Ich habe dieses HOTEL bereits mehrmals besucht. Es liegt eigentlich sehr Central zum Strand und zum Albufeira Strip
Auch sind die Zimmer sauber sowie mit Küche ausgestattet. Frühstück habe ich nie im Hotel zu mir genommen daher hier auch keine Bewertung. Publikum ist im Januar bis Mai mit älteren Personen belegt die meisten aus Großbritannien anreisen. Ab Mai geht es dann mit jüngeren und deutlich mehr Exzessen zu gange.
Es gibt wahlweise einige Möglichkeiten von nur Unterkunft oder mit all inklusive zu wählen was deutlich teurer ist. In umliegender Nähe kann man sicher auch Frühstück und Getränke zu sich nehmen.

Location.About SPA can not say anything all pools sauna were closed. Rooms with french windows and good beds.Breakfast also can not be reviewd.Stuff is helpful. Few ocean view sunbath spots and gardens I like most.Hope come back for more days.
Хорошее расположение,удобные кровати, внутри комнат кухня со всеми необходимым для готовки, на территории садики, террасы для загара с видом на океан, персонал хороший, была б рада пожить еще раз.Сауна бассейны не работали, но они есть.

Staff friendly professional couldn't do enough for you. Rooms where spotless which the cleaning staff kept that way. Hotel was within walking distance to supermarkets bars restaurants shops etc.

Familie had er een appartement gehuurd, het zag er heel goed uit, zeezicht, mooie badkamer en ruime slaapkamer en er drie keer per week schoongemaakt, alleen een auto parkeren was bijna niet mogelijk, ook niet voor de huurders

We had a great location and a fabulous water views. Their furniture needs updating, it’s old and tired. Coffee maker and toaster also have seen better days. Linens (bed and bath) were excellent. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Smokers were everywhere and the cigarette smoke was difficult to avoid.

CPO doesn't disappoint. This was our sixth time staying here. I booked direct with CPO Reservations and was treated with courtesy and friendliness from beginning to end. The studio flats are not large, but are comfortable and well equipped. The TV has a good selection of English channels. I've been home for a week and am still missing the sound of the sea.
One gripe - Reception can be very slow in answering internal calls and sometimes don't answer at all. However, there are so many positives I don't consider this too serious.

We waited 4 hrs before having the room, no see view. 2nd night we were flooded, it took ages before sorted, they didn't even offer any alternative, next door flooded too their clothes on the floor all wet, it's good ours in closet only my shoes. Very chaotic. Nice location though

Riesige Hotel/Appartmentanlage mit mehreren Restaurants, Bars und Sport- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Inmitten einer gut gepflegten Gartenanlage unmittelbar am langen, feinsandigen Strand gelegen. Zimmer teilweise abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen, in einigen Bereichen der Anlage wird aber schon umfassend renoviert. Besonders gefallen hat die Beach Bar mit der tollen Lage und dem immer gut gelaunten Personal und die kostenlosen hoteleigenen Parkplätze. Abzuraten ist vom 7.- € Frühstücksbuffet, alles aus der Dose, Cafe im Pappbecher!

Una experiencia bastante negativa el pasar 4 días en esas instalaciones. Lo mejor, el apartamento que nos dieron que era bastante amplio, cómodo y bien equipado. El buffet bueno, pero mejorable, puesto que la variedad y el cambiar de comidas de un día para otro no eran una alternativa en el cocinero. El trato fue agradable pero pésimo. No hablaban nada de español como decían que si había la posibilidad. De hecho en casos ni siquiera se dirigían a ti en Portugués que podría ser más comprensible, sino incluso únicamente en inglés en recepción. No estaban preparados para la afluencia de público con colas de mas de una hora en el Check In, en el comedor para cenar y en el único bar que estaba abierto para poder hacer uso del todo incluido. Todo incluido que en la reserva ves que es hasta las 23:00 pero que en la realidad cortaban a las 22:00. El personal no tenía capacidad para indicarte nada sobre el resort o recomendaciones de lo que hacer tanto en él como en los alrededores para visitar. El servicio de limpieza pésimo, pues es normal que no hagan la habitación cada día en este tipo de alojamientos, pero pasar un sólo día de los 4 que estuvimos ya es pasarse. Más cuando ni siquiera se detuvo 5 minutos en hacer toda la limpieza del apartamento que tenía dos habitaciones y dos cuartos de baño. Apartamento, que por cierto, ya estaba sucio cuando llegamos y pudimos encontrar hasta una cucaracha en el sofá.Hemos hecho otras reservas de este tipo de viajes a Portugal y comparadas con esta... dejan en muy mal lugar las anteriores a esta experiencia. Un Resort para no recomendar ni repetir.

Es un excelente complejo en cuanto su localizacion, tiene acceso "privado" al mar , etc. Pero importantes deficiencias, en los tres dias de alojamiento, no tuve agua caliente. La limpieza de las habitaciones no la hacen, se limitan a estirar, mal, las sabanas
En cuanto al funcionamiento del comedor, no planifican los horarios, coincidiendo todos los grupos a la vez, lo que ocasionan que se produzcan colas para entrar, que deben estar en la calle de mas de 100 personas.
El personal es muy amable y excelentes profesionales, pero superados por una muy deficiente gestion.

Limpieza muy poca, comida poca y mala no se puede comer me pase tres días comiendo patatas fritas y ensalada, una de las cenas comí pan con mantequilla lo demás no comestible y grandes colas para entrar al comedor trato del personal no adecuado estando terminando de comer nos invitaron a dejar el comedor por que tenían que limpiar después de haber estado un buen rato en cola,los aseos del comedor no había jabón para lavarse las manos y muy sucio el olor desagradable,vasos y cubiertos de plástico en un cuatro estrellas,
La habitación complicada de dar con ella sin nadie que te oriente y la puerta difícil de abrir, y no bien equipada tuve que ir a decir que no tenía toallas varias veces limpieza regular, televisión ni un canal en español y en baño nada de detallitos como ponen en todos los hoteles, de miniaturas de gel , champús, gorro de baño ,cepillo y pasta de dientes para el aseo diario.
Cómo positivo el entorno precioso
El desayuno si estaba bien pero hasta ahí en fin para no repetir

No le corresponden las 4 estrellas de la categoría que dice tener. El personal de recepción poco profesional en el trato, las habitaciones antiguas y el bufet cortito en variedad y calidad. Las instalaciones comunes son pocas y pequeñas. Lo siento,¡no volveré!. Lo único aconsejable es la ubicación.

Había colas de gente para entrar a comer ,colas para beber ,para cojer la habitación para soltarla.....
Muchas piscinas ,vistas preciosas ,las habitaciones no estaban mal pero la comida deja mucho que desear no estaban preparados para la cantidad de gente que tenía, no había variedad y mucho menos calidad ,teniendo el todo incluido hemos tenido que ir a comer a la calle.

