Camas e almofadas confortáveis, pequeno almoço fantástico, limpeza cuidada, atendimento cordial e disponível. Piscina e jacuzzi exterior e interior. Bar com esplanada. Menos positivo, alguns promenores como os azulejos antigos, torneiras pequenas e alcatifas gastas. Por 160€ a noite, não basta conservar é preciso inovar. Daria 3.5 estrelas se fosse possível.

We here for 6 days.
We were drop off in our taxi to the wrong hotel. We got our room number 308. We went to our room and tried to lock our money in the safe. We had to go down to the front desk clerk and pay 2 Euros per day. Otherwise everything was fine and free breakfast is a plus. Many restaurants around the area. Our room face the pool. Coffee was bad everyday .

Room stank of smoke and air con did not work. We asked to be moved and were told that the hotel was full. I don't know how the smoke detector didn't go off but may be it wasn't working either.
Hotel could be nice but they need to put some heating in the pool and make the breakfast a bit better.

We were staying to attend a wedding we found the hotel staff excellent and the pool area good but in high season Id say there would be a shortage of sunbeds. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.It was an excellent location close to the marina and all the shops etc. I thought the indoor pool was in need of a revamp as it was a little dated.

Lovely holiday - location perfect. Very helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble. We stayed half board and the food was excellent, and varied/wide selection each day. Parking around the hotel is free, though they offer secure underground parking at additional cost. Indoor and outdoor pools very clean, though outdoor pool not heated. Excellent marina is 2 minutes walk away, with good selection of bars/restaurants.

The room is very small. I stayed at 7 hotels in Portugal for the 12 days trip, the price of this hotel is above the medimum but the room size is much smaller. The hotel is quite old and outdated. The breakfast is the worst. Coffee doesn’t taste like coffee, hot water is room tempature, and food is not replenished.

On a golf trip with eleven others. Hotel was very good. Lots of choice at breakfast and centrally located. Didn't use the hotel for much other than sleeping/breakfast, and the odd drink at the bar as there is loads of choice of bars and restaurants very close. Hotel was very clean with housekeeping daily. Outdoie pool looks great but never used it. Indoor pool quite small.

Hotel localizado bem no centro de Vilamoura. A 5m a pé de praias e com a marina, comércio e restauração ao sair da porta. Staff do hotel é profissional e atencioso (5 estrelas). O hotel em si só peca por ter acomodações antiquadas e por ser frequentado por muitos jovens e turistas barulhentos. Diria que se te trata da experiência ideal para quem procura estar no centro da diversão, num ambiente jovem e de descontração, perto de bares, restaurantes e discotecas.

Uma estrela pela localização, outra para o pessoal, e a terceira para o pequeno almoço.
Hotel que acusa a idade - alcatifa no corredor desbotada e manchada, sanitários desactualizados, climatização por AC Split, ruidoso e poucas regulações, parque de estacionamento insuficiente, mesmo incluindo o parque subterrâneo pago. Quartos pequenos e armários minúsculos. Piscina sobrepolulada e tendencialmente fria - na data da minha visita estava mais fria que a do mar.
Conheço outros hotéis da cadeia e este fica claramente abaixo da bitola Vila Galé.

Muy bien situado y con un personal muy atento y amable. En el restaurante hemos cenado muy bien todos los días. Las habitaciones se ven algo anticuadas pero están bien.
El servicio de animación infantil en agosto del 18 fué muy flojo los niños en general no querían participar y las chicas no se lo trabajaban nada.
♿ Es un hotel accesible, con una plaza de aparcamiento reservada en la entrada y la habitación adaptada que nos dieron era amplia y con un baño grande no bañera.
Pero, solicitamos un banco para la bañera y nos ofrecieron el alquiler de uno para toda la semana más el desplazamiento de traerlo y llevárselo.
Por lo que pagamos nosotros se hubiesen comprado uno para el hotel disponible para otras ocasiones... los hay hasta en Lidl por 20€.
Esto no nos ha pasado jamas! en ningun otro sitio de hay las tres estrellas.

