Great place if you want to be away from all the hustle and bustle of a busy city area. Golf courses a plenty and great service.
I would recommend hiring a car as you will need one to get about. You get 2 dedicated parking spaces per flat located directly beneath your apartment block.

Relação qualidade preço excelente, limpeza excelente, atendimento razoável.

Отличное состояние апартаментов, много посуды и мелочей для готовки. Хорошая техника, отопление регулируется. Красивая ухоженная территория, приятно погулять по полю для гольфа. Для проживания здесь нужна машина, не представляю как добираться общественным транспортом. Приехали поздно вечером в темноте долго не могли найти ресепшн, указателей не хватало. Оказалось на калитке надо было нажать кнопку Р, но в темноте надписи не увидела. В остальном все идеально.

Property was excellent. We went out of season (end of October) and nothing was open, that would be the only criticism. Staff were all friendly, and room was excellent overlooking the golf course, will stay again.

Lovely place to stay......only downside so expensive for drinks .. .like a cocktail 10 euro each. No special offers which is a shame as there is nothing around the area ... would have been nice early evening just to have a few drinks as we ate on our balcony many times but silly prices ... at the bbq we were charged 33 euro for a jug of sangria..ridiculous this spoils the place ..we like quiet places so the location was ok.

Highly recommend The Residences. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures or even better than the pics in my opinion. The pool was very clean, plenty of beds and free towels available. Service was great, staff very helpful. We will definitely go back.

Great resort for families, clean and very welcoming. Excellent apartments, comfy and plentiful sun beds, very friendly staff. Limited bus transfers to the marina but a very cheap and immediate Uber ride. We love the golf course view.

I think that it is outrageous that a five star hotel requires YOU to pay for transportation to the hotel. I have stayed in 3 star hotels that have organised free transportation. They really need to do something about this or I will not return. Mimo

Bang average Apartments. Large, very clean and well equipped. However, staff were particularly unhelpful. Especially offering a 'complimentary shuttle' which was only free for the first 6 passengers. Then, hereafter would book you a taxi with a firm that charge €17 to get to the Marina, which is a 5 minute drive. Ended up spending most of our holiday in Ubers. Was slightly disheartened on arrival also to find no free tea, coffee or drinking water with the nearest shop being in the marina and having to taxi there. Leaving us eating and drinking at their own 'snack bar' which charge extortionate amounts for toasties and sandwiches, as well as expensive drinks.

Rooms were spacious well equipped. Golf and nature walks close by. Bike hire available from the hotel.Location a little isolated, car hire suggested.

As infraestruturas do hotel são muito boas, adequadas a um hotel 4*. No entanto deviam ter mais cuidado com a limpeza. Almofadas e colchas cheias de pó e teias de aranha em alguns cantos, prontamente resilvido quando reclamamos. Num hotel desta categoria, não devia ter sido necessário... De resto, o hotel é ótimo e recomendo.

Fabulous apartment complex with pools, gym, snack bars etc plus the ability to use the pools & restaurant at the Anantara hotel next door & Tivoli Marina hotel in Vilamoura Marina, for 1/4 of the price of a stay in the Anantara! My brother & family stayed at the Anantara & his kids preferred our pool to theirs! Great bbq evening with live music during the week. Staff extremely friendly & helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Very spacious , brilliant cooking facilities & loved the blackout blinds. Staff very nice & friendly . Ate lunch there once it was very nice. Had breakfast delivered to room one morn, it was only ok, but overpriced. It is quite far out so definitely recommend hiring a car.

Had a fantastic stay, facilities were superb, our room had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Pool area was kept in immaculate condition. Lovely bonus to be able to use facilities at the sister hotel Anantara. Easy to get to marina at Vilamoura using the free shuttle bus, drivers were friendly and polite. Overall we had a relaxing long weekend and cant wait to come back

Amazing place to relax, everyone so friendly, very clean and outstanding service as always. It’s our fourth year and we love it. It’s suited for all type, family with children and couple to relax. You also have access to next door hotel pool Anantara and same the service is outstanding.

Positivo: Manutenção do apartmento e equipamentos. Limpeza do apartamento e serviço de limpeza.
Climatização. Varandas grandes. Simpatia e disponibilidade do staff.. Negativo: Caldeira de água quente insuficiente para servir um T3 totalmente ocupado. Só uma espreguiçadeira na varanda.

Está a 15m da praia da falésia indo de automóvel.

Negativ: Harte und wackelige Betten. Balkontür ließ sich nicht verriegeln und musste repariert werden. Tägliche Reinigung sehr oberflächlich. Schubläden und Schrankinnere mussten vor Benutzung gereinigt werden

Wunderschöne Zimmer. Sauber und großzügig gebaut. Toller Balkon im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Außerhalb der Saison ist nichts von Spa zu spüren

Positiv: Im Januar ist die Condo fast leer, Service funktioniert aber trotzdem hervorragend. Sehr nahe zu 3 Golfplätzen.. Negativ: Der geheizte Innenpool ist nur 90 cm tief. Grosse Menschen können dort nicht schwimmen, weil sie die Füsse am Boden aufschürfen. Ganz in der Nähe (10 Min mit Auto) gibt es aber in Quarteira das öffentliche Bad mit 50m Bahnen - hervorragend. Rezeption hat ermässiget Tickets.

