Análise: Very poor. I visited to enquire about gaining my Portuguese health number as I had recieved residency. The lady behind reception desk was having a fight with the photocopier because paper was jammed. I attempted to speak to her, and showed in my translator what I was attempting to convey. She shouted waved her arms, continued her struggle with the paper. One language that is common around the world is rudeness. A smile is universal. As is shouting and frowning with anger.