El peor hotel en el que he estado nunca, no le pongo 0 estrellas o -2 porque no se puede. La reserva con vistas al mar se convirtió en esto....ver foto
1. El CHECK IN es a partir de las 17h para ahorrarse un almuerzo del todo incluido que llevábamos.El check out a las 10h, ¿ Pero esto que es??? DE VERGUENZA. Además 100€ de fianza de regalo por la espera, que hay que entregar cuando te dan la llave.
2. Más de hora y media para hacer el check in, Una cola interminable. Sólo 2-3 empleados se encargaron de recibir a más de 500 clientes, todos citados a la misma hora. DESESPERANTE.
3. El bar de las bebidas del todo incluido tenía unas 30 mesas para las mismas más de 1000 personas que atiende el hotel, por supuesto autoservicio, y un solo camarero. Cola de 30 min para pedir una cerveza, ya se te quitan las ganas de pedir más. Eso es lo que quieren, que pagues y consumas poco, claro.
4. Para cenar la misma historia. El comedor sobresaturado, la cola llegaba a la carretera. DEPLORABLE.
5. El apartamento:
LIMPIEZA: 6/10. Todo muy antiguo y descuidado.Y LO PEOR DE TODO, EN EL COLCHON NO SE PODIA NI DESCANSAR, LLENO DE MUELLES QUE SE CLAVABAN POR TODO EL CUERPO...
ESTO SERIA INTERMINABLE ASI QUE EN RESUMEN, UNA CACA DE HOTEL, DE SERVICIO...ETC...NO VUELVO A UN HOTEL MGM EN LA VIDA. AVISADOS ESTÁIS.
Por supuesto puse una hoja de reclamaciónes.

Es vergonzoso el trato del personal de recepción, nos han pedido una fianza de 100 euros por daños por si se rompe algo, pero no viene nadie del hotel a asegurarse que las habitaciones están bien. Le han chillado a unos clientes delante mía a, el personal de recepción deja mucho que desear. Acabo de llevar y ya tengo ganas de irme, por no hablar de la 1'5 hora que hemos esperado para el cheking

Not a 4* at all! Too big for not much, check-in staff requested full payment of the stay straight upon arrival (if you consider yourself as 4* and take usual passport pictures and client data procedure, let us arrive after a long journey and pay at time of check out, no?!) They didnt want to let us exit the check in room before paying, I had to open my suitcase in front of everybody in the lobby to take my cash, the staff even started to get some rude attitude and talking in portuguese together on me while I was in front of them !! (believing I wouldn't understand)
Rooms very basic and old style, didnt respect room wishes despite several reminders and booking months in advance.
Good access to the beach though, 1' walking from the hotel door

El hotel es horrible. Habitaciones sucias, trato desagradable, el todo incluido acaba a las 10 y el bufet es muy malo. Mala organización, habitaciones muy viejas y con muchas deficiencias. Había pelos en el cuarto de baño y debajo de la almohada en varias habitaciones de mi grupo. La calefacción hacia un ruido muy desagradable. Cola de más de media hora para desayunar, y dentro cola de 10 minutos para un café, porque solo había una máquina. Caos total.

Como foi a minha estadia? Não chegou a ser... após uma reserva, com TUDO INCLUÍDO, antecipada de três meses e sinalizada, com todos os pormenores confirmados pela gerência do hotel, eis que quase na véspera da estadia, de 4 noites, recebo um telefonema a alterar as condição pré-acordadas. Exigiram-me um valor adicional a pagar por pessoa, bastante superior. Nem vou mencionar o estado de choque e estupefação em que fiquei. O sinal pago foi-nos devolvido, várias semanas após o inusitado e por muita insistência. Só tenho uma palavra: VERGONHOSO! Não pretendo voltar a um hotel deste grupo, pela falta de ética e sensibilidade demonstradas, e deixo aqui um alerta aos futuros clientes. Lamentavelmente, tenho que assinalar uma estrela para publicar o meu comentário...

Un hotel enorme, un sólo comedor tipo Buffett, colas exageradas para poder desayunar, comer y cenar. Ahora mismo son 15,47 mi habitación está sin hacer camas.
Un JB con coca-cola en vaso plástico 5.50 euros.
Mi habitación no tiene calefacción.

Apart-Hotel muy grande, necesita muchas reformas, si tienes suerte te puede tocar una habitación muy agradable, o un desastre lleno de humedades, con la ducha que no traga.....la ubicación para descansar es fantástica, las vistas al mar son de ensueño .pero asegúrate de pedir una buena habitación. El hotel está alejado de la zona de ambiente ,teniendo que subir cuestas pronunciadas.

Das Restaurant ist absolut empfehlenswert, für uns war es das beste Erlebnis als Dinner Restaurant. Die Speisen des indischen Kochs und deren ausgewogene Schärfe können wir Kennern nur empfehlen. Service und Bedienung sind äußerst zuvorkommend. Unser Lieblingsabendrestaurant in Albufeira.

They put us in a room in a block seperate from the hotel which was definitely not of a 4 star standard. However after a couple of days we were moved by helpful reception staff to a much nicer family room by one of the pools. Overall a nice hotel with lovely food and location, but out of all of the 4 bars in the hotel there was only one that was serving basic all inclusive drinks which was situated all the way down towards the beach & we found this very disappointing.

Nice hotel and service despite the fact the it was build around 15 years ago.
Finding the room is a bit confusing as entrances into them are on surface of the buildings.

Esse foi o pior hotel que alguma vez estive, eles vendem quartos que não estão disponíveis, comprei com vista para o mar ou piscina e na altura que lá cheguei deram me um com vista para a rua e dizia vista para o jardim. Pedi meu dinheiro de volta e disseram que não poderia fazer, tinha um bebé de 1 ano e demorei quase 2 horas a fazer o check-in, durante a noite tive frio e na cama havia edredom de verão, tive que pedir de madrugada um a recepção e demoraram quase meia hora para lá chegar, no quarto tinham formigas por todo dado, creio que só na cama que não havia. Foi a pior experiência e pensem muito bem se querem estar nesse hotel. Eles não querem saber dos hóspedes, uma vez que reservaram e pagaram esquece.

Great spot on the beech. Lovely sea view and a great cliff walk towards albefeira. Really nice in winter but probably very busy in the summer. We stayed for 2 weeks over Christmas and are having a great time, the hotel is very clean, staff great ,with buffet breakfast enjoyable but repetitive (could do with some changes). Everything within walking distance, bars & restaurants most very nice and great value, (some to be avoided). There are designer outlets 20 minutes drive towards Faro which we also enjoyed. Overall well worth the stay this time of year

This hotel is nowhere near a 4* Myself and my family would never stay here again. The rooms look nothing like the pictures provided. Our rooms were tired and shabby and nothing we expected for a 4* hotel. This is after you spend 25 minutes trying to even locate your room as the directions are not clear at all! All inclusive!! This hotel has never seen all inclusive. The bar by the pool is cash only so if you fancy a few drinks by the pool expect a fair walk to the only bar that accepts the all inclusive band so expect to pay in all the other bars. Food... buffet style which was boring, tasteless and repetitive. We only used it for 2 days of our holiday and ended up eating out the rest of the week which was unacceptable for what we paid for all inclusive. All in all we did not enjoy this hotel and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
The only positive is its location it sits very close to the beach and very close to shops and restaurants.

A parte exterior é espetacular, mas a alimentação e o regime de tudo incluido um zero a esquerda. Na verdade essa altura do ano não existe tudo incluido, nesse hotel mas eles vendem gato por lebre. Se quer temos direito a uma garrafa de água narural., somente copos e água fresca, snacks inexistentes e coquetéis no TI nem pensar. Pelo valor existe opções bem melhores em todo o Algarve.

A maze to find your room, lift break down and no sign so stuck in darkness. That was arrival, rules for everything dont do, cant do and best not to. On a positive, most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The buffet style meals are adequate but not exceptional.

