Análise: I was so excited after shopping here. Finally I found a shirt that fit! Unfortunately even a light wash is cold water shrunk the shirt about 2 sizes. When I went back to complain, the shopkeeper was quite adamant that ironing the shirt should put it back to the original shape (no way you can get an additional 2cm on both shoulders from ironing), and was generally quite argumentative.
