Análise: Ordered product from this company with a 15 day arrival date. A month later and 2 emails to the company my product still hadn't arrived. The email response when I did contact the company asking what had happened to my order was to simply send me a tracking number both times. A tracking number that said my package was still at the origin country. Upon contacting "USPS" whom the tracking number was through they said my package was never sent!!!.