I'm sure it the summer it is great. However for me when you pay for all inclusive you do not expect to have to hunt which bar is 1 open 2 will accept the all inclusive wrist band. Also did not expect drinks to start at 1200 and finish at 10pm. With bar closed by about 10:30
No snacks between meals. Only the one restaurant open and no themes other than buffet based. Food was warm not hot.
Like I said at the beginning summer might be different however this was not a 4 star experience and should at best be rated 3 stars in the winter.
I think 3 stars is too generous. Sat in the ocean bar a tent sided outdoor space and the only place the all inclusive is accepted. People in bobble hats and thermal coats and puffing away on cigarettes an vaps. No set smoking or no smoking areas just smoke everywhere.

Puente de diciembre 2019, colas a la hora de comer, escaleras interminables, desayuno algo aceptable, almuerzo y cena muy escasos, el todo incluido hasta las 22:00h y de picar entre horas nada solo bebidas y de marcas blancas,y encima 100€ de señal si no no te dan la habitación, solo tiene de bueno las habitaciones limpias y los exteriores acedo a playas.

Contacted reception prior to arriving and they did all they could to accommodate all my requests. Main pool area could do with a better clean but overall nice. Be prepared to get up at the crack of dawn if you want to get a sunbed though!

El hotel no esta preparado para recibir a mucha gente. Fuimos en el puente de diciembre y el viernes cuando llegamos tuvimos que esperar mas de media hora para el check-in. En las comidas mas de lo mismo, colas para todo. De variedad de comida no había mucha, Ensaladas. Tres primeros, tres segundos (pollo, cerdo y pescado) y el postre. Y en ese aspecto tampoco creo que sea necesario poner mas, aunque la comida no estuviera muy buena, se salva que siy celiaca y me preparaban toda la comida a parte, conocen todo el tema de la contaminación cruzada. Con respecto a las habitaciones, están bien, les han hecho un lavado de cara, tienen terrazas amplias, y las camas son cómodas, lo único que había hormigas En la habitacion.. Es un hotel al que no volvería, demasiadas habitaciones para muy poca infraestructura.

Días 6 al 9 de dic. Organización nefasta. Habitación a 300 metros del comedor por la calle. No arreglan las habitaciones cada día. Escasa limpieza.. dicen que las arreglan cada dos días. Colas para comer en las tres comidas, vagando por las escaleras.
Dentro del comedor colas para el café, para tostar el pan.
Tardan en reponer comidas cuando se acaban.
Resumen: denigrante.

Habitaciones antiguas y el cuidado .... bueno.... dejémoslo ahí. Todo incluido, pero poco ... solo puedes pedir bebida, nada de comida y no te permiten traer nada de fuera, además es un recinto cerrado y allí fuma hasta el apuntador. Comida bien de cantidad pero poco surtida, y además tienes que hacer cola si o si. En fin lo apuntaremos en la agenda como no volver a visitar.

No hay servicio de habitaciones diario. No pasan ni a hacer las camas.
Colas de 30 o 40 minutos de espera para acceder al comedor en las tres comidas.
La comida mediocre. Solo 1 cafetera para todo el personal. El tostador no funciona. No recomendable.

Al llegar me han pedido 100€ de fianza (si algún cliente no tiene tanto dinero demás tendrá un problema). No lo veo bien no comunicar antes al huésped de la fianza. El registro tarda muchísimo.

Muchísimos autocares,comedor pequeño para tanta gente,comida pésima, colas largas en la calle,no hay ascensor para subir al comedor, para salir puerta de salida al lado del carro de vaciado de comidas y mancharte,muy poco personal ;hay que salir por la misma salida que se sube la gente no te deja bajar debido a la masificación, comedor anexo al descubierto con cortinas de lona y calefacción de gas de calle un frío de la hostia con perdón etc.etc.

Estoy hospedado aún.Estoy horrorizado,no sé por donde empezar.Son las 15'30 h y aún está sin hacer la habitación.
Me dicen que hoy la harán, pero mañana no porque es fiesta.La comida horrible, jamás estuve en un hotel con un buffet tan malo.Mal cocinado, poco variado ,el comedor un auténtico caos,
estamos haciendo cola más de media hora en la calle.
La habitación grande pero muy cutre y sucia .
En España este hotel tendría una estrella como mucho...!!
Resumiendo no vuelvo aquí en la vida, aunque me lo regalen....!!

T.) kažkada buvo geri, dabar moraliai pasenę ir klaikiai nusiurę). Kambarių personalas daro ką nori, nemandagus, nors apie visus taip nepasakysi. Viską gelbėjo vanduo ir gamta. Nors neesame išlepę, bet antrą kartą tikrai ten neapsistotumėme. Dviem žodžiais - lengvas šokas!

Big hotel complex handy for the beach. Food was very good. Room was more than big enough with sea view. It can be a bit of a trek to local bars up a fairly steep hill if you aren't very mobile. Would go again

Tudo negativo desde a chegada ao hotel ou aparthotel, fomos recebidos por funcionários que praticamente não sabem o que fazem, limitam-se a dizer o seu quarto é o X, e são 100€ de caução, para quem conhece o local este hotel não tem corredores internos ou seja dentro de 4 paredes é tudo ao ar livre até chegar ao quarto onde supostamente vamos ficar a pernoitar, então foi-me atribuído um quarto com vista mar, até aí tudo bem, mas existe sempre um mas, até lá chegar foi um castigo, pois tive de subir ao 5 andar e dp descer uma suposta escada, e como dizia o outro era logo ali, mas não..... Fui voltar à recepção e nem existia alguém que me pudesse acompanhar até ao quarto pois a sra que estava na recepção era a única funcionária de momento no hotel que tem dezenas de quartos, e que ainda por cima já estava a trabalhar fora da sua hora... Mas ainda assim arranjou maneira de nos ajudar a chegar ao dito quarto... Ao chegar ao quarto foi outro filme, pois viajava com a esposa e 2 filhas pequenas uma de 4 anos e outra de 10 meses, e mais velha disse papá quero fazer xixi, foi ao WC, e começou de novo o filme, deparo me com a casa de banho num nojo total.... A minha esposa no quarto limitar-se a dizer, vamos embora que isto tá cheio de bicho, pois então tinha baratas a circular pelas paredes e enfim.... O chão da sala num nojo total que nem me iria atrever a colocar a minha filha lá.... Voltei à recepção e fui enviado para outro hotel da cadeia Muthu.... No dia seguinte fui para fazer reclamação e fui informado que deveria falar Inglês pois a gerente não fala Português.... Como é possível no nosso país não falar a nossa língua sendo a gerente.... Enfim não desejo a ninguém está experiência... Já me ia esquecendo este filme todo terminou já passava da 1 hora da madrugada....

The grounds were beautiful. Check in was not clear, stood in wrong line for 10 minutes. WiFi was hard to get on. Kep fobs were difficult to work, took several times. Towels were old, had threads hanging off. However breakfast was amazing!

The property is in a lovely position right on the beach. The apartments are a little tired and the one we had was small but adequate. You need to be reasonably fit as there are lots of stairs and banks and you don’t get any help with your luggage. We were self catering so went out for our evening meals. As it was November everything was very quiet so not much atmosphere. When the sun shone we enjoyed our days but not much to do when it rained.

Have known this resort for several years but not stayed here before. Was very happy to get a high floor with a pool view and a sea view. Was only here for a cheap getaway before winter. We booked a standard room which was relatively small. That was the only drawback. The room was clean and we had reasonable cooking facilities and implements. The TV had the 4 main UK channels which would be handy for anyone coming here for several weeks. Two sunbeds on the outside terrace would be great for anyone wanting some privacy and not too bothered about going to the pool which had plentiful sunbeds.

