Análise: Unreliable, let me down badly cancelling twice in one week and then not bothering to turn up at all. Had to ask every week when they were coming, as they kept changing the times. No loyalty to regular clients over the summer. Broke something brand new, didn't offer to pay, then walked off the job, when money was requested.