Here now since the 06th Aug for 9 nights, very nice Hotel, stunning views, great pool good size family rooms with 2 balconies at least on mine, restaurant really good food fantastic staff, very friendly. really enjoying staying here. just two down side in my opinion;
pool bar closes far to early here it should stay open late serving great cocktails by the pool, and as a family with kids they should have or at least have a iron to use in room. otherwise all perfect .

Relaçao preco x beneficio pessima! Depois de te cobrarem uma fortuna pela estadia nao te permitem usar o cofre do seu quarto sem extra pagamentos. A reserva pelo site é de uma maneira, ao chegar as condicoes sao outras sem alteracao no valor. Problemas de energia no quarto DIARIOS: todos os dias de nossa estadia tivemos que chamar a recepcao e esperar a manutencao em nosso quarto por problemas vindos de outros hospedes. Logistica do bar na piscina PESSIMA: servico demorado para pedir, e para servir, melhor nem comentar... chega a ser absurdo!!! Piso ao redor da piscina escorregadio! Servico de massagem pago a parte que vc pede na quinta para o domingo e quando nao te ligam para te dizer detalhes da confirmacao e vc volta a recepcao (ja no sabado a noite) te dizem que nao ha reserva. Servico de buffet meia pensao bastante fraco. Sacada que nao se limpa e ao colocar a roupa fora para secar te volta manchada e amarelada. Enfim... foi uma primeira e ultima vez... Resolvi apostar na marca e foi uma pessima escolha, deveria ter hospedado a minha familia ao outro lado da rua... Realmente uma rede de hoteis para onde nao voltarei!

Suite junior spacieuse pour famille avec 2 enfants. Propre, équipé du câble avec pleins de films récents en anglais. Belle piscine avec bar et sandwichs. Bons petits déjeuners. Par contre la salle de sport est anecdotique (un tapis de course et un vélo).

The hotel is very nice, the pool area is nice as well but always very busy. The price of the water at the hotel is extremely overpriced so best to get it outside. Otherwise my partner had his birthday and the hotel surprised us with some sparkling wine and piece of cake which was extremely nice. The breakfast was very good. We really enjoyed our stay and would for sure come back again.

Overall a good hotel, stayed for a week. Good location very close to the Marina. Rooms could now do with some modernisation. The food in the evenings was of a good standard, but could do with a little more imagination and consistency.

The VILA GALE MARINA resort is overall a pretty good hotel. The rooms are a bit outdated( and our shower didn’t work in our original room so we were given a new one) but the rooms and whole hotel are clean. The free breakfast was very impressive and had a large buffet. The area of the hotel, Vilamoura, is beautiful and if you can stay in that area when visiting the algarve coast. Also remember this:
PARKING ON THE ENTRANCE STREET IS FREE BUT PARKING IN THE HOTELS GARAGE IS NOT. We were not told by anyone parking is free on that street as parking in the garage is 7.50 per day! The pool deck is nice and large with some entertainment but most of the people there didn’t join in and wanted to relax. Overall the hotel is nice hotel but could be much better with some room renovations.

Rooms are average. Bathrooms not very good. Pool area packed most days. Lots of the balconies do not get any sun. Pretty average in my opinion. On the plus side it is close to all the bars and eating places.

Très bel hôtel, très bien situé près de la Marina, des plages et entouré de nombreux golfs. Chambre agréable. Matelas malheureusement beaucoup trop dur pour moi (comme c'est pratiquement toujours le cas, quel que soit l'hôtel). Très grande déception qu'il n'y ait pas eu un seul jour des Pastei de Nata au petit déjeuner. Grande piscine entourée de transats. Alors qu'il n'y a que 2 ou 3 enfants, l'après midi l'équipe "animation" se met en branle. Cela veut dire musique à fond. A ma demande, ils ont fort diminué le volume de la musique. Hôtel très fréquenté par des joueurs de golf, dont beaucoup viennent des îles ...
Malheureusement, ils n'ont pas tous l'éducation qui ferait qu'ils respecteraient le sommeil de ceux qui n'ont pas bu en leur compagnie.