Ziemlich heruntergekommendes AI-Hotel im Touristenort Albufeira. Der Empfang ist wenig herzlich. Vom Frontdesk mit 4 Mitarbeitern wird man in eine "Nebenlobby" mit einer Mitarbeiterin zum Checkin gebeten. Das Checkinprozedere dauert unglaublich lange und die Technik ist derart veraltet, dass sie oft nicht funktioniert. Die Zimmer sind nur von aussen durch eine Art Terrassentür zu begehen. 10cm hinter der Tür steht gleich das Bett. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig und am Morgen wurden wir vom Reinigungspersonal wach geklingelt. Die Checkin und out Zeiten sind absolut unterirdisch. Checkin nicht vor 17:00! und check-out bis 10:00. Wir waren auf Durchreise und fragten am Tag der Abreise, warum sie in der Nebensaison die Zeiten nicht anpassen würden. Uns wurde dann gesagt, dass die Zimmer, soweit vorhanden, auch immer Vorzeitig bezogen werden könnten. Die Auslastung in dem Hotel war geschätzt 10%. Ein früherer Check-in oder out war dennoch nicht möglich. Die warmen pools "waren" in der Nebensaision nicht beheizt und wirklich kalt. Insgesamt ist die gesamte Anlage in einem renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand.

Único hotel que el todo incluido se limita a desayuno, almuerzo y cena y bebidas (sin marcas) desde las 12 de la mañana a las 10 y media de la noche, sin que se permitan ni tan sólo unos frutos secos de acompañamiento.
La comida de poca calidad y escasa.
Las habitaciones aunque limpias necesitan ser remodeladas.
Único hotel que todas las bebidas se sirven en vasos de plásticos (poco les importe el medio ambiente). incluidas las del buffet en el que también abundan los platos y cubiertos de un solo uso.
La amabilidad del personal del único bar en el que se sirven bebidas del todo incluido deja mucho que desear.

Resort pas mal du tout. Bien placé, j’avais la vue sur la piscine et sur la mer. Parking à côté. Événements, restaurant, tout ce qu’on peut demander.
Par contre, chambre pas vraiment très propre a l’arrivée.
J’ai du me plaindre pour qu’elle soit nettoyée.
Pas vraiment ce qu’on s’attends dans un Resort 4 étoiles.

Albufeira was my first holiday in this hotel and in LOVE with the area. It’s sooo gorgeous. The beach is literally 2 minutes away plus plenty of shops. Only and worse thing was that I found a little worm under my pillow I could not sleep on that bed so I had to share bed and room with someone else I went with. Other than that, the staff were very friendly, and a beautiful beautiful place :))) ps. I met 4 cats there ❤️

Muchos no sabe ni portugués estuvimos casi 4 horas esperando a que nos dieran la habitacion. Además para desalojar el apartamento se hace a las 10 de la mañana aparte te quitan una noche si tu reservas del 5 al 10 te tienes que ir el 9 por la mañana cosa que de vería de ser el 11 por la mañana a las 12 como en todos los sitios limpieza aceptable pero con tantos hoteles que tiene la marca de verían de cuidar un poco más su imagen aquí hos dejo una foto de lo que vimos nada más entrar al apartamento sucios y con manchas de asaver que en fin hay mejores sitios para cojer

Stayed here with my family with infant 6months .this is not considered the 4star property in any where in Europe if you go.
Only sharing my experience rest up to you all to decide to choose this place.
1. Property is beautiful with different type of rooms .(Kicthen is equipped with utensils.
2. Location is good to the beach shops and restaurant outside.
3. Staffs in restaurant and reception are helpful and friendly specially restaurant manager handles well with smile.
4. Beautiful swim pool for kids and adults , but not cleaned can see mould around.
Now I would like to explain why I gave 1 star
1. first when you arrive you have to walk with your luggage outside the hotel to the room and there are steps up to night floor , 2 lifts which are only for one building .(buggy to climb on steps only a new parents will understand what I mean.
2. Rooms are small with no extra towels .
Laundry changes is after 3 nights
Clean your utensils after use.
House keeping is only when you ask on reception which they forgets sometime.
! Bathroom tiles has mould and ceiling too.
Found 2 croak aches roaming in bathroom. When I went to inform reception they said unable to do anything . Since I had paid for 7days my wife had to clean the walls so our infant is safe.
2. Non smoking or smoking does it matter everyone is smoking in balcony.
Some rooms has private balcony but some are common which is bit annoying .
3. Food and drinks
There is food but not enough variety choices it depend on persons . This is my worse experience for first time in my life in 4star hotel.
If you get cheaper deal than it’s fine but don’t pay at any cost for expensive deals. This hotel is not compared to any of the hotels you will find in Europe as 4star.

When I gave the 4☆ previously , it was a really great place and that was over 2 years ago. Now that we're back,not so good. Cockroaches can now be seen. Infestation of ants in daughters room. Overall the hotel is very dated and could do with an update.

This hotel had a lot of potential if not for the staff. A large percentage of approached staff were very off with the group of guests that I went with and bot accommodating without arguement. The resort being a large as it was could have done with a porter on first arrival, instead we were present with a badly photocopied map told to find our way. On route to our very long commute to our room we asked several staff for directions who claimed to not know where we should be. The children's area looked really nice with loads of activities happening, but as for a welcome, communication and general customer service, this really needs to be addressed. I have been to Portugal many times and never experienced this in any other establishment . On the plus side , the rooms were well decorated, clean and spacious. But not cleaned often enough

Os espaços exteriores estão muito bem cuidados e limpos. A limpeza dos apartamentos deixa muito a desejar para um hotel de 4*. O restaurante para TI tinha bastante comida mas muito pouca variedade e o pior eram as bebidas servidas no bar que eram de muito má qualidade. Quanto aos funcionários ( receção, restaurante e bar) eram muito simpáticos.

Boa localização. A 200m da Praia da Oura. Quartos um pouco antigos. Neles contém um frigorífico, microondas, lavatório e fogão. Internet a funcionar por ADSL (12Mbps) no máximo... Excelentes vistas... Paisagem deslumbrante.... Comida do hotel um pouco "puxada" excesso de condimentos, devido a cozinha ser quase toda indiana .. pequeno almoço muito repetitivo... acessos ao hotel um pouco complicados.. preço / qualidade é aceitável

Arrivés à 10h30, les chambres n'ont été disponibles qu'à 16h.

I warn anyone, never stay at this hotel. Arrived and told I had booked the wrong room. It seems deluxe room with a pool or sea view does mean a studio and not one bedroom appartment. I asked if it could be changed,, no was the answer and speak to travel republic who you booked it with. I explained I have a separate bedroom for my disabled brother who is not well. They just refused and became dismissive and defensive and down right rude . Eventually 3 hours later and an additional €175 charge I got a one bedroom appartment and slept on the sofa . Didn't get much sleep but I put up with that. While I was there the amount of complaints the staff where getting was staggering, people demanding room change seemed to be the most common, however staff giving someone's passports to another couple in error shocked me. The aftermath of this complaint was farcical situation with staff arguments in front of the queue waiting to complain. The is nothing deluxe about this hotel, the food was poor, the drinks where only available from a different bar tucked away ,poorly sign posted, complicated lay out ment guest's left wandering around fending for themselves in poorly lit pathways . I will be in touch with Travel Republic about this hotel and recommend never to use this hotel. Drinks all inclusive stopped at 10.30pm served in plastic cups with little and poor entertainment. THE WORST ALL INCLUSIVE HOLIDAY I HAVE EVER HAD.

