péssimo,nao usar esta empresa.

Spend 30 min waiting on phone to book my transfer and next day didn't show up and no call to tell that he not coming. Poor customer service!!

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, nachdem wir in der Nacht auf den 26.07.2017 vergebens auf den shuttle gewartet haben und in letzter Instanz ein Taxi von Portimão nach Faro nehmen mussten, welches knapp 100 Euro gekostet hat, rate ich allen Reisenden unbedingt davon ab, Grennbus oder "MyTransfer" (subunternehmen) Reservierungen vorzunehmen. Auf mehrfache schriftliche Anfrage, wie ich denn mein bereits abgebuchtes Geld zurück bekomme, wurde nicht geantwortet. Lediglich erhielt ich die Mitteilung, dass der Fahrer wie vereinbart vor Ort gewesen sei, nur wir seien nicht da gewesen. FINGER WEG !!!! BETRÜGER! Als top alternative bietet sich der "yellow fish" = null schlechte Erfahrungen bis heute! !!! Dear Sir or Madam, After we waited in the night of the 26.07.2017 for the shuttle from Portimão to Faro airport which not appears, we finally took a taxi from Portimão to Faro, which cost just under 100 euros, I strongly advise all travelers to not book Grennbus or "MyTransfer" (subcontractor). On multiple written request, how do I get back my already debited money, was not replied. I only received the notification that the driver had been on the spot as agreed, only we were not there. HANDS OFF !!!! CHEATER! As a top alternative, the "yellowfish" = zero bad experiences till this date! !!! Уважаемые дамы и господа, После того, как мы ждали ночью 26 июля 2017 года тщетно на шаттле, а в последнем случае такси от Портимао до Фаро, стоимость которого составляет менее 100 евро, я настоятельно рекомендую всем путешественникам, Греннбусу или «MyTransfer» ( Подрядчики) делают оговорки. По многочисленным письменным запросам, когда я получаю свои уже дебетовые деньги, не ответил. Я получил уведомление только о том, что водитель был на месте по согласованию, только нас там не было. РУКИ ПРОЧЬ !!!! CHEATER! В качестве верхней альтернативы, «желтая рыба» = нулевая неудача на сегодняшний день! !!! Senhoras e Senhores, Depois esperamos na noite em 26.07.2017 em vão para o ônibus E, último, mas não menos importante, um táxi de Portimão a Faro, que custa pouco menos de 100 euros, recomendo fortemente a todos os viajantes reservar Grennbus ou "MyTransfer" (subcontratado). Em vários pedidos por escrito, quando recebi meu dinheiro já debitado, não foi respondido. Eu só recebi a notificação de que o motorista estava no local conforme acordado, só que não estávamos lá. FINGER AWAY !!!! CHEATER! Como uma alternativa superior, o "peixe amarelo" = zero experiências ruins até à data! !

Driver arrived after an hour and a half despite the company promoting 45 minutes maximum wait. Customer service were rude and unhelpful. Very inefficient service.

Po przylocie do Faro obsługa Greenbusa powiadomiła nas, że musimy troszkę poczekać, ale możemy zrobić UPGRADE i możemy już teraz pojechać z kierowcą za dodatkowe €35. Nie skorzystaliśmy z oferty i czekaliśmy około 40-60 minut na naszą kolej. Dwa dni przed powrotem hotel otrzymał informację o której będzie po nas kierowca. Ten był nas czas. W obie strony jechaliśmy nowymi mini busami Mercedesa wraz z inną grupą turystów. Jak by nie próba naciągnięcia nas na €35 dali byśmy 5* I

Great service. Went to desk, wanted 5 mins for driver who took us through to minibus. Nice and cool from.aircon and driver smartly dressed. On pickup from accommodation driver arrived on time and again smartly dressed and nice cool minibus.

Wir wurden an der Bushaltestelle am Flughafen von dem Fahrer angesprochen ob wir zum Hauptbahnhof wollen. Die rasante Fahrt kostet 2,50 €(Bus 2,25€) aber geht wesentlich schneller. Der Fahrer war nett und es ging schneller als mit dem Bus. Da wir den GreenBus aber nicht bestellt hatten und es Zufall war dass wir den Dienst genutzt haben können wir nichts zur Zuverlässigkeit sagen

Absolutely appalling service! They cancelled our return transfer from Lagos to Faro last minute so that we had to book another transfer on short notice. Cost us an extra 70€ and any attempts to contact Hoppa/Greenbus afterwards to claim a refund failed because the customer care team didn't even bother to answer to any of my emails/phone calls.

At near to the last minute 48h before dep. been trying hard to report my flight chage of schedule...in vain, no feed-back whatsoever. Having read the reviews I am afraid to trust, and will not reccommend or travel again with greenbus. Minus stars!

ZERO STARS! Awful, don't use them! When the driver eventually showed up (an hour late), he seemed like he was still drunk from the night before and nearly killed us on numerous occasions.

Awful service. We waited for 25 minutes, called and received assurance that the driver is on his way, yet nothing. Lucky for us, Uber is a thing.

very bad service! we booked a shuttle bus from Marina Sao Roque in Lagos to Faro Airlines. Payment was made and the time was informed as 14:56. However, there was no bus coming after 20 mins. I made a call and the agent told me that the bus would not come because there was some problem with the car. We was asking them about why there was no notification about the delay. She was being really rude saying that " there is no hope for you now I think you should get a taxi ". I argued with her for a bit about that and she tryna calm me down by saying that the company will refund the money we paid for the service as well as the taxi fare if we got the receipt. We trusted her and just followed what she told us. After sending a complaint to the email on the website, we havent got any response back!

Confirmed pick up online with Green Bus day before our departure. Pick up was due at 5:25am from hotel to Faro... got a call at our hotel reception at 5:35am to say the taxi driver couldn't make it so we had to arrange our own transfer and pay. Still waiting for refund but no reply as of yet. It's been 2 weeks since...

If I could give zero stars I would but had to give 1 to write a review. Arrived at airport at 11.30pm expecting driver to be waiting for us to take us to a villa. Instead all we got was a long line of people waiting for over 3 hours in some cases, for a non existent taxi transfer. Obnoxious staff offered no assistance although we had elderly disabled people in our party. Found out the reason there were no taxis was because green bus had not paid the drivers. Had to get a different taxi in the end and paid again. Hoppa should disassociate themselves from this company. I strongly recommend do not use them.
