My Skoda Yeti was serviced this month and my only adverse comment is the price I was charged for engine oil. €36.90 per litre of oil is extortionate. I challenged this cost and asked them to tell me how much they paid for oil. I did not get an answer, just an unsatisfactory explanation of the problems of running a garage. Other main agents in Faro charge half this amount or less and I can buy 5 litres of the same oil for €51.20. I will take my car elsewhere for the next service. By the way, these 5 Star comments below have been posted by people who work at this garage!

Poor service. Was on vacation at the Algarve and had a leaking cool system. They had no time to investigate. Service without a smile! Had to wait 1 week. The inspection only tooks 10 minutes (no time for 10 minutes the week before, you must be joking!!!!!). Then I had to wait 1 week more to repair (was done ok). So, I had to extend my vaction for 2 weeks and had to cancel a important consult at the Hospital because of their poor service. Hour rate is double of the garage in my place. So, you will be warned in case you have a SKODA/VW/Audi and want to go to the Algarve for a holiday!