Lovely clean hotel with plenty to do and close to the beach. Staff were very helpful and always happy to help. Entertainment on during the day with water polo & water aerobics and also every evening. Breakfast buffet was delicious with a great choice and good value for money. Could not fault any of the holiday.

The worst hotel I've stayed at in a very long time. Website says there is parking, however it doesn't say that the parking lot only fits about 30 cars. There are over 300 rooms at this hotel. Two single metal bed pushed together to make a "full size bed". Mattresses are left over mattresses from a prison... at least my back thinks so. Never again!

We have been visiting CPO for the last 30 years, tomorrow we depart for the last time, we will never return to this resort. As Infinity members we have been ripped off and told lies to.
The resort is tired, the accommodation was tired and dirty, on arrival I made 6 complaint visits to reception and we had 2 cleaning supervisor visits, all the external balcony furniture was replaced because it was either dirty or broken. 3 hours of my holiday time taken, doing the job of CPO before the apartment was habital.
Every year we pay increasing maintenance fees and in return we receive less and less.
NOT GOOD ENOUGH - AT EVERY LEVEL

Bardzo miła obsługa i czyste pokoje, nie ma żadnych problemów a jeśli takowe są to można wszystko załatwić w recepcji, chętnie służą pomocą. Sprzątanie pokoi jest co drugi dzień ale codziennie chodzi dziewczyna i pyta się czy wysprzątać i zmienić ręczniki. W pobliżu wiele restauracji, więc z posiłkami w wielu restauracjach nie ma problemów jeśli nie mamy wykupionych na miejscu. Piękne widoki z pokoji i tarasów hotelowych i plaża na miejscu. Polecam serdecznie ten hotel.

We had 5 rooms in total, and 2 of them were broken into with money and a speaker stollen. One of the thefts occurred while one person was sleeping in the room!We were there for 3 nights with no clean towels. There was no mop that we could even clean ourselves.Location is brilliant and the outdoor factors are lovely, but serious security issues throughout the hotel. Having stayed here in 2014 it’s obviously changed hands and has declined severely.

I honestly don’t understand the bad reviews I read before coming here!!
We were both very concerned after reading the bad reviews. I can honestly say I don’t have 1 complaint - as for people saying the staff are rude the hotel must of had a complete staff turn over then because every single staff member from the lady who checked us in at 22:30 down to the the lady who cleans our room ( her English wasn’t amazing but she took the time to tell us she was going on holiday to england and was very excited) every staff member has had a beaming smile on their face and couldn’t be more helpful or friendly if they tried. We are in block E and have the most amazing views our room hasn’t been newly refurbished but it’s perfectly fine for the amount of time you actually spend in it. The AI food is no different to any other AI I’ve been too there is something for every taste. So please don’t be like us and stress over the bad reviews. Well done to all staff were having an amazing time and thank you.

Arrived very late the first night, the reception staff was nice and comfy beds, pool vue also nice (and that is the 1 star marking)... when we returned back €100 was missing (we were only here for 1 full day so really did pay for that) the money was hidden in a bag under clothing (ok it was in the room... but in personal belongings they should not have been anywhere near) ....and to think I’m the type of person that will tip maids when I stay somewhere....

Stayed here last week for one week with 9 other family members. Have to say was pleasently surprised for such a big complex it was so quiet. Our apartment,s were cleaned every day with fresh towels and bed sheets and Staff were Very helpful. Will definitely be back.

Booked a deluxe room with pool and seaview and got a basic room given to us on arrival staff at reception not very helpful had to stand our ground to get what we had booked and paid a lot of money for the room that they gave us first had a view of the road when we got the room what we paid for all that was rubbish we were sleeping on camp beds with very thin mattress we also couldn't get in the room till the next day until 4pm so we had to spend the 2nd day of our holiday waiting it was also infested with ants so we couldn't really get any groceries.

Very friendly staff, room was a great size. Balcony had great furniture including 2 sun loungers. Bathroom/Shower very nice and spacious. Would definitely recommend!

Serviço de recepção muito mau falta de atencao ao cliente desde o check-in que nos foi facilitado o acesso ao apartamento so depois das 17h e mesmo assim com servico imcompleto, fiz 1 reserva para 3 pessoas e so tinha roupa para 2 quando
Participei na recepcao nos disseram que nao costumam fazer para a 3 pessoa. Abusivo este comportamento. Fiz uma reserva All inclusive que de nada tem a ver com All inclusive.

Estive em Agosto e foi muito bom. Só tive alguma chatisse que enganaram o nosso quarto e deram um partamento sem condições nenhuma. Só no segundo dia que eles deram outro partamento muito melhor com condições. O resto foi todo maravilhoso vou quer voltar estar neste hotel. Mas acho que tem que renovar alguns partamentos porque alguns tem muito luxo e maravilhoso e outros não tem nada tem condições nenhumas.

Stayed for 4 nights at the end of September. We booked it on the cheap as a short, end of summer get away. I was a tad nervous after reading the reviews but it was better than I expected. We opted for self-catering so I cannot comment on the quality of the all-inclusive aspects of the hotel. The room had all the appliances needed for self-catering; microwave,oven,toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, utensils and crockery. The hotel also provides washing up liquid and a sponge for washing up. Our balcony was large and we had a wonderful view of the sea. The balcony had sun loungers and table and chairs. The cleaners came everyday - there are clear signs saying that the linen gets changed once per week (unless otherwise requested) and that the maids will not do the washing up. The Intermarché is a 5/10 minute walk depending on what block you are in. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. It’s also quite close to the strip but you don’t get any of the noise. Restaurants and bars are all pretty cheap and all have happy hours when pints are as little as €1.50. Old town is a 40 minute walk away or 10 mins in a taxi. Taxi costs €7/€10. The hotel is very large. There are 2 pools. We used the main pool - it wasn’t too tricky to get a bed. We’d get down at around 10/10:30 and there were still plenty of beds. Beach is a 2 minute walk, the beds on the beach costs €6 per bed for the day. Overall a decent hotel for the money we paid and a short stay. I would consider returning.

Went there for a family holiday. I really enjoy everything in that hotel the rooms,the staff,the food everything was perfect. the best thing is the beach is a few minutes walk from the hotel.would definitely want to go back Minis and family ❤

We were very disappointed with the resort. The cleanliness of the apartment was nowhere near standard. Bags of dirty towls were left by cleaning staff in corridors for days. I didn't appreciate waiting at reception for a taxi amoung the haze of smokers. Sadly this resort has taken quite a decline.

Staying at this hotel leaving tomorrow room excellent but booked deluxe balcony with sea or pool view nope extra cash paid got basic balcony also just went into a drawer where I dropped all my British coins and all £1 coins missing so lesson learnt keep even the smallest item in the safe

Too big and rambling. First room was awful with worn out curtains., Broken mirror and loose tap in bathroom. Toe nails on balcony and even a plastic bag tied over the smoke alarm. Not at all suitable for anyone with mobility problems as nothing was easy to get to. The restaurant was like a works canteen with only mats on the tables for breakfast and dinner. We had to get our own cutlery and napkins and cups were either plastic or cardboard. Couldn't wait to come home. Awful!!