Fiquei aqui hospedado durante 3 dias maravilhosos. Fui (fomos) muito bem tratados desde o check in até ao check out. Pessoal muito profissional, atencioso e educado. Tem piscina exterior e interior, jacuzi interior e exterior e ginásio, além de outras comodidades. Óptimo pequeno almoço, bastante variado e as quantidades estão sempre a ser repostas. Perto da marina e da praia. Um hotel muito tranquilo.

We loved it. We were very lucky though. Hence 4 stars. As we were not disturbed by a large group. But, be aware, they do let them in. To the hotel: think about your distribution of families to ensure the families with youngsters are not unduly disturbed in the early hours of the morning.

Fantastic location for Marina, hotel was clean and the room we were in (triple) was very spacious. Second floor. Breakfast had plenty of choice
Would suggest that a second hot plate is used just for fried eggs as you have to wait quite a while whilst people are having omelettes freshly made. Pool area clean and plenty of beds. Pool does go very deep. Overall thoug, perfect for our duration and needs.
however service was quite slow due to people wanting omelettes freshly made.

O melhor deste hotel são as pessoas que lá trabalham - continuam atenciosas e bem dispostas para qualquer pedido de ajuda e solicitação.
A comida também é agradável - talvez não seja
um restaurante de 5 estrelas, mas um bom de 4+.
Menos bom: piso muito escorregadio à volta da piscina, e a animação.
Não percebo bem como a equipa foi contratada nem o que estão lá a fazer - ainda que até possa apreciar as pessoas, eram os clientes que tinham que ir ao encontro deles, em termos de tentar estabelecer contacto e uma relação. Ou têm muito pouco amor próprio, ou foram enviados para ali para cumprir um qualquer castigo.
E menos ainda vão ao encontro de crianças pequenas... Era como se estivessem a precisar que lhe dessem energia, em vez de a aumentarmos todos em conjunto.
Blargh! Posso apreciar-vos e respeitar-vos como pessoas, mas talvez tenham muito mais jeito para fazer outras coisas.
Ah: e porque é que todos os quadros e sinais colocados no 8° andar foram instalados inclinados para um dos lados?

Não importa nem um pouco, mas achei curioso já que a adição de uma pitada mais de zelo ia resolver, de certeza.
Já falei de 98% das pessoas que lá trabalham serem espectaculares?
E do restaurante ser bom, e se poder perfeitamente ir com meia-pensão?
E do quarto estar impecavelmente cuidado?
E de ser a 300m da praia, ao lado da marina, e de haver imensos espaços pedonais, e de Vilamoura ser muito bem cuidada?
Acho que é um hotel com muito bom valor, voltaria a ficar, e recomendarei até a amigos sem reticências.

Extraordinário. O hotel encontra-se muito bem localizado, a cerca de 500 metros da Praia de Vilamoura e a 300 metros da Marina. Os quartos são bastante amplos, sendo as camas muito confortáveis. O hotel dispõe de duas/três piscinas (duas exteriores e uma interior) e ainda dois jacuzzis (um interior, outro exterior). Existe animação durante a parte da tarde (pelo menos no verão), o que entretém pequenos e graúdos. O pequeno-almoço é muito bom e bastante variado. A nível de staff, todos os que me atenderam a mim e à minha família foram de uma extrema delicadeza e profissionalismo. Temos ainda à disposição um parque de estacionamento, a 7,5€/dia. Pontos de melhoria: a ligação WI-FI era muito lenta e estava constantemente a cair. O parque de estacionamento encontra-se mal indicado e é muito pequeno para os carros que alberga. De resto, uma experiência a repetir. Obrigado.