This is a relaxing out of town apartment with all the facilities you will need, you can walk to the harbour it is 10km away, just a pleasant stroll have dinner and a drink enjoy. Then return call at the supermarket on the way home, taxi is 10eur. Or you can use the 5*hotel across the road and just relax.

Positief: Van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer schoon. Rustig gelegen aan de rand van Vilamoura.. Negatief: Geen minpunten. Auto wel een must, ligt buiten loopafstand van stranden, restaurants etc. In de keuken staat bij aankomst een mand met etenswaren. Zou handig zijn dat hier tegen betaling ook wat keukenbenodigdheden zoals schoonmaakdoekjes etc aan wordt toegevoegd.

Положительный: Хороший большой комплекс для отдыха семьёй, есть все необходимое включая стиральную машину. Бассейны на разный вкус, приятный тренажёрный зал. Был шведский стол на ужин, очень приятный вечер с живой музыкой получился. Негативный: Кровати жетские, отель находится в середине ничего, до ближайшего города идти час. Без машины просто нереально

Conjunto de edifícios de apartamentos mas com serviço de hotel de topo (o que era de esperar por ser gerenciado pelo antigo Tivoli). Apartamentos muito bonitos e bem arranjados. A sua localização fica um pouco longe da marina e do centro, mas é ótimo para quem se quiser abstrair No entanto, o preço de um apartamento não é muito baixo mas a qualidade paga-se.

Apartamentos excelentes, óptimo serviço de apoio aos clientes, incluindo limpeza e manutenção . Piscinas óptimas e jardins bonitos e bem tratados. Funcionários muito simpáticos.Sou cliente habitual e gosto muito. Acho, apesar de toda a qualidade, que os preços, este ano, estão demasiado elevados.

Positive: L'arredo e lo spazio dell'appartamento. Negazione: L'acqua calda: dopo una doccia, non c'era acqua sufficiente per un bagno e abbiamo aspettato mezz'ora per poter fare un'altra doccia

The cleaning maids ignored the "do not disturb" warning on the door several times and rang the doorbell, which is loud and very disturbing (silmilar to a siren). There seems to be a deeper problem as other have complained about the same issue. Customers don't pay for five stars service to get a passive aggressive attitude and the disrespect typical of a low-end public hostel.
Otherwise, the rooms are spacious with quality furnishings and tastefully decorated; each room has individual air conditioning, TV and electric blinds; the kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. There is an indoor swimming pool. Breakfast is served at the hotel nearby.

Положительный: Мы с семьей провели в этом отеле новогодние праздники. Отель состоит из нескольких корпусов, При входе в отель, слева-рецепшн, мы заехали вечером, заселение прошло быстро, приятная девушка все объяснила, после выдачи ключей, мы поставили машину в подземный паркинг (на каждый номер два машино-места). На территории бассейн открытый и закрытый, детская площадка. Закрытый бассейн не большой, там мелко, для детей. Также есть не большой спортзал, мы туда не ходили, оценить тренажеры не можем. Рядом расположен отель "Тиволи", услугами которого можно пользоваться, мы ходили только в Спа-центр-понравилось. Расположение не слишком удачное: далековато от центра, Марины, рядом нет магазинов, кафе и т.д., только жилые комплексы, это плюс для тех, кто любит тишину, спокойствие. Без машины тяжело будет. До Марины около 5 км., также ,как и до большого супермаркета. Номер у нас был с 2 спальнями. Кухня полностью укомплектована, но необходимо самим сразу купить все средства/тряпки для мойки, стирки, посудомойки и т.д.-ничего нет. Уборка производилась ежедневно, достаточно хорошо. Есть российский канал "Россия 24". После нашего отъезда, спустя пару часов отель снял с карты деньги, отправили запрос-пока так и не ответили. В целом все понравилось, но для нас далековато "от цивилизации"...

긍정적: 남부 알가르브 지방의 골프장과 가까워 좋았음.
조용하고 아늑하면서, 근처 호텔과 연계하여 부대시설 무료 이용, 아침식사 16유로로 싼 편인데, 음식은 아주 맛있음.. 부정적: 처음 Chck-in하기가 쉽지 않음.
안내가 있었으면 좋을 듯

The housekeepers are very rude. They will ring (it's very loud, not even knock at the door) despite the sign "please do not bother"
Happened 5 times even though I always put the sign. They will not care. Had to complain at the reception. However the apartment is big and very nice.

Highly recommended. Amazing holiday for all the family - apartments are high end and spacious with a great kids pool both indoor and outdoors with a larger pool also. Staff are very accommodating and all only Minutes away from many golf courses. Free bus will bring you to the Marina and Uber is available also with great rates

Plus points - modern apartments, good cleaning service. Use of hotel facilities. Minus points - adverised gym lacked even a treadmill or dumbbells. Pool rules not enforced led to a lawless atmosphere.

Top notch accommodation with all the facilities you could possibly want and more! Friendly staff to welcome you and make you feel settled in. Amazing rooms with great views (especially if you're tactical in choice of balcony direction).
Wi-Fi almost across the whole site, great outdoor and indoor swimming pool, gym (poorly fitted but it's there) and if you need more there's access to the hotel facilities across the road (spa, tennis courts, restaurant, function rooms, bigger bar...)
Easily accessible from Vilamoura, with the free shuttle bus to the marina hotel (although perhaps could be more regular)

Apartamento moderno e espaçoso. Totalmente equipado. Boas varandas com vista para o campo de golf e piscinas. Acabamentos de qualidade inserido em zona bastante tranquila.
