Disappointing considering we was referred from a reliable source. Not to answer the phone nor to respond to an email is somewhat unprofessional, How could i ever trust you with the keys to my property. Sorry but if your recommended, you need to live up to some standards

We placed our Funchal, Madeira for sale with this company the first week of December 2016. The following week, we having returned to the UK, a couple viewed it. There was then total silence with no feedback whatsoever. We had a local representative and she had no contact from the firm either. We went to Funchal in June 2017, 7months, later only for the rep to say he'd been laid off in December by the company and blocked from their website. When I asked why on earth he hadn't advised us he, without apology , just said he'd been trying to sell it privately!. We placed it with another agent and it sold in 4days! Totally unimpressed with the firm and would never recommend it