Poor cleaning service, for 3 of the 4 nights the cleaners didn’t clean cups or glasses in the room. Reception did not seem too bothered when I told them on 2 occasions. The Q for breakfast was terrible. Beds were comfortable, nice pool area, generally nice hotel.

This was second year visiting Vila Galé Marina -- it was so good we came back for more. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and pool area very relaxing and not too crowded and noisy.
The restaurant serves a good breakfast but evening menu is not very exciting. Recommend bed and breakfast basis so can sample many of Vilamoura's wonderful restaurants.
Only downside to hotel is the rather noisy air-conditioning which makes it difficult to sleep, but is essential to have comfortable temperature.

We had a great 5 night stay in Vila Gale Marina Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even booked a trip for us.I gave a 4 star for comfort because of the 2 single beds which slide apart on the wooden floor, a double bed would have been preferred but other than that the hotel was very good.

BEAUTIFUL..VERY friendly staff. We STAYED I n the 7 floor...the only negative issue..is I could understand..why guest's were aloud to put down... towels. In the swimming pool.

Pequeno almoço de boa qualidade, embora o café não fosse do nosso agrado no que diz respeito ao sabor. Ovos feitos na altura, ao estilo preferido pelo cliente.
Quem quiser almoçar no hotel só tem à disposição uns pratos simples à escolha servidos numa pequena sala envidraçada no rés-do-chão com vista para a piscina ou, - nesta mesma área destinada aos mergulhos e bronzeamento -, bebidas e sandes confeccionadas num pequeno quiosque.
Nesta zona da piscina há um jacuzzi com água a 34°C e diversos meios de divertimento: mesa de pingue-pongue, mesa da bilhar, matraquilhos.
O quarto calhado em sorte, situado no 9° andar (903), tinha uma excelente vista para a marina e para o mar. Cama confortável e de higiene irrepreensível.
Como elementos negativos:
* duas almofadas para cada elemento do casal, de tamanhos diferentes, demasiado altas e rijas;
* um aparelho de ar condicionado barulhento e com alhetas presas que não permitiam a posição ideal ou o movimento oscilatório;
* o chuveiro não ofereceu conforto no duche porque a água não tinha pressão e a água caía sobre a cabeça como se saísse de uma torneira semi aberta.

Gosto bastante da cadeia de hoteis vila Galé no entanto,este é o único que é mais barulhento devido a terem na maioria hóspedes ingleses.fazem muito barulho na piscina,nos corredores e nos quartos.Nao respeitam os horarios.
Os pequenos almoços sao exelentes com opçoes saudaveis.o staff é uma simpatia.

Lovely hotel, staff are extremely friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Only downfall is not the number of golfers but their behaviour and language. Some are ok but majority can be quite rude

Fica muito bem localizado, perto da Marina de Vilamoura. A recepção é bem grande e espaçosa, confortável ideal para famílias e grandes grupos esperarem por transporte. O hotel está sempre limpo. Tem alguns lugares de estacionamento e fica numa zona bem bonita. Tem restaurantes e lojas bem perto.

É um hotel lindo com funcionários impecáveis no que diz respeito à recepção não podiam ser melhores bom para levar crianças pois tem locais onde se podem divertir em segurança, não posso em palavras expressar todas as qualidades do hotel aconselho de fonte limpa passar uma semana ou fim de semana para verificar com os próprios e usufruir de tudo o que de bom o hotel tem só, desejo uma ótima estadia

Visited a family member who was staying at the hotel. Hotel lobby area looked nice; spacious and clean. The room I saw was nice though a little small; barely enough room to walk around the huge bed. Bathroom looked spacious but bath tub looked narrow. I understand there is a good choice for breakfast both cooked and uncooked. Other meals can be bought at the hotel but this is not included so have to pay extra. There are outdoor and indoor swimming pools. Communal parts of the hotel looked wheelchair friendly but don't know if they have accessible rooms. Hope this helps!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est accueillant et toujours à lécoute. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux et varié.La chambre était spacieuse et toujours propre.Lhôtel se trouve à proximité de la plage, et à 20 minutes à pied de Quarteira. Cependant, il est loin de Faro et les transports en commun sont peu pratique.