Stayed here for 10 days in late September. The hotel as a whole is pretty decent. We had basic rooms but they were clean, towels changed daily etc. Free WiFi throughout but only around 5-6mb and a bit inconsistent. Not really good for streaming.
The grounds are amazing. Very scenic and private access to the public beach but we never had issue getting loungers by the pools. Jacuzzi too.
The bar is a bit expensive but does have a happy hour.
We always go in school term time so minimal noise from kids, nice and quiet!
It's right near the bottom of the strip so plenty of nightlife options but the Old Town is only a 30min downhill walk away. Best of both worlds. I would easily stay here again.

We leave tomorrow it's been ok except we were put in k block which is not shown on pictures it's completely away the main hotel from bars and food thankfully brought our own tea coffee as even though all inclusive it's such a pain to walk everywhere reported a broken kitchen tap 4 days ago still nothing been done it just sprays everywhere love this area but have stayed in much nicer hotels only being 3 star so would rather go back to one of those pictures very deceiving we look out on a busy road not a single sign of pool or sea

A great location just off the beach itself and close to restaurants and pubs. There are pools, a sauna and a restaurant on site. However, the room was not as clean as one would expect and the drain of the hand basin was blocked. So, good and bad points but, overall, not too bad for the price.

J'ai noté cette hôtel quand nous somme arrivé nous avions pris deux chambres il ni avait ni serviettes ni draps de plus une des chambre le groupe extérieur de la climatisation n'était pas raccordé au eau usées se qui provoquait une inondations de toute la terrasse n'ayant plus de chambre disponible et après s'être fâché à la réception les travaux ont été fait le lendemain après midi donc bruits de perceuse poussière etc impossible d'utiliser la chambre tout ses arrangé donc le lendemain serviettes drap clip etc pour finir l'hôtel est extrêmement bien placé les repas bien que simple sont excellent avec des produit frais les chambres sont spacieuse avec terrasse et salon de jardin
Les jardins et piscines extérieur sont joli et propre
Il mérite 3 étoiles en France en fait pas grand chose pour en faire un 4 étoiles un peu de rénovation dans les parties commune j'y reviendrais quand même pour sont emplacement et le parking privé indispensable si vous avez une voiture j'espère que ses petites remarque pourront servir au futur clients et a l'hôtel afin qu'il s'améliore pascal charbonnier

We were put outside hotel in Sunflower terrace, its more like 1 star accommodation, damp very basic old bathroom,AC was only on living room.The worst experience ever, after shower huge cockroache running in corridor.

The room was big and had a kitchen. However, it was very dated. The bathtub had cracks at the bottom and you can hear it squeak when you stand on it. The curtains needs to be changed as well, it had light coming out from several holes on it. Breakfast was so~so and needs to be improved. There were several choices but the quality was not good. It's just quite unfortunate and a let down because the view from the balcony was spectacular and the beach was just right at the foot of the hotel.

The location is the top. The hotel is in front of beautiful semi-private beach. Just within few steps you reach amazing beach with beach front bars and restaurant. The location is very secure. You shouldt demand a lot from this hotel. Its more like 3+ than 4 stars. We were provided with a metallic bed with a thin mattress, although it appeared quite comfortable. The service might be improved as it was very unresponsive.

This hotel was amazing! The rooms were very clean, the food was incredible, entertainment was good, the premises is so beautiful!! I don’t have one fault to say about my stay here for a week! Right on the beach and a 5 minute walk to the strip! Will definitely be returning.

Fantastic break. Everything was lovely, rooms, staff, food. Family of 4, sons 20 & 18 something for everyone. Short walk to the strip which the boys loved loads of watersports but peace & quiet too.Wish we had booked a week instead of 4 nights. Definatly recommend and definatly be back.

This place should not have 4 stars. Dated apartments, no dish washer, dirty bathrooms - in the sense that white bathtubs are now greyish or worse. A lot of faucets didn't work properly. Also, do not drink coffee at the reception. It's a weak coffee and way too expensive. You can drink coffee for cheaper right on the beach. The staff was nice but this place lost a lot of quality. Visited the first time 10 years ago and loved it. Now it should have 3 stars, tops. It's not clean enough. Have stayed in pensions with 2 stars that were much cleaner.

Comida de péssima qualidade para um hotel de 4 estrelas, demasiada confusão. O tudo incluído era quase nada incluído!!! Bebidas brancas de má qualidade e ainda servidas em copos de plástico!!! Mau demais.... quando queria um café, tinha eu que o tirar, em copo plástico!!!claro!!! O direito a tudo isto num único só bar que encerrava às 23.30 horas . E para finalizar parecia que os ingleses eram os Reis do resort !!!!!!! Foi uma vez e nunca mais....

Nefasto. Nos dieron una habitación llena de humedad, el cabecero asqueroso , todo sucio. Me cambiaron a otra superior y me encuentro las sabanas manchadas y hormigas. Tardaron una hora en venir a cambiarlas dos empleados que no sé si hacía días que no se duchaban porque el olor era insoportableEl aire estropeado . Venían a las cuatro de la tarde a limpiar la habitación, bueno a limpiar poco porque lo único que hacían era vaciar las papeleras y dejar las toallas. La comida abundante pero poco variada. La única empleada amable una chica rubia con gafas de recepción que nos facilitó las cosas. Nada recomendable para españoles, más de uno vi protestar por lo mismo. Lo mejor la proximidad a la playa aunque no te podías bañar por las rocas dentro del agua.Esto es para Ingleses o Alemanes a los que solo les importa el alcohol a buen precio. En absoluto se corresponde con cuatro estrellas ni con las fotos que muestran. No volveré jamás y por supuesto mis referencias serán nefastas como las condiciones en que se encuentra.

Para un cuatro estrellas se le ha caído una o dos. Habitaciones normales. Había habitaciones para tres más cómodas y espaciosas que las de cuatro. El todo incluido nefasto solo se podía beber en un bar en los otros dos no y la calidad de la comida muy justita para lo que pagamos.

Been to the hotel a few times and definitely dramatic changes in the last few years, arrived at 11am and was told to call back about 2pm to see if the room was ready to which it wasn't and the girl on the desk seemed aggetated with us coming back and said the room was getting deep cleaned and wont be ready until 5pm but in the meantime had to get changed in a toilet at reception asked for a shower facility's and we where told to use the shower in the pool area lol, got into our room which wasn't deep cleaned, flys on the wall etc squashed spider on the ceiling. Paid to go half board the food service is the worst I've seen absolutely no selection what so ever grilled chicken was just bones if your vegetarian the foods all contaminated a sausage was in the middle of the beans for a whole breakfast service. No system to even get to choose what you want as people just walk all over the place it's chaos queues for coffee in the mornings is crazy for 1 coffee machine, people standing in the pool with drinks? Work hard all year to get away and unwind and for the money wee paid I'd expect alot better..

Great views, but we had bed bugs in 2 rooms, no appologies they just said it never happened before. Really poor customer service. Poor food quality and choice. Cannot get a lunch to take to the beach even thou advertise. Don't go All inclusive if you go, lots of local places to eat outside. You can't even eat the snacks outside onto the decking. That is reserved for other paying guests. Snacks are basic sandwich and some jellies for the kuds...icream not included in all inclusive just at lunch and dinner. But you can buy icecream all day. All inclusive drinks bar 10 mins walk from pool, with kids it's a nightmare. Only 2 drinks at any one time so put them on a table and go get more. Barbat the pool but you have to pay even if all inclusive, even thou its not busy. We would not go back to this chain again.

