos pratos quentes porque as pessoas estavam à espera de pratos para se poderem servir. Demoramos uma eternidade para poder estacionar o carro como as pessoas de fora fazem o acesso à praia pelas estradas que circundam o Hotel e não existem lugares reservados para os hóspedes rapidamente as vagas desaparecem. Existe um estacionamento junto do Bloco M2 que é reservado aos Hóspedes mas como tem poucos lugares rapidamente fica lutado. É pena tinha mais expectativas em relação a este Hotel. Penso que têm a estrutura toda para dar certo, mas realmente falham nos pormenores. E o que faz uma casa ser de luxo não são as paredes mas sim os acabamentos.

We literally got back from here yesterday and gotta say really enjoyed the place the staff were super friendly especially some on the lads in the restaurant. Food was really good lots to choose from we mainly had breakfast and dinner which both tasted really nice. Outdoor pool was cold so we spent most of our days in the indoor pool but to add the sea was also cold we only ventured in twice in 10 days. I did do 2 scuba dives on Monday I had a 7ml suit on with under vest and hood and my computer was stating 12c so was cold for this time of year I’m guessing. Overall would recommend staff and food was great. I think going to Europe at the moment is very expensive especially if you want to do excursions or even eat out or buy snacks etc. Would I go back yes but not anytime soon but thanks for the memories one thing I would say when we booked stated private beach but it’s open to everyone and I mean everyone!!

Really lovely apartments and the beach is lovely. All inclusive the food is repetitive same every day. You can only have one drink at a time which would be fine but its a tiny glass to drink bear from about 1/4 pint. Not great entertainment and evening bar is impossible to get seats. Spent to much time queuing for one tiny glass of bear. One mouthful a nd it's gone.

Location good, staff okay, food good. Beds not comfy, dining a bit of wait for a table. Not always easy to get a sunbed by the pool. Staying in an apartment ,wanted to take a coffee and juice for the kids with some biscuits from the pool bar back to my balcony and just have some quiet family time and was stopped from taking food out of the pool area, by a member of staff and then I saw him let another man leave with a plate full of food . Also I was told that there is a kiosk on the beach but they failed to tell me this is not included in the all inclusive package. If you are not an early riser and you don't make it to breakfast you can't get any food untill 11 o'clock unless you wish to pay for it but then why go all inclusive.

Okolica super. Hotel niespełna wymagań wszystko przereklamowane. Jedyne czego nie można się doczepic to czystość panie ladnie sprzątają pokoje. Zas restauracja to jedna Wielka porażka basen tak maly ze ludzie walczą o lezaki . Az nie chce mi sie pisać daje 2 gwiazki 1 dla pań które dbają o czystość 2 za to że hotel jest tuż obok plazy.

No lo recomiendo. He ido una vez y no repetiré, seguro. Todo es muy antiguo, las habitaciones muy viejas, mal olor en los pasillos y caen goteras del piso de arriba, la tele no se ve y no se pueden buscar canales además de no poder verse desde la cama. Hay vasos y platos pero ni microondas ni cocina para cocinar. Tardaron 2 días en darme una toalla de baño que nos faltaba. Algunas cucarachas. Casi no entienden en español. poca variedad en la comida, hacen falta más cosas a la plancha. Hay momentos en los que hay que hacer una gran cola para coger algo de comida. En el gimnasio la cinta no se puede usar y la piscina interior estaba supuestamente en obras. además, tienes que salir del bloque donde se come para ir a la piscina. lo único bueno que tiene es que la playa está super cerca.

Me asignaron un apartamento en vez de una habitación tratandome como tonta y diciéndome que es un resort de apartamentos que no tienen habitaciones (cosa que es mentira) Masificado, hay poco personal por lo que no dan a basto, animación penosa, hotel e instalaciones viejas y poco cuidadas, traen toallas limpias por la tarde por lo que si quieres ducharte durante el día no puedes secarte, el aparcamiento es buscándote la vida, las fotos de la web no tiene nada que ver con lo que es, no volvería en mi vida

Hotel bueno en cuanto calidad precio. La comida del bufet está bien aunque no hay mucho dónde elegir. La ubicación es muy buena a pie de playa. La piscina no es muy grande pero hace su labor. Ponen transporte a varias horas hasta el centro de albufeira aunque dando un paseo por la playa se llega en 20 min. En el todo incluido entran bebidas normalitas y en vasos de plástico tanto en bar como en piscina. Y lo peor es que aparte del edificio principal tiene apartamentos que en mi caso nos lo dio sin persianas cosa que desde temprano ya había luz en la habitación y para acceder hay una cuesta bastante pronunciada. Las playas son de agua fría y la arena es buena. Le hace falta una modernización al hotel se ve antiguo pero por el precio no nos podemos quejar. Muchas gaviotas ruidosas en la zona.

Está claro que a un 3estrellas no se le puede pedir mucho pero,la comida del buffet....la piscina es algo pequeña para la cantidad de habitaciones al igual que el comedor,que hay que cenar en dos turnos y los desayunos a veces a full. Peeo muy buena ubicacion a pie de playa y a 20min del centro andando. Le falta algo de limpieza por los baños de las habitaciones pero es un 3* no le pidamos mucho mas

O hotel estava limpo e os quartos também. Tivemos só alguns detalhes como o nosso quarto família, onde a quarta "cama" era o sofá e não tinha roupa de cama disponível. E o segundo quarto era um r/c que tínhamos que ficar o tempo inteiro com as janelas e cortinas fechadas pela privacidade., já que estava na direção de um estacionamento. A opção seria abrir a pequena janela da cozinha, mas a mesma era lacrada.

Quarto muito espaçoso e limpo, com atendimento muito bom. Cuidado apenas com os vizinhos. O nosso de cima jogava cinzas de cigarro e um pote de iogurte em nossa sacada. O controle da TV também estava com as pilhas fracas, mas tenho certeza de que seria rapidamente reparado se tivéssemos avisado.

Voor- en.nadelen Het is niet duur en ligt direct aan het strand. Schone kamers en bedden. In het restaurant is voor elk wat wils in voldoende keuzes. Gezonde combinaties kun je zelf samenstellen op je bord. Je komt tot rust in je koele kamer (airco werkt. Wat maakt het uit dat de badkamer wat verouderd is en de keuken alleen een koelkast heeft.Als je meer wilt ga je naar een beter hotel (keuze genoeg ) en betaal je meer!