Estadia foi bastante agradável e o pequeno almoço, o qual estava incluído, era bastante diversificado e agradável. A equipa foi sempre prestável e atenciosa.
Em relação às casas de banhos dos quartos tenho uma reparação: o lavatório e a torneira estão mal colocados, permitindo que a água acumule no balcão.

Hotel do grupo Vila galé que tenta manter alguns parâmetros de qualidade de um típico hotel 4 estrelas, no entanto é um hotel antigo a necessitar de algumas obras de modernização e de decoração mais actual. Perto da marina de Vilamoura é só atravessar a estrada.

Já estive em hotéis de 3 estrelas melhores do que este de 4 estrelas, nota se um certo desleixo na manutenção o acesso ao parque de estacionamento, que é pago, é terrível de entrar no estacionamento.....

Perfect location for accessing everything, beach, marina and lovely restaurants, we had breakfast included which was a little bit disappointing as everything contained garlic which wasn’t very pleasant on a morning but couldn’t fault the service from staff and the rooms were lovely. Facilities were really good, out door pool and jacuzzi and also indoor pool aswell with a gym and hot tub.

Clean tiday hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast very good with staff always on hand to assist. Lifts can be a problem when busy. Pool and spa extremely clean. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The hotel is nice, but I have some comments. It is pretty noisy in the room - you hear neighbours and drunk people at the pool. It also smells strange in the bathroom an there were some dirty spots at the bed. Otherwise it was fine.

Terrible service, indifferent staff and poor quality facilities and rooms.
- Air conditioning was broken, leaking and unreliable (see photo)
- Staff unfriendly and when challenged on the twin room booking, just pulled a double bed apart (see photo)
- huge queues for breakfast (>30 minutes)

Great location, just a very short walk to get to the marina and the beach, the pool did get fairly crowded at peak times but its not surprising with such hot weather. The gym downstairs was very basic a running machine, bike machine, crossfit trainer, a small set of dumbells(5kg, 7.5kg, 10kg, 12.5kg), 2 yoga mats, resistance bands, 2 exercise balls, if your looking for cardio its alright but any sort of weight training you will struggle.

Be prepared this more like a three star hotel rather than four star. Stayed for one week in July 2017.
The hotel is in a great location it overlooks the Marina and is only a 10 minute walk from the beach. The rooms are spacious, with most seeming to have a nice view of the marina and pool area.
However the whole hotel is very tired and in need of updating. Kettles are only provided in rooms if you specifically ask for them, there is a safe provided in the room however you have to pay for each night that you use it which is absurd for a four star hotel. Staff are not very friendly or helpful and seemed rather bored. We had breakfast included and it was very average with not much choice and budget tea and cereal brands.
Overall this is a nice hotel to stay in if it was a three star.

Rooms fine, pool area and sunbathing good. Breakfast ok. EVENING Meal TERRIBLE. If you like frozen carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, chips, boiled potatoes. With cheap boned chicken or duck, pork and prawns in a watery unimaginative sauce, then your ok. Not a 4 star hotel at all. We ate out most nights as the marina has lots of lovely places to eat.

Estadia de uma noite, foi solicitado pagamento logo no check in. De dois elevadores de aceso, um não tinha iluminação interior. Quarto com comando do AC avariado. Pequeno almoço bem servido. Hotel a precisar maior atenção na manutenção. Espera-se melhor relação preço qualidade de um Vila Galé, acima de tudo na Marina de Vilamoura.

Our car broke down and this is where the recovery people put us for a few nights (free of charge). Didn't have a problem with the room although the buffet dinner advertised did not exist. Breakfast was a buffet and catered for every nationality. Only negative comment is it gets full of golfers and they like a drink if you know what I mean so it can get quite noisy (shouting etc.). If you have a car then drive out of town and things are much cheaper especially meals (50% less). Go on one of the tours, it's cheap enough and gives you an idea of what to go back and explore.