Ce qui nous a plu cest le site, la gentillesse du personnel particulièrement de michella. Ce qui nous a déçu cest la piscine, impossible davoir un transat car les gens déposent des serviettes dessus avant louverture et les enlèvent le soir même si il ny vont pas. Leau est très sale y compris du jacuzzi car les gens ne prennent pas de douches ils se lavent de leurs crème et du sable directement dans leau y compris les chaussures cest dégoûtant donc ça a gâché notre plaisir et nous nosions même pas nous baigner

É um club de férias que deixa muito a desejar em muita coisa é vergonhoso logo de manhã queremos esteiras na piscina e esta tudo ocupado por toalhas que por muitas das vezes só tem pessoas ao final do dia e quem passa o dia todo na piscina tem que ficar na relva como eu fiquei com uma bebê de 5 meses. É vergonhoso um club onde entra tanto dinheiro porque não é barato uma semana de férias neste club ter em tão mau estado os equipamentos interiores e exteriores para os hóspedes usarem, tive sem esplanada as férias todas fiquei sem luz no apartamento mais de 2 horas com uma criança para jantar e uma bebê de 5 meses, uma semana de férias a roupa da cama nunca foi mudada, um apartamento com capacidade para 4 adultos só com apenas duas cadeiras para fazer as refeições, no check in foi solicitado uma cama extra para uma criança que só fui entregue já era uma hora da manhã e depois de fazer barulho várias vezes na receção, as toalhas de banho vieram passado dois dias, e para terminar sou membro associado do club há 21 anos e nunca vi nada assim há três anos alteramos o nosso título de férias para 2 semanas e pagamos mais dinheiro para chegar a este ano e só ter direito a uma semana com estas condições ainda dizem que é um club de 4 estrelas. Só se for pela localização.

Es un lugar muy lindo, especialmente si tenes niños. Pero poder ubicar la habitación te puede llevar 1 hora y acarreando maletas. Muy mal diseñado el sistema de ascensores, para subir al 3ro. Tenes que ir 1ro al 5to. Luego ir a otro ascensor que está a unos 100 metros y bajar al 3ro. Y la recepción de planta baja en el ascensor es el 4to. Piso. Jajaja. Un genio el arquitecto/ingeniero. Menos mal que no pienso volver.

Awful hotel, dirty dated room, unhelpful staff and terrible value for money. Members of my party paid double what I paid, and not only did they receive a room half the size of mine, but they were told on the first night that there was no record of their booking and had to stay elsewhere before the hotel rectified its mistake. The staff were mostly useless, with only one person on the desk resulting in huge queues to check in and out. I’ve never had to wait an hour to check in somewhere. Lesson learned, this place is a hell hole.

Por donde empezar...
Las habitaciones son normales, pero no lo que prometen en Booking. Además no limpiaron en la semana que pasamos, solo vacían las papeleras y poco más.
El trato con el personal cordial, pero tardan en atender a las quejas, tres días tardaron en poner una sombrilla y aun estamos esperando respuesta a otras reclamaciones.
Si eliges la opción de "todo incluido" los horarios en los que puedes hacer uso del mismo son un poco escasos.
Las piscinas abarrotadas y los bares del "todo incluido" lejos de las mismas.
El bufé poca variedad y tienes que hacer cola para todo.
Cucarachas por los pasillos.
Y la distribución del hotel un poco laberíntica, llena de escaleras.
El parking casi siempre está lleno.

La propreté des chambres est médiocre cheveux, miettes sous la table et le lit poussière sur les meubles, kitchenette grasse non nettoyée comme le reste... séjour de 6 nuits en changeant de chambre tout les 2 jours faute de mal organisation ! Je ne recommande en aucun cas cet hôtel. Hôtel de chaîne qui est là pour prendre son argent et ne soucis pas du bien être de sa clientèle !

Muito mau para ser considerado 4 estrelas, os apartamentos precisam URGENTEMENTE de renovaçao! Com ratos! (bloco A) Micro-ondas e placa vitroceramica sem os niveis marcados pois sao demasiados velhos. Portas dos armarios sujas, ceramicas da casa de banho rachadas! O meu apartamento ficou à frente da lixeira do bairro, o cheiro é muito mau quando estava no terraço do apartamento.
Really bad for a 4 star hotel, the apartments are in URGENT need of renovation! With mice! (Block A) Difficult use of microwave and stove, as they are too old and the all the numbers are gone. Doors of the cupboards dirty, bathroom full of cracks! My apartment was in front of the garbage disposal of the neighboor, it stinks real bad to be in the terrace.

Hotel sobrevalorizadíssimo!
Atendimento péssimo, maioria dos funcionários que não fala Português por serem estrangeiros, pede-se quartos para quatro pessoas, apresenta-se um quarto para duas pessoas, entre muitas outras coisas.
Tive a possibilidade de ter estadia em diversos pontos turísticos deste país e já estive em hotéis de 3 estrelas e 2 estrelas com melhores condições que este.
Conclusão, não recomendo este hotel nem a um diabo!
As únicas coisas que se aproveitam são a vista, e a localização do mesmo.

O pior hotel de 4 estrelas que estive. Nao aconselho a nimguem. Reserva se um quarto com vista para o mar mas quando se faz o check in mandan nos para quarto que ate assusta . portas dos roupeiros a cair sem vista para o mar entre outros. Sem agua quente . casa de banho com cortina na banheira.
Reservei e paguei quarto para 5 pessoas , so o prepararam para 2 . nao desfizeram o engano .. Toalhas nem velas . Reservei com servico de tudo incluido nao sei para que ? So servem cerveja e refrigerantes o resto e tudo rasco. No hotel nao ha quem saiba falar portugues. Espero que este comentario ilucide os indecisos.

Eu Duarte Silva reservei um apartamento em Janeiro deste ano .
Paguei por um apartamento de 4 estrelas e na semana antes de viajar transferiram-nos para um apartamento inferior com menos condições e noutro local não fomos contactados nem reembolsados .
Enviei fotos do apartamento onde fomos colocados e até agora não tivemos resposta.
É uma vergonha para um hotel reconhecido não valorizar os hospedes.

Para empezar el hotel no se corresponde con lo que se anuncia en Booking, ni mucho menos esto es un hotel de 4 estrellas, nos dieron un apartamento super antiguo que olía a humedad, sin gel de baño ni siquiera (simplemente había un dispensador con jabón de manos), de vez en cuando te encuentras una cucaracha, no entran a limpiarlo y las toallas no las cambian a no ser que se lo pidas, las lámparas estaban hasta rotas,el check-in es a las 5 de la tarde y el día que te vas sales a las 10:00 de la mañana, el parking es súper pequeño para un hotel tan grande, en la piscina es difícil que encuentres una hamaca libre porque la gente las ocupa con sus toallas bien temprano para después ni aparecer por allí,además está llena de gente jugando a la pelota y con colchonetas, no volveremos

Para nosotros lo único bueno a sido el acceso a la playa y la habitación que nos a tocado ( quitando la cucaracha enorme que nos encontramos el primer día)
El Buffett muy repetitivo , muy pobre y con poca variedad , un arroz amarillo asqueroso ... yo creo que lo único bueno a sido los postres ...
El todo incluido un engaño , se supone que si es TODO INCLUIDO ES TODO , pues nada fuimos a por una botella de agua y 4 € nos clavaron a pesar de tener las pulseras , el ron y la ginebra lamentables , ni hablar ya de los refrescos ... creo que es algo que deberían de mejorar muchísimo!!!

Myself and my partner stayed here for 10 nights at the start of this month. Lovely rooms very spacious and always kept clean, we received fresh towels everyday and it was cleaned everyday also. The hotel is in a Great location, 5 minute walk to the Newtown and about a 6 minute drive to the oldtown in a taxi or tuk tuk. We Would definitely be staying here again.

Estaba sucio las habitaciones : puertas, baños,colchones , olian a humedad y tenian resto la terraza de heces de roedores.
Las estrellas no corresponden al alojamiento que sólo es bonito y limpio por fuera.
La publicidad es engañosa.
Pensaba relajarme en un lugar ideal segun su web y me encontré con estas desagradables sorpresas que me arruinaron el final de mis vacaciones .
No lo recomiendo a nadie porque el encontrarte con una habitacion digna de las estrellas es cuestión de suerte , a mi me cambiaron dos veces de habitación y si mala era una peor era la otra.

Complejo anticuado, el check-in debe ser a las 17h y el check-out a las 10h, lo cual no tiene sentido alguno... Tiene pequeños espectáculos para niños por las tardes de aproximadamente una hora, el castillo hinchable es enorme pero no hay nadie q se preocupe para que se cumplan las normas, la limpieza brilla por su ausencia, apenas hay utensilios de cocina ni de limpieza. Y lo peor de todo las camas y que es imposible aparcar en el parking del hotel. No pueden ser más incómodas. Lo mejor la ubicación sin duda y los jardines.

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Everything was clean. Hotel provided activities every day and evening so there always was things to do. Very family oriented. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with kitchenette that was very spacious. Would definitely come here again.

Como hotel é bom.
Tem muitos espaços verdes bem localizado e com boas piscinas.
Em relação ao funcionamento nao vale nada, chegaram ao ponto de num apartamento que tem capacidade para 6 pessoas haver apenas 2 cadeiras para nos sentarmos a mesa esperar dois dias por toalhas de banho e ficar sem luz no apartamento mais duas horas isto com um bebê de 4 meses.
Paga-se muito e eles não nao têm consideração nem respeito por ninguem

The price is way too high for what you get. The rooms and the whole complex is in bad condition.
They say they have a parking, but it is impossible to find a place.
In our bedroom we found mold on the wall. The general impression of the bathroom is poor. Looks like it was made 20 years ago. Old soap dispensers and a dirty hairdryer.
In one drawer in the living room we found opened women sanitary pads (yes, those for when they have their period).
The beds are extremely hard. The umbrella on the balcony was full of mold.
On the other side of the street, just 50 meters from the balcony there’s a club that played extremely loud music from 6pm till late.
I brought all these things up with the management but they didn’t address one single complaint. I would recommend everyone to stay away from this hotel!

Ubicación excelente a pie de playa, las habitaciones están limpias aunque algo antiguo el baño, el personal muy amable.
El hotel es muy grande y nos costó encontrar nuestra habitación, echando en falta personal que te guiase un poco.
Nos pidieron una fianza que no estaba especificada en la reserva al llegar.
El todo incluido para un par de días está bien, pero luego se hace muy pesado, dado que no varían mucho los platos.

Habitación con colchón viejo de muelles que donde te hundes t te los clavas, limpieza de habitación malisima hay días que no te la hacen y otros te la hacen a las 16.00h cuando el niño está durmiendo la siesta y no es por culpa de las limpiadoras el hotel es gigante y se nota que hay falta de personal. Los camarero te tratan muy mal. El todo lo incluido es de broma de todos los bares que tiene el hotel solo puedes consumir en uno y es de 12.00 a 22.30h. El buffett del restaurante es sólo para ingleses desayunos típicos de fritanga y la cena se termina a las 21.30 no vayas a entrar a las 21.15 por que ya no cenas. El buffett contá de cuatro o cinco platos como no te guste no comes. Lo único bueno del hotel es la playa que tiene cerca y los jardines. Si eres español ni se te ocurra ir

Terrible organization, unfriendly staff, costly, somewhat dirty rooms with insects, no elevator (guest do need to carry their luggage not only through several stairs but also sometimes a quarter of a mile down the road depending on what block they put you on).
Beautiful city, great commercial area, busy nights with lots to do... but pick a better hotel if you want to have a good time, this one is not recommended.

Es un alojamiento sencillo especialmente diseñado para turismo para beber y dormir. Nos colocaron en una habitación estándar que no se correspondía con la página web era un bajo muy accesible desde la calle y con hormigas, protestamos y exigimos un cambio y a los dos días nos la dieron una mejor sin coste. Mi opinión es un hotel caro para lo que es

Have no compantints about this hotel at all. Iv been here for 1 week and the apartment has been cleaned with fresh towels brought every day. Never ate in the restaurant so can't comment on food. There is 2 decent sized pools, people who leave there towels on the loungers from the morning and don't show up the staff fold all their towels onto one bed to let others who are there get loungers which I thought was good. massive bouncy castle on from morning until night beside the entertainment bit and somthing on every night. The beach is a 3 min walk from the bottom of the hotel.

Entertainment should be better for kids as the day is long and nothing other than bouncing castle with the price it comes with it should be more for kids they just want you money simple as !!!!!

Muito bom, muito bem localizado, boas condições preço acessível, o quarto bastante agradável.
Pouca simpatia em alguns elementos da recepção menos para as senhoras solteiras, já é um pouco costume no nosso país, infelizmente acaba por transmitir ao cliente uma imagem muito pouco profissional do hotel.
Os elementos de limpeza, muito prestáveis e simpáticos, alguns não falam bem inglês nem português mas achei de louvar a oportunidade trabalho que foi dada a estes elementos por parte do hotel excelente atitude, muito humana, 5 estrelas para esta iniciativa.
Não gostei que fosse permitido deixar toalhas a guardar cadeiras da piscina, muito chato muitas das vezes as toalhas eram até de casa de banho ficavam todo dia a ocupar várias cadeiras e ninguém aparecia enquanto as pessoas não tinham sequer lugar para pôr a toalha.

Le 4 étoiles n'est pas à la hauteur des standards internationaux, même si l'emplacement est magique. Le all inclusive est nul comparé aux standards espagnols qui sont à moins d'une heure de route. C'est de la nourriture de cantine d'aire d'autoroute bas de gamme.
Les animations sont également médiocres 2 heures le matin et 2 heures l'après-midi autour d'une piscine bondé de gens qui réserve leur transat depuis la veille. Les règles de l'hôtel l'autorise. Dommage qu'aucune activités marine ne soit proposées.
Le personnel de l'hôtel est de manière générale antipathique et pas souriant à quelques exceptions. L'ambiance festive d'un club n'existe pas.
Pour finir, nous n'avons utilisé que la chambre et découvert les restaurants et animations locales...
La ville est vraiment adaptée à la pratique de l'anglais et au partage de la fête à l'anglaise...

No es un hotel de 4* .La atención al cliente mala, el desayuno bufet pobre, limpieza muy mala (solo nos cambiaban toallas) que incluso pedimos en recepción que limpiaran,y no hicieron caso. Hay mejores hoteles en la zona sin dudarlo.

Hotel located off the beach, praia da oura with access from the resort. Also about 5 minutes from the strip so the location is ideal. Two lovely pools with music, aqua arobics and water polo at the larger pool and sufficient amount of sunbeds. Great hot3l for young adults with a great bar and plenty of gaming activites as well as families with entertainment everynight, games and even a large bouncing castle. Deluxe terrace rooms are nice and well equipped, cleaned every day. Only downfall is the quality of food. Seems to consist of burgers, pizzas and sandwiches. Other than that an ideal hotel in an ideal location

Great location near pool, beach, supermarket, bars and restaurants. Space at pool not always available in the morning but beach is so close.