Inkl. kostenlosen Shuttle zu einigen Plätzen, Pool, Jacuzzi und Dampfsauna waren ok und meistens leer weil zu der Jahreszeit wenig Gäste dort waren. Barkeeper freundlich und schnell in der Bedienung, Frühstück gewohnt südländisch aber dennoch vollkommen ausreichend, Eier aller Art wurden auf Wunsch sofort zubereitet. Klimaanlage war etwas laut und nervig, aber im Februar auch nicht nötig, im Sommer könnte das problematisch werden

No clear warnings on having to pay for water in fridge and having to pay for safe in room I have stayed in hotels all over the world and this is the first time I've had to ever pay for it also being woken up and walked in on by the cleaners nearly every morning was not on

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, se llega a pie al paseo de la Marina y a la playa de Vilamoura.Es sobre todo un hotel familiar con entretenimiento para niños, aunque para parejas está bien. Las habitaciones y el hotel son limpias y sin grandes lujos.Los colchones se pueden mejorar, al igual que el buffet de cena, falta variedad. Son flexibles con la media pensión, te dejan elegir si quieres comida o cena e irlo cambiando diariamente según te venga mejor.La piscina es agradable y muy buena atención del personal. Parking, al lado tiene uno público y gratuito.Buena calidad - precio, repetiría.

The hotel is not one of the most luxury hotels with 4 stars, i'd rather give it 3 stars. We were with 3 persons. And 1 person had to sleep on a half broken small old low bed. Lost of things are low when your a tall person like the shower and the washing table. The people working at the hotel weren't the happiest and weren't exciting. The lift isn't the most luxury lift. (totally not). In the morning and night you hear a lot of around 20 years old people yelling everywhere. Oh yea, most of the lamps weren't working in my room. Breakfast was ok, i only felt me maybe a little bit like an ant in there. Pool. On the pictures it looks big. It's not. It's small. The circle pool is 0.79 meters deep. The half of the other swimming pool is deep and a lot of times you couldn't swim there nicely, the other half where you can stand a little which we wanted is always filled with people and kids playing a watersport. The beds there were also not the best. But the location of the hotel is nice, close to the sea and the vila moura haven. Overall 3 stars. Definitely not higher!

Cet hôtel ne mérite pas du tout ses 4*. Le lobby est froid. le personnel de la reception est incompétent.La chambre est convenable mais ne possède quasiment aucun rangement, impossible de ranger les affaires de deux personnes, nous devions laisser la plupart de nos affaires sur la table. Le menage est à peine fait. La salle de bain aux neons dhopitaux est sale et nest jamais nettoyée.Les serviettes mises à disposition pour la piscine ne peuvent pas être échangées plusieurs fois dans la journée.La piscine extérieure est mal exposée, le soleil ny est que laprès-midi, la temperature de leau n atteint pas les 20°C. Sans oublier le manque de place entre les transats.Le ping pong est facturé à la minute.La piscine intérieure présente un manque dhygiène, dans la salle de sport attenante les machines rouillées par lhumidité baignent dans leau.Lanimation est pittoyable, l animateur sorti tout droit des annees 70 attire à peine 3 enfants de 4ans sur sa pisteLe seul point positif est sa situation proche à la fois de la plage (300m) et de la marina, lieu animé de la ville.Le petit dejeuner est tout juste correct.

It is well located. That is just about it. This hotel is really meant for charter groups with small budgets, not the individual traveller. The room reminds you of your college days. The pool area is much too small for a hotel this size. You will have a hard time finding a recliner in the pool area unless you block one early in the morning. One afternoon they ran out of towels. There is a charge for use of the internet even if the computer is yours. No coffee or tea maker in the room. There are no ironing boards. If you want to have something ironed you have to pay.There are no ice machines. The hotel charges $4 for a bucket or even a glass of ice. The security box in the room costs $3 a day.The service is sullen.
